Hi there, my name is Lucy, I'm originally from Adelaide but have now lived in Sydney for 3.5 years. Unfortunately I’m having to move out of my current apartment in Coogee (landlords putting rent up again, and current housemate is keen to move north side of the bridge) - but I am super keen to stay in the area! I am a 32 year old, full time worker within the media industry with a Monday - Friday work schedule, and am in the office 99% of the time, rarely work from home. I'm super easy to live with, I'm clean, I'm not a party girl (although don't get me wrong I do love a wine!) and I love trying new restaurants, going to gigs/the theatre, the beach, and love going to the S1 gym in Coogee! Hope to find somewhere great to move into!! I need to be out of my current place by the end of April, open to moving early and paying double rent for a couple of weeks though if the place is right! :)
