I also find peace in being around nature or outdoors in general so hiking is definitely a good weekend activity for me. I like to keep fit and healthy so I do appreciate a non smoking environment in the house with reasonable alcohol consumption as I do believe it sets a tone to the house as a whole. I've been sharing for over 9 years so I'm well aware of the basic principles around shared spaces and just being a considerate housemate in general. I do expect a clean and tidy place at all times so if you're thinking twice about this then probably we won't work lol!
