My Situation: I'm currently unemployed however I'm planning on relocating to the Gold Coast (currently living in Sydney). While I look for my own personal place to live in Gold Coast, I'm looking for a temporary place to stay in the meantime. I have a few companies interested in me, however all workplaces require me to have a place of residency before they're willing to employ me. So here I am. About Me: I'm a 27yo Male (Half Aussie, Half Filipino). I've worked in sales for 5+ years, I play tennis, go gym, play video games and enjoy the beach (obviously, what else is gold coast for). I'm always down try out cafe's in the area. I'm friendly and have no issues with pets besides cats (im allergic). I have a beautiful girlfriend here in Sydney however she won't be able to move until next year due to Uni/Work. For now, I'm looking at getting a head start and seeking employment in GC + a temporary place to stay while I actively look at houses/apartments for myself and my girlfriend before she makes her way up. Living Conditions: I'd preferably like to live with no more than 3-4 people as I don't want to live in a crowded environment. My room MUST require a fair amount of natural lighting. A modernised place that I'd feel priviledged and satisfied to call home for a few months would be ideal. A view of the ocean/water/apartments would be a bonus.
