Photos coming soon! Hey folks! My land lady has given me permission to sublet the two soon-to-be-vacant bedrooms at a quirky-cool 70's 3 bedroom home in Swanbourne. The rooms are for rent at 150 and 175 per week. Bills are not included in the rent and will be divided evenly on a pro rata basis, (i.e. if a housemate is away for a significant amount of time, it will be reflected in their share of the bill) The house is furnished with the exception of the bedrooms so you may furnish and decorate them to your own taste. Whats great about the place? - Near the end of a cul-de-sac in a nice neighbourhood with friendly, chilled out neighbours - Huge back yard - Swanbourne beach is a beautiful clean spot that is never crowded and is only a 15 minute walk through Allen Park - Cafes: The Daily, The Other Side and North Street store all serve great coffee and are all less than a 10 minute walk away. North street store also bakes awesome bread! The IGA and bottle shop are just a short walk away too - Public transport: 8 minute walk to Swanbourne train station which will take you to Fremantle or the City in about 15 minutes. The 102 bus stops just around the corner and will get you to UWA also in just 15 minutes I've been living here for almost 3 years and it's been great. The land lady is lovely (hates doing inspections) and has been quick to respond to any maintenance issues that have come up. Also note that the whole house will be professionally cleaned before my current housemates vacate so you will be moving into a nice clean place.
Just a short stroll to Grant St Train Station, Swanbourne Train Station, Stirling Highway buses, Swanbourne shops and Cottesloe Beach. This house is in an ideal location. Modern 3 story townhouse with all the features including dishwasher, ducted air con, cinema room, BBQ and internet. Internet and cleaner included in rent.
The property is perfectly located near swanbourne beach (5 min max walk) right next to Allan park and very close to popular cafes (Kirkwood, daisies etc) All living spaces will be fully furnished and we’re flexible on furnishing the room we have up for rent - we have extra beds, cupboards etc in storage so if you prefer a furnished room that can definitely be organised :)
The room available is a private, peaceful and cosy living space. It’s unfurnished with the exception of the wardrobe if preferred, but the rest of the house is furnished. There are so many lovely things about living here. It’s a close walk to the beach, cafes, tennis courts and public transport is easily accessible. The house is large, full of character with a large backyard, outdoor entertaining area and great value for location.

Well, I'm a grown up and a normal person! A HR Manager by profession, I've shared with people around the world for many years before settling in Brisbane and making a home with my family at the time (partner and 2 boys), buying investment properties - the whole box & dice. Don't have any kids of my own but would like them one day. I'm clean and always tidy up after myself. Very respectful of other people's property and privacy. I like to keep in shape, don't smoke and rarely drink - quite boring really! Have been a bit of a gypsy the last 2 years, but I'm moving to WA to start a new, long-term career and wanting to find a quiet, clean place with outgoing and mature people. My plan is to rent / share for 6 - 12 months while I look for a place to buy. I have a group of friends in Perth already but looking to make new connections for sure.
Hi! I'm an exchange student from Sweden studying a Bachelor in Peace and Conflict Studies and I'm arriving in Perth July 19. I'm really looking forward to study and live in Perth, but I do need a place to stay until around 20th of November. I'm easy to live with and I both like to hang out with friends and being on my own. I like to keep my room clean and organized and I always pay my rents on time. I'm a non smoking person and would like to live in a place where smoking is not allowed. In my sparetime I love to do sports and training and during my time in Perth I hope to be able to discover the city and it's surroundings and do a lot of fun activities. Best regards, Frida
I work full time Mon-Fri - weekdays are usually work focussed, gym etc and on the weekends I like to make most of it by being out and about, Love hikes, wining and dining, I've always been an awesome housemate :)
UPDATE: Looking and open to new living possIbilities, in my preferred areas. Thank you. ------------------------------------------------------ Fun and happy female originally from England. Super clean, I like to live in tidy surroundings. Love a giggle and would describe myself as a gentle, open-minded, respectful person. clean cook, House proud, good listener. Social but I enjoy personal time too. Sea lover. Work hard. Enjoy a vino at the weekend, and like to kick back and relax.
