Hey all, I'm Skye, 31 yo. About to finish my Naturopathy degree in June. I’m health conscious, soulful, non-smoking, non-drinking and a vegetarian. I would love to find another like-minded housemate/s into health, wellness and who are open-minded. I like to socialise with housemates, but also value my own space, so it would be good to find housemates who share similar views. I would also love to find my own space if you have a granny flat or something similar. If I'm not studying or working, I will be in the kitchen, on a road trip, checking out live music, out in nature somewhere or climbing a tree. I'm an early bird, asleep early and rising fairly early. Must be an LGBT friendly household. June is when I was planning on moving, but if something amazing comes up beforehand then I am open to moving earlier. I'm looking for a room with light and fresh air (no mould history), own bathroom would be preferable. It would be ideal to have some nature around the property. I'm looking around Burleigh, Tallebudgera or Currumbin valley, Bonogin or Elanora. But am not set on any one location, just looking for a peaceful location that's close to nature. $200 a week is my budget including bills.
Quiet, clean, respectful. Like spending time at the ocean & out in the bush; clean air, nice views etc. Like the city for what I can get & hate the city for what it does to me. Hate: volatile fumes, especially exhaust fumes near busy roads, aerosols ... yet here I am living near one of the busiest round-abouts on the GC & the housemates are all aerosol junkies = there are times I wear a fume mask at home. Doctorate qualified Natural Therapist, retired. Ditto Qld licensed Security Provider [definitely retired from that one]. I need to live with others that take care of themselves. One of the current housemates hates veggies, lives on a diet of microwaved frozen dumplings & noodles = gut gas that he tries to hide with too much aerosol = I am very eager to move. Currently living in share house with 3 other guys, ages ranging from late 20s to mid 40s. Don't care if you smoke so long as I can't smell it. Will not live with anybody that is into hard drugs. I like pets & have had a great dog [very non-aggressive Doberman] & been a registered breeder of Burmese for 10 years. I have no pets now & prefer to live in a house where there are none OR where the pets are not allowed in the house. So if you have a spare room in a house that is not subject to traffic fumes and you don't use aerosols, please consider me :) The room I occupy will be key lockable and I prefer Agent or owner managed. If you're not an agent or owner you will give me their details and any bond will be held by the Residential Tenancy Authority. I will have a lease that commits me to only my rent & not the house rent collectively.
Friendly and considerate student and full-time teacher looking for a room to rent. I'm quiet natured, clean, tidy, respectful of space, privacy, boundaries and I pay on time. I enjoy hiking, yoga, meditating, ocean time, reading and cooking. I am a non-smoker, non-drug user, and non-drinker. I'm looking for - a peaceful, quiet, happy and clean physical and energy space to come home to, - with meditators who choose a healthy life, - close to nature, - no pets, - vegetarians/vegan intuitives preferably. Thanks, Ava :)

Our property is unique, we live amongst nature, so you would have to love & respect our wildlife, We have an amazing view & our home is in a very tranquil setting, you would need a vehicle as we are not near any public transport. The room has a queen bed, built in robe & a chest of drawers, there is room for a small desk if needed, if you prefer unfurnished that can be arranged. The reason the rent is low, is because the house is up for sale, but we have the lease until mid September, We can stay until then if we wish to, but would like to stay in the Currumbin area & if all is going well & you wanted to move with us to the new place then that could be an option fir you.
Hello all! My name is Jed. I’m currently working as a bartender in Palm beach and am looking for a room somewhere a little closer to work. In my spare time I love creating whether it be music, sewing or writing ect. I am far more grounded away from the coast and tend to spend my time in the hills somewhere. I get along with just about anyone, I’m clean and I feel like I’ve talked about myself for too long.
Hi I am looking for a peaceful place to live. My job is very sociable so I am looking for a home that is quite the opposite. I like to keep to myself and have my downtime and privacy I'm very clean, quiet and no hassle at all. Ideally I would prefer a granny flat that is self contained. But a room with a private ensuite I can make do with. I am not after a party house.
Easy going, like to mingle every now and then but also like time out on my own, friendly, easy to approach can compromise good boundaries reasonably tidy I’m into music I play guitar, I’m looking for some where I can lock my tools up and easy access to on a daily basis I do landscape gardening nothing too big to store just want it locked away when not in use, looking for a place that’s easy going and it feels homely. Currently staying in temporarily accommodation. If you have something that has storage space and you think we would be good roomies, let me know and I would be happy to meet you and have a look around and discuss things further. Thanks

I have worked in retail for 9 years. I love animals and nature with a passion. I am looking for a sharehouse or granny flat on a small amount of land where i can have my horse with me. ( i cant seem to adjust the profile pic to show more than just my horses ears lol)
Hi we are Sarah (a vego from Australia) and Koli (from Fiji). We are both non smokers, only social drinkers. We have a great, happy and peaceful long term relationship. Koli is one of the most chilled people you will ever meet, and has some great stories to share (he is a shark feeder, and I do shark research). We're both scuba divers, are active and have great senses of humour. We both love the ocean, the beach and the bush, with a strong environmental concern. We work in tourism, so are used to conversing and getting along with people of all ages and all walks of life. We also have my 7yo son 50/50. He goes to school in Elanora, on KP McGrath drive, is very well behaved and has lovely manners. He does like a chat, and can hold his own conversation, but is not a noisy child. We are both easy going and happy, clean and tidy, we are happy to socialise, but we enjoy our privacy, and respect yours. We have great references too :)
I’m keen to move to the southern end of Gold Coast. Looking to team up with someone to get a decent house within walking distance to the centre of Burleigh. I work for myself and occasionally work from home. Budget is not a real issue as I can afford to pay rent on my own but I prefer to keep rental costs down if I can. I have done shared housing in the past for several years. It’s not urgent I move immediately so can take the time to find a suitable person and want to make sure we get along so shared housing is stress free. Give me a shout if you’re interested to have a chat and see what’s out there.
Looking for a spacious, quiet and bright room, ideally in a leafy setting (i.e. not a concrete residential area), must fit Yoga mat easily (have lived in tiny rooms for too long). Hope to find a nice home with some down to earth and hopefully environmentally conscious, chilled housemates. I am respectful and laid back, vego, don't smoke, healthy lifestyle, love animals so more than happy to move to a place with pets present :) I spend most of my spare time outdoors, hiking and exploring, at the beach or just chilling. Enjoy a laugh and a good conversation, watching a movie or having dinner or a drink with housemates, but definitely also like to keep to myself.
I am creative, fun, kind, cruisy and hugely understanding person. I am after a safe, relaxing space, with a community feeling, where friendship and love flourishes. I am looking to find somewhere to settle in for an extended period of time, starting with 6 month lease, hoping to extend 12 months or more... I love heading out into nature at the beach or in the hinterland on days off, acoustic music in the mornings and occasional nights with wine and cheese. I love reading, drawing, a lil boogie every now and again with groovy people. I am are very clean and tidy person. I clean up after myself and am very respectful of others space and belongings; any community zones in the house will be well looked after. I would want to live with someone who can show the same enthusiasm for a clean and tide space. I’d like to be surrounded by like minded people who get around nature, the ocean and live music. I work full timed to afford all life expenses with no qualms and I would want to live with people who are able to pay equally and on time with all shared rent and bills. Give us a hollllaaaa if ya think we could be a good match.
