A good sized room in a fully furnished 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house overlooking a leafy park on a cul de sac in Tarragindi. Transport is seriously good - it's an easy 7-minute walk to the 120 bus that runs frequent and late between the city, Griffith U Nathan, QE2 Hospital and Garden City Westfield. We're also on the bikeway that's 20 minutes to the City or Griffith U Mt Gravatt, and 8 minutes to PA Hospital. There's plenty of street parking too. The house is older but the appliances are modern and high quality. The room has a leafy outlook and is bright, spacious and airy. There is a big private covered deck off the lounge/dining, and the yard is 6ft timber fenced. Your room has built-ins and can come empty or furnished with queen/single bed and bedsides if needed. The rent includes bills, internet and a weekly spring clean.
I am an international student from Norway, going to study urban planning at Griffith university, Nathan campus until the end of october. I just arrived in Brisbane today (20.06.18), and have short time accommodations until 25. june. I would therefore like to find a place to live as soon as possible. As I am dependent on public transport, the accommodation must be located within a reasonable distance to public transport that will take me to Griffith university, Nathan. I would like to live with others as thats a great way to make new friends in a foreign city. I would prefer a good mixture of socializing and private life between me and my flatmates. During my stay in Brisbane I would like to explore the city and what it has to offer, while at the same time doing well when it comes to my studies. I think the currently ongoing world cup could be a great way to get to know eachother. However, thats definitely not a must if you're not interested in football/soccer! Feel free to contact me :)
I am a student of Griffith University. I work casually as a delivery helper, cleaner, and babysitter, and I receive Austudy from Centrelink. Location: As close to Griffith Uni Nathan as possible. Ideally Salisbury, Sunnybank, Coopers Plains or Mt Gravatt East. Please don't message me if your location is further South than Sunnybank Hills, or further East than Carindale. I'm trying to stick as close to the inner suburbs and as possible. North side is a big NO-NO. My interests include cute communist memes and the inevitable revolutionary doggo uprising. I love laughing my ass off, bingeing on Netflix, and being a dope ass meme Queen. Best thing about me would be my dog Freddy. He is a sweet lil munchkin, Mr Popular. As a responsible pet owner, I will assume yard mowing duties. I drive and own a car, street parking is fine. Happy to carpool if you chip in for petrol. Will be ready to move in October. Starting the search early, just looking for the right home for me and my son 🐶. Preferences; • Minimum stay 6 months. • Property and tenants must be pet friendly. Freddy is an inside/outside dog and needy for scritches. He is great with other dogs, and cats. • Room size suitable for a queen size bed and tallboy. • Room on ground floor preferable. Too lazy to move furniture up stairs. • Sociable household a must. I don't drink or party, I just hate awkward silences. • I'm 420 friendly but will obvs respect housemates wishes.
If you’re a hippy at heart and love nature, wildlife and a peaceful environment this is a great property. It’s central to all motorways, shops, Toohey Forest, cafes and bakeries. House has 3 bedrooms but I’m currently only chasing one flatmate who is welcome to have both rooms. Also even though there is one modern bathroom house does have 2 toilets. Includes off street and on street parking plus secure storage space.
Hi, my name is Lina, I work full time in marketing, I'm mostly quiet and I always clean after myself. I look for a homey shared house or a granny flat. Potential issue 1: I have a well-trained puppy who is super lovely and friendly, she needs a fenced yard to hang around. Potential issue 2: I also have a lot of clothes, a big build-in robe or walk-in robe would be handy. Potential issue 3: I have a Golf, and it'd be great if I can park in garage or carport rather than on the street.
About me: 30 years old, non smoker, non drinker, Australian male, no drama, always pays rent on time, clean and tidy. Very friendly, easy to live with :) I'm looking for a place that: - is not on a busy road or train line - does not have any smokers or past smokers (I mean no offence, I'm allergic to it so can't take the risk sorry) - has a ceiling fan in the room - is $200 per week or less (including all bills). Location: Gold Coast or Brisbane (Flatmates won't allow me to select any more suburbs on my profile). For example: - springfield area - graceville - paradise point, hollywell, main beach, broadbeach, bundall, southport, ashmore, robina, varsity lakes, etc. - currumbin, tallebudgera, bilambil, etc. - banora point, tweed heads, casuarina - jindalee, westlake, middelpark, etc. - goodna, camira, etc. - greenslopes, springwood, woodridge, etc. - kingston, tanah merah, loganlea, loganholme, etc. - cleveland, wynnum, manly, lota, etc. - nundah, chermside, etc. Please contact me if you think you have a room that suits! Thank you :)

