an easy going, non judgmental person. I am a smoker and do like to have the occasional wine or two. Just a really fun loving, warm hearted individual who loves to cook, is reasonably neat and tidy and enjoys the company of others aswell as my own space. also love love love animals.
Hello, my name is Jordie. 27 year old male that loves the outdoors! I work as a tour guide / instructor in between Currumbin, mt tamborine and south Stradbroke island. I am looking for a spot for me and my dog (nearly 8 year old kelpie) to hang out when not working or exploring. I have just started my own business (bush to coast expeditions), so do a lot of work from laptop and keep to myself, plus also enjoy a social drink from time to time. I am respectful and clean, my dog isn't a hassle and usually makes best friends with people everywhere she goes. Thanks for your time :D
Hi. I'm currently studying osteopathy and working part time (including weekends). Very easy going. Love a bit of netflix and the beach. I am vegan but eat eggs. I'm clean and would like to get along with my flatmate/s. Prefer to live with singles. I'm also open to teaming up and finding a place.
Due to family circumstances, we need to find an affordable and comfortable place to live as we are staying with friends and family temporarily. Jarryd and I have been together for two and a half years. We are tidy, respectful and will clean up after ourselves. We are quite private people however we can most definitely be very sociable at other times. We enjoy being out in nature, binge watching TV Shows/Movies, listening to music, having a quiet drink. We both have odd sleeping hours due to medical reasons and studying online so ideally we are looking for an independent space, or sharing with 1 or 2 other people where TV or music (not loud) coming from our bedroom wouldn't disturb the other housemates. Realistically, given our situation, we will compromise where we can and ensure the same comfort and freedom we want from a home, will be passed on to others. We both have a broad spectrum of interests, are quirky, fun and also very mature for our ages. If we can find stable accommodation my partner and I will continue with our studies (I study Business/Laws part-time and Jarryd studies IT and Cybersecurity full-time unless he is able to find part-time/casual employment where he would reduce to a part-time study load).
Quiet, clean, respectful. Like spending time at the ocean & out in the bush; clean air, nice views etc. Like the city for what I can get & hate the city for what it does to me. Hate: volatile fumes, especially exhaust fumes near busy roads, aerosols ... yet here I am living near one of the busiest round-abouts on the GC & the housemates are all aerosol junkies = there are times I wear a fume mask at home. Doctorate qualified Natural Therapist, retired. Ditto Qld licensed Security Provider [definitely retired from that one]. I need to live with others that take care of themselves. One of the current housemates hates veggies, lives on a diet of microwaved frozen dumplings & noodles = gut gas that he tries to hide with too much aerosol = I am very eager to move. Currently living in share house with 3 other guys, ages ranging from late 20s to mid 40s. Don't care if you smoke so long as I can't smell it. Will not live with anybody that is into hard drugs. I like pets & have had a great dog [very non-aggressive Doberman] & been a registered breeder of Burmese for 10 years. I have no pets now & prefer to live in a house where there are none OR where the pets are not allowed in the house. So if you have a spare room in a house that is not subject to traffic fumes and you don't use aerosols, please consider me :) The room I occupy will be key lockable and I prefer Agent or owner managed. If you're not an agent or owner you will give me their details and any bond will be held by the Residential Tenancy Authority. I will have a lease that commits me to only my rent & not the house rent collectively.
