I'm a veteran of many share houses in my youth. I have learnt a lot in the process, especially the value of dependability and discretion. I expect the same from any other flatmate, a sense of fun and an open mind are icing on the cake. No dramas or stress please, I've had enough to fill a few lifetimes of this and I'm over it. I bring a lot of life experience, a seasoned travelling expat in my youth and a professional Community Support Worker specialising in Disability and Mental Health (with 7 years experience in the industry in group homes) who is just striking out with his own business doing same in-home for individuals under the NDIS. I'm currently also studying part-time with a view towards a Doctorate, whenever that happens. I cook (my mother trained in Paris at the Cordon Bleu and I did learn a few things) with a passion for ketogenic, LCHF, Paleo. I clean, and as a diagnosed Aspergers I tend to be a bit thorough. Computer nerd on the side. Aspiring Saxophone player. Amateur Taoist. I have a beloved female Jellicle black and white very shy Skitty Kitty who is strictly an indoor cat. Are we a good fit?
I appreciate a clean and tidy environment. In my downtime I like to exercise, play sport, watch the AFL or listen to music (I go to lots of concerts). I respect people's privacy and need for space, however would also like to live in an environment where housemates can have a chat or a drink or a meal. About to start university full time, hoping to move around July/August once I'm settled in that routine.

So I'm looking for a nice spot to live closer to my work. I moved to Sydney about 6 years ago from NZ, so I'm fairly established with friends in the city. I do love the outdoors and I am a pretty easy going person, so I'm excited for a change of scenery and pace of life.

I have one large bedroom available in large executive style home. Room is 3.6m x 3.6m with queen bed, bedside tables and built in robe and dressing table. The bedroom photos are current. You can use the bathroom as in the photo as yours but will need to share it with the other flatmate. There is also another full bathroom between the laundry and the rumpus room with shower, toilet and vanity if needed. The kitchen, laundry, pool, bbq and all three living areas are to be shared. We are opening up a part of the home for a long term share with someone trustworthy and respectful. The home is 7 minutes easy walk to Blaxland Station and shops. There are three separate living areas and one of these will generally be yours but not exclusively. My wife and I will be living in another part of the same house with our own bathroom but we still share the same kitchen, lounge, laundry etc. We both work full time and have high standards of cleanliness. We will not accept bad language, bad attitudes, poor cleanliness or disrespect for us or the property in any way. We will be coming and going and having family and friends visit from time to time. You will have to be content with interaction with us in the shared areas of the home. The above rent is for a singe. It can suit a couple but the rent will be $50 per week extra. The room would also suit a teacher or student as there will be plenty of room for your desk or mine to go in. You will be responsible for supply and maintenance of all linen, towels, etc. A part of the fridge and walk in pantry will be available for storage of your food. Foxtel and unlimited wifi internet are included Must be Non Smoker, no exceptions No Pets, no exceptions.

Respect is my most important word. I love music but am very quiet most of the time. I have lived all round the world, am British but like to call Australia home. I write a lot and have very diverse interests. I seek a home, where I can bring my daughter to stay when the opportunity arises, rather than a place to live.
33 year old male, work in IT. Looking for a tidy and relaxed sharehouse with a spare unfurnished room in the lower Blue Mountains or greater Penrith area. I have all my own furniture and cook and clean up after myself. Happy to be social or doing my own thing. I'd also need a small bit of garage or shed storage for mountain bike/camping gear (approx 2x1 sq meters). Off-street parking is preferred. In my spare time I'm often outdoors Camping, 4wd'ing, Mountain Biking or Bushwalking.
Looking for a pet friendly private room! I have a 3 month old German Shepherd x Labrador puppy, he's pretty well behaved. Toilet trained, comes when called, doesn't bark, and he can sit. I turn 18 in July, will hopefully be moving sometime this month. I'm pretty chill, go to TAFE 2 days a week - doing a certificate IV in Community Services. I also work at Domino's 4 days a week. I am gay (and have a girlfriend) - so hopefully this won't be an issue. I love music and art, and will listen to pretty much anything. I also love live music and go to a fair few concerts. Though I am young - I am mature, responsible, clean and tidy. Not a big partier - and I don't smoke or heavily drink. Looking to live anywhere in the Sydney area. Hoping for easygoing flatmates, that don't mind a chat every now and then.
I'm Tobey, I'm 25 and Australian. I'm a trans guy with a 2 (almost 3) year old. We have 2 cats. My son and cats are house trained and are all friendly. For fun we do any number of things, from painting - going to a museum. I dabble in guitar and piano. My son has autism, but he's bright and bubbly most of the time. The cats are his best friends so they are always close by. We are looking for someone similar minded and willing to accept the autism way of life (the noises and quirky things he insists on doing... etc)
Howdy all, I have just completed a bachelor of Construction Management at WSU and currently employed as a full-time construction manager in Kingswood.