I am an international PhD student that will be moving to the Brisbane area in mid-August for 8-12 months. I love to do anything outdoors like hiking, camping, and especially rock climbing. I am an early bird, very clean, pet friendly, and prefer to live with non-smokers. While doing fieldwork, I'll be in and out of the house at weird hours (sometimes leaving at 2-3am) and going to bed super early. Ideally, I'd like to live with other graduate students or young professionals.
Hi, I am a 19 yo student, starting a double degree in Business and International Business at Griffith University in July. I am super easy to get along with, but pretty quiet and generally keep to myself. I'm tidy and respectful, and love keeping my place clean and organised. I love dogs, so if you have dogs that's a bonus for me :)

Hi! My name is Kirra, I’m wanting to move to Brisbane for uni however will most likely be working full time until semester 1 2019. I’m quiet and take my studies seriously, however I’m always down for a chat and a quiet drink or two. I’m not a huge party person, I enjoy spending my weekends hiking rather than being hungover. I also very much believe in Taco Tuesdays. 🤷🏻♀️ I have a 2 year old Labrador who is quite small for her age. I used to be a dog trainer so you can be assured she’s wel behaved (and spends the days doing nothing but sleeping). I’m quiet, responsible, respectable of other people’s boundaries and clean! If a duo of a girl and a lil lab sounds like a good fit for your home, id love to meet you!! *I’m currently searching for a job in Brisbane, ideally I’d like to move in, in July but the second I’m employed closer to Brisbane the second I’ll be there!
I work full time as a plasterer. On most weekends I work. I'm a 20 I don't smoke I dont at this present time drink. I find myself usually making and preparing food. I study human health and alternative medicine. In my spare time I excersize and practice yoga.
I am a quiet tidy respectful person, and very reliable and easy to get along with.I mainly keep too myself, I am currently studying my diploma of Beauty and Spa practice. I have one medium sized dog who is 25kg and loves people, but isn’t friendly with other dogs or cats, I would only consider places with a decent sized yard, doesn’t have to be huge. Right now I am stuck in an abusive home, so my urgency to get out is very high, please shoot me a message if you can help.
Hey, looking for either a room to rent or to team up and find somewhere new :) I've had a few years worth of share house experience, so I'm looking for some housemates around the same age looking for the same thing. Friendly & respectful I currently live in Bulimba which is amazing, but its just to far from work, and the commute is a bit much, so looking to move a little closer. Pretty chill during the week as I work full time, and stay pretty busy on weekends, love Triple J so I go to a few gigs on the weekends. :) Also love finding new brunch spots My current lease ends on the 6th July, but I can try move out before then I've got a few things for a house, but not everything. Happy to buy whatever is still needed. Will need parking, don't mind if its street parking. Any questions, hit me up :)
We are a young family that would love to have somewhere safe and comfortable for us to call home. My partners name is Luke (29) and our son who is 6 months old :) We are looking for something asap and somewhat flexible with length of stay however the more permanent the better.
Looking to move closer to the city. Ideally close to a bus station/train line. I am: - Quiet but sociable - Love health and fitness so I do meal prep and go to the gym daily. - Clean and tidy, I like to leave things cleaner than I found them (not obsessively clean though). - I do have a girlfriend so I'll be staying at her house several times a week and it would be great if she could stay with me occasionally as well (we are not a couple that are needing to be together all the time). - I am a passionate surfer and love the outdoors, so most weekends I'll be out and about.
Hi! I've recently returned from living abroad for two years and I'm in dire need of a room nearby good public transport! I've lived in share houses for the last 6 years in a heap of different houses (clean, dirty, small, big, boys, girls). I am looking for a relaxing, social house where everyone enjoys coming home together but can also respect each others privacy. I am very clean and love ending the day with a glass of red! Please let me know if you have a room available :) Sam

Besides living with 2 pretty awesome housemates! The whole house is available to be used! HI! I'm Teresa. I'm honest, respectful, can provide references. Pay rent and utilities on time. Friendly, yet love alone time. Often busy with work and uni. My cat - Phoenix - is amazing. Fully house trained and very loving. Purely indoor. Vaccinated. Registered. Desexed. I'm not a party animal, enjoys an early night now and again, has friends and family over occasionally. However, do like the odd drink and chats! Would love a space of my own and to be respected, along with privacy and honesty. Also, if it's shared accom and you don't like cats, it's not going to work. Sorry! But, he's (cat) a legend. Have all my own furniture and the bigger the space, the better as I'm over paying storage fees! Hope to hear from you 😊
