Hey there, studying my Bachelor's in Audio Engineering. Just moved to Melbourne. A little something about me, Laid back and easy to live with.
I am easy going, adaptable nutrition student at Swinburne. I can be social but I also like to have time to myself. I am pretty tidy and clean up after myself. I respect the people I live with and the place I live in. I practice yoga often and like to live a heathly lifestyle. But I still like to have a drink, especially some wine, every now and then.
I'm female, 32 years old. I work full time in Sydney, at least for the next 6 weeks until I move to the South of France! I'm extremely athletic (running is my passion)! I also swim, bike, do pilates and box. I'm very passionate about food, and live a pretty healthy lifestyle (I studied biochemistry in University and Ayurvedic medicine in India), though I do have a weakness for sweets and wine and, when it suits, I love a good night out with friends. I'm very clean and organized and love my surroundings to be the same, as well as warm, comfortable, and with character. I love music (I'm a classically trained vocalist), culture, and pretty much anything else that adds a little something positive to my life! I'm straight forward, down to earth, honest, have a good sense of humour, and I'm generally just a happy person. I love to meet interesting people with something of substance to say and/or a story to tell. I'm looking for a place to call home until I leave because my lease has run out and I have decided to leave for France a little later than anticipated.
Hey , My name is Kam and I'm studying at Deakin University , commerce student major in Accounts. Easy-going and caring guy , but bit quite sometimes 😅Big fan of animations, tv series, movies, road trips and gym 🙄😝. Basically I wanna have a great time while im in Melbourne. So most of the weekends I ll be at my mates place for gaming sessions or spending $$$ on clothes or shoes hahah ... I love to keep things organised and clean ! I expect the same from my house mates ;) House chores must be equally divided among the family😜, and please respect each other's privacy and give each other space when ever they need ... Currently sharing a house with three mates in Clayton but looking for a place near Deakin University. P.S.- I'm definitely down for BBQ's , board games, gaming sessions , road trips and night outs;) .. Drop me a message if you are keen to team up with me ;) cheers Kam
Hey there, I'm Karoliina! I'm an international world traveller currently studying in Melbourne and looking for my next home. I'm looking for nice, laid back people! I generally keep to myself due to working and studying but love a good chat and party. I'm into the outdoors, gymming and spending time with friends on my days off. I'm really outgoing, happy, always smiling and full of energy. Preferably looking for a place under $160 p/w and open to pets (I'm not bringing any myself). Get back to me if you're up for a chat!
Hi Guys My name is Pat. I moved from Sydney to Melbourne in 2014 to pursue academic and career goals. I would describe myself as ambitious yet laidback. Preferred social setting is definitely a café/restaurant, although I do enjoy a sneaky night out once in a while. I currently work split shift 5.00am - 8.00 and 3.00pm - 7.00pm with school in between so I'm normally the first out of the house and first to bed but enjoy to socialise and share a meal. Also fairly clean, like to keep things tidy but by no means a neat freak. If you would like to no more please do not hesitate to ask. Look forward to meeting you Pat
Hello everyone! Name's Amo Chakravarthy, and I'm a 19-year old bloke studying Politics and Public Relations at Deakin University, Burwood. A true ambivert, I'm pretty outgoing in general, however would prefer my alone-time, especially when I'm reading (an avid bibliophile), and making plans to takeover the world (the plans are pretty bad, honestly). I love to watch footy and soccer, binge-watch Netflix (favourites: House of Cards and Narcos), play Monopoly, travel, and most importantly, eat (an absolute foodie). I'm a bit messy, but that's confined to the walls of my room, and wouldn't mind if it's the same with you. Preferable move-in would be the 2nd or 3rd week of February. Maximum number of housemates would ideally be 4, and lease period would be a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of a year. Feel free to hit me up on FB. Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers!
