I'm looking for a place to stay until I can organize accommodation on my own. If the living situation is a pleasant one though, I might decide to stay for long term. Currently looking for steady work as my current situation can be best described as casual-part time and non-existent. When I do work, I work as a security guard. I'm pretty laid back if you catch me at home. Most of the time I'll just want to be left be if I'm in my room. But if I'm hanging around in the kitchen or common areas I'm always open to spin the yarn. I love music. It's one of the few things I don't think I could cut out of my life. Fortunately for you, all my speakers are going to be in a storage unit so you won't have to listen along with me. But if you're a housemate whose just as much an enthusiast, I think we'll have plenty to talk about. I don't have pets, don't want pets. I don't smoke or have other habits. I do drink but rarely. I cook fairly often but I'm working on ways to do it as little as possible. I hate cooking. The most strange thing you may experience living with me is the odd sleeping hours due to working in security. Most of the time it can be helped, but if I'm working night shifts I don't have a choice but to have my sleeping schedule inversed.

Hello! A bit about me Born in Sydney and grew up in the French Carribbean on an island called Guadeloupe, till the age of 12yo Was living in Sydney (Maroubra) from 12-14yo then in France from 15-19yo where I completed high school and started some law/politics studies. I've been back to Sydney since and completed a bachelor in Psychology at UNSW in 2020 I've been working in different industries since, hospitality, school work, admin work, disability support work and now about to start as a swimming instructor, teaching 2-4yo kids how to swim! I'm planning to complete further study at UNSW and start a master's degree either mid-intake this year or next year I've been living around the Easter suburbs mainly Coogee/Maroubra/Bondi most of my time in Australia except last year where I was in the Gold Coast so I am attached to living near those beaches but I would consider living in Manly too I'm currently living in Maroubra beach and working at the local leasure centre (DRLC) as a swimming instructor in an indoor pool I was looking to stay in the area, could do Coogee beach or Bondi beach too But open to try out Manly as well I spend a lot of time at the beach playing and practicing beach volleyball, my go-to club has been Coogee since I'm 12 but I have started meeting the beach volleyball communities at other beaches recently like Maroubra, Bondi and Manly I'm looking for a place close to one of those beaches so I can keep up my beach volleyball trainings & tournaments I used to work in hospitality at the Coogee pavilion for a few years while studying at UNSW I'm looking for a furnished room, ideally close to the beach Long term preferred, to avoid having to move again during the summer I'm open to getting on a lease if the opportunity arises I keep busy with work, hobbies and study committee, so I'm out of the house a lot, or at the beach playing volleyball !! I aim to be in bed by 10pm and awake by 6-7am and go for a swim at the rock pool / start with some morning sunrise games or gym/pilates I am tidy and clean after myself, am not against cleaning rosters Happy to pay the rent weekly, with automatic debit payments Usually do 4 weeks notice for any flatmate change, goes both ways Feel free to send me a message if you have a place close to the beach, a nice sharehouse or a studio apparentment Cheers!
