Single Australian female chronology 48 but young at heart; returning to Hobart to take up a government role. My cat April and I are seeking a room or team up with 1-2 other people in the greater Hobart region by early to mid march for a long lease. Seeking housemates who are neat and tidy and respectful of others . I don't care about your age, where you come from or your life partner preferences. Non smokers please. I don't drink but I don't mind if you do socially. I am friendly and very neat and respectful of people needing there own space. April is a 12 years old she does inside and outside (in a cage and learning to like her lead) so need a small yard or courtyard. We are both well behaved, neat, reserved but friendly when we gets to know you.
We're clean and respectful and have really interesting jobs/lifestyle and like to make the most of our time! Happy to share a house with easy going, responsible like minded people.
Hey I'm Grace, I've spent two years living alone and managing my own tenancy but I'm looking for a new place to share with a group of groovy people who can relate. I work most week nights and attend Tafe so I would hope to find people with similar goals to be working and/or studying. I should probably have more hobbies than I do but I love making art and petting cute dogs counts yeah? I'm also on Centerlink for studying whilst living independently so I am able to pay rent and responsible enough to have savings for bills and emergencies. I have a really good record with my current landlord and am only leaving in the hopes to find a bigger place and other folks to share somewhere with. If you feel we could get along shoot me a message or even if you just have some questions.
I am studying fine arts at the Uni of Tas and working as a freelance muralist and Tom is a carpenter studying drafting. We are respectful, clean, tidy and friendly. Looking for a place to call home :)
I'm an RN working part-time in an aged care in Taroona. Currenly just staying at my friends living room (haha). I'm tidy and clean, respectful of everyone's personal space and privacy. I mostly work nights 4 time a week so I'll be out alot. I'm also ready to move out at anytime. Thank you ^_^
Hey, I'm Harrison, 24 from Sydney and I will love your pet. I'm friendly, honest and genuine, clean and tidy who's also pretty handy at times. I'm about to start studying at UTAS, I love to travel, explore and make delicious foods but also don't mind if i locking myself in my room to study every now and again. Truly I'm an outdoorsy kid who loves adventures and exploring. Im hoping to find some like minded people who have a bit of fun every now and again. I hope you choose me because I can be fun and i really need a place to stay ( :
Ola, weird gal from Queensland, 24, got my feed of city life after living in melbournia for several years and am ready to move on. Beginning study at UTAS in Feb, work hospo currently but hoping to get out eventually. Looking to move asap. I'm pretty laid back as long as everyone is putting in/doing fair share ect. Clean as hell, respectful, bit of a home body; love cooking, eating, gym, climbing, animals, playing music, camping/hiking and reading. Always up for a bit of a chat but need alone time as well. Like parties occasionally but it's not really what I want to be surrounded by when I'm at home trying to relax or study etc. Definitely important we get along but in saying that I'm pretty easy going and honest so as long as we can have a normal conversation we'll be sweet. Can be annoying due to aloofness, inability to remember things people say and non-apologetic cackle laugh. Sorry. Thoughtful and abrasive. Ups to free speech and diversity. ok i think this enough, peace
Hi I'm Ben! I'm currently living in New Town and working in Mental Health, but I am about to commence studying at the UTAS Conservatorium of Music. Music is my main passion, but I also enjoy martial arts, rollerblading, comic books (not the superhero kind) and being outdoors. I'm very open minded and enjoy a good discussion about anything, as I am fascinated by the world and everything in it. Like any good housemate, I am social and collaborative, but respect boundaries and personal space. I don't make a lot of noise and am not much of a party person, but do enjoy celebrating triumphs, whether they be my own or of others. I am quite a tidy and relaxedly ordered person, I like to look after spaces so they can be enjoyed by everyone, and will always wash/wipe/sweep/vacuum/mop/scrub/scrape/steam clean/polish/disinfect/fumigate/pressure hose/fire extinguish/quarantine etc. At this point, I am flexible around when I can move in, and can provide rental and employment references.
I am a current BICT student at UTAS, and an IT Services staff member at the same university. I have been homestaying for the past 3 years in New Norfolk but due to the time spent on the road every day, I have decided to look for accommodation closer to campus . I am a clean, tidy, quiet, organised person. I like to socialise, but I also enjoy private times and I respect others' needs. Hobbies include photography, bushwalking, physical activities, and adventures. I am a hardworking student who also enjoys helping other students out if they are struggling. I have been nominated for ITS Service Excellence Award just 2 years into my job - which shows my work ethics and the type of person I am. I would prefer to start a sharehouse with a group of people - preferably uni students. If possible, I would prefer a house in Kingston due to my volunteering with Tas Fire Service. Move in times are highly flexible but certainly before Semester 1 2018. I don't have pets, but I don't mind people having pets (as long as they keep the house reasonably clean).
Great location at the top of Sandy Bay, views of the Derwent as far as the eye can see. Sunny, spacious and air conditioned. Large Balcony, two living areas, two bathrooms and seperate toilet. Double garage and small low maintenance garden.
Outgoing international student from Alaska looking to get the most out of my experience here in Tassie. Looking for social people to live with who won't mind a housemate that's out and about most of the time but more than willing to hang out and chat when around.
Hello! My name is Emma, I'm 19 years old, and I have been offered to study a Bachelor of Media starting February 2018! This means that I have to move from Launceston down to Hobart and find a place to stay. I'm very responsible and easy to get along with. As much as I enjoy spend time with friends, I also appreciate quiet and personal space, especially when studying.
We are a globetrotter couple. In the past two years we lived in Russia, Denmark, Slovenia and Spain. I am going to write my master thesis at UTAS and my wife works remotely from home. So all we need is a place not too far from UTAS and quiet enough for my wife to work. We are open-minded and we like to mingle with the locals as much as possible. I am Brazilian-Italian and she is Russian.
