Number one requirement: You must like dogs! Roaming in the backyard (and through the house) are two big beautiful dogs, Ralph & Chi. They both have very different personalities but are super friendly and great company if you want to play soccer or chill out on the couch. The room: Your bedroom will be situated at the front of the house with a big window looking out into the front garden which is shaded by tree's and offers some privacy from the street. It has carpet, a ceiling fan and decent sized built in wardrobes. You can easily fit a queen sized bed in the room, some bedside tables and/or a small desk. The House: It is a newly renovated brick and tile 5 bedroom house of which 1 bedroom is used as a storage room. It has a big fenced-in back yard with a mango tree and a hills-hoist washing line. There is also a large undercover paved patio area for hanging out or playing with the dogs. You will have to share a bathroom (separate toilet) with the two guys who are very clean and don't take up too much time or space. There is ample bench space for preparing dinner, including a breakfast bar with two comfortable stools. We also have an induction stove with pots and pans to go with (if yours aren't induction!) Location: You are very close to The Keperra Great Western Super Centre which has a multitude of stores including Woolworths, a Post office, Gym and soon to open, Bunnings. This is a really unusual place - almost a pole-townhouse set amongst natural bushland ( at the side and along the back of property) yet it only a kilometer from shops (Woollies Keperra) and @ 3 km to Coles at Arana Hills- Brookside is also @ 5 min. drive :). On 3 levels (including garage). Good privacy as Bedrooms are on upper level. Your room has built-in wardrobes, double bed with side tables plus wall shelves. It is high, looking North, so nice afternoon breezes waft in. Air-con downstairs in loving/dining space, but I only use this sparingly when really hot! Separate laundry with a choice of outdoor clothesline hanging or covered for rainy days. Lots of deck space both covered and uncovered. Gas cooktop and electric oven plus microwave if you like that. Possible sharing of the garage or there is a car bay just outside the garage which is easier (no remote control required !) and great for a quick morning getaway !! Come and check it out as its hard to describe exactly, but people are always impressed when they visit, especially after I got the entire exterior painted.

The house is fully furnished (optional furniture in room for rent), the lounge has a great layout of recliners around a large tv with blue ray and Foxtel. There is a massage chair to one side. The kitchen was recently renovated and includes dishwasher. It has all crockery, cutlery and small/large white goods. There is a separate laundry (washing machine & dryer) with cupboards. The house has a great rear deck with a nice view, table setting and BBQ available for use. There are very loving cats and dog to keep you company, but your welcome to have a pet free room. The carport is taken but parking on the driveway when not in use is available.

Hi! Our house at Ashgrove is very spacious and everyone has their own own room and bathroom (or shared ensuite). The house is double storey with 3 x people living upstairs and another downstairs - we are currently looking for housemates for two of the upstairs rooms. There is a large kitchen and lounge room upstairs, with a pool table room and patio area downstairs opening out onto the pool. Going into summer we often spend a lot of time in the pool! On the bottom level of the house there is another bedroom, a single garage (which is mostly used for gym, storage & washing line) and an additional 2 x 'half' rooms which will remain untenanted and used mostly for storage, however are also a handy guest room when required. The house is a little older however everyone having their own space and multiple entertaining areas means no one lives on top of each other and we have never had issues maintaining comfortable personal space. The house is fully furnished aside from the two bedrooms for rent, and comes with all necessities such as a washing machine, fridge, internet and dishwasher. Two of our current housemates are going travelling through South America for an unknown period and we are looking for two people to replace them! The remaining two tenants are male professionals in their late 20's both working in the city Mon-Fri and we are looking for fun like minded people to move in and share the house with us!
