Hey I'm Letitia! I work in West End as a Brand Manager for a fashion agency full time. On the weekends I like to be with friends eating food and having some drinks. I like to keep my space clean and I am mindful of others.
Hi, I have experience living in a share house so I understand the importance of respecting everyone else that lives there. I am a tidy and relaxed person, I come with a cute dog and plants. I have a couple jobs that I work during the week and on weekends and I am a full time student studying nursing and paramedics. I love to be social, hanging out in common areas would be ideal but, like everyone, I like chilling in my room as well. My dog's name is Blue, he is basically a mini red cattle dog (8kg) and he's almost 8 months old. He is house trained and super friendly, he loves people and other dogs. He currently lives inside with my current housemates and I and we don't have any issues with him. I'm looking to move into a bigger place (4-5 bedrooms) to cut back on rent, after looking at places in Kenmore and alike it's possible to get a nice place on a uni student budget.
Top floor unit with security screens, ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning, secure building with buzzer and intercom at front door of building, lots of light, fully furnished - everything one needs to live comfortably, share with 1 other working professional person, quiet area, spacious unit with balconies front and rear, bus stops at end of street to the city and UQ, train 5 minute walk to Taringa station. 5 minutes drive to either Indooroopilly or Toowong shopping centres.
Hello! I'm a 23-year-old uni student, moving to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast to study at UQ next year. Looking to team up with some likeminded people in a sharehouse or move into an existing place near uni around the middle of January. I study full-time, work part-time in a bar (late nights) and like to relax and have a glass of wine with friends on my days off. I've lived in share houses before and am really easy going and good at being tidy, paying rent on time and respecting others space.
Hi! I'm a student moving up from Melbourne around mid-feb 2018 to complete my Masters of Dietetics at UQ. You'll find me at the gym most weeknights but I'm definitely partial to a cheeky bev on the weekend and love going out and socialising with friends. I'm looking for a female-only household to move into/start a new share house with and would love to move in with social people who I could actually become friends with. I know I'm getting in super early as I'm only looking to move in Feb next year but feel free to send me a message if you're interested!
My name is Jen, and I’m a QUT student looking for an awesome new house to live in. I’m pretty chill, most nights I’m happy watching Netflix - but I’ll never say no to a casual drinking session either! I’ve lived out of home for 7 years now, so fairly used to sharing spaces with other people. I'm flexible with move in dates, any time after the 16th of December is great, but I've got somewhere to stay as long as I need so there's no pressure. If you think I’d suit, hit me up for a chat!
Large house with an outdoor deck and air-conditioning. Well situated, being close to Indooroopilly and Toowong Shopping Centres, as well as the University of Queensland. Lease begins in January but can arrange an earlier move in from mid-December onwards.
Student searching for a quiet, tidy home. Looking to move by the New Year. I enjoy gaming, studying, jogging, and fun discussions. I am independent and tend to keep to myself but without being entirely antisocial; I enjoy talking with others about their ideas and learning about things that I'm curious about. I clean up after myself in shared spaces and tend towards a direct but relaxed and fair attitude. Further inquiries welcome!
Just a chick looking for some new people to move into a new place with. Easy-going, super clean and am reliable with rent/bills. Next year is my last year of my degree so hoping the lease will be 6 months or longer. Down to hang out and chill but not phased if you want to go off and do your own thing (not home that often to be honest). Swing me a message if you'd like to meet up or find a place!!
I'm quiet and I tend to keep to myself, but that doesn't stop me from hosting/attending board game/D&D nights on the occasion. I love to cook and that means I love a nice clean kitchen. Not a big party person as I prefer to drink a bottle of wine with friends and mock bad tv. I love animals and I don't smoke. I just finished uni so im working fulltime
I'm looking for a granny flat, studio unit, or 2 bed unit to rent with another female close to Princess Alexandra Hospital. I work part time, am neat tidy and have some furniture and household items, I don't smoke, and prefer to live in quiet surroundings. I enjoy music and cooking, movies and eating out with friends. Car space and internet connection is needed. Hoping to hear from like minded owners or long term rental buddies, thanks in advance Maxine
Great townhouse in the middle of Taringa. Easy 10min bus ride to UQ. Right on the train line for transport into the city. The room has a built in wardrobe and currently has a bed, desk and chair in it. If you want to bring your own stuff though we can move it into the garage. There's a ceiling fan in the room and air conditioning in the living room. Very tidy little place ready for you to move into over the summer.
New to Brisbane for work, down to earth and easy to get along with. Tolerant, clean and respectful of privacy. I'm a single male and a (respectful) smoker.
Our house is located 5mins walk from Taringa train station, 2mins walk from the bus and 5 mins drive to Toowong or Indooroopilly. Our classic and unrenovated Queenslander may be low on luxuries but has character and pricing to match. This house has been handed down through friends and family for over a decade and we are looking for a new housemate to fill an available room. The room has lovely high ceilings and gorgeous wooden floorboards.

This room is great for anyone who wants a quiet and undisturbed living. Rent is cheap but the room size is huge, enough to put a queen size bed, a desk, a TV, couch, wardrobes, cupboard and a piano, with plenty of space still left over to do lie down on the floor. In addition, you also have a living room and a kitchen to use. There is also a huge backyard and you are welcome to have a small group of friends over. There's very good lighting in this particular room, with 3 large windows on the two side of the wall. The property agents are very prompt in their reply, so should any maintenance needs to be done, it will get done really quickly Its a 7 mins walk to the bus or the train station. It's about 15-20 min walk Indooroopilly shopping centre or Toowong village. Within 5 mins walk, there is also a local corner shop that opens daily and a reputable restaurant recommended by the locals. Bills include gardening and water. We have a washing machine available and a clothesline outside. (should it be storming, laundromat is also available within in 7 mins walk)
I have a room available from December 22nd! The apartment is in Taringa, only a 5 minute drive from UQ and 15 minutes from the CBD. Bus stops, Taringa train station and Indooroopilly shopping centre are all in walking distance. The apartment has huge living spaces, is fully air conditioned, has undercover parking and we have our own private courtyard. My housemates are leaving to travel, dates available are flexible between what’s listed and mid Jan I've really enjoyed the past year in this apartment and am looking some easy going new flatmates to take over my current flatmates leases as they're both off to travel after graduating.
