About your prospect housemates: My name is Rooz (if you haven't figured out yet :p) and I work full-time in city, the other person is Al and he is a researcher at Swinburne university. He is obsessed with cooking (it's his hobby!) and gardening, although our garden isn't that big we managed to harvest bunch of good herbs from it. We are quiet people most of the times, but also enjoy a social conversation and would like to hang out time to time. Privacy and respect is of our highest priority as well. As we are working full time, we would like you to come for inspection during the weekend or after 6 p.m. weekdays (although, weekend is more preferable).

Hey! I'm James, 26, gay, from New Zealand. I am a reliable, friendly, fun, loving, adventurous sporty guy. I love the outdoors and trying new things. I am exceptionally clean/tidy. I have recently relocated to Australia, and loving it! I work full time as a sales manager for a logistics company. Looking forward to the exciting challenge ahead! My ideal future housemates would be like-minded, down to earth, likes the outdoors and just an all round clean, tidy good bunch of people that would like to chill out together with a beer or 2. Someone who I can become good friends with and to be travel guide (not essential) haha. Ultimately I would like to find somewhere that will be happy to have me more permanently, I also have a vehicle and would ideally like off street parking. Any questions, feel free to get in touch. :)
It has a tram stop just through the park opposite our place that takes you through Richmond to Flinders Street. The train station is only a 10 minute walk. Such a nice beautiful home, big bedrooms, nice courtyard and a convenient kitchen.

Hello I am seeking to move in with health conscious, positive individuals who are open communicators, respect a quiet, tidy, clean home with no pets. I work as a nurse Mon-Fri and teach Yoga on the weekends. I enjoy reading, cycling, snorkeling in summer, meditating, and practicing yoga. Furniture/stuff: I have two mountain bikes, a bike rack, riding gear, camping gear, snorkeling gear, a library, a microwave, a kettle, and will need somewhere secure to store it, like a garage or shed which will need to be locked. Quirks and Perks: -I prefer if shoes were not worn inside the house. -I like to wake up to a clean kitchen, so it would be appreciated if dishes were done before bed. -I'm conscious about our environment and prefer to use environmentally friendly household cleaners. -I favour a rotating weekly cleaning roster, as its only fair to share the household cleaning. -I do not tolerate drugs or smoking. Move in date is flexible, as I would like to give my current house mates 4 weeks notice. My Budget: $170/week or $200/week inc Bills. Please contact me with any questions Have an amazing day 😊
I’m a mature and conscientious young lady :) at 45!. I’m a great housemate, respectful of space, privacy and also understand that sometimes a good chat over a cup of tea/meal is required. I actually enjoy cleaning and don’t mind doing a bit extra for my own enjoyment and for others. I like to create a pleasant environment for all to enjoy (cut flowers /clean windows etc and also share food/ conversation/ time but also need quite a bit of time to myself. I don’t watch much TV but am usually glued to my iPad researching a new yoga asana or recipe to attempt. Quite into yoga and doing things that nourish my body and spirit rather than deplete it. I work full time in the city even though I’m nearing my limit for the big smoke... looking at a day or two working from home in the near future. Important* I have two very spoilt lazy beautiful and well trained British Shorthair cats that I’m obliged to love and care for, for the length of their lives (which may be more ten years -they’re 6 now)😰 so please feel sorry for me and enquire within! They’re beautiful creatures and really are more like dogs in personality once they know you.