My bestfriend bree and I, have just recently moved out of a share house in Robina, as the lease was up. Looking to move into somewhere as soon as possible. We have lived in share houses and rentals previous to this (total of 7 years combined) We are very reliable, tidy, hygienic girls who contribute and take initiative with cleaning (both personal areas and public). We both work full time jobs and have stable incomes. We are two very easy going, social girls and get on well with any company. We are looking for a group of reliable people who match these qualities. Two bedrooms is needed, happy to share a bathroom as that’s what we have done previously with no problems but not open to sharing a room
I am a teacher/ Trainer and I work in health industry and I like road trips, off the grid living and I am not party guy and love quite environments
37, I’m respectful, friendly, clean and a full time working single female. I live a pretty active and healthy lifestyle and get up early most mornings to get to the gym before work or gym/walk on the weekends so am pretty quiet during the week & am definitely an early riser & not a night owl. I enjoy going out for a nice meal over a big night of clubbing these days, although on the very rare occasion I don’t mind letting the hair down. I equally enjoy relaxing at home if I don’t have much on. I enjoy cooking healthy nutritious food, and often bake “healthy” treats so you might be a taste tester at some point as well. I only want to share with one other person, and I’d prefer to live with another single female around the same age who enjoys a similar lifestyle. Who I can have a laugh, drink or meal with occasionally and who doesn’t take life too seriously. I am open to living with a single guy, again around the same age or a little older with a similar lifestyle, but MUST be respectful of their female flatmates and clean, and there needs to be more than just a wall dividing the bedrooms. I have had to break my current lease so I do have a unit full of furniture, most I will be storing, but if you need anything then I may already have it. I have some indoor plants which will be coming with me as well as a push bike hopefully there’s somewhere to keep this. I only want to live in Palm Beach or Currumbin (& maybe the very south end of Burleigh). I'm after a home and not just somewhere to sleep. I have to vacate my unit on 6/7/19 & hoping to move my stuff to new home 5/7/19. Thank you, Lou
I am a 3rd year Occupational Therapy student at SCU, and I work casually as a therapy assistant at a paediatric OT clinic in Burleigh. Myself and a close friend Jarrod (a Masters of Social work student at SCU) are trying to find a place for the next 6 months in a nice location with a friendly community and reasonable price (as we are both students). We are always keen for a good time and good laugh. Both pride ourselves in our cleanliness and are super easy going and friendly people who just enjoy good company.
Hi I’m Mitch I’m 19 years old I’m clean, tidy and responsible. I work 5 days a week so I’m not home too much. I’m also social but keep to myself.
I am an Australian who has not long moved to the Gold Coast. I work full time as a bartender and love my job. I love keeping fit, spending time with mates and enjoying a few beers on my days off, I am also planning to take up surfing soon. I am not fussy when it comes to a place to live, I am open minded and just enjoy the company of others and meeting new people. I am hoping to be with in walking/cycling distance of the beach, but am flexible with that too.
I’m clean, quiet and like to go about my own business. I’m friendly however I like my space Im into my fitness and eating healthy, I like to go out on the odd occasion. I work full time as a dental nurse
Hi there, I'm pretty cruisy, bit of a home body but love to get out and mingle and meet like minded people. Very friendly, reliable, honest and respectful. Love nature, a healthy lifestyle, bit alternative (background in health). Love my movies, cooking, and a good excuse to laugh. Unfortunately not working due to a few health issues, but i am doing a bit of study on the side and will definitely give you your space and respect your quiet time. Looking for someone to share and find a 2 bedroom place together that we can both call home. After someone friendly, genuine, cruisy, mindful and trustworthy. I'm a good communicator so if there's ever any issues I'm extremely open so it makes life a bit easier for us all☺ Feel free to message me to know more.
We are a friendly young couple from Tasmania looking for a place to call home. I relocated back to the Gold Coast in February this year in order to finish my nursing degree and Reese is planning on making the move at the end of July/ early August - so it will just be me until then! Nicole : 25 year old nursing student 👩🏻⚕️ When I’m not studying/working you will find me market hopping, relaxing at the beach and enjoying all of the things the GC has to offer. Reese: 26 year old Teachers Assistant looking for a sea change. Loves being in the outdoors, surfing, mountain biking, etc. We are super easy going, clean, respectful, and are usually pretty quiet during the week, but don’t mind a social BBQ and beer on the weekends 😊 we would prefer a modern home, furnished room and bills to be included for convenience. Looking for roommates around the same age
Hi, I am a 29 year old female who is looking for a roommate to share a place with. I work full time Monday to Friday, like to live in a clean place close to the beach or on near the lake and am an active person. I am flexible with move in dates and would prefer a small yard but not essential. I would all so be keen to live in Emerald Lakes as it is close to where I work and the area has a lovely community feel to it.
