I love a wine (or 3) and close my Apple Watch rings daily like it’s a full-time job. I’m easy to chat with, genuinely interested in people, can hold a conversation about politics, the housing market, but also will say I'm going to bed early and watch 90mins of tiktok and be down with the kids of today, ya know, 30yr olds can be cool... I’ve lived in plenty of sharehouses, always been the main leaseholder and I know how to live with people like an adult no chore charts or drama required. Since I’m only home two weeks of the month, I’d love for bills to reflect that but can chat.
