Situated walking distance to both Claremont and Swanbourne train stations, Claremont quarter (shops and grocery stores) this 1890s classic Australian Character home is ideal for students requiring public transport to and from university. There are Jarrah floorboards throughout, high ceilings, stained glass windows and beautiful gardens. It is also really close to the beach if that is something that appeals to you. You will be sharing with myself and one other flatmate, we are really easy going people who love our home and making it feel comfortable :) We love spending time in the garden and outdoors, looking for someone who will respect that this is our home and understand that we like it to be clean and tidy but also comfortable! If this sounds like you we would love to hear from you :-)
I'm a 30 year old teacher who loves to be to be active, at the gym or in the ocean. I enjoy watching sport on the tv, as well as the occasional movie or tv show. I am friendly and sociable, but also enjoy my quiet time, and doing art. I am respectful and a tidy person. My maximum budget is $200, but ideally I'm looking for something between $150-180, and/or including bills. For the right place, I'm willing to be flexible. I have some flexibility in my move-in date over the next six weeks.
Lovely sharehouse in beachside Swanbourne, a stone’s throw from the Cottesloe cafe strip, beaches, parks and bushland. A nature lover’s paradise. The Nature’s Hideway room is nestled in the backyard and is surrounded by trees and bush with independent access. Fully furnished spacious house in quiet street surrounded by large shady trees, with two living areas, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Great outdoor patio and BBQ area at the back. Share house duties. Walking distance to shops, bus, train. Only 20mn to UWA by bus. $150/wk + $20 expenses, incl. utilities and internet.
Hello I have recently moved home from working and living in Queensland, I am a Registered Nurse and work at Hollywood Hospital. I am looking for a room with my own bathroom. Outside of work I am fairly active, involved in my surf life saving club and spend a lot of my time with friends and family. I like to keep healthy and keep my home a relaxing and neat place.
Heyyyy everyone Emily here 😁 I’m a 29 year old galll, down to earth yet bubbly personality who loves a laugh, is a straight shooter and quite a social butterfly. I’m respectful of others space, clean and tidy. Me and my 4 year old Bull Arab cross Zaiden are looking to make the jump from QLD to the West in February 2020 as I would like to embark on a career in mining/FIFO and there is a lot more work in WA than QLD, wanting a new fresh start meet some new awesome people and are looking for a place with minimum 6 month stay. Ideally would greatly appreciate someone who loves a social dog and wouldn’t mind watching him whilst I am away for work, if not I will be organising a pet sitter for him to go to whilst I’m away working. If your looking to team up to get a place together I would definitely be open to it. Prefer all bills to be included in rent but can be flexible. Looking for a coastal place if possible as love health fitness and the beach!
Looking for somewhere not too far from the coast to call home with my two little furballs. I work full time doing shift work in the city (2 days 2 nights 4 off), but don't worry, I'm not asking anyone to tip toe around on the days I'm sleeping, just have to bear that in mind before you get the drum kit out. My days off are usually pretty chilled out. Usually spent hanging out with my doggos, going to the beach, keeping fit, getting cosy with a book, seeing friends and family, little crafty projects, gardening and relaxing. I'm an absolute plant lover so bonus if there's a bit of a garden to tinker around in. I'm respectful of others personal space and property and I hope the same in return. I'm tidy, try to be conscious of my power and water consumption and recycle where possible, would be nice to have someone like-minded. I have my bedroom furniture, a tv, a washing machine and kitchenware (currently in storage, but i have all the cool gadgets like slow cooker, rice cooker, juicer, bake ware etc) so flexible on what I bring to the table. Oh AND I have a hammock. It's heaven. Happy to share it! Doggo lover a must as my two can be very cuddly. They're tiny, only a few kg each so need a secure yard. They stay outside while I'm out and about but I let the inside when I'm home. They are well trained and I ensure they cleaned up after. If I sound like someone you'd like to share with please flick me a message. Not looking for a party house but rather a relaxing yet social space we can be comfortable to be ourselves in. Be nice to share a couple of bevvies here and there too
Hi everyone, my name is Maria, I’m 28 and I’m looking for a furnished room in Cottesloe/ Swanbourne area starting January 10th/ish. I would describe myself as happy and easygoing. Love being outdoors, especially the ocean and beach. Plus yoga, coffee, dogs... you know the usual. Over the past years I have lived in a few different places/ countries, so I would say I love traveling. To me personally its important to live in a pretty clean place, also I’m just not a fan of indoor cats and litter boxes 🙈 I’m getting back to Perth around the 10th of January and am planning on working full time then. Ideally the room would be month to month, I can commit to at least 3 months but not sure yet after that. Would be great to hear from you. phone 0424923353 Cheers, Maria
My names Bec, and I’m originally from country Victoria. I am moving from Darwin to Perth commence work in early January. I am likely looking for a place to live for 3-6 months at the moment. I may be moving to reside at the Academy in Joondalup hence the short period of time. I haven't lived in WA before, but I am moving solely for work. I will have family 600km up the road (just a short afternoon drive haha). Something I am firm on is to have my own bathroom and will be happy to pay that bit extra (dependent upon sizing and amount of people in the house). Would be happy with a group of guys (or girl!) that’s interested in a nice place to come home to. I’m happy to spend that bit extra for a nice home, if required. Looking for someone (roughly) around my age bracket that may be interested in being friends as well. I'd love someone that would be happy to chill on the couch watching netflix, and also share a meal every now and again. Totally respectful of personal space. I love doing ballet (barre) classes to keep fit with a bit of F45 in the mix as well, but I also love chilling out around the house. I love to play golf, paddle-board, tennis, target shooting, watching loads of sport and having a whiskey on a Friday/Saturday night. I’m not big on the party scene, would rather be at home having a BBQ. I’m pretty easy to get along with. 😊 I’m a very clean person, and I'd love someone that is similar to me. I am respectful of other housemates space. I’m going to want to bring my own bedroom furniture. Would be fantastic if I could find someone that does have an established home. I’m also single, a non-smoker, and do not have any pets (cannot live in a home with a cat, super allergic, sorry!) If you have any questions, and think I would be a good fit into your home, hit me up 👍🏼 Cheers!
Hey everyone, my name is Koen Franse, 24 years old, from the Netherlands! In January I'm starting my internship in Perth at UWA, which is part of my study Medical Engineering that I'm doing in the Netherlands. I'm already looking forward to living in Perth for 4 months, and it would be great to live in a house with some other students during my stay! I will be busy with my internship from 9-5, but after work I like grabbing a beer with some friends, going to parties and concerts in the weekend or doing some sports together. My hobbies are playing guitar and singing, and I would like to improve my surfing while I'm in Australia. Looking forward to meet you!
Looking for accommodation before going on holidays :) I will be working on my thesis and enjoying the good weather during this month. While I´m independent I like to have a chat and enjoy a drink with my roommates. I will much prefer a place close to the beach.
I'm easy going with a sense of humour. I don't mind cooking and doing Jobs around the house. From Perth, enjoy music, sport/being active, riding, reading, playing guitar and a few social drinks. Working and studying. Have put 3 months for now but may be wanting/able to stay longer.
Hi! I’ve recently moved back to WA from Sydney. I’m looking for a room in a laid back share house around the Cott/Claremont area. I enjoy staying fit and chasing waves on the weekends.
