I am studying at UWA as international student from Germany. I am 25 years old and i love to surf. I like to spend time with friends, see myself as a calm person, pretty tidy but not excessive:). Most important thing to me is to get on well with each other in a shared flat. I look forward to meet you guys.
The property is perfectly located near swanbourne beach (5 min max walk) right next to Allan park and very close to popular cafes (Kirkwood, daisies etc) All living spaces will be fully furnished and we’re flexible on furnishing the room we have up for rent - we have extra beds, cupboards etc in storage so if you prefer a furnished room that can definitely be organised :)
The room available is a private, peaceful and cosy living space. It’s unfurnished with the exception of the wardrobe if preferred, but the rest of the house is furnished. There are so many lovely things about living here. It’s a close walk to the beach, cafes, tennis courts and public transport is easily accessible. The house is large, full of character with a large backyard, outdoor entertaining area and great value for location.
I work as a disability support worker visiting people in their homes around the western suburbs. I'm friendly, creative, musical, honest, neat, healthy, and have respect for all walks and forms of life. I love mixing electronic music, PS4 and running. I have a strong belief that we are intimately connected within and without our universe.
Hi! We are two 22 years old exchange students from Sweden moving to Perth in the middle of July to study one semester at the University of Western Australia. Both of us will be studying at the Business School of UWA. Our semester there will be a part of our education back in Sweden, where Anna is pursuing a Bachelor in Business and Economics at Uppsala University and Katarina a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management at Lund University. We are both easygoing and enjoy socialising, exploring, traveling, sports and having an active life. Apart from that we definitely enjoy a wine or two sometimes and are looking forward to meet new friends during our stay in Perth. Of course both of us are tidy, organized and respectful with the people and the place where we live. We are looking for a fully furnished apartment in or nearby Cottlesloe, Mosman Park, Swanbourne or Claremont from end of July until middle of November. Also other areas in West Perth not too far away from Crawley are interesting, as well as rooms in a share house. Please get in touch if you would find us interesting as tenants - looking forward hearing from you! Kind regards, Anna and Katarina.
Hello, I'm Delen, a French student, coming to Perth to study at UWA as an exchange student. I love meeting people and debating during hours. I'm naturally outgoing and easygoing. I adore laughing and having fun. However, I also enjoy the down times (where you can find me reading a book or writing). I adore connecting and trying new things but I think that respect is extremely important in society life, particularly respect of boundaries and personal space. Growing up with a fussy mother made me a tidy person who enjoys living in a clean environment. I can't wait to discover life in Perth, Australia and its people.
I’m active, tidy and easygoing. Often at the beach or surf club. Grew up in Perth and have travelled a fair bit. I work in finance. Enjoy a chat but also respectful of others’ space. Looking for a good house vibe and hopefully some similar interests.
Im an easy going guy, live a healthy and active lifestyle. I have recently come back to Perth have having been away for a few years living in NZ and require a new place to call home. Currently working full time :) In my spare time I enjoy surfing/photography and keeping fit and active. Love catching up with mates and being social.
I'm Tash, 22 years old and working part time. I'm easy going, into health and fitness and love to cook! I'm a big fan of competitive reality tv and enjoy some casual drinks with friends on some weekends. I'm always down to meet new people but will always respect privacy as well! I like to keep my space tidy and I'm not a smoker. I work at UWA so looking for somewhere no further than 15 mins away and preferably NOR.
