Hello everyone, I am Sunny, pursuing my Doctoral studies in Law at UTAS. I am looking for long term accommodation for at least 6 months or more in Sandy bay or near by suburbs. Me and my wife are currently living in temporary accommodation in Battery point and looking for long term stay. We are respectful of others space and belongings. We are an outgoing, friendly couple and are very clean and organized. Please feel free to contact me if you need any other info. Thanks.
Hi there! I do own a car so parking, whether on the street or not, is a must. I have a partner (he is 27 and very respectful) he studies at UTAS and works full-time as a social worker. !!!He will NOT be moving with me, but he must be able to visit. I am not looking for a house share with high restriction rules.!!! I'll introduce myself first. I'm 25 and study full-time at UTAS . I am currently studying a Bachelor of Justice Studies which I am in my first year. My university days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday however most weekends I would be cooped up with my laptop studying. I originally come from Queensland (however born in NSW). I have been in Tasmania for a year and five months. I'm a neat and tidy person, quiet and very respectful (I don't party, nor do I drink during the weekdays. I will have a glass of wine on the weekends. I also hardly go out clubbing (maybe once every three months)). I am currently living in Dodgers Ferry, but because of the travel to UTAS I would prefer to live in the city or near the city The room would have to be furnished as I do not own a bed or other essentials apart from toiletries.
I'm a mature, self-sufficient, responsible, easy going, tidy, reliable woman. I am well versed in pet and property care and love gardening. I have a number of personal interests including sunrise walks, exploring Tasmania, meditation, inspirational writing, cooking, professional speaker coaching, photography & creating motivational videos. I own a powerful presence coaching video business which means I work partially from home. I enjoy my own space and live a quiet life. I have 2 quiet, tidy, respectful, animal loving teenage sons (I have trained them well) who spend 2-3 nights a week with me. Over the past 2 years, I have been house sitting on a professional basis and am now ready to settle into a happy sunny home. Living with me will certainly be a delightful experience.
Heyo there. I'm 27 and trying find a new place as soon as possible. Returning to study here in Hobart. I like to game pretty regularly and I'm a pretty social individual most of the time, enjoying a sit down with housemates over a dinner or drinks. Pretty quiet most of the time and pride myself on being a considerate housemate and a team player in a household. I have a small rescue cat and I'm pretty open to where I end up moving in terms of suburbs but would prefer if possible a home that does not have dogs as my little cat has an extreme fear and mistrust for them. Hoping to hear from you soon! 😁
I'm a Master student in UTAS having experience of living in shared homes and dormitory. I am a tidy, clean, responsible, reliable and well-educated person. I'll pay rent on time and being respectful to others. I just seeking a lovely peaceful place to call home.
I’m originally from Western Australia. I moved to Hobart in February 2019 for a contract with government. I have been lucky enough to land in a fabulous share house in Blackmans Bay. Sadly, the owner is selling her home and moving back to Canada. Now that I'm here and more familiar with Hobart, I am looking around North Hobart, South Hobart West Hobart, Glebe, Lenah Valley, New Town, Battery Point or Taroona simply because it seems to be closer to the things I enjoy. Also, living closer to town will allow me to either walk or ride to work. For me I am looking for a place that I can stay for a minimum of 6-12 months, from the end of July or early August. I’m friendly, mature but easy going. I keep myself busy swimming, walking, and doing the odd gym session.
Hello! My name is Nenagh (same as Nina). I am a 24 year old Tasmanian student at UTAS studying in my 4th year of a Bachelor of Arts with sociology and a Bachelor of Science with zoology and plant science. I also work 2 jobs. I love cooking, gardening, bush walking, drawing, reading and a good ol' pint at the pub. I am a really easy going laid back type of person and have had experience living in share houses before so I understand the responsibilities that come with it. I do have a pet budgie called Alfie. He is very sweet, easily contained and very low maintenance/mess as a pet. He has his own cage that I would normally just keep in my room. I'm looking for a share house with housemates that I could easily get along with and call my friends. So I would love to come and meet you!
My girlfriend of 3 years and I are looking for shared accommodation and to create a humble abode. We relish in meeting new like-minded people. We are not party animals, but we do enjoy hanging out with friends for social drinks and game nights. We are both avid cooks, who love getting involved in the kitchen with a willingness to share and learn new recipes. We also know how important it is to keep a clean and tidy household in order to prevent conflict and promote well-being, which is something we have practiced in all of the houses we have lived in thus far. I have just finished a bachelor's degree in environmental science on the north coast of NSW, and will be starting a master's in planning at UTAS. I thoroughly enjoy being outdoors and hiking, kayaking and fishing. I also love taking it easy by watching films, reading books and chatting about philosophical ideas and sharing the human experience. I think you will find that I easily mold into my surroundings and practice open and clear communication. Cello is currently studying a Bachelor of art and design degree, and will be transferring over to UTAS to finish it off. Cello is a open and creative minded person who is always willing to having a conversation and participate in housemate activities. She takes great pride in cooking for others and sharing her recipes passed down by her Spanish ancestors. We are willing to both occupy a room together, but are also open to having a room each if that is more appropriate. Our current plan is to find a place around late July/early August.
