I’m looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live, and I saw your ad about the available room. I’m currently based in Mount Coolum and would love to move in soon if the place is still available.
I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I’ve shared houses in different countries and I really value a peaceful and tidy environment. I work in hospitality and I’m financially stable, with references if needed.
I am willing to pay between 200 and 300 per week maximum (if it includes bills).
I’m happy to give at least one week’s notice if or when I decide to move out.
