We are looking for the perfect gal or guy to move into our beautiful home in Tarragindi (a suburb over from Annerley). We have just moved in and we are so dang happy with it. We are after someone to move in as soon as possible with rent being $160 per week and Bond $700 with all utilities included (however we pay for excess). The house is in a beautiful quiet spot surrounded by trees and cafes. There is a shopping complex with a market, post office, medical centre and the 120 bus stop around the corner. If you drive, there's plenty of parking on the street. The yard is amazing with 4+ fruit trees growing and heaps of space to start a herb/veggie patch. Our front deck is a great size and you could easily get a table out there and have a BBQ. The standout of the house is the space inside. We have 3 spacious living areas (one with a fire place) plus a dining room, kitchen, laundry, 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Magenta and I both have ensuite's so the main bathroom is only ever used for guests. You are more than welcome to make it your own space! We have decided to keep the 4th bedroom as a storage space/study. The room available is a great size and is situated at the back of the house away from all the action. We love our house and we are after someone who appreciates our beautiful quiet house much as we do!

You will need to love animals to live here, I have a large Rottweiler who is loving in nature to house members but is mobile security with a job to do to protect the house and the people inside and less not forget the snobby never seen cat that just sleeps all day.