Hello guys! I will be studying at UWA as an exchange student from the Netherlands but I am half Italian and half Swedish. I am very easy going and up for fun as much as chilled times. I would love to spend as much time as possible outside, enjoying the nature and hopefully get better at surfing. Love animals and my goal right now–learn how to play the guitar! I will be there the 19th of july, hope to be able to come for inspections then
Hi! Me and my friend Victor is traveling to Perth 20/7 and are now looking for accomondation for our stay. We are both Swedish, studying a master of Law in Lund (Sweden). We are now traveling to Perth due to our exchange year of study this autumn. Back home beside my studies, I am working as a furniture seller during weekends and I am currently working at a business law firm in my hometown this summer as a Lawyer trainee. Victor is working (besides the studies) as a claims adjuster in the insurance industry. We have therefore both good economy. On our spare time, we are both dedicated mountain bikers. Actually, our interest for mountian bikeing is one of the main causes why we wanted to travel to Perth! Besides that, I have also a great interest in photography and film. Hobbies that take up a lot of my spare time. We are arriving in Perth the 20th of July, and do want to get an accomondation as soon as possible. The semester progresses until the 23/11 2018. We are mainly looking for accomondation in the Cottesloe area but are of course intrested in other locations! About the room, we prefer an accomondation to share for ourselves, but other options works as well (Sharehouse etc.). Since we are planning on buying a car, a parking spot would have been great but is not a requirement. We do not smoke, do not have pets, and are (in our opinion) calm and easy going.
Student from the Netherlands who is going to do an internship at ICRAR. In the Netherlands I also rent a room in a cosy student house. I keep my place tight and clean and like to relax with my fellow roommates. I love to do some running, mountainbiking, scuba diving, djing and drinking a beer with friends. I am currently still in the Netherlands and will begin my internship at September.
My name is Nathan I am 19 years old and I am an international student from the Netherlands. I will be studying at the UWA for 6 months and will be travelling after that period. Hey, I'm Nick. I'm from Brazil, but I've lived here most of my life. I work as an exploration geologist, and I'm looking to move closer to my office in North Fremantle. I work away quite often, generally between two - three weeks, but I don't have a set roster. When I'm back in Perth, I spend most of my time in the office, but in my free time I love to keep fit, surf and enjoy a drink. Coffee, too.
I'm a bubbly 22 year old that loves a healthy lifestyle. I love a good night in with lame movies or the occasional casual weekend drinks. Most of my spare time will be spent down the beach or at a cafe somewhere eating food since I'll be working full time during the week. Always keen to make new friends but also respect privacy.
I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so some kind of parking spot is needed. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music , going to gigs when I can. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing away on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Regards Dave
I work 5 days a week from 7-5 and so will be out of the house a lot. But I’m clean and organised and won’t take up heaps of room. Just need a place north of the river so I’m closer to work. i play hockey on the weekends, live a pretty social life. But when im home i usually like to keep it pretty low-key and chilled

We are a young Vietnamese couple. I'm doing a Master degree at UWA while my wife's working fulltime at a small restaurant near Uni. We are looking for a long-term place near UWA with nice housemates so that my wife can keep working and I can finish my study. We are very friendly, clean and easy going.
I am S M Borhanuddin from Bangladesh. I myself is an amicable person. Like to interact with people positively. In free time I also like to do exercise. No problem with multicultural people. Have a great fun always!
Hi! I'm an exchange student from Sweden studying a Bachelor in Peace and Conflict Studies and I'm arriving in Perth July 19. I'm really looking forward to study and live in Perth, but I do need a place to stay until around November 18. I'm easy to live with and I both like to hang out with friends and being on my own. I like to keep my room clean and organized and I always pay my rents on time. I'm a non smoking person and would like to live in a place where smoking is not allowed. In my sparetime I love to do sports and training and during my time in Perth I hope to be able to discover the city and it's surroundings and do a lot of fun activities. Best regards, Frida
Well, I'm a grown up and a normal person! A HR Manager by profession, I've shared with people around the world for many years before settling in Brisbane and making a home with my family at the time (partner and 2 boys), buying investment properties - the whole box & dice. Don't have any kids of my own but would like them one day. I'm clean and always tidy up after myself. Very respectful of other people's property and privacy. I like to keep in shape, don't smoke and rarely drink - quite boring really! Have been a bit of a gypsy the last 2 years, but I'm moving to WA to start a new, long-term career and wanting to find a quiet, clean place with outgoing and mature people. My plan is to rent / share for 6 - 12 months while I look for a place to buy. I have a group of friends in Perth already but looking to make new connections for sure.
