The property comes with a large three car garage, under house storage and a hammock with the best view of all! it is a 10 - 15 min bus ride to uni or town and close to the beach. This is a non pet house unfortunately. p.s. the table in the room is not permanent.

I have a room available with an ensuite bathroom in Sandy Bay. It is on the bus route to the UTAS Sandy Bay Campus (about 10 minutes by bus) and 5 minutes by car. The property has a stunning view of the Derwent River, including a view of the Tasman Bridge. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood, so it is perfect for someone who wants some peace & quiet while studying or want to relax after a busy day at work. There are two undercover remote controlled garage carports available. My current housemate is moving out on the 1st of Feb 2018, but I'm sure this can be negotiated. The 1st of Feb 2018 is when our current lease agreement ends so I am looking for someone to renew our lease agreement with. If you need furniture, I'm sure my current housemate would be more than happy to sell you some of her things.
