I'm a pretty easy going person, I like my own space but don't mind a bit of socializing over a wine or cuppa tea! I'm tidy and don't mind cleaning as long as everything is fair! I love cooking and going to the beach and on nature walks so if you're ever up for an adventure I am totally in. Im a first year uni student at SCU and work part time at Pacific Fair so I’m also out of the house a fair bit too.
We are tidy, respectful and will clean up after ourselves. We are quite private people however we can most definitely be very sociable at other times. We enjoy being out in nature, binge watching TV Shows/Movies, listening to music, having a quiet drink. We are quirky, fun and also very mature for our ages. I am currently unemployed however receive Centrelink due to medical issues and plan to continue my part-time online studies. We are both studying through Southern Cross Uni - I am studying Business (Management) and Jarryd is studying Information Technology on-campus. My partner and I have been together for over a year and a half so it would be ideal to find somewhere to live together.

I'm neat, responsible for my own areas/as well as house areas I use. I have my own transport, permanent employment, and I am very laid back but also attentive. I enjoy writing - currently working on a novel + a small trilogy of children's books - video games, archery, fencing, playing music (though I'm not loud and often keep the sessions to a minimum + when the house is empty). I'm respectful of other people's property/private areas of the house, and I expect the same. That being said, I'm always very friendly, always down to hang out if my prospective housemate has similar interests while not forgetting that time to yourself is important. I play video games pretty often, so anyone who also games fairly often would be nice. Looking for a decent place, close to Mudgeeraba (for work), with a strong/fast internet connection.

I am very reliable with rent and am a lover of cleanliness. I am experienced with living with others and respectful. I love to cook and like to share dinners and conversations with my housemates, and appreciate when there is a harmonious happy vibe to be a part of. I am moving from the Byron Bay area and wanting to find a new home on the gold coast anywhere between Burleigh Heads and Tugun. I have a busy work schedule and in my time off I like to spend time in a studio workspace creating homewares, jewellery and paintings. I am hoping to find a home that can accommodate this... a garage or part of. I exhibit in galleries and sell to markets and shops.

Hello. I am looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to call home. Yes I am working and would love to be near the beach as I love my beach walks. I am very content on my own but also enjoy the company of other like minded happy souls.
Hello lovely potential roomies, I’m Katie and I’m looking for a new place to call home! I have recently moved to the Gold Coast from Bondi, Sydney. I am currently living short term in a home in Burleigh Heads and loving it however i am needing to move into a more permanent home by the 30th of July. I am an Early Childhood Educator and working full time in a childcare centre in Burleigh Heads. The things I love most are the outdoors , bush walks and the ocean (learning to surf),music gigs, yoga, gym, red wine, reading, cooking, meeting new and interesting people, learning new things and loving every minute of this beautiful life! I would love to live very close/walking distance to the ocean as I love starting and finishing my days with a beach walk or run. I am very used to living out of home and taking care of myself and my surroundings as i have been living out of home and all around the country since I was 17. My home is my happy place and somewhere I love to express myself and keep in beautiful order. I’m very tidy but also relaxed - the home is for living! I’m also Vegetarian but don’t mind if you aren’t. Just as long as you don’t mind me adding a vegetarian snag to your BBQ ;) IF you’re also a vego that’s a plus as we can cook meals together! I love animals so If you have any pets, even better! I am looking to live with people in their mid 20’s - mid 30’s and of similar interests. I’ve lived with many different people of different ages and backgrounds and find it truly doesn’t matter as I get along with everyone, as long as you are a kind person :) If you think I would be a good fit for your home please message me! Katie ✨ ( If you message me and I don’t respond, I am sorry.. I try not to spend too much time on my phone and it might be that you’re place Just isn’t the right fit or location and I cannot get back to everyone )
I am very laid back, funny and energetic. Like to be outdoors doing activities such as surfing, hiking, skating. Love sports and music. Currently studying Economics at UQ, and work casually at UQ Sport. I am very clean, respect other’s space and do not mind cooking up homemade feasts. I plan on moving closer to the beach for obvious reasons (lifestyle is much better). Would love to join young likeminded people or team up for a share house. My move date is preferably between mid to end of November, when this current uni semester ends (want to organise this in advance).
I’m sociable clean reliable and considerate of others.. I love cooking, the beach and yoga. I love having a beer some weekends but also love chilling with a good book. Balance is the key

Hey... I am a 29 year old professional, i work full time and commute to and from Brisbane regularly so throughout the week I am not home a lot but I am now looking for a new place to rent next month. I am a social person who enjoys to get out on the weekends, I use the gym a few days a week, try and surf, spend weekends in Byron and like to have drinks on the weekend whether it be at home or on a rooftop. My options are to either rent an older crammed 1/2 bed unit for around $400 a week OR find a beautiful modern 2/3 home and share with others, its a no brainer. i have a three year old little boy, who is an absolute legend. His name is Mason. I have him every second weekend and a few days in the week when I can. The ideal scenario would be to rent a 3 bed plus study and rent out two rooms leaving the study for Mason. I am also open to sharing with couples in a 3 bed and splitting the rent. I understand that there are probably multiple scenarios available and i am open to hear them all. If you have a property you think suitable or would like to team up just let me know. Thanks, Matt ig matte_jones
I am easy going, friendly, mature, responsible and very tidy :) I love walking my dogs and being outdoors. My 2 (short haired medium - large sized) rescue dogs are my pride and joy and people fall in love with them wherever they go. They will be attending doggie daycare most days when I am at work as they are social butterflies and I hate leaving them on their own. 😢 I’m looking for somewhere to live with my fur babies when I move back there from NZ at the end of July. I can pay rent in advance, plus bond and also a pet bond if required. My dogs are both indoor and outdoor babies, non smelly 😂 well behaved and are 2 and 3 years old. Looking for a flat mate who loves dogs and a place preferably with a fenced back yard. 🐶🐶 I have a great sense of humour and I love to cook.
I'm easy-going. Clean and tidy but not anal. Tolerant. Responsible. Mature. Enjoy a chat and a laugh.
My big beautiful Labrador and I are looking to move closer to the ocean and work sometime in July. She's very well behaved, and I'm alright too. I spend most of my days talking to people and am pretty easy to chat to. Do like my alone time as well though. Chilled, clean and respectful household would be ideal
I am currently living with my family and am looking to move out. I work full time at a gym and am out of the house by 5:30am. I'm in bed early and am not a noisy person. I am clean, tidy, loyal, honest, friendly and not a partier or drinker. I am busy most week nights and weekends so won't be home often. I love the outdoors and being active. I am a very friendly person and love a chat, but also love my own time.
