This place is great for uni students as the 414 bus to UQ stops literally outside the door. You can also get to the city via the Taringa train station, which is about a 3 minute walk. The flat is kept clean and there's a small balcony. The bedroom up for rent has frosted glass so that nosy neighbours can't see in and includes a wardrobe, but is otherwise unfurnished. The rest of the unit is furnished with appliances in the kitchen, a glass electric stove top and oven. It has 2 couches, a TV, washing machine and a possum that lives on the balcony. It doesn't have aircon or ceiling fans, but the unit is nice and cool in summer and heaters are a thing for winter. We don't have to pay for water usage here and electricity isn't included in the rent because it depends how much we use. Unlimited internet is already included in the rent.
Just looking for a nice place with some nice people. I work full time at Suncorp Insurance so you won't see much of me during the day. Born in Brisbane and proud Queenslander. Worked in the nightclub scene for about 2 years so my partying days are pretty much behind me but always keen for a beer with banter on the side and the occasional stories. I have always been pretty clean and do the household chores on a fair basis. I game a bit but not everyday - usually COD or Battlefield. I love cooking and will usually make far too much food. If I'm the kinda guy your looking for give me a text and the address and I'll have a look :)

I'm an international full-time student from Dubai starting at UQ in Semester 1, 2017 (Environmental Management). I was studying in the US (Chicago) before. I'm super tidy and clean (like keeping everything super clean but won't mind if it's not), and pretty decent at cooking too. Easy going, and always ready to help a friend. I am always respectful towards everyone and will give you your privacy. Doesn't mean I don't like to chill out and have fun. I love going out and playing sports. I play football (Soccer), badminton and Quidditch (no, i'm not kidding, it's a pretty serious sport!), and good at picking up other ones too. Love spontaneous adventures and ready to walk/hike any and everywhere. I'll be new to the city and the country, so I would like to explore a lot during the weekends provided I have the time. Always down to watch a movie or tv show. Join me for small adventures if you want! :D I don't mind living with anyone, so if you have a room to offer or are looking to team up, Hit me up! :) (That was two too many "up's") PS - 260 is my upper budget but I would be really happy with anything cheaper. The closer it is to the university the better it would be.
Hey! Firstly, I'm not needing to move until January. I currently work fulltime at Mount Coot-tha and I've been living in Taringa for the past 3 years. I enjoy eating out, going out, having a drink after work, music festivals and going for runs along the river - or just staying in and binge watching netflix. I'd need to move mid-January, ideally looking to stay around Toowong/Taringa (train line / bus line) - but pretty flexible. I have my own communal appliances and furniture to bring with me if needed. Shoot me a message if you would be interested in starting a new place or if you need a spot filled and we can grab a coffee - Thanks!
I'm a software engineer working in the city. I enjoy cycling to work, being social, being active, eating healthy (ish), cooking/eating foreign food. Dabble in a little sketching/painting occasionally. Will clean bathrooms and toilets haha!

I moved from Mackay three years ago to study music and have spent that time in a variety of sharehouses. I work casually at Kmart to support myself, though ironically, its also where I spend most of my money. I'm tidy, respectful and although I mostly keep to myself, I'm friendly and approachable. I also own a washing machine and a microwave, if that excites you. I hope to hear from you :)

Hi I'm Nic! I'm moving from Canada to Brisbane to start my medical degree in early February. I have two previous degrees (BSc/MSc) in Biochemistry from my hometown university. I tend to keep to myself, especially in the peak of exams. I'm fairly laid back and looking for similarly minded roommates. I'm up for trying new things (I'm looking at you surfing). I like to run and lift weights (all hail the holy trifecta: bench, squat and deadlift) when I have spare time.
I'm very social, easy-going and friendly, and am generally always up for a good time. That being said, I also know when it's time to get to work and be quiet and respectful. I like to keep busy, whether it be study or work, socialising or fitness. I'll be entering my 4th and final year of Speech Pathology at UQ in the new year and am keen to make it a good one. I am generally a very tidy person and will clean up after myself and help around the house when it's needed.

Hi guys! I am a second year UQ Psychology student looking for some fun housemates to hopefully become great friends with and share a comfortable environment. I am a friendly and fairly easy going person who enjoys sarcasm, memes and cute cat videos (I love cats). I like to spend most of my time when I am not studying or working watching TV shows, eating and napping (naps are life). I am looking to move in around January, however I can be pretty flexible with dates. So if I sound like someone you would be interested in living with or you just want to ask me some questions feel free to contact me anytime! (would prefer a team up situation if possible)

Hello there. I'm Lenin Jacob from India. I'm 23. I'll be coming to Brisbane on 17th February, as I got admission into UQ. For the initial days, I'll be staying with one of my friends, yet from 25th February, I'll need to live separately. I can only afford a place that is around $140-$160 per week (including all bills). Likewise, I don't smoke. I don't drink. I don't have a pet. I have no gender preferences for my flatmate. I could live with both, male or female. Let me know if you're interested in further negotiations. I might be happy to stop for a moment to chat with you.
