My boyfriend and I are looking to rent a room in the Inner West. It's where I have always lived and where he is currently working (as a motorcycle apprentice). We are both fairly neat people and clean up after ourselves and keep to ourselves however can be social if we get along with people well. He is into gym, motorcycles and cars while I am into anything creative whether it be books, drawing or music. Internet is the biggest necessity as I am studying currently. Of course it would be nice to have our own bathroom however we are not fussed. A parking spot would be ideal however motorbikes are fairly easy to park on the street.
