Just looking for a quite place to live with a couple chill roomates. I work full time and is very rarely at home. Id prefer clean people and ones the respect the privacy of others. However as long as they are still outgoing and love a beer or 2 should be right.
I tend to socialise with people and cook a lot around, I can be a great person and humorous friend to be around, but I may be shy at first. I love dogs so if I get to meet one that would be perfect. I clean my room and update it once in a while, I may be a little lazy sometimes due to heavy work given, but I will do my best on cleaning the house from time to time. :)
Hi there, I’m moving to Brisbane in May and am looking for a place to rent, either a house share, or a place on my own. I will be working part time and volunteering and plan to begin studying my Masters in Clinical Psychology next year. I’ve lived in house shares for close to 10 years and have always had really positive experiences! I’d love to find a place that feels like home, with people who value and respect each other, can have fun together but also are also relaxed and easygoing. I’m very clean and am a team player when it come to chores and housework. Hmmm, what else? I guess I’m a pretty chilled, positive and happy kind of person. I love being active, getting outdoors and exploring nature, and I enjoy dabbling in making art when I have some free time. Dogs are life to my soul, and in the absence of having my own pet, I pour my love into my indoor plant-babies instead. So that’s a little insight into me!
The room is quite spacious with built-ins and the lounge has just had air-conditioning installed. The room available also has access to the backyard. The rest of the house will be furnished so will only need items for your own room which has ample space for a double bed and a desk. Short drive or bus ride to Toowong Village, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and UQ. The Taringa train station is also within a 10 minute walk.
Hi. I’m looking for somewhere clean, tidy and quiet. Preferably close to Indooroopilly shopping centre and a gym as I don’t haves car. I work 30 hours a week and go to the gym most mornings. I’m very friendly, but also quiet :). I’m fairly new to Brisbane ( moved here from NZ 18 months ago).
Top floor unit (3rd floor) with security screens, ceiling fans in all rooms and reverse cycle air conditioning in main living area, secure building with buzzer and intercom at front door of building, lots of natural light, fully furnished spacious bedroom with queen size bed, desk, TV and DVD player, built in cupboard with mirror doors and own bathroom - everything one needs to live comfortably, share unit with 1 other working professional male, quiet area, spacious unit with balconies front and rear, bus stops at end of street to the city and UQ, 5 minute walk to Taringa train station. 5 minute drive to either Indooroopilly or Toowong shopping centres.
I'm a music technology student at South Bank and I'm looking to start or join a lease. I'm a tidy, experienced share houser and very open, friendly and flexible socially. My main job is at a hotel in the front office, though I do get work as a photographer here and there. Though I enjoy travelling and the outdoors, I do enjoy down time and am always up for doing things, if my schedule permits. An ideal place for me would be laid back with good access to public transport, however parking is also something I will require. If I sound like a good fit for your place, please get in touch!
heyo! I am a student at UQ; swapped into Nursing after a year of pol/econ last year. I am very clean, respectful and pretty chill - I can be quite quiet, but am very keen to socialise. I have been living by myself, but i'd like to have roommates again - i miss them :(( I am a packaged deal as I have a small (and old) dog, Lucy. she's a west highland white terrier - so very chill. she doesn't bark/shed or do anything except sleep and eat pretty much. thanks for reading xx
I'm almost 20, studying Vet tech full-time at UQ gatton (yes, I drive there) and work casual in newmarket. I've been looking at places to live that are dog-friendly as I'm hoping to adopt a dog in the very near future! I have one indoor-only cat who is extremely well behaved (if I say so myself). I am independent, sociable and like to keep clean. At home I'm very laid back and usually spend most of my time in my room, but will love a chat or two if I bump into someone. I'm also vego if that even matters haha I have one female cat named Millie (4 yrs old), she is an indoor-only DSH grey tabby and is the sweetest thing. Although she likes to do her own thing most of the time (sleep), she is very well behaved and will accept a pat or two if she comes by you (maybe even a lap cuddle if she warms up to you enough!) If you have a home suitable for the two of us (and a potential third) please send me a message!