Hi, my name is Michael. I'm an international student from germany that studies at Swinburne University. Looking for a room with nice flatmates for this semester :) I love playing computer games and other geeky stuff, but also like to go out and meet new people or hang out with friends. Always open for a chat, but can also keep to myself. I'm very relaxed to live with :) Also cleaning should be no issue. Other hobbies are, swimming, hiking, drawing and having a good time :)
Hi, I'm young and easygoing guy who love to cook. I work mostly during weekday and barely at home in the afternoon. I'm looking a room to share or a room just by itself preferably. If any of you have a vacant room please let me know as I have to move quickly soon .
Hey! I'm 23 year old guy from Ireland. Recently moved to Melbourne and working full time. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. Always up for hanging out and having a laugh! I've house shared loads before, always clean and tidy up after myself and have previous landlord references and all that jazz.
I work full time, am clean, respectful and private. Only keen to live with one other single person, pref someone that works and gets out and about rather than always being at home. I have some furniture and would ideally also need some storage space (in garage is fine).
Hello, We are Sam and Sava. Sava is at RMIT studying engineering. I'm a teacher by day and I tutor a couple of weekday evenings. So we are both quite busy! We are happy to have a chat and love a harmonious, clean and respectful household. We enjoy great food and cook every night! Most of our time at home consists of study, movies, eating and sleeping! Public transport close by is a must. Please feel free to call Sam on 0423021590 :) Look forward to hearing from you! Sam
Hey there! I'm Mithran, a 23 year old med student looking for accommodation close to hospital placement. I'm super social, friendly, and open-minded, and would love to live in a place full of activity and laughter. I'm a big music fan, and also love to cook (especially Sri Lankan food), and most of all I really like making connections with interesting new people. My work hours will vary between placements through the year, but I'm usually working roughly 8-5. I've lived with housemates before, and I know the importance of being respectful and adaptable to your requirements - I don't have many requirements of my own as long as you're fun and friendly, and you don't mind me having friends over to visit occasionally (I promise they're all nice!)
I'm easy going, friendly, reliable. I have a master degree in Microbiology, I have a PR visa since 2015. I will learn 1.5 years full-time at Swinburne University from March/2017. I love all animals, especially cats and dogs. I can sleep with them.
Hi there - I'm Susannah but please call me Susie :) Looking for a place to call home for me and my gorgeous puppy Mooshka! I'm practically a domestic housewife so if you need one contact me ASAP! Very clean, tidy & pretty good company. Very friendly but like us all I do like to keep to myself at times. I do work part time at a bank but I'm also running my own business as well as hanging out and going on adventures with my puppy. So I do keep myself quite busy - I won't be just loafing around the house haha. Feel free to ask any questions :) Honestly, I'm harmless and love baking! And who doesn't love free cake? Ha!
Hiya my name is, Dom Im looking for a place to live this year while I study my diploma of horticulture at Glen Waverly. I work part time as a gardener during the week and most of the rest of my time at a music studio in Ballarat. Im looking for a house with a big room and nice big backyard as I do come with a dog! His name is Jack and he is very lazy and affectionate, and very well behaved. Im easy going, enjoy a good yarn or dinner date with housemates and like to keep a tidy space.
Hey there I'm Kell ! A freelance artist from the hills looking for a place closer to Deakin Uni in Burwood :) You could call me a sociable introvert, I like meeting and talking to new people, but I can go days working on a project without seeing another living creature haha. I'm an artist so I love to paint, which means there'll be a lot of large canvases of art lying around everywhere in the house - if this is a problem I can always keep it in my room ^_^ I'm open minded and am generally cool with anything, I also consider myself to be quite environmentally friendly - greenbags, and not using power when possible is a strong philosophy of mine :) I have a lot of hobbies aside from art; I really like gardening, I can successfully grow yummy fruit n veggies in your backyard! I also love to go on spontaneous camping trips, palmistry, hulahooping, going to gigs, doofing, playing music, exploring and cooking - my forte is Asian dishes and vegetarian curries!