I’m currently relocating from Byron Bay to Perth & looking for a room, I like cooking, going to the beach, odd glass of wine, very social & happy but also respect people’s space & extremely tidy :)
Hello! We both study either full time or part time and both have jobs during the week and on the weekend. Love living an active lifestyle and going to the beach! Looking for a chill, organised, hygenic household. Interests: I'm putting most of my time and effort into completing my studies to be a certified Make-Up Artist. I hope next year to get into University to study fashion, too. Collaborating the two seems like the best option. As for hobbies I switch between different arts, such as, creative writing, sketching, lyric writing, make-up (although that's more or less like work now so haha) and fashion design. I enjoy; cardio/working-out, coffee (cheap pre-workout, if you really heap it), comedy movies, art festivals, my herbal teas and music. Perks: I live by a budget and a schedule. (Let's discuss yours and mine so they don't clash.) I love my privacy, so, I don't hover but I've been told I'm bubbly and friendly by previous house-mates. Requirements; -WiFi. -Aircon. -Fridge. -Toaster. -Stove. -Laundry facility. -Vaccum/broom. -Bed (would be nice but can buy my own haha) -Somewhere to put my clothes away. (Preferably bills included) Income: Centrelink.
I'm moving back to Perth for full-time work. Originally from Sweden and did my exchange year in Perth 2016-2017. Super excited to be back, meet some new people and get back to the way of life in WA. Love the outdoorlife and watersports, love travelling and keeping myself busy. I always like to fill my weekends with sports, friends doing dinner, drinks, walks, coffee or trying new places BUT I also appreciate some me-time and going to gym and cafes to brunch alone. In short: - Social (love getting to know new people and trying new things) - Love a good feed and some drinks/ night out but also a good chill night in - Active lifestyle and love to try out new sports (gonna learn to kite in august) - Lived with housemates before, respectful of their space and schedules - Dog lover Looking for: - Somewhere between Scarborough and the city, Love the beach and will work right in city centre. Lived in Cott last time I was here - Will be down around mid-August
Clean, orderly and easy to get along with. Love me some banter as well as deep philosophical conversation. Musician with broad tastes.
Hi I'm putting the feelers out for the perfect living situation for myself which is close to some surf or snorkelling. Potentially with someone else in a FIFO relationship would be suitable. I currently work full-time in Myaree as well as volunteering most weekends in Bibra Lake. I am starting a side business which will require desk space and room to store photography. I also have larger items - a bicycle, surfboard, dive gear and two cars I need undercover space for. Although one car is a company car so road side parking would be ok for one. A little about me! I'm a very active and creative person, I'm very bubbly and busy with my social life. I often have friends over during the week for dinner, cuppa teas, to watch vine compilations or for a sneaky midweek drink (that last one is very rare). I like to have some alone time as well, some days you may wonder if I'm still alive. My partner works fifo on a 4weeks on 1week home roster. He lives in Jindalee. It is not an easy gig and the time I have with him after-work during that 1 week is important for getting us through another swing apart. I require a home where he can visit and feel welcome throughout that 1 week out of 5. I'm looking to live with housemates who are easy to get along with, clean up after themselves in shared areas promptly and are busy living their own life. I love all pets! Would love a place where I may be able to adopt a rabbit or something small. I have a pretty good living situation at the moment and am willing to wait for something which can offer me everything I want.
My name is Beau, currently living in nedlands. Working full time. Would say I’m clean and tidy and will respect the people I’m living with. I’m social on the weekends but do enjoy my own personal space. I love being around sports and doing active activities on the weekend. 😀
About me Hi guys! My name is Marc I am 24 years old and working as a clerical officer at Charlies. I would prefer to live with people who might also be potential friends as it makes it more fun and enjoyable for all housemates. I am fairly active and friendly happy to sit and have a chat or watch Netflix/stan. I have lived in share houses before and am happy to pitch in keeping the place tidy and clean. I am very chill and love to have a good laugh.
Hi guys! My name is Jaide, I am 24 years old and I work as a beverage attendant at a hotel in Perth city while studying Remedial Massage Therapy full time. I am focused on my work and studies; however outside of these commitments, my hobbies include cooking, volleyball, yoga, running/agility with my Lucy and gardening. I like to keep active and healthy, and quality conversation is a must. I'm also a fan of skill- exchange. I like to live clean and tidy, with little clutter. Close to public transport is a must. Close to Perth CBD is an absolute winner. I need dog friendly housemates and a good yard. My dog, Lucy, is my companion and it's an absolute given that she will be coming with me where ever I move. As a german shorthaired pointer x staff x curly retriever, she does shed a bit in the summer, but not heavily- I have a great vacuum. She is very well house trained, socialised and is full of love, flops and has many tricks she loves to show off in exchange for things she wants. (She has a full grasp of currency and exchange, don't be fooled by her cuteness.) She's an indoor dog, has her own winter wardrobe and generally functions as a polite member of the household. She's quiet, only really vocalises during general conversations and when it's dinner/bedtime- never joins in on the neighborhood 'twilight bark', and only ever rumbles her grumbles when there's an unwelcome intruder or she perceives genuine danger. Not a digger, just a bit of a kisser. She's an absolute delight and will improve your life. Sincerely, Jaide and Lucy Xx
