Looking for a room to rent with easy going housemates and a homey feeling home. I work full time Mon-Fri in admin, I’m a social person mainly out and about on weekends hitting up music gigs, food festivals, weekender trips etc. I take alot pride in where I live and dislike mess so I’d prefer to live with similar people. Any questions feel free to message me! :)
The house is practically at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet, leafy street! There’s a big deck/ balcony out the back (which is fairly private as it overlooks onto trees, has a rainforest-like feel) with a brand new Weber bbq for shared use. Seperate bathroom and toilet, fully furnished and plenty of storage space under the house/ in the garage if needed..

Recently transferred from Sydney and looking for an awesome new flatmate to share a place with! A bit about me: I'm a busy professional who works long hours and travels quite frequently for business. I’m also back at Uni studying a medical degree so I need a stable and chilled home environment. Not interested in a party house, those days are long gone! I live an active lifestyle, like keeping fit and spend most weekends outdoors, exploring new places, trying out new cafes/bars and I do try to head down the coast to visit my family as much as possible. I do appreciate a quiet night in watching a movie, sharing good food, wine/scotch, intellectual conversation and relaxing with my housemate and friends. I’ve been told I’m the ultimate housemate (besides the fact I’m rarely home), I'm considerate, respectful, have well developed life-skills, I can cook, clean up after myself and generally keep pretty quiet. Ideal living situation: I'm looking for a likeminded professional that shares similar values, someone that has stability, who is reliable and has a positive vibe. Although I like to have my own space and give my housemate the same respect, I would ideally like to establish a friendship with who I live with. Makes it so much more pleasant than coming home to a stuffy transactional interaction Not keen to share with more than one person, however, would happily consider additional housemates depending on the dynamic. I would prefer having my own private bathroom and car space if possible. Look forward to hearing from you. N xx
Hello, my name is Stine. I'm working part-time at Bunnings and working on a business plan on the side. I enjoy my own space and also enjoy a chat over a relaxing tea or some wine. I am looking for my own place, or to move in with one person where we both can enjoy our chilled out space. I enjoy a quiet household and won't be listening to loud music or TV and hoping for the same in return. I am easy to get along with, open-minded and respectful of others. It's important to me to have a good connection with those I share a living space with, so I would like to meet you and sit down to have a chat, not just view the apartment. I enjoy meeting friends for coffee, wine or food, going for motorbike rides, walks, yoga and photography. I am generally quite active and spend a lot of time outside which is why it's important to me to have a nice and quiet home to be able to recharge.
G'day! I am Libby, a 23 year old hardworking professional. By (week)day I am a early childhood educator at a centre in Brookfield, and for the rest of the time I am a tragically struggling artist 😂 (I’m a photographer). My hobbies include binge watching on both Netflix and Stan, going on picnics with my mates, going for road trips pretty much anywhere and camping.... Just to name a few. I have a gorgeous dog called Indigo who is 4 years old and a Bull Arab x Border Collie. She is super super friendly, great with kids and (most) other animals. I am very open minded and whomever I share a house with will need to be the same. I can be loud and (at least I think) funny, but I also have my serious side. I am as loyal as my dog is (well if you have treats she might be more loyal than me) and am always happy to help out. I am an open book, and I am happy to answer any questions you may have. I do not have an actual move date in mind, but i had to put one down so I am open to anything!
*Please note I have an indoor cat which is a non-negotiable aspect of me as a potential tenant. Cheers.* Hello! I am a 38 year old female looking for a cat friendly place to live in north/north west of Brisbane. Somewhere spacious with lots of trees would be ideal! I need an unfurnished room as I have my own bedroom furniture and belongings. Also prefer a built in wardrobe...flexible with this however. If there is an ensuite with the room, even better. Storage space is needed for my camping and craft supplies. I would prefer to share with like minded people who are between 35-45 years old, and enjoy a peaceful life! Or if there is an option for a granny flat situation....even better. I am employed, and I can pay rent on time. I also have quite a few plants, so a courtyard or backyard for gardening would be awesome. I enjoy bushwalking, op shopping, camping and kayaking, and art making. I come with a beautiful cat named George, who is strictly an indoor cat. He usually likes other cats and is pretty open to friendly dogs being around. A pet friendly place is very important! (Please note: I'm not looking for a tiny cupboard-sized room or a converted sunroom.... its just not my thing. Thanks) I think I am good to live with because I am considerate, respectful and self aware; funny, friendly but I am also independant and like my alone time; I always pay rent on time. I am quiet, but not anti social, and like a harmonious living environment. Hope to meet you soon! *Genuine responses only, and please have a current listing of your place/space for me to peruse*