Hey hey lovelies!! Soooo, I got into fourth year of psychology at Deakin in Burwood and I'm looking for a share home to live in while I complete my studies!!! I'm keen to find a home that's safe and supportive and that's not too far from uni while I have my head in the books!! I love punk rock, trashy pop, skating and lifting! I'm almost always keen for a boogie and goss and I'd love to come home and hear all about your day and share with groceries, cooking and cleaning. I'm looking for more of a communal home with two or more others. I have a 50" TV that I'd love to have movie nights with, a coffee machine and a car if we wanna go on adventures!! If you happen to have a spare room or two and want more people helping pay the rent and fabulous company please private message me!
This is one of 4 units on the block. We are at the back of the property in a very quiet and beautiful street. Walking distance to the 109 tram on Whitehorse Road, with Balwyn Shopping Strip a few minutes away and Surrey Hills station around the corner. You will have use of the one car garage. There is also plenty of street parking. The room available will fit a queen sized bed.
I am looking for a friendly, respectful place that is quiet during the week but enjoys a few drinks on weekends. I am not looking for a party house or a hermit house. I am easy going, friendly, love the outdoors, sports and music. I will be driving to work so street parking or car space is a must so is wifi.
Very tidy and self sufficient. I'm used to living alone and taking care of myself, and don't need to be reminded to clean up. I'm mostly pretty quiet and introverted, but enjoy a casual, friendly vibe at home. I'm not currently working, as on disability. I have 2 young indoor-only cats that are very friendly. I don't entertain much, my ideal night is relaxing at home with my cats, eating a pizza and watching a movie.
I mind my own business and generally keep it to myself. Don't really party much. I read a lot and stay upto date with current affairs. I play a lot of sports in general.
Looking for a house that is up for a bit of fun but also can chill out and let everyone do whatever they need to relax in their own way with no judgement.
This house is a quirky and peculiar house. Upon your first visit you may find yourself admiring the unusual features of the home such as the inbuilt bar fridge or the outdoor speakers that connect through to the lounge room. Though it may not be modern, this house has a unique character about it which visitors often describe as "homely and welcoming". The backyard is a place of zen and tranquility, as it is equip with a BBQ, pond, clothesline, bamboo patch, fruit trees, 'loveseat' and two cheeky bunnies. A train station (Belgrave / Lilydale line) is a quick 5 minute walk away (and even quicker if you run) and the Route 70 tram is less than 10 minutes walk away, making this the perfect public transport location. There is a covered parking space to be shared an ample all day street parking.
Hi, How are you doing? My name is Luiz i'm a Brasilian looking for a very relax place with tidy people. I'm study at Holmesglen the IT Networkig course. I go to the gym 6 days a week, eat healthly but not a vegan as I love a good barbecue and some beer in the weekends. I really like to play COD in my xbox but I like the outside too. :) I'm not a OCD with cleanning but I really like a clean and organized place to call home.
Ben and Carlye are two adventure loving young professionals from Colorado, USA. We spend most of our time outdoors exploring new places. We are extremely clean, well-mannered, and respectful. We are easy-going and can keep to ourselves, but also love engaging in conversation with others, usually over a glass of wine or a pint of beer! We own a home outside of Denver, Colorado and have rented to roommates for the last 5 years, so we know what makes excellent roommates. We will be in the Melbourne area for about 6 months, as Carlye is doing a research collaboration at Swinburne University for her PhD in Product Design. Ben is a mechanical engineer and owns his own prototyping and manufacturing company back in Colorado and will be remotely working. We plan to travel around Australia and surrounding areas most weekends while we are living abroad. We spent the month of January backpacking and hiking through New Zealand before arriving in Australia. We hope to find some wonderful people to live with during our time in Melbourne :)
Totally chill person, Just got into Deakin University, need a place to stay for a year or more under the budget with some nice similar age and mindset people.
