Hey everyone, I'm a 27 year old female looking for a long-term share house with my boyfriend (24), that we can make a home, not just a crash pad. I'm in my second year at uni, studying my Bachelor of Education (Primary), and working as a nanny. Nick is a trainee arborist (& yes, he will do free tree work if needed). We enjoy getting outside, camping, hiking, photography, as well as sitting inside with a cuppa and a good book/Netflix, mostly Netflix though. I'll be out of the house a few nights a week with basketball, but do my best to keep quiet when coming home from late games. Nicks up really early in the mornings, so a party house wouldn't be a good fit for us, however, were definitely up for housemate dinners/drinks/board games etc. We'll (mostly me) keep tidy and will put in the effort to clean the house, and expect the same from housemates. We don't mind sharing a bathroom, but if there was a bedroom with an ensuite, we'll be even more interested! Definitely hit us up, if you think we'd get along, and happy to come over and meet potential housemates too :)
Hi all! I've just spent a few years finishing my degree in Ballarat and now I'm looking to move back to Melbourne. I work part-time in Hospitality, but also have a love for acting, so if I'm not home kicking back with a wine, some home cooking and Netflix, I'll be out seeing shows and hanging out with friends. I'm super laid back and always down for a good chat over a coffee and some brunch. I'm not fussed if you're super social or prefer to keep to yourself, I'm a pretty social girl, but I do also like my alone time so I'm always respectful of people's privacy. I do smoke, but strictly outside, so I have no issue with pets, but as long as you don't mind that I will be outside from time to time. I have quite a lot of furniture and can furnish everywhere, but bedrooms so ideally I'm looking one - two people that would like to team up to start a new home with a YEAR lease, either male or female, couples, LGBT+ also more than welcome. Move out date August 8th. If this sounds like you please chuck me a message!
Im a 20 year old who loves camping, fishing and 4wding so between doing all that and work i am barely home. I work for the Royal Flying Doctor Service and i absolutely love it. When i am at home i just play xbox or listen to music so im pretty easy going. I dont mind having a drink or two but im not interested in some crazy party house sorry. My rosie is a 2 year old ridgeback x masstiff x am staffy that doessnt bark chew or dig, she loves everyone especially kids(she was raised around 2 newborns so she is very gentle with them) and doesnt chase cats etc
Clean, and a tolerable cook. Likes dogs. Will deal with washing even if it's not mine, wash dishes, compost etc. Looking for a relatively quiet house, ideally without kids, but close to trains as I don't drive. likes travel, movies, eating out from time to time. I'm a professional who works in the city so I'm away 7 to 7 (more of less).
I am sociable but will also respect your own space and keep to myself if needed. I do my own chores or am happy to be a part of a rostering system. I don't smoke or have pets. I may occasionally like to have a friend around to visit so hope that this is alright :) I enjoy most things in life and am pretty positive to be around.
Im a 20 year old student studying biomed at Deakin and currently working in Boxhill. Im looking for a place to stay from the end of august to the end of February. I am a quiet and clean person and looking for female housemates to stay with
Hi I'm Laura, I'm 21 years old and I have a cat named Cleo so if you're allergic to cats I'm probably not for you sorry! A bit about me; I'm a fairly quiet person so you don't have to worry about me throwing parties; but I love to have a beer and a hang. I'm an artsy person who loves nature and craft and often holed up in my room working on something but I always welcome interruptions. I like to cook and I've been told I'm pretty okay at it and I'm always happy to cook for others; though I am a vegetarian so you'll have to cook up your own meat! But I have no problem living with people with different diets to me 😊. Cleo is an old girl at 12 but she's very chill and spends most of the day on the couch and loves a pat. I have alot of furnishings including 3 couches, a dining table, a fridge, a kettle and toaster, two desks, an outdoor table set, a washing machine and two beanbags; so I have that pretty much covered 😂. I'm happy to get rid some of it if it won't fit in a new place. I'm mainly looking to rent a new place with people because I have so much furniture so if you're interested in teaming up with me I'll be happy to hear from you!
My name is Jessa and I’m looking for a new room for 6+ months from mid-August. Looking for a private room (large enough for a double bed), off-street or garage parking, and prefer bills included in rent. I’m 21, grew up in Canada, but have an Australian passport and moved to Melb at 18. I’ve been working in the Yarra Valley at a restaurant as a manager for the last two years. I recently happened upon an amazing opportunity to work in Greece for 6 weeks - so I resigned from my salaried position, moved my bedroom furniture into storage, and said goodbye to winter. Including a 3 week visit to Canada to see family, I’m out of the country for 9 weeks in total, arriving home August 10, looking to move in after the 17th, though flexible. Just over halfway through my trip, I am looking into new positions closer to the city, although I am considering going back to my old job. I will have work lined up by when I get home, but wanted to put a post up early. I’m not a partier, very respectful of personal space (still love a good chat/catch up). I’ll always pay my rent on time, if not a month or two in advance. Shoot me a message (on here, as I don’t have an Australian number again until August 10) if you think I could be a great addition to your house. 😊
Generally, we are both quite friendly and positive people. Overall I would say we are pretty easy people to get along with. Like to have good communication between house mates so everyone is happy but obviously respect others privacy. Positive energy in the home is a must for me...so I try and bring lots of it with me! Clean & hygienic (always tidy up after our selves and general living areas) Not looking to move into a 'party house'. Professional, mature minded but always up for a good laugh!! Can't take life too seriously all of the time.. When I'm not at work, I enjoy trying new things, exercise, catching up with friends and visiting the Gold Coast on long weekends. We are looking to move in ASAP and plan to stay at our new home for around 6 - 12 months.
Hello, my name is Kabila. Grew up in south east Melbourne. I'm very friendly and I keep my things neat and tidy. I'm currently looking for a job and studying online. Hoping to make great friends by teaming up. Looking forward to move in with friendly roommate(s).
