Hi folks! My name is Simon and I'm looking to rent a room on a short-term basis from early April until the end of May (I can be flexible with the exact dates if need be). I'm a friendly, considerate, non-smoking 36 year old professional (and online student!) who is about to move overseas to start my own business. I do a bit of driving for Uber in the evenings too, so I'll need a place to park my car (street parking is fine). I speak a few languages and am happy living in a multicultural house or apartment. I don't have any pets but I'm happy to live with people who do. If you have a bbq at your place I'm very happy to cook you up something awesome as well :-) I'm looking for something within a 10-15min drive of the CBD but I can be a bit flexible with that - my budget could be a little flexible for the right type of place too. I'll consider all types of accommodation as long as I have my own private room. Looking for a welcoming environment with no messy slobs or unnaturally obsessive neat-freaks; just nice, normal people. Happy to consider house-sitting as well. Hope to hear from you :-)
I'm probably the most relaxed person there is, Love my music, love the surf, and love spending quality time with my mates! Super keen to find a great energetic person to start a flat with as all of my mates have it way to good at home and don't want to move out 😅
Hey! I'm Darcy. besides being a modern day super hero I'm also a neat, clean and focused on success 20 year old fashionista who live and works locally. Looking to rent a room and make new friends! I get along well with everyone because everyone gets along with me. Lets get coffee! xo (i have a regular job and i dont have kids so no problems there guys)
Currently living in Mackay and will be moving to Brissy for work. I'm easy going and have lived in share houses in the past. I have 2 dogs, so would prefer to live in a house with suitable fencing, and with people who loves animals. I like to socialise with people but also like my down time.
This is a nice double room in a newly renovated two bedroom apartment features: Built-in double wardrobe Ceiling fan Air con in the lounge room Spacious kitchen Spacious green courtyard where you can relax 5 mns walk to the bus stop that takes you straight to the city or QUT or UQ All bills include in rent We love the place so much and really happy staying here. I'm a respectable and responsible person who is tidy. I love music and reading. I work Mon-Frid full time. I have a jack russell and am a responsible pet owner. I'm looking for a fully fenced, pet friendly accommodation.
I am looking for a flat share with a friendly, tidy individual. I am a 26 year old veterinarian currently based in Brisbane. I have a little cat called Buster - he is well behaved and I am very strict about hygiene in that respect. He is indoor only. I live a very active health/fitness lifestyle - gym/outdoors. I am quiet, tidy and respectful of others.
Hey Guys :) I'm 25 years old and moving from Germany to Brisbane for my PhD at Griffith (I did already an internship there, so i'm not completely new ;) ). I'd like to have relaxing time with my housmates with a glas of wine or a beer. To go out here and there sounds also not to bad :D. But I also want to have my private time. I'm pretty uncomplicated and bring some cooking experience ;) I would prefer a half furnished room, means with a bed and wardrobe. So everything else is not necessary. Certainly, I'm full-time working but also like some weekend trips if there is a chance. Just contact me if you have a free room and if you are up for more then limited purpose of sharing a flat, but to socialise too :) And I would also like to find some people in my age to make some friends. I'm also in to start a new share house together. Cheers, Eva
Hey, Tarragindi is an awesome place to live. It is central to everything. Public transport is everywhere. The room that is available is very large with a big built in wardrobe. There is only one bathroom but we make do. :) We have internet which is split evenly between everyone monthly, a large backyard and lots of space for cars. In regards to bills, we split them whenever they come in. All you will need in your own bedroom furniture, we have everything else.
Hi guys, I am a german international student and I have been living in Australia on and off for almost three years now. I am studying a Master in Accounting and am working in Retail and Accounting. Previously I have shared a unit with my partner, but unfortunately he is moving away for work next year. Hence I am on the hunt for my next place. I am fairly easy to live with, quite and clean. My ideal place would be quite and kept clean with people who prefer a nice drink and a chat over a big party too. I am pretty open to the area, but I would love to be either close to Griffith Nathan or Murarrie. Looking forward to hearing from you. Laura
Aww, what? Writing about myself? Dammit. ok, ok I'm a guy from America who has been in Australia for over 12 years. I have Russian heritage and like to clean my own dishes just after using them. I finished my electrical apprenticeship about 10 months ago , and moved to Brisbane soon after when I fell in love with Zouk partner dancing. I've stayed in the one house the entire time I've been in Brisbane so far. I like meeting people and talking to them. Also having fun and making them laugh ;) My girlfriend stays with me month on, month off and loves attending zouk events. She is learning Russian with me, but she's also working on German while finishing studies.
