I am respectful of people’s spaces, love cooking and baking, clean and tidy. My kids are well behaved and well mannered. I can cook us meals if you like. Currently looking for part time work but have enough income to pay rent and bills, and always on time.
I am looking for somewhere relaxed I can call home with mature, respectful housemates that I can trust and have fun with. I like keeping things clean through the shared efforts of the household. I keep my own space tidy and I like to live somewhere that I wouldn't be embarrassed if my mum saw the state of it. Also just like, general hygiene, ya know? I love video games, movies, art and also building lego. I also absolutely love being outside - at the beach or surrounded by trees and hillls. I take every opportunity to get out, explore and enjoy the fresh air. I'm easy going and value my alone time to wind down after a long shift. I will equally always get around hang time with housemates. I'm always down for good chat over good food. Partiuclarly fond of the cheese and wine combo. I'm 25 and work full time as a veterinary nurse. I do have two small dogs of my own, they live with my parents so I spend a lot of my free time there. On the very odd occasion I may want to bring the dogs to the house for only a few hours, but this isn't really ever essential. I have a queen bed that I'd rather not part with as I've grown quite fond of it, so I'm looking for a room to fit that nicely :)
Hi there! My name is Gareth and I am a 25 year old music teacher looking to live with some friendly housemates. I work weekdays (school hours) and like to get out and about on the weekends. I love music and any activity where I can get out into nature (hiking, camping, cycling). I am also a bit of a film buff and enjoy a wide variety of genres. I am clean, tidy and organised. Will always be up for a chat but also considerate of others. Look forward to meeting you, Gareth
Situated in a quiet, leafy corner of Templestowe Lower, the house is close to parks, supermarkets, plaza and all the amenities you need, a bus stop only ten minutes walk and about forty minutes drive to the CBD, this house has 3 bedrooms with timber floors and wardrobes incorporated, a medium backyard with a pool(although its not usable at the moment the landlord said he will have it fixed soon!) plus space for a veggie patch and a generous front yard. I want someone to take up the lease for this house as I might have to move out somewhere close to the city soon. The house has internet, water, gas and electricity connections which I can have transferred to your name. The house is also furnished with washing, refrigerator, dining table, oven which I leave behind for you free of cost. The room I offered is in a house with 3 rooms, the room is clean and with loads of light. In it there is a queen bed and other accessories. And new wardrobe! The house is cozy and quite, there is a front garden facing the street and a cute veranda at the back. Kitchen has all the essentials from a dishwasher to cutlery. You will have your own fridge. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room. The house has ducted heating and now a new air conditioning system. The house is located two blocks away from Macedon Square. I walk, but more often I cycle to get the goods or services I need from there. At the same walking distance, there are various BUS routes available to the CBD. We keep the house communal areas such as the bath room, kitchen, leaving and dining rooms areas as tidy as possible, that way your flat mates can make use of them without relocating other people’s belongings or clean someone’s mess. Do as you please in your room, however will be preferable that this is kept clean. For that reason is expected that our new flat mate likes to be clean & organised. Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do or don't do.. that's your business! I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. private person but occasionally. I'm a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 13mths old and super friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but a normal size backyard with grass not concrete!! The bigger the better though! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up and currently living with a family friend in Doncaster but I've overstayed by 2 weeks already to finding somewhere suitable is detrimental!!! It doesn't have to be available right now but not much longer than a couple of weeks time would be good. Just need to let friend know I've at least secured a place. If you'd like to know anymore pls feel free to call, txt or message on here. Thanks. Hope to hear from some good sorts... Cheers 🙂
I’m an easy-going, fun-loving gal from the surf-coast. Don’t mind sharing meals, or movies. Enjoy sports and keeping fit, but a binge day of Netflix never hurt anyone. I’m studying a Master Degree at La Trobe University and will be completing placement at the Austin Hospital from Feb-April.
I’m a single mature female. I rented a townhouse in Greensborough for 15 years. Hoping to still live around the area.. Looking around Greensborough Watsonia Rosanna Heidelberg Eltham Doncaster and surrounding. After my son finished Year 12 he decided to go out and learn life out in the world. Since then I brought a Property. I am very clean, quiet and although am not working at the moment.. I can and do have my own income. Work will be again in 2018.. I hope to live with non smokers, someone who is willing to share there home.. With bills included if possible. I have my own double bed. And would like a very big wardrobe if possible ... And to a place to park my car.
Hi :) I am a friendly, well mannered, considerate lady with good old school values. I am from South Africa and are currently studying towards my Bachelors Degree. I would like to get a granny flat or bungalow to have my own space, as I have been in share homes for the past 3 years and I decided that I need my own space now. I am a very tidy and clean person who appreciate the same from others. I am mostly at Uni and in my free time, I take long walks along the beach or find new hidden treasures in the city and enjoy a coffee :) I love to work with kids at church and have fun and I have a part-time position as a bookkeeper and do some admin duties for my brothers business. If anyone should hear about a place that I can make my own, kindly let me know, please? Enjoy the warm weather Cheers Charmaine
First things first: I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from surgery, scheduled sometime between Jan-March 2018. I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which completed in late September, and then I'll be having more surgery sometime in early 2018 (Jan-March). The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issue and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh). A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living. I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my 2018 surgery, which will be anywhere from Jan-March.

Hey guys! Matthew and I are looking for a couple/few students (people in their 20s) who are looking for some off-campus accommodation to move into a house with us for the year of 2018/until the lease is ended. I study at Deakin, Burwood and Matthew studies at La Trobe in Bundoora, so looking at houses somewhere around the middle, but still up for negotiation. We have lived in a share-house before so we know the ins and outs of having a chat and hanging out, yet respecting each others privacy. So we are after similar people who are keen to chill out, but are also reliable when coming to rent and cleaning up after yourself. Swing me a message if you're interested!
Hey there! I’m Marini, a Deakin University student working casually. Looking for a friendly place to share with friendly housemates. I respect other people’s privacy but also love to have a chat and a glass of wine now and again. I am tidy, clean and reliable with rent. I’ve been in sharehouse situations before and understand how that works. I’m usually a quiet person but I love to hang out with my friends when I get a chance. I love nature, trying different places to eat, the movies and the beach. If you want to know anything else, feel free to shoot me a message.

I've lived in a share house for 4 years in regional Victoria. I know how it all works and I like to keep an eye out for my house mates. I'm a social person, I like to meet new people and go on adventures with friends. I love sports and the outdoors, so I like to get out and about as much as I can. I'm keen to explore Melbourne and check out all the cool places there is to eat, drink and visit with some locals. I'm about to start a full time job at a secondary school in 2018. I work as an outdoor education instructor so I take students on camps and do activities such as bushwalking, rafting, climbing etc. These are things I enjoy in my spare time too, but mainly surfing, snowboarding/skiing and hiking. I love playing footy and going to AFL games with mates, as well as the banter that goes with it! I’m also a volunteer firefighter as well
