I’m looking to move so as to be close to my work place (currently living in Highgate Hill). I’m a pretty easy going person, not big on judgement, and don’t mind a good steak and cheap beer (happy to share cheap wine notes also). I’m reasonably active with a bicycle as my main form a transport. With this said, I’m not crazy about fitness or cycling (but I endeavour to run parkrun on Saturdays hungover or not). Compared to my old man I’m only reasonably handy but often described as very handy by mates. I’ve lived out of home for some time and by now quite frugal, but not difficult if that can be understood. I like transparency, so split rent and bills is definitely my preference (I have complete faith I could find the best deal for any utility!). I currently work part time as a software developer in Fortitude Valley. I've been studying Engineering full time at UQ up until this semester but may be putting that on the backburner in favour of earning money. Right now I live on the Gold Coast. The commute is killing me, so I'd like to move within a 5km radius of the CBD. I'm a drummer, so it would be cool if you could tolerate the tapping of an electric kit or practise pads (not going to even try to bring my acoustic kit up), however it's not a must. Musicians are a plus, especially if you're down for a jam. I like cooking when I have the time, so bonus points for gas. Pets are cool provided they're well looked after and don't keep anyone awake during the night. If your ideal Friday night involves craft beer, metal, jazz, or burgers (or some combination of those) then I'm your guy
