I have a room to rent in my vintage home in Mount Waverely. It is the master bedroom and comes with built in furniture (cannot be removed- it's attached to the floor/walls) so all you would need is a mattress though there is space for more furniture (like a desk/tv) if you wish. The lounge/dining room has a gas heater, kitchen is big with lots of storage and an eating space, bathroom has a good size bathtub along with a shower. The backyard is huge and has a few fruit trees. Good Telstra wifi, bills to be split evenly, food bought separate. I have 2 cats and two dogs, all very friendly and love to be around people. The bus stop is right out front to Glen Iris or Glen Waverley, and its a short walk to the Mount Waverely train station. There is also a bus to Monash Uni just down the road. Bond of $320 is payable on move in, and rent is paid monthly upfront.
You'll be living with three students who also have active social/working lives and cope with this by being functional alcoholics. That being said, you don't have to drink to live here. We have a spacious yard and white goods are included (We have two fridges!). Gas stove (and housemate obsessed with cooking). Central heating, outdoor BBQ, and entertainment area. If you have a partner/FWB, we don't discriminate against you having them over, so long as they don't live here indefinitely. Living here you will be on the lease (no sublets). Also, the internet isn't a POS. The property is located in beautiful Mount Waverley, right next to Pinewood Shopping centre. The house is close to Monash and Deakin Universities (5min 15min by car respectively). House Rules: Don't be a dick. Cheap AF - ideal for a student

Hi, my name's Ing :). I'm friendly, easy-going and respectful. I work full-time and am looking to live in a female share-house from July 2018 and onwards. I value a clean and tidy environment. I enjoy spending my down time having brunch or drinks with friends, going to the gym, or chilling out reading, watching movies and TV shows.
My name is Ali I’m an international student from Dubai, I work 7 days a week, I’m looking for a place to share with 1 or 2 people that clean after themselves, I’d prefer having my on own toilet, the main reason I’m leaving the place I’m at is because of cleanliness.
I’m friendly and I mind my own business. I work full-time and I’m mostly out during the weekends.
Currently pursuing a postgrad at Deakin university, I would like to live in a house with people from diverse backgrounds. Interested in backpacking, hiking and road trips.
I'm a Developer working full time in Richmond, grew up in rural NSW and have been living in Melbourne for 10 years. Really easy going and tolerant guy, always keen for a chat but can also keep to myself. Aware of etiquette, always cleaning up after myself and always down for a bit of banter. Other than that, I love to cook, exercise, and read just about anything on the web! Tagging along with me will be a lovely outdoor-only Siberian Husky who is super friendly and would get on well with everyone.

Hey, I'm Andrew, I'm 19 years old and am making the move to the big smoke to start uni for Trimester 2. Access to public transport is a plus, although I do have a car. I like to think I'm fairly chilled out and spend most of my time binge watching Netflix or playing XBox, though I can be a party animal when it's called for. I can cook, I can clean, I'm a 6 foot 2 domestic machine.
Hello! Im a friendly & easy-going , I’ve been in Melbourne almost 6years now. Work standard hours. Enjoy social time but also down time, socialising, walks, beach, cricket,AFL, etc :)
I’m an easygoing, fun-loving and entertaining 44 y/o IT contractor (so may work some odd hours every few months when I’m on call or on nights). But I also know when to switch off or when down-time is required. I’m a musician (well, a drummer) but my kit is stored in the practice studio, so don’t panic! I’m clean and tidy, but not annoyingly so. I love all kinds of food, enjoy cooking, but I also enjoy eating out when the mood strikes - there is no food I don’t eat. I have an 11 y/o German Shepherd Dog - he’s absolutely my boy, who’s well trained, well presented, not a barker nor a prolific pooer. He’s been an inside dog his entire life, but he doesn’t really care where he lives, as long as it’s warm dry, he has his bed, and a place to sit and ponder - I walk him daily. I’m easy about the people I live with as long as they have the same respect for others, their belongings and the conditions in which they live as me. If you have any questions, don’t be afraid to ask!
Hi! My name's Vinod ( Vinnie ) I am from India. I am 20 years old I am currently studying computer science from monash university. I am really caring and friendly. The main reason for moving is that I want to be independent and make new friends. :)
I'm returning to Melbourne from overseas in August and need to find a new place to live. I've spent 3 years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and de-stress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
My name is Michael, I'm 30 and I work full time. I'm pretty relaxed, easy going, I'm a geek at heart. I am looking for 1-2 others to find a nice place. I am also ok with any pets, so if you have or wanted a pet I'd be excited for another housemate. I love the idea of having some extra space, as I currently stream and would love a small space to continue doing so. NBN would be fantastic if possible but not absolutely necessary. I currently work in Burwood so I would like some reasonably close by. I'd be looking at roughly $240 a week including utilities at the moment. Send me a message and I'd love to chat, possibly over coffee to see if we are a good match.
I enjoy an active lifestyle and work 3 jobs (my main one is as a Marketing Coordinator, and the other two are just fun ones - at a local bakery and at a dog daycare centre), so am not home a whole lot. When I am home, I enjoy retreating to my own space, but am equally happy to hang out or chat. I consider myself to be easy going, down to earth and friendly :) You won't need to worry about me making much noise, or not cleaning up either, as I'm very respectful and tidy! Hope to hear from you soon :)
