Hi, I’m Howard! I’m an international student from Taiwan currently studying at the University of Sydney. I’m friendly, respectful, and clean, and I’m looking for a comfortable place to stay while I focus on my studies. I’m easygoing, enjoy a peaceful home environment, and am always happy to chat or share a meal, but also respect everyone’s privacy and space. I’m also a big fan of gaming and sometimes stay up late playing with friends online. That said, I always try to be mindful of noise, my current flatmates have told me they can’t really hear me, but if it ever becomes an issue, I’m totally open to feedback and will keep the volume down. I’m planning to move in around late June (between June 25th and July 3rd). I don’t smoke, have no pets, and I always pay rent on time. Looking forward to finding a great place and lovely flatmates!
