Hi there! We are a pair of female housemates (and two large dogs), living in a multicolored house, and we are looking for a third responsible person to join us. We are quiet and calm people, who go out if we want to party, though we will have the occasional quiet get together in the back yard. We keep a clean household with a weekly chore roster, a strong recycling ethic, and daily dishes. Something important to know about our house is that we keep bees. The bees are in a sectioned off area in our front yard and you do not need to interact with them, or go near them, to live here. You can, however, get free honey if you choose to come and stay. We also keep chickens, and there is usually eggs available for the eating. Perks! The room we are offering has a built in wardrobe and a window with a view of the back yard. The house itself is compact but cute, with a neat little kitchen and a claw foot bathtub in the bathroom, an air-conditioner for summer and a wood fireplace for winter. We can offer you a vegetable garden if you would like to use it and a large yard with fruit trees. We have solar panels to off-set our electricity bills too, which is a plus. The house has a fast internet connection, but no home phone as we just use our mobiles. The house is fully furnished with all the essentials, like fridges and freezers and washer and dryer. Our house is well set up for sharing, so you will also have your own kitchen cupboard, own bathroom space and space for a bicycle in our bicycle shed. We share bills like electricity, internet and Netflix, but water is paid for by the landlord. Some of the perks to our household are: A Bus stop only 5 minute walk away A Train stop only 10 minute walk away A beach only a 15 minute walk away Local shops in both directions An excellent local deli An amazing local pub And an outstanding local pizza bar! The house is a courtyard home located in the beautiful area of Largs Bay. The house has Evaporative Cooling. The room has a Double Built in Cupboards with a chest of drawers, Tv, 2 bedside Cabinets and lights etc. Unlimited Internet is included in the price. There is a opportunity to have your own small Bar Fridge access if you wanted. The Bus stop is around the corner as is the Train Station. On the Run is virtually behind us and the beach is about 3-4 minute walk. You can walk to Semaphore within 10-15 mins which has many Cafes, Movie Cinema, Second hand shops, Pubs, the Palais, Food shops and the Local Festivals/Markets that are often scheduled.

It is a 10 minute walk to awesome cafes at Semaphore or Largs Bay. The train is literally a 2 minute walk around the corner. 25min ride to city. Bus is 5 minute walk away. Quiet neighbourhood. Lovely gardens in which to relax with fruit trees and a vegie/herb patch. Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, dining table and casual seating. Fully equipped kitchen. Shared bathroom includes a shower over the bath and hand basin. Toilet is separate and located off the laundry. Extra freezer and washer and in laundry. Dryer and additional undercover clothesline in the shed. Eat in kitchen and also separate dining area. Separate 2nd living are/study with tv available to share with other housemate. Two weeks rent in advance will be required and also 2 weeks notice to vacate. Utilities including reasonable internet use are included in rent, do it is just your food as a cost. Townhouse is near palais hotel and there’s a view of the sea (literally 30 metres) from front porch across the road. Will suit someone that likes the beach/ outdoors. It’s great as you can pretty much walk everywhere you need to including Foodland and everything semaphore road has to offer. There’s a few train stations around the area to get to the city if need be.

One bedroom available in my cute and well located, beachside cottage. Prefer female, non smoker housemate. The room is furnished with a Queen Size Bed, Posturepaedic Mattress and Built in Robe. Features include reverse cycle aircon, dishwasher, gas oven, Wifi and Netflix Located a few hundred metres from the Jetty and just off the busy Semaphore Road cafe/shopping strip where you will find great coffee, excellent beer, good hangover food and decent bloody mary’s! The cottage is a 10 minute walk to the city bound train and 1 minute from the bus stop which services multiple routes. There is car parking space but it will require a degree of logistics to shuffle vehicles. Council permits available for on street parking. The house is decorated with the random odds and ends I have collected over the years but there is free wall space for art and I am happy to accommodate any quirky odds and ends you may want to add. The house itself is on the small side (so we will need to ensure that our lifestyles/schedules are compatible) but the property features a private outdoor courtyard area with a BBQ, hammock and space to chill plus I work away on a regular schedule which will ensure you have time to yourself. There is also a big ass beach outside. Hi, I'm a boilermaker working on a construction job at pt Adelaide, I'm from the Sunshine Coast. Just looking for somewhere to stay other than the pub. I work 28 days and then have 7 days off which I will fly home for. I'm not messy, I don't smoke, but I do have a couple beers of a night. I have a car here aswell. Just need a bed and a bathroom to use basicly.
