Hi! We’re Dave and Jayne, we’re both originally from Paddington however we’re currently renting a small place in Mount Gravatt East with our 8 month old Lab X, to be closer to Jayne’s work down in Logan. We’d love to team up, or move in with some more people to get a bigger/ better place. We’ve seen a few dual living places we love for $600 and would love to get another couple or one or two others to move in with. We’re both full time allied health workers, and both Hoping to return to uni in 2020 while dropping work part time. We’re friendly people, who enjoy living a healthy lifestyle, anything outdoors, and also a good quiet Netflix binge. Our puppy Arlo loves any human, dog, cat or anyone he meets. He rarely barks, and is fully crate and house trained. Another fur friend for him is a added bonus!
Hey there! I'm Madhurika. I am doing my master's in IT at QUT. I usually keep to myself, but don't mind occasional friendly convos. I'm pretty laidback and easygoing. I like to live peacefully without banters. I'm currently doing UberEats for part-time work. At the moment I'm looking for months, but it is possible that i continue till june 2020.
I’m just starting a new job/role in the city, I come from a health background and travel. Looking to move closer to the city for more convenience. I’m a lover of photography and videography and have travelled a lot. Very creative minded! I’m currently single, love socialising but can also be a great homebody. I have a pet bird, she’s a lorikeet :)
Hi. I am a post graduate student looking for a peaceful, tidy share house close to Griffith University, Mt Gravatt. Would prefer somewhere that has internet and where I can stay longer term. I am a clean, considerate and like to keep fit and healthy. Please feel free to contact me If you would like to know more.
I am a student studying my Bachelor of Health, Sport and Physical Education full time at UQ while working usually between an OSHC and restaurant/bar. I am quite a social person and love having friends over for a beer, watching sport or going to gigs, however I do sometimes need my privacy for when I have procrastinated and left uni assessment until the last minute. I can have a busy life between uni and work, and as much as I enjoy a social environment, sometimes I need to seclude myself and have my own personal space to reset. I’m on the lookout for some new housemates. I am currently living in a 2bed 2 bath apartment with my old man but he has recently purchased a house with his Mrs. I’m open to resigning the lease here, with the new tenant taking the master bedroom with en-suite, but I’m also keen to find somewhere a little bigger and pay some cheaper rent! My lease ends January 14, however I am able to move in December if needed. I’m super social after I’ve had my nap, and love a drink or coffee in my spare time! I also have a little one eyed cat named Fetty who will love you if you give him belly pats. Early next year I go on my major prac for my teaching degree, so will be at the school from 8:30-3:30, working evenings, and also trying to get to the gym and see friends so I’ll hardly be around! I do have a fair bit of furniture in storage so I would be able to contribute to a new house if that’s something you would be keen on, however am also happy to leave it in storage. I’d love to catch up for a coffee and see if we are a fit!
We are a pretty chilled laidback couple who enjoy socialising but also value our own time. We love cooking, gardening, yoga, surfing and generally being outdoors. We have a 6 month old Hungarian Vizsla who is full of energy so you must love dogs as much as we do. Jase works full time and I will be completing my Master of Architecture full time next year whilst working part time and are out and about most weekends.
Hi! I'm Holly, a sociable, respectful, friendly human. I love getting into a good veggie garden and watching plants thrive (I'm getting better at it). I am a student and freelance graphic designer, looking for a large room. I like living with people who are go with the flow types, but need to live with those who can communicate their needs in a household assertively. I am not looking for student housing, I am looking for a home, and a bunch of cool non judgmental humans who don't mind chatting over dinner/morning coffee and socialising every now and again. I am conscious of personal space though and quite happy to chill in a corner with a book. I like food, cooking, and bubble tea. I am also making more of an effort to be sustainable or at least a tonne less wasteful, I recycle and want to compost, I avoid buying plastic stuff. I am not vegan, but i have been reducing my meat consumption a lot. I eat pretty healthy as a celiac (can't eat most of the junk food anyway). Go to produce markets for food on Saturdays, and enjoy kombucha but don't make my own haha. My guilty pleasure is Nandos. I can clean a toilet, and keep common areas tidy. I am not a huge party person, (I come home to relax and study, so looking for a fairly quiet household) and don't have any vices outside copious coffee consumption. I'd love to get to know you and your housemates :D
(PLEASE NOTE: Just signed a 3 month lease extension, not available to move until at least start of January) Hi potential flatmate(s)! Currently flat-sharing in Carina Heights, but looking into chasing some new adventures. Seeking some interesting, laid-back individuals to live with, in the Brisbane inner-southside. I currently work full-time within the customer service industry, based in the CBD. I’m also studying small online courses to rejigger my career and trying to get some more hobbies under my belt. I'm respectful and considerate when it comes to property and my housemates. Rent, bills and cleaning always comes first. Lived in flatmate situations for 10 years. (While I’ll admit I’m not perfect) I know the drill. While I am a fairly quiet housemate, I enjoy socialising with flatmates and building a bond together. I'm always open-minded to all and love living with people of different backgrounds to learn and grow as a person. Love pets, cats in particular. Seeking a share house of preferably 2 to 3 like-minded people, just enough space to store my beer vessels and a decent internet connection. Apart from that, I'm easy. I have a reasonable amount of furniture at my disposal and can bring all, any or none of the items with me (apart from my own bedroom gear) to the living spaces. My main passions are craft beer and football (soccer). Regularly attend craft beer events and football (soccer) matches around Brisbane. Please do not mis-interrupt these hobbies...I drink to enjoy (not get drunk) and I keep quiet if watching football at home. I also regularly hike and visit self-improvement classes. These hobbies and spending time with my friends take up most of my time. If I sound like someone you'd like to live with, blast that message away to me!
