Hi, my name is Sammi. I’m a easy going, friendly and considerate housemate. I’m studying nursing full time and also work a part time job. ( have been in the same job for 4 years) so I have no problems paying rent on time every week. I have a 1 1/2 year old chocolate Labrador called Sebastian. He’s a very friendly dog who has been desexed. He’s more than happy to live outside in a safe fenced yard with shelter and loves to play with everybody and gets along with all animals. If I sound like a good housemate, I would love to hear from you.
I work part time as a relief teacher and am quietly super interesting. I'm very well house trained, I've lived in many share houses in 3 different states. I'm pretty independent and mostly keep to myself, but don't mind sharing a drink or a meal with housemates sometimes. . Also well housetrained is my very relaxed cat named Felix. He is very lazy and sleeps all day, he gets along with other animals and doesn't kill birds. Our house of over a year is getting sold so we're looking for our new chill home. . I have a few months to find somewhere so I hope I can find somewhere perfect. Ideally I'm after a place with broadband and a dishwasher, and an unfurnished room big enough for my king bed with AC. Either a granny flat or a super chill share house. I also like big spaces, nature, quiet and views
Set in 5 beautiful secluded acres with a damn, quiet and peaceful well back from the road. Easy access to everywhere with the M1 only 10 minutes away. Veggie gardens and several fruit trees if you like gardening but there is a keen gardener in residence. Perfect for animal lovers, sit and enjoy the view with a glass of wine in the evening or jump in the above ground pool to cool off in the hot summer months. Open wood fire for those cooler winter evenings. Internet is included and the utility bills are very low as solar power and tank water for the gardens. Must like dogs, 2 small ones in residence, room for another small dog to join our pack.
I’m 29, peaceful, friendly, respectful, happy to get along with anyone and adapt to a new home life, and understand the need for privacy and space, although happy to share fun times and enjoy new company. Hoping for a fresh start in a new environment after a relationship breakdown. 🙏🏻☺️
Emotionally intelligent, I’m very easy going and practical. I’m always in a good mood and smiling. I already live in a really really great place, I have it so good. The only downside is my housemate... I would like to live with someone a little more all there in the head if ya know what I mean. He’s a lovely guy but I’ve just never felt comfortable. What I need is a gaurage to park my Ute with all of my tools on it, a remote control gaurage that I can drive in and leave my stuff safe overnight is ideal. Loading and unloading everything every day would get old fast. That’s the only thing I really need. What I would really like is my own bathroom, aircon in my room, and not a little tiney tiny Harry Potter sized room. Also wouldn’t mind some space to grow some veggies! And my dream is to develop a backyard food garden business idea where instead of lawns people have backyard food gardens. I’d like to live with healthy active people, People I can actually have a conversation with and who are funny and relaxed. I would like to be friends with my homies... get it! Homies! Hahahahaha Anyway I am very active, have my own gardening business. Eat healthy, train Muay Thai and lots more. Am giving up the Muay Thai for a while to get back into yoga and all that more chill stuff. I’m thinking about getting a dog too but there’s no real rush there. If you have a cool dog I swear I will play with it more than you. Just putting it out there, I am in no rush and will only be willing to move if I find somewhere equally as good as the place I am in now or better but with cool awesome housemates. Thanks for reading, merry new year 😜

I'm a massage therapist and a chef. Im an animal lover and I have a staffie who will be moving into a place with me, I'm passionate about dog training so she is well behaved and has a very sweet nature. I am tidy, responsible and a little bit nerdy. I am looking for a furnished room (ideally with ensuite) located close to shops and entertainment. I like to socialise and keep active during the week, but I do enjoy some quiet time on the weekends to recharge. Due to work, I would mostly be around on weekends.
SEEKING LONG-TERM HOUSEMATE Hi My name is Miron and I’m looking for 1 housemate to join me in a lease as soon as possible. Area: Somewhere within an hour south of Gold Coast. Currumbin Valley, Tallebudgera Valley, Bonogin, Tweed heads, Tomewin. Somewhere within that kind of radius. Rent: I can pay up to $500 p/w (although closer to $450 would be better), looking for someone who can cover around $250 p/w. The place: 4+ bedroom house, with a yard or acreage. Solar panels and rain water tanks ideal. 2+ bathrooms ideal. Porch and garage would also be a bonus. I also have a cat, so it needs to be pet friendly. My requirements: 3 rooms for myself (bedroom, work room and study/lounge). This leaves 2 rooms for you, entirely to yourself (lounge room counted as a room). We would then only need to share a kitchen, laundry and yard space. As the rent and room sizes may vary, we would decide how we split the rooms and lounge room as per amount of rent we each pay. I’m VERY fair, so this should be an easy process. I think $700-$750 p/w for a really nice 4 bedroom house in those areas is very realistic. Seeking: Someone who is mature, responsible, “conscious”, respectful, has steady work, easy to get along with, clean and tidy (I don’t mind what you do in your space, but if we can please keep the kitchen, laundry and yard tidy, that would be great). Also, ideally someone who likes gardening so we can grow some of our own veggies together. A bit about me: I’m 36, doing my PhD in medicinal chemistry at Griffith Uni, Gold Coast campus. I also work from home growing medicinal mushrooms. I am busy with uni most of the week and work from home 2 days per week. My schedule is fairly busy but flexible. I’m kind, respectful, responsible and REALLY easy to get along with. Overall, I think this would be a really great opportunity for both of us. You would get your own space (2 rooms), living with a chill person for very reasonable rent, in a beautiful great big house (I’ve seen some real palaces around those areas within that price range). Here are some examples of houses we would be looking at; https://m.realestate.com.au/property-house-qld-worongary-425560870 https://m.realestate.com.au/property-house-qld-worongary-425639002 https://m.realestate.com.au/property-house-qld-mudgeeraba-425801742 https://m.realestate.com.au/property-house-qld-mudgeeraba-425502570 Please message me here or on 0408323774 to get in touch if interested. Thanks very much, Miron :)

Need something before the 26th of Feb 👍
Professional mature male, fun-loving, down to earth, very domesticated...LOL!, father of 2 independent adult boys, squash player, old soul, non-smoker. Looking for own place or share with one other, possibly consider a couple. Required for the end of March.
I am currently working full time on a fly in fly out basis being 3 weeks on 3 weeks off. I am looking no further south of the Mudgeerabah area for a room to rent. I would prefer if the room was unfurnished as I have my own bed and desk that I would like to bring with me. Ideally I would like to have a garage spot so I know my car is secure while I am away. Looking for a place that has internet access and no pets. I am a quiet and respectful person, non smoker, I clean up after myself and enjoy doing my own thing. Not looking for a party house or sharing with lots of other people.
Hey there :) My name is Katy. I am clean, tidy and will clean up after myself. I pay rent on time. I work at Kmart and am on a break from studying. I am originally from Sydney, but moved to the Gold Coast when I was 11 so have been here for most of my life. I am looking to team up with others to find a rental property on the Gold Coast. I like to spend time with my friends and family, go to the movies, bowling, the beach, random drives, watch Netflix and tv series. I am quiet and keep to myself most of the time, but am always down for a chat or to hang out. If you would like to know more please don't hesitate to contact me. Feel free to chat if you are interested in teaming up to find a place. Thank you in advance.
