We're planning to move from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast to fulfill our dream of living by the beach.
Marina is a full-time urban designer with a multinational company and has the opportunity to manage her work between the Maroochydore and Brisbane offices. This makes it the perfect time to pursue our beach-living dream. Felipe is a part-time driver, delivering various products between the two cities.
Our current lease ends on the 23rd of March, and we're looking for a granny flat, a second dwelling, or an entire apartment for the two of us. We're flexible on dates and open to discussing lease terms from 1-3 months, with the possibility of extending if all goes well. Ideally, we’d like the place to be in or around Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, or Alex Heads.
We’re a neat, respectful, and easy-going couple who enjoy outdoor activities and sports. We’re both learning how to surf and are excited about using this opportunity to improve our skills. While we’re not into partying, we enjoy having a casual chat and sharing a glass of wine in the evenings.
