Hi! We currently live in Surfers Paradise but we both work near the NSW border so we are looking for a new place to live! PROS OF LIVING WITH US: Paul likes to make a lot of cake, if you live with us you will have a near constant stream of free, home-made cake. We are clean, tidy and easy-going. We are both relatively new in the Gold Coast. I have moved here from Adelaide and Paul is here on a work holiday visa from France. We are looking for somewhere for at least six months. Our main priority is to find housemates we can get along with, share an occasional drink or BBQ with and who are open, accepting and friendly. Paul works on a farm and I work in medical admin. We like to play card games and go on road trips. We can't wait to hear from you!
Total country living and surrounded by bush yet only 10-15 minutes from burliegh heads. There are bush walks starting from the back yard, chooks for fresh eggs and its only a short trip to some great swimming holes. The rooms are partly furnished but can be unfurnished depending upon your requirements.
We are extremely laid back and all about good vibes. Heading down the coast from brissy for a better lifestyle close to the beach! We come with a medium sized, dopey dog called arlo who you’re sure to fall in love with, he loves everyone other dogs and people included. We both work full time but in our down time we love having drinks with mates/going to the beach or more occasionally heading out for a big night. We’re clean and respectful of all and are looking for someone who’s on the same boat. Send us a message if we sound like a good house for you 😊
I’m a very friendly clean honest and reliable, been described as an outgoing person who loves the beach, markets and vegetarian food. I’m a very clean house proud and enjoy gardening and growing my own vegetables when I can. I work and have great references for myself and my dog, I am a non drinker, however, I do enjoy going to cafe’s. I do have a beautiful black blind & diabetic Labrador dog who is very friendly and house trained, loves people and kids. I am also a very responsible pet owner my dog is registered and always clean up after my dog, he is not a barker, digger of holes and is always washed, flea & tick treated (I myself do not like smelly dogs). I am prepared to pay a bond for him if required, he does wear non slip socks as he has a bit of arthritis & they do prevent him from slipping on tiles or wooden floor (stops scratching the timber).
Me (Giovanna), my boyfriend (Joel) and our dog (Psy) are looking for a place to live at the moment. Joel and I work as chef, he’s currently working at Burleigh smoking house (2pm-10pm) 5 days a week , and I work at Kofee Shack (6am-2pm) 6 days a week. We got Psy from the shelter one and a half year ago, he’s a Staff cross massive, medium size and pretty chill.
Easy going, shy but friendly, can respect other peoples space but don't mind to socialise as well. Not a party person. Have a 12-year-old male Cavalier X called Buster. 2 weeks from graduating as a vet nurse. Have a full time job at a vet clinic and work Saturdays at Woolies. Looking to move out for the first time from living with family towards the end of October.
My property is out in the beautiful Tallebudgera Valley. It is set on a peaceful 2acres of land and is like a private tropical retreat. There is a large pool with spa and huge bali hut. Other features include: Movie room with foxtel BBQ area Air-conditioning Fireplace Gym All rooms have TV's The perfect flatemate would be someone who is looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing. It is a place that takes away life's stresses!!!
Thank u 4 yr interest, the room has now been filled. 😊 We are located in the heart of Bonogin with acreage properties. Your own room in 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, cottage sharing with 3 others. We have 4 free range chickens and 2 dogs. We are 10 minutes from Robina and there is no public transport so you must have your own car. We can provide unfurnished; or semi/fully furnished with any or all of the following: bed, linen, towels, bedside cabinets, dresser. Bonogin is a lovely small rural community with its own cafe.
Located in Bonogin just 15 minutes from Robina we have a granny flat available from 25th October 2018 for $450 per week. The granny flat offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. There is a pool on the property which is shared with 4 other tenants, onsite parking and air conditioning. The electricity bill is a separate bill.
Our property is situated on 7.5 acre of sub tropical rainforest, just 9 minutes to Robina Town Centre, fresh rain water/ no town water, large home, fully furnished, 3 fire places, 2 lounge areas, dedicated cinema room with 110" screen, Netflix, Stan + 900 DVD collection. Foxtel connected to TV, Huge outside deck surrounded by forest. If you like nature walks, the area is surrounded by National Park. The local coffee shop is 1k from property, however, our espresso machine makes a better coffee.. all amenities, built in robes in bedrooms, desk in bedrooms. Bonogin Valley is one of the Gold Coast's most pristine Hinterland suburbs. You will need a car, plenty of off street parking.
