The house is a federation home located in between Claremont and Swanbourne train stations. It is a 2 minute walk to Claremont Quarter shops so public transport and facilities are really close! It is also about a 25 minute walk to the beach if this is something that appeals to you :) We very much love the character of the home, the garden and its quirkiness and I am looking for someone who also values these things. Perfect for someone studying at UWA or Notre Dame as public transport to these locations is very convenient :) I have only uploaded a few photos so plenty more available if you are interested!!!
Hi, I'm Jasper from China. I currently have a Working Holiday Visa in Australia. I understand Western hygiene standards very well and am very clean. I love to meet people from different countries. I will be changing to a student visa as I will be doing a masters course in professional translation at UWA in semester one 2020 specializing in Mandarin and Japanese. I am a good speaker of English. My reference is from a local Australian university lecturer.
THE HOUSE: Share with 1 other. I can supply you with a fully furnished room and house in which to live during your stay. Rent is $200/ week with a bond of $600 with all bills included. It is a quiet house however saying that visitors are always welcome. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD: A short walk or ride to the beach and near to Lake Claremont, the house is super comfortable with a great lounge and kitchen. TRANSPORT: The bus is close (50m) to the city, UWA and Claremont as well as 900m to Swanbourne train station on the Fremantle line.
Staying 3 months in Australia for an internship at the Alliance française. I'm 20 years old, like to listen to music (electronic mostly), binge Netflix and drink some beers. I also run ! Looking for a bedroom in a house with easy going people !
The house has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with two living areas (one with air conditioning) and an undercover outdoor entertaining area with a large back garden. It's also walking distance from the beach, train station and shops. The spare room for rent is empty, but the rest of the house is fully furnished and ready to go. You would also be sharing the house with the two dogs featured in the photo's, both are really gentle and friendly! Unlimited Wifi available but not included in the rent cost.
A generally tidy and quiet person. I am someone who will open up once I get to know someone. I work at dominos and and planning to study oral therapy at uni. I am looking for a room with other fun easy going housemates.
Hello! I am looking for a share house with people who are fun, clean and love to socialise whilst also giving each other their own space. I love open space, plants and art so I will bring a lot of vibrancy to the place. I work full time as a town planner but also love all things science, art and psychology (Every week I will tell you about a new podcast). Week nights I do like going to see my dog and family or spending it at home with the housemates doing a big cookup! On my weekends, I do a bit of sport and would either be down at the beach every weekend in summer or being outdoors. I do love a good g&t or cocktail so will always be keen to head to a bar and head to the city night life otherwise I will be hanging with friends or binge-watching a good netflix series! If you like the sound of this, say hi!
Hi There! I'm Susie. 31 and work full time as a Sales Representative. Love keeping fit and spending time at the beach. Not looking for a party house, but housemates with a similar outlook on life with a positive and respectful vibe. Thanks
Hey there 👋, I’m looking to move into a sharehouse in Cott. At the moment I have a small townhouse to myself in South Perth, but I have been missing living closer to the ocean. I work full time in the city as a graduate. Having grown up in the Kimberley (Broome) I love to be near the ocean or in the outdoors. I live to eat and love to cook (but im learning that I much prefer cooking meals to share with other people - this usually means cakes, brownies, cookies, pasta etc. that I would need your help to make 'disappear'). I'm not a party animal but do enjoying going out dancing and have good conversations with good people. I'm looking for somewhere I can walk to the beach and the train, with enough sun to keep my large plant collection growing. I’m heading off on a solo trip to Spain and Portugal 11th Oct - 26th Oct and would be looking to move when I get back. I’d be interested in having a look at the room if you think I would fit into the house. ☺️ Thanks Sara
I have just arrived back in Perth after travelling & have been pet sitting for the last few month but am now looking for my own space! I’m a teacher but am doing a lot of different jobs at the moment which is keeping me busy! Looking for a quiet space to call home. Easy going, out a lot working or socialising, clean & tidy, respectful of others. Looking for an en-suite room in the Swanbourne area.
I work in the change management field, so I tend to work long days. Outside of that I like to relax and go for walks, read, catch up with friends for brunch, go see a movie or stay at home and watch some TV. I’m returning to Perth after six years in Melbourne and looking for a quiet place to live, preferably with just one other flat mate.
We are a senior, Brazilian-born retired couple wishing to evaluate Perth as a possible place to live after returning to Australia last year from a stay of several years in Brazil. We are looking for a modern, clean, dry place with space to move around and lots of natural light, preferably with own bathroom, in the vicinity of beach. We are jovial, easy to get along with and know how to carry our own weight, clean after ourselves etc. In the spirit of integration, we also insist on helping with chores around the house. Our interests are reading, music, computer programming, outdoor activities and culinary. We are willing to pay reasonable rent consistent with your offering. If you think we may be a good complement to your home and lifestyle, please get back to us so we may schedule a visit for mutual assessment and then take it from there. PLEASE NOTE we are currently at Darwin and are now scheduled to arrive in Perth late this month, on 29 September 2019. Thank you, Fausto and Electra
