Hello, I am Grantha Das ( age24) currently I am a masters student at USYD. Originally from India , now studying in Sydney . During the week I spend most of my time at uni or the library, so I’m usually out during the day. At home, I like a calm and tidy space where I can relax, cook a simple meal. I’m clean and respectful of others’ space and belongings. I’m social and friendly but also value personal space. I’m looking for a place around Camperdown, Redfern, or Newtown, with flatmates who are considerate, easygoing, and like keeping common areas neat. I’m fine with both students and working professionals and would prefer a non-smoking household. My budget is around $250 -300 per week and I’m ready to move in from 09/09/2025.
