Hello, My name is Imogen and I am 21 years old - Originally from Far North Queensland, I have moved to Sydney to study at UTS. I am looking to find a new accommodation around December/Jan or earlier if the right place comes up. In terms of accommodation I'm not too picky, just looking for a comfortable sized room. The max I would be looking to spend on a room is $300, however for the right place I am willing to expand my budget appropriately. Preferably I would like to be close to buses/rails for public transport. I would be looking to sign a lease for 6-12 months with the idea to stay and continue the lease. I have had the opportunity to manage my own lease in addition to living with housemates before in Townsville and Sydney . In terms of my spare time, I am at the gym quite a bit but besides that I will be working and studying full time. I do dabble in true crime, philosophy and visual arts as well. I am studying a Bch of Advanced Science so I would prefer a room that is reasonably close but I am happy to have a longer commute for the right place.