Relaxed easy going individual, have a part time job at a pub and also study full time. Don't smoke, love music and having a cheeky beer or 2 on occasion.. new to Tassie (only been down here for 6 months) and fallen in love with it so looking for somewhere to stay for awhile.. do have a dog (labrador) but he is currently at my folks place in FNQ but would be keen to get him down if I find the right place for him.. he's a big dufus and excellent with other dogs and people.. cheers
Hello :) I have just moved down to Hobart from South Australia. I am currently looking for work and hopefully shouldn't take long as I am looking and applying everyday. I am looking for a place that is only temporary eg 4 weeks or so, just whilst find my own place to live. I will need my own room, furnished or unfurnished will be great either way. I am a very neat, quite and personal person so that means you don't have to stress about me being a party animal, bring people over or being very loud. I do drink alcohol every now and then but I won't get wasted. I am a smoker as well but upon request, will only do it outside. I don't have any pets and no children. I have a good rental history and will pay my bills on time. I would like for the bills to be included in the rent so it will reduce the stress on both ends. WIFI would be great but is not necessary. I am a very easy person to get along with and even better person to live with. If I'm the person you are looking for, please don't hesitate to contact me.
I am a good cook, keep a clean house, very busy with own business so keep to my self a bit in my room as I run it from home but also happy to get together to watch a good movie or go to the local pub for a dink. Not a smoker and a light social drinker. Have two wonderful rescue dogs that are very friendly. They are very clean too, don't dig holes or are very obedient
The unit is suited in Mount Nelson which only 5 minutes drive to Utas and 10 mins to city. It is on a main bus route which only 7 mins to reach Utas (include slight walk would be 20mins). You would be surrounded in quiet, bush setting with wild life and plenty of bush walks available. You can reach out in spare time. The room is bright, sunny and spacious. Please no smokers.
this is a large, modern, well appointed home close to all facilities. Located on a main bus route which is regular to the CBD and University. Only 10 minutes to the University and approximately 14 mins to the city but may be quicker especially by car only 7 mins. It is only 2 mins to the University if you have your own car. Off street parking is available. It is a very quiet area with bush walks and sites close to see. Air conditioning available, a view, a chance you may have your own bathroom. NO smoking here. Utilities to be shared
1970s glamour with a million-dollar view! At the front, the kitchen and dining/lounge areas are light, spacious and open with big windows and a deck. Beyond that there's nothing but blue (and lovely trees, but definitely no casinos). Perfect for lounging in the summer with a book. For your comfort, we've got an air conditioner, a gas cooker and a dishwasher. NBN is connected via a complicated system of cables and radio transmitters. There's a veggie garden and a BBQ out the back. There are two rooms available - one at the front and one in the middle. Both are unfurnished. The front room is the master bedroom, which opens onto the deck and has built-in wardrobes. It's huge, it's swanky, it's the 70s. The middle room is smaller, with a small built-in cupboard. It's liveable, not swanky but we can adjust the rent slightly to compensate. The rest of the house is fully furnished - please, no more - and there's not much storage space. We try to keep the place clean and tidy - so no shoes, dogs, reality tv and obviously no smoking in the house. Everyone is expected to pick up after themselves and help with the basic cleaning tasks too.
I'm currently studying for a Bachelor of Arts at UTAS Sandy Bay campus. I'm quite, tidy and respectful. I mostly keep to myself, (bit of an introvert) but I'm very friendly, polite and more than willing to do my share of the housework. I love reading books, playing Volleyball and watching anime. Please message me :)
Hi I'm Iain, A 25 year old recent Physio grad relocating to Hobart for work. I'm a social person, who loves the outdoors. My favourite hobbies include basketball, surfing, camping and snowboarding. I enjoy living an active healthy lifestyle. I've lived in share houses previously in Melbourne & coastal Victoria. I am clean and respectful of house rules. I'm a relaxed, friendly and easy going person.
I am originally from Germany, but have been living in Tasmania for over four years. I am quiet, tidy and enjoy cleaning. In my spare time I like to study and read and go hiking. I like the outdoors and love travelling. It would be nice to not only find flatmates, but make some new friends as well.
Hi! I’m a student in grade 12 at Elizabeth College. I work at Hill Street in West Hobart and I’m also a reservist in the Defence Force Army. I have also worked as an office cleaner for four years. I’m looking for affordable accommodation for myself that is within bussing distance to my school. I have been brought up in a loving, hard working family. I would love to live with other young people who can work well as a team. Thank you!
Due to my current rental ending I am in search of another. I'm a pretty laid back person, a majority of my spare time is either spent studying or gaming. I am usually out most weekends and am a full time student. I enjoy baking when I can and am not messy at all. I would prefer something within walking distance to North Hobart, if that was the case my rent pw could be $160-170. If not then my rent pw would need to be $150. I enjoy my own space and would prefer people who do as well.
Hello! I'm a 29 year old, full time worker, non smoker currently living in Hobart. I'm looking for a room within the greater hobart area. I come with a 7 year old rescue greyhound, Dolly. She's very quiet and well mannered and sleeps for most of the day. I'd like to think of myself as very friendly and easy going, i'm quiet but social and very much respect your space and privacy. When I'm not at work, I'm either out hiking/camping/enjoying the outdoors in some capacity or relaxing with a book/record/glass (or bottle) of wine.
Hi, my name is Joo Yee. I am looking for one or two people (preferably female working professionals) to team up with me for an accommodation in Hobart. I am flexible in terms of location, as long as it is not too far from the city. I work full-time, quiet and respect your privacy. :)
