Hey folks! My land lady has given me permission to sublet the two soon-to-be-vacant bedrooms at a quirky-cool 70's 3 bedroom home in Swanbourne. The rooms are for rent at 150 and 175 per week. Bills can be included in the rent for a flat $25 per week each or divided evenly on a pro rata basis, (i.e. if a housemate is away for a significant amount of time, it will be reflected in their share of the bill) The house is furnished with the exception of the bedrooms so you may furnish and decorate them to your own taste. Whats great about the place? - Near the end of a cul-de-sac in a nice neighbourhood with friendly, chilled out neighbours - Huge back yard - Swanbourne beach is a beautiful clean spot that is never crowded and is only a 15 minute walk through Allen Park - Cafes: The Daily, The Other Side and North Street store all serve great coffee and are all less than a 10 minute walk away. North street store also bakes awesome bread! The IGA and bottle shop are just a short walk away too - Public transport: 8 minute walk to Swanbourne train station which will take you to Fremantle or the City in 15 - 20 minutes. The 102 bus stops just around the corner and will get you to UWA also in just under 20 minutes I've been living here for about 3 years and it's been great. The land lady is lovely (hates doing inspections) and has been quick to respond to any maintenance issues that have come up. Also note that the whole house will be professionally cleaned before my current housemates vacate so you will be moving into a nice clean place.

Hi I am a new graduate from NSW moving back to Perth for work. I am clean and tidy and love to cook! I have been living out of home for the last 6 years and usually becomes good friends with my fellow housemates. I respect personal space but loves a good chat, some board games and a good movie's night :)

We are happy, social and an outgoing people, and are open to stay with other people. Further, do we take our studies serious and we all have an active lifestyle. In weekends we love to party and have drinks. We are keen to live close to Cottesloe. If you want to know more, please contact me. :)
Hi, I'm Chris. Im moving back to Perth shortly after a few years living in Queensland. I’ll be working part-time as a medical scientist and studying IT part-time, so it’s going to be a productive year. In my spare time l enjoy doing yoga, running on the beach, hiking, music and I love to cook. I’m looking for a clean, quiet place to live with no drama, but don’t mind a good movie/games night and relaxing with a few drinks. I’m flexible, considerate & always happy to help my housemates to take care of the place, keep it clean & tidy, and create a good dynamic where everyone feels comfortable.
We are a tidy, quiet and no-smoking young couple, travelling from Melbourne to Perth on January 27th. We have been living in Melbourne for 6 months, and we are moving to Perth to improve our careers (me as a Chemical Engineer and my wife as a Business Manager) We also have references from our landlord. We always pay on time. We do not have children or pets. We both work and study Mon-Fri all day. We are looking for a cozy apartment, studio, or granny flat with one bedroom and one bathroom.
I am a single French Teacher from the South of France who recently became Australian. I live in Australia since 8 years after having lived in France, the United States and Germany (where I spent more than 20 years). I speak fluently French, German, English, Spanish. I love all kind of music, I live a lot outside, swim and do other sports regularly to stay fit and happy :) . I am clean and tidy and love to cook for friends. My motto: Carpe Diem :) ! I am looking for a non-furnished room with all bills included. I thank you for having read my ad and look forward to hear from you :) !
Originally from Albany, living in Mandurah and starting at UWA next semester studying Bio-Med. I'll be studying full time and enjoy going out a lot but still will pull my weight around the place. Bills won't be an issue and I'll be able to easily pay everything on time with no drama's. I went to boarding school during high school so I know all the in's and outs of a share house. I enjoy being active and going to the gym and getting out or maybe having a quiet night in my spare time.
Hi all, I am a 30 year old single young professional working in Financial Services. I grew up and studied in Perth at UWA, but have been working on the east coast for the last 7 years. I recently returned to Perth for work. In my free time I enjoy exercising, reading, socialising, occasionally cooking and spending time outdoors. I am looking for a relatively quiet and clean place to live.
I work in retail in Claremont and I’m a student at Curtin studying Psychology and Human Resource Management. Looking for long term accomodation :) I’m easy going, tidy and respectful
Looking for a furnished room to share as a couple for the next 6 months. I work in the city and my boyfriend does FIFO as an engineer so would only be around every other week. We're both easy going people, just looking for a nice chilled out place to live!
Hey! I’m Mel and I’m a 21 year old student at UWA studying pharmacology and chemistry. I’m very bubbly, friendly and outgoing. I love meeting new people and being around others, but I also love time to myself. Things I enjoy doing are: going for walks along the beach, going to the beach, reading, Netflix (moreso when I have study to do), going out for brunch or coffee, keeping fit and having a nice quiet drink, to name a few. I like getting outdoors, going on little trips and trying different things. I enjoy going out occasionally, but usually when I do, I don’t have a big night. I’m quite a morning person and I’m usually in bed by 10-10:30pm. I like to keep communal spaces nice and clean, and usually my own as well. I’m pretty cool with the idea of living with a male or female, so if I sound like someone you’d want to live with, feel free to message!
Hi Guys! I'm Susie, 31 and work full time as wine sales representative. I love keeping fit and chilling out during the week nights. I'm not looking for a party house, something clean and to live with people that have a positive outlook on life. I love good food, the beach and a wine or two! I enjoy the weekends and being social and I'm sure living together I would end up with some great friends not just housemates. Hopefully hear from you soon!! Cheers
We are a social, laid back couple from Perth, aged 23 and 25. Harry is in his last semester studying his Engineering Masters at UWA and I am just about to begin full time work in the city as a Management Consultant. We are clean and tidy, have lived in a share house previously and like to consider ourselves pretty low maintenance. We are both quite social although during the week are busy, so are usually down for nice homemade dinners and wine, and generally up for a few more on the weekends. We both love the beach, camping and the outdoors and would love to meet some like-minded individuals or other couples. Please don't hesitate to reach out for any more info!
Very quiet, extremely clean and respectful to the place I live in and other people’s space. Always positive, good energy and vibe! Studied Aviation and business back home but now I’m working as a Chef in the city so I don’t spend too much time at home, if I’m not working I’m travelling in my motorbike. Although, I enjoy a lot socialising, meeting new people, making new friends...having a drink every now and then and obviously cooking for the house... I’m from Bolivia, been living here in Perth for the last 3 years. I’ve been living around the city all this time so I’m ready to get something close/next to the beach... If you have any other questions or you have a place that we could share and call it home just send me a message! Have a great Morning/day/evening/night!
Hey, I am Holly, I am a 28 year old Chiropractor! I currently live in NZ, but am moving back across the ditch at the end of Feb - but would be happy to pay rent in advance for the right place! I am pretty easy going, clean and tidy, great banter. Keep really active and live a healthy lifestyle! I surf (amateur), swim - basically anything in and around the ocean, yoga, pilates, want to learn to free dive etc. I don't know anyone in Perth besides family, so would be so stoked to move in with a friendly bunch of people (don't need or want my hand held, but friendly house would be amazing!) I will be working full time in a practice in Shenton Park starting in March. I have a partner but he will be remaining in NZ for the forseeable, we are not sure when he will be able to come over- later in the year, at which point we would get our own place. So I may not be the longest term flatty, but I promise to be a great one! Please let me know if you are keen and we could do a Skype/Facetime chat of sorts! Thanks, Holly