Hi Im Hannah. I’m currently doing my honours in psychology at UWA. Work part time night shifts in east perth usually finish work at 9/10pm. Not really home too much. I’m clean, easy going, and respectful. I enjoy keeping fit in my spare time, spend a lot of time outdoors in summer.
I moved to Perth from Texas for a job almost two years ago. I work standard hours during the week and am trying to experience Australia and meet more people in my spare time. I like to think I would be easy to live with, I am generally easy going and clean, especially in shared spaces. I work in the city, so getting there easily via public transport is a pretty high priority for me, and I would strongly prefer to have my own bathroom. Also, I have a car, but I am open to on or off street parking.
Hey lovely human being reading this, I am a Berlin girl on exchange in Perth looking for kind and funny people to live with. I will be studying in Perth, at the University of Western Australia, from mid July till mid November and I am looking for a room for that time period. I study liberal arts and sciences in the Netherlands, majoring in sociology and anthropology. So I am always up for an in depth discussion about societies' disastrous consequences on humanity. I am an outgoing and open minded person, love to talk and socialise. I've traveled many countries so now I am more than excited to get to know some Australian culture and people. I am a curious person, with many interests and I am quick in making new friends. In my free time I like to do sports (Yoga, rock climbing and running). Besides that I do enjoy a good conversation over some beers, going to arts shows or festivals, but equally enjoy reading and spending some time alone listening to music. Also I really like cooking for other people so if this sounds like you could hang out with me and have a room to offer, please contact me .
I am a 21 year old Danish exchange student, looking to have a chill stay in Australia. I enjoy sports and activities aswell as going out or enjoying a beer over a home cooked meal. I like to be social, but am very respectful of others privacy and likewise sometimes enjoy relaxing in my own space. I am independent, respectful, don't smoke and pay rent on time, so very easy to live with. I am from the cold north, so I'm really looking forward to enjoying my stay in Australia, hopefully with great roommates.
I'm a super busy person amongst working and studying so I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy (within reason) and who I can chat to when I'm not too busy sytessing. I'm nice person and I do enjoy time out but whoever I live with needs to know that I am a stress head! I'm looking for a flatmate so that I can live in a nice new place with all the "necesssities" dishwasher, space for a washing machine (I have a washer/dryer) and a massive fridge so no issue there, as close to the city as possible! I'm pretty active and i'm always looking for a new gym/ bouldering partner and regularly go to group PT classes if you are interested! I love cooking and baking so we could definitely have some sort of cooking system if that suits you. If you have any questions, shoot me a message!
I am a quiet non-drinker, non-smoker anxious introvert who likes to pay things on time and keep to herself as much as possible. I love playing games, writing, reading, walking, spending time with my partner (who lives in the UK, when he visits I am happy to pay for an agreed upon amount of increased rent) and friends (online). I also like to cook and keep things neat and simple. I love pets and looking after mine, I have a dog who will be eight years old in November, he's an australian shepherd that loves people and other animals, and loves to behave like a cat by sleeping all day. I also have a fishtank and would like to get a secound one when I move out, or a low maintenance cat. I don't like having misunderstandings between myself and others, and prefer to sort out differences as soon as possible with words and compromises if necessary. I love my privacy and will respect yours and your boundaries. I've been told I'm undemanding, a good listener, and non-judgemental of people's flaws. I've lived in Perth all my life, and I'm looking to gain more independence and move closer to my uni so I can study easier.
I will be in Perth for an exchange semester and would describe myself as an open and flexible person. I like being around great people to hang out, laugh and talk. I enjoy being in nature and discovering new places and activities. I am independent, tidy and respectful.
