I have a private studio for rent in Tallai. It's attached to the main house but separated by a locked door. Studio has a large kitchen, ensuite bathroom and your own private patio area and entrance. The room has reverse cycle air conditioning and easy access to the pool area. The room is unfurnished but can add furniture if needed. There is a countertop oven and hotplate. There is plumbing under the kitchen bench to add your own front load washing machine if required. There is plenty of off street parking and a carport available. I'm located on acreage so living is nice quiet. The M1, Robina Town Centre and train station are only 5 minutes away. I do have two Giant Schnauzers so unfortunately I can't accommodate any other pets. Bear and Izzy make good door bells and security system :-)
