****I HAVE A DOG**** Nice easy going guy looking to rent a room in a house with a yard as I have a 5 month old dog (Husky) which will need some room to move. In saying that I walk her daily to burn off some energy. I work full time Monday to Friday in a management position and gym 5-6 times a week which is usually mid-week nights. I don't smoke and I'm not one to go out drinking and party as I rarely drink at all. Weekends I'm usually chilling or heading to the beach with my dog. I have a small fluffy caged pet that I'd like to be able to bring with me. She makes no noise and is generally quite cuddly. Great location whether you drive or catch public transport. The house is close to South East Freeway on-ramps in both directions, with a trip to the city taking less than ten minutes in non-peak times. If you take public transport, the Holland Park West bus station is only a two minute walk down the road. The house is three bedrooms and one bathroom but at the moment only one other bedroom is occupied. The room to rent is quite large and can easily fit a queen bed and desk if required (it's currently unfurnished). There is a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The rest of the house is furnished. Rent includes all bills (electricity and unlimited internet) and is payable two weeks in advance. There is also bond of two weeks rent.
