Hi, I'm Jamie! Originally from Taiwan, I've been living in Australia for almost two years now. My friends would describe me as easy-going, bubbly, kind, and independent. I love spending time outdoors, often found surfing or hanging out by the ocean.
I'm on a working holiday visa and I’d be working at several markets. During the week, I'm usually in bed by 9:30 and up by 6:30. On the weekends, I'm usually asleep by 11 and up around 7.
I'm quite social but also value my alone time. I enjoy cooking, reading, and practicing Pilates. I'm happy to follow a cleaning schedule to keep our space tidy.
My budget is $180-$210 per week, with bills included, and I'm hoping to move in around September 5th-10th. Ideally, I'm looking for a place near📍Tewantin, Mount Coolum, Noosa or Sunshine Beach. I would like my own bedroom, and I'm open to living with 1-2 other people.
Here are some quirks and relevant information: I'm sometimes overwhelmed by loud noises. Also, I’m not a smoker and I don't want to live with smokers.
