Hi! A bit about me: I am 29 and am moving to Sydney in Jan/Feb 2025 from Brisbane. I have a full-time professional job in Sydney CBD which sometimes requires long hours. As a result, I am not home much during the week unless it is to eat, sleep or unwind by watching netflix/reading a book. I love having a clean, tidy and peaceful apartment that feels like a home to unwind in at the end of a long work day. I am social, like to have a good laugh, love a cheeky after work wine and dining out with my friends, but I also respect the space of my flatmates. I clean up after myself, a clean and tidy household is a must. On the weekends you'll find me by the beach, going on walks or exploring Sydney! What I am looking for: - Eastern or northern suburbs - Good public transport to circular quay but is in a quiet street/ -complex - Preferably my own bathroom but I am open to sharing - Car parking (preference is off street but open to on-street with permit availability) Ideally my housemate will be preferably female, of similar age mid-late 20s or 30s, a non-smoker (I don't smoke either), clean, tidy, respectful of personal belongings/ space and a busy professional or similar. I'd love to be friends with my house mate, but don't want the place to be party-central every weekend. However, I am quite happy to go out to socialise or have a wine or two at home.
