Hello! I'm looking for a room to move into in a quiet street about 25 mins max from Maroochydore, preferably in the Maroochydore/Mudjimba/Rosemount/Diddillibah/Bli Bli/Marcoola areas. I work full time and outside of that I am usually either at home/on the beach relaxing or doing one of my many hobbies including acroyoga, rock climbing, hiking, and just generally exploring. I'm also trying to learn to surf but I'm not very good! As a housemate I'm a relaxed but considerate and clean person who is always down for a chat and shared meals and also respects the need for alone time as well. I'm looking for a place with one or two other friendly housemates who prefer to keep their home mostly as a pretty chill place rather than a party house. At the moment I'm just looking for short term accomodation until January as I'm looking to go away then, but if it's the right fit I'd consider subletting during that time and coming back afterwards. Looking for a home with some more open-minded, down to Earth humans. I'm experienced in house sharing; good at cleaning up after myself and keeping things tidy. Would love to find some fellow creative souls to live with. Bonus if there is space to decorate with plants and art. I am an animal ecologist by trade, passionate about conservation and currently volunteering at a wildlife rehabilitation centre. Looking to move to find better work opportunities in the conservation/eco-tourism industries. I love to dance, write, draw, create and stretch my body. A garden or deck area where I can practice flow arts or spin my staff would be the bomb. I listen to music of many different genres. I am also known to geek out over stuff like science and star trek. No current animal companions of my own, but I love to live with them. Especially cats. I'm a pescetarian and don't drink often if at all. I have great references from prior rentals and I'm looking for somewhere for 6 months, or ideally longer in the right place. My moving date is somewhat flexible.