Private forest eco retreat on 40 acre rural property in Gold Coast Hinterland 20 mins from beach, 25 mins to airport, 5 mins to the Currumbin Rock Pools and Cascades National Park. The house is on a high ridge in the forest next to a conservation reserve. It has off grid solar (no bills), septic and rainwater tanks with an unsealed driveway. Reliable vehicle essential. Four wheel drive an advantage. The house is spacious with open plan living, dining and kitchen with polished wood floors and wood stove for colder nights. The living area opens onto a large deck with beautiful views of the escarpment and Cougal mountains through the trees. Upstairs has a master bedroom with ensuite toilet and vanity and walk-in wardrobe. It also has a private deck. There is another loft area that can be a second bedroom or it is an ideal space for home study, yoga room or library. The main bathroom is downstairs and has a sunken bath and shower with a picture window view of the forest. There is a Japanese theme that extends to a genuine tatami mat in the living area which is perfect for meditation, yoga or just lounging about. The house has been furnished for holiday letting. It is simply but comfortably styled. Our preference is that you will be happy to accommodate and use the existing furnishings. There is a large shed that acts as a garage and storage area with a small tool workshop attached. There is a phone line connected to the house; the mobile and wifi reception are also fine. Wildlife abounds and the property is home to threatened species of flora and fauna. the house is very comfortable and the environment is very beautiful. You will feel far away from the urban aggravation and fall in love with the serenity. We also live on the property but the dwellings are well separated so your privacy is assured but you will pass our door when you enter and leave the property. If you expect a lot of casual visitors then this house is not for you. We are looking for respectful and compatible tenants who can manage the reality of off grid rural living. This is a house for nature lovers who are not squeamish about spiders and snakes and who will not tromp on the small stuff. We do not use pesticides and minimise chemical use, and will expect you to do the same. This is also not a property for small children, group house sharing, dogs or cats. We share with the native wildlife. The number of occupants is restricted by the limitations of water, access and power. Ideally this will suit nature loving couples or individuals with secure income that require a peaceful home retreat. Longer stay travelers with secure income are also welcome. No time wasters please.

Hey everyone! Moved over from Perth about 6 months ago and keen to find a new place to live. I'm an avid surfer and love keeping fit and healthy. I'm currently working as a supervisor at a high ropes adventure park and study acting on the side. I love the beach, gym and socializing. I don't smoke or do drugs but will happily have a few drinks on the weekend and get amongst it! I'm pretty adventurous so will always be out and about, but also love a good night in. I'm a really chilled out guy, who is trustworthy, friendly and respectable. Always clean up after my self and super easy going. Happy to pay anything from $150- $200 a week. Quick update: Just after a short term place (about 1 month) as heading back to Perth. My lease ends on the 19th of November so will want a place by the17th/18th preferably. I fly out on the 16th December, so looking at about 4 weeks. Cheers
I am very laid back, funny and energetic. Like to be outdoors doing activities such as surfing, hiking, skating. Love sports and music. Currently studying Economics at UQ, and work casually at UQ Sport. I am very clean, respect other’s space and do not mind cooking up homemade feasts. I plan on moving closer to the beach for obvious reasons (lifestyle is much better). Would love to join young likeminded people or team up for a share house. My move date is preferably between mid to end of November, when this current uni semester ends (want to organise this in advance).
I have never stopped working since I was 15 years of age (carpenter/cabinet maker), I have always lived with a partner since I was 17 and have been the cook majority of the time. I consider myself to be very tidy and respectful especially when living with others. Most of my days include work, surf, run my dog then cook and chill. My dog is a kelpie collie cattle with 2 certificates in obedience. She is super smart, well trained and full of love just like her owner. :) I am sure we will get along great. (Vegetarian but that shouldn’t matter)
I am respectful of others belongings, work schedules and I always pay my bills on time, I look after my cats and clean up after them everyday, I don't party and I don't go out alot, but when I do its for the beach. Easygoing, great communicator, I am from logan and I like to play video games, watch movies and go to the beach for fun.
