I am a childcare worker who loves to go to the beach or to go on adventures with my puppy, Teddy. I am a very clean person and don’t like to make mess. My dog Teddy is fully toilet trained and is a happy but quiet dog. Together we are looking for a place to rent.
*Ready to move 24 July* Considerate, quiet, love space and respectful of others. Mature, world wise, responsible, sense of humour
Hello flatmate searchers I am a very young at heart 41 year old woman who works full time (and by full time I mean I am at work 5 days per week, sometimes 6 and I often do 2 nights per week overtime till 8pm). I have a permanent Government job and am able to pay my rent and bills on time. I can also provide previous landlord’s details for a reference as I was renting my old unit for 3 years. I am currently renting a unit for 5 weeks while the residents are overseas. From 4th August I need to find my own place and have been looking at getting my own rental but there is not a lot around at the moment. In looking for a shared place, my preferences: Own bedroom Own bathroom Covered or garaged car space - flexible though Low level noise in the area Light, bright and airy Easy access to M1 (but not right next to or on top of) I have just come back from a trip overseas and I really want to save to travel more so ideally $180 per week would be perfect. $200 - $220 seems to be the going price and for the perfect fit, I would consider this. I like the Nobby’s end of Mermaid Beach, Nobby’s Beach, Miami, Burleigh Heads and Tallebudgerra. I am quiet, I do like to keep to myself, Im active and lead a relatively healthy lifestyle (although known to be able to eat a whole block of chocolate to myself). Im rarely home during the week with my work schedule but on weekends I am in and out. Im very easy to get along with, I don’t do drama, I have a small but tight circle of friends. Not looking for a party house. I do like the odd night out but I like my home to be my sanctuary :)
Clean, friendly and reliable. Stoked to share a space with like-minded people who enjoy working hard, while making time to catch a wave and have a laugh.
Hey! I’m a fun and down to earth chick that’s sporty, outdoorsy and loves the beach. I’m clean and tidy and respectful of other people’s space and time. Currently in Sydney but dying for a sea change! I work full time in hospo management. I’ll be aiming to move up around October/November. If I’m not at work or the gym, you’ll find me at the beach catching rays or chasing sunsets. I enjoy a social drink with good company and bants but I also love quiet down time chilling out to Netflix or a book. I love my food and defs train to counteract the vino & cheese and burgers & beers! Feel free to hit me on IG if that’s easier @_tanz___
Hi there, I'm pretty cruisy, bit of a home body but love to get out and mingle and meet like minded people. Very friendly, reliable, honest and respectful. Love nature, a healthy lifestyle, bit alternative (background in health). Love my movies, cooking, and a good excuse to laugh. Unfortunately not working due to a few health issues, but i am doing a bit of study on the side and will definitely give you your space and respect your quiet time. Looking for someone to team up with me and find a 2 bedroom place together that we can both call home. After someone friendly, genuine, cruisy, mindful and trustworthy. I'm a good communicator so if there's ever any issues I'm extremely open so it makes life a bit easier for us all☺ Feel free to message me to know more.
Cool, calm, collected and CLEAN. I don’t come with much but I do come back with a juicer for all your cold pressing needs. Registered Nurse - shift worker Vego Not a big partied but don’t mind coming home to a glass of Vino.
Moving to the Gold Coast to start my own mobile rehab business. Will be working part time shift work and part time on my business. I am a clean, self sufficient and hard working person that is very flexible with living arrangements. I will spend most of the time outside of the house, but am very happy to share the workload of house work as well.
Hey there, I'm Sharni, I'm currently not working due to illness but hoping to get back to the workforce asap, and I am about to start a Diploma of Graphic Design online. I have well-behaved little cat named Baby (she happily lives in my room and will basically just follow me around), I am very clean in shared areas, and friendly, though I mostly keep to myself. Unfortunately, I do smoke currently but it's not much and I am cutting back and hoping to quit completely soon. Day to day I spend most of my time at home but I do like to roller skate, go to concerts and festivals, and explore local nature areas. I like to keep a clean home, especially in the bathroom and kitchen areas, and am very considerate of others and their belongings. I'm after somewhere to call home, somewhere safe, with good vibes and cool roomies, if any of that interests you please get in touch :). Ideally I'm looking for a studio/granny flat type space but am also considering teaming up or joining a small houseshare. As I have my cat having a bathroom/ensuite or separate space to keep the cat litter is preferred but not essential. If you're interested in teaming up, ideally I would want to look for a 2-3 bedroom place in the south GC area. Or if you have any questions about me or how I might fit into your existing household please contact me. Anyway, thanks for reading, message me if you have any questions :) I look forward to hearing from you.
Looking for a new share house, easy to get along with, I am studying law at Griffith, I'm usually out during the day because o study and other commitments. In my spare time I love horse riding and am usually feeding horses in the afternoons after work. I'm quiet and respectful of other people, looking to move end of July/ early August. I am not interested in sharerooms and please don't message me if you have a room costing more than my budget!
