Hi, I’m Armaan, a 25- year-old Software Engineer working full time as a full stack developer remotely and casually as a support worker. I’ve been living in share house for the past three years and am here looking for a team up to rent a place together.
I’m looking for a reliable and friendly flatmates to share a nice apartment in or near Melbourne CBD or Footscray 😮‍💨. With the rising cost of rent, it makes sense to team up and create a comfortable, respectful living space!

• Currently I work part-time as a support worker while waiting to start my full time career as a full stack developer early 2025- recently graduated and have a steady income, so you can count on me to pay my share of rent and bills.
• I enjoy staying active—I hit the gym early in the mornings—and love hobbies like hiking, reading, and exploring new dishes.
• I also have a passion for airplanes and travel, and I’m working towards becoming a commercial pilot in the future.
• While I enjoy socializing, I respect personal space and value a peaceful, balanced home environment.

What I’m Looking For
1. Financial Stability: Someone who has a stable job and can commit to paying their share of the rent and bills on time.
2. Cleanliness: A flatmate who keeps common areas tidy and respects shared spaces.
3. Friendship: I’d love to have a friendly bond where we can hang out occasionally but also respect each other’s personal space.
4. Non-Smoker: Smoking outside is fine, but I’d prefer to keep our home smoke-free indoors.
5. Social Habits: While I’m okay with occasional visitors, this isn’t a party house.