I am a tidy sociable girl who also enjoys a little quiet time. However sociability is a big thing for me and I love making new friends and meeting new people. I am respectful of others and a polite person. I love a good laugh and I am a happy, positive but realistic person. I really enjoy card games and group activities. I have a wide variety of interests and am a very open-minded person. My length of stay is flexible and I am looking to stay from THREE to SIX months. The move in date is also non-conclusive/flexible. I am looking for a minimum of 3 wonderful roommates to hang out with :) (because the more the merrier right?) I am currently a student studying full-time at QUT and working part-time.
The apartment is mostly furnished and equipped with kitchen ware, dining area and a super comfy couch. Sadly not pet friendly, but very plant friendly! The entertaining area is generous in size with a BBQ and offers a pretty view of the sunset in the afternoons. Ducted A/C, intercom security, internet and Netflix, plenty of street parking. Planning to refresh the apartment in the coming months with a fresh coat of paint, new bathroom fixtures and wood floors. (Bonus points if you come with dining chairs and a rug as the ones pictured do require updating.) The master bedroom has a double door mirrored wardrobe and is large enough to fit a queen bed (maybe king) with plenty of room for extra bedroom furniture. Ensuite has a large walk in shower and plenty of storage. Internet (unlimited, $30 per person) and other bills will be split evenly between us. Rent covers water bill. Note: secure garage parking can be arranged if required, but will cost extra weekly. Can discuss if that's a necessity :)
I'm currently studying Law and Psychology at QUT and work part-time in South Brisbane. Would love to find a one-bedroom flat ideally close to these areas. Non-smoker and don't have any pets.
Hi there. I'm interested in moving into a house or teaming up with 2-3 friendly, respectful yet fun individuals. I'm a UQ student who spends quite a bit of time studying (Econ/Finance) but also like to have down time with some bevvies. Looking for a homey, comfortable house. I have a steady casual job as an admin assistant at UQ. I grew up in Brisbane since I was little, originally from South Korea but I promise I won't stink up the fridge with my mum's kimchi. Give me a holla if you like what you hear :-)
Hi! My name is Alex (33), I am Greek and I have just arrived to Australia from the UK. I am pretty easy going, and I like my house clean and tidy. I wake up early and work 6 days a week (at UQ). I am looking for a place I can call home and a group of flatmates I can share a laugh, and a dinner with.
We are a friendly and solid couple who have grown up on the sunshine coast as best mates our whole lives. We are generally quiet folks but we are super friendly and always keen for a beer, wine, and or barbie in the afternoon. Brayden is a sports fanatic and is usually on the couch watching the game or out on the field playing it. Im a bed bug who loves to read and cook. We love board games and Brayden loves to play Xbox but mostly we are a clean, friendly, and down to earth couple who lead simple and happy lives. We are both university students but are currently taking a break to work full time and wind down a bit however we will be recommencing full time study in June of this year. We are serious about our education and study extremely hard to reach our goals and hence spend most of our days and nights inside studying.

Modern and tidy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Taringa. The apartment is a short walk to buses and the train station. It is also close to both Toowong Village and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. The queen size bedroom has a built in robe with mirrors and a ceiling fan. The bedroom is unfurnished however the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. There are some visitor car parks available for parking, however you may have to park on the street sometimes. There is plenty of street parking available. I am looking for a friendly and considerate housemate who cleans up after themselves. I am open to couples however the rent per week will be more due to the different split of the common areas. Additional bills to your rent are internet (cable) and electricity.

I'm a full-time Naturopath student in my 2nd year of study. I also work at a vegan cafe on the North side of Bris. I am looking for a quiet self-contained living situation where my pets are welcome so that I can focus on study. I have a small 11-year-old dog named Bella, as well as two cats, Tabby and Tiffy who are both 15+ years old, so being the seniors that they are, they are very quiet, toilet trained, mostly sleep all day. I have previously rented many properties before, never fail to pay my rent and bills on time and can provide a valid reference from my current landlord if needed.
