Hey! I’m looking for two female flatmates to team up with and find a place around the Annerley area (ideally within about a 10-minute radius).
I want to live close to Annerley mainly because of coordinating drop-offs before and after work with my dog—it just makes things a lot easier day to day. I’m also about to finish my nursing studies, so I’ll be moving into shift work soon.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and pretty chilled. I’m tidy, considerate in shared spaces, and good with keeping on top of things around the house.

I have a little dachshund who would stay with me about 3 nights a week and occasionally on weekends. She’s super low-maintenance, and I wouldn’t leave her home alone.
Looking for:
• Female-only household (wanting to live with two other girls)
• Budget up to $320/week
• Around Annerley (~10 min radius)
• A place with a lock-up garage for my car (happy to take the smaller room/pay more for this)

I like keeping active and checking out new brekky spots on weekends. I’m social but also value my own space, and it’d be nice to live with people who get along and are easy to be around. I’ve recently come out of a long-term relationship, so just looking for a fresh start in a relaxed, good environment.

I also have furniture we can use including kitchen stuff, a couch, TV, TV unit, coffee table, and a hallway table.
