I'm Ashlee, I'm 23, and I'm about to move from Adelaide up to Brisbane! (just after the 5th of june) I work full time, I'm extremely easy to get along with, I'm always happy and bubbly, and there is nothing I love more than getting real competitive with drinking games. My hilarious personality makes up for the fact that I can't cook to save my life. Preferably looking to live with girls, but happy to shift in with a guy if needed.
I'm looking for accommodation here in Brisbane for a minimum three months to get myself settled. I have casual work lined up to start on June 1, I also have decent savings to last me some months. I'm quiet, you'd barely notice me around. I most recently lived above my landlords' garage and they would agree! I don't drink, smoke, do drugs or host parties. I like to have a quiet place of my own to relax in after work and my own space. I don't want to live in a share house for the above reason, I like my own self contained private accommodation - a studio/granny flat etc. I'm happy to consider anything within roughly 30 minutes of the Brisbane CBD.
I’m a outgoing but relaxed 23 year old! I work full time but am always down for a chat or dinner but love my “me” time too. I’m always hanging out with friends or going to gym. Super clean and always clean up after myself! If you’re keen to chat or have any questions feel free to message me 🤞🏼
Hello I’m Steph! I work in admin full time at the Valley, Saturday-Wednesday. I’m friendly, enjoy my downtime, and usually I’ll be out somewhere on my two days off. I have a border collie, Harry, who loves everyone and everything. He is the biggest sweetheart, and if you throw a ball to him he will be your best friend. I’m looking for a genuine, respectful household who doesn’t mind having a pet or some sneaky bevy’s at night!
My name is Joss, I am a 27 year old and I have just sold my first house. I have been living here in Bardon for 5 years... I love being close to the city but still having the neighbourhood feeling. I work full time in solar energy during the week so I'm always out and about and busy during the week and I like to relax and play music or hang out with friends on weekends. On Thursdays I play an acoustic set at the YHA Pub and sometimes I spend some time on the Sunshine Coast. My flat mate Reece is great to live with.. out of all the flat mates I have had over the last 5 years I know how hard it is to find clean professional flat mates so I am happy to give him a good reference and live with him again. Reece works full time and is also studying so he is quite busy but also likes to chill out and be a little social over the weekend.

Hey! I'm Nicole! I'm a super out going, vibrant 23 year old that's always down for a hang and a drink or driving up a mountain or out to a forest. I absolutely love astrology and the universe and I probably know more conspiracy theories than you hahahahha. Im a clean person so you don't need to worry about that, I love all animals too so if you have a pet, they'll be loved! I'm looking to move out of my parents home and get life started properly!
Hey :) My name is Caity and I'm currently studying a Dual Bachelor's Degree of Human Resource Management and Psychology at QUT (Kelvin Grove and Gardens Point Campuses). I also work part-time at a Paediatric Psychology and Psychiatry Clinic in Spring Hill (just about to move to Paddington). I cook, bake and am pretty active; swim, play tennis, and love a bit of hot yoga. Not a massive partier - prefer a couple of beers or a glass of wine. I'm single, a non-smoker and keep a pretty clean room - also happy to clean shared spaces as well. I don't have any pets, but am fine if you have pets - love animals. I've lived with both guys and girls in a pretty varied range of situations; lived with 7 guys in the UK, and in a couple of apartments with both guys and girls, so no preference on gender. Keen to make friends but am also pretty introverted so don't mind keeping to myself - whatever works for you guys. I have a car so street parking at least would be preferable. I'd be looking to move in around 11th of July - I know this is a bit far away, but figured I'd at least start looking :) I'd be keen to find a place to stay for at least 6 months or more.
The clean, two storey town house is located in the gap region. The layout of the town house will allow us to have our own space. A nice, large bedroom with plenty of space for a desk, tv, shelves etc. is on offer, as well as your own bathroom. Bedroom can either be furnished or non-furnished. Your choice :-) The rest of the house is furnished but personal touches is welcomed. The property has a reasonable sized court yard, living and dinning area and kitchen, as well as, a cute veranda that has a view of the greenery. The complex has two swimming pools, BBQ, tennis court and a walking path along the creek, towards the back. Public transport , petrol stations and shops are in close proximity (5 min radius). The location is perfect, you are away from the busy lifestyle, however, can be in the city and southbank in less than 25 mins. The gap is surrounded by beautiful mountains like Mt Cootha and Mt Jolly. Please feel free to message me if you're interested in having a tour.
The room for rent is in a 3 bedroom townhouse in a secure complex with lots of facilities, 2 pools and BBQ areas, tennis court and basketball court. The room has a queen size bed, built in robe and ceiling fan, and a balcony with a view over bushland. Your own furniture is ok if you prefer. The unit is fully furnished with a small yard and a BBQ. The downstairs area is airconditioned. The townhouse is close to public transport and 400 metres to the local shops. (coles, fruit and vege, butcher, bakeries etc)
Very quiet, very neat and tidy, don’t make a mess and keep shared areas clean, non smoker, non drinker, don’t take drugs, don’t play loud music or TV, fitness orientated. Keen mountain biker. Recently returned from 9 years living working overseas and a Graphic Designer / Web Development Business Owner in Uganda East Africa. Single, not into pubs or clubs, just value peace and quiet and freedom to get out on either my mountain bike or road bike. When indoors I like to browse Facebook or YouTube, mostly use headphones in my room. I’m very conscientious of not invading other people’s space as I like my own. I’m not a hang out in the lounge room person. I don’t like noisy environments so therefore I myself am very quiet. I was a full time Nightclub DJ in all the main Clubs in Brisbane and Gold Coast before I relocated overseas, so I’ve had my share of music lol. Before that I raced BMX Professionally and Coached. I’ve worked very, very hard the past 3 decades, always self employed under contracts / own businesses, i’m currently taking a bit of a break and reassessing my next chapter, my main focus being ongoing treatment for chronic migraines to improve on quality of life and focusing on my health and fitness. I’m not much of a cook, so I live off healthy wraps, juices and fresh foods lol. I have a pretty quick witted sense of humour when I do engage in conversation. I’ve mostly always only ever had my own place, my current circumstances simply don’t allow that due to closing up my business in a very corrupt 3rd world country and having my assets tied up overseas. That said, when I stay with someone I treat being a guest in their place or sharing a place with utmost respect, cleanliness and friendliness is the best environment. Although not a deal breaker, would be a bonus to share with fellow mountain bikers to help motivate me get out on the trails even more often. Also keen to share with social road riders as I’ve started doing River Loop Rides, aside from Loops and occasional Mt Cootha Laps, I prefer sticking to the Bike Path Networks. My ideal location would be close to Mt Cootha, eg. Toowong, Bardon, Auchenflower, Milton etc. Ferny Grove is also an option I might consider. I do need a parking spot for my car. Not bothered if it’s off street or on street.
Hi, The home is suitable for people who are looking for a relaxed living environment, and who may be travelling or studying, or just looking to settle down for a while in a share house. The suburb is on the western limits of Brisbane, and takes 35 minutes by bus to the city. If you like riding a bicycle, there is an 11 km bike track all the way to the city. You will need to be able to deal with the location, which is elevated (and has good views). Pool, cable internet (incl.), TV, fridge, bbq, kitchenet, and regular kitchen fully equipped. The house has a dog, and space is limited for parking on the top of the property (for deliveries). 2 chickens. If you have a friend and want to live with them, then this is a good option because there is a second adjacent room.
I am an extrovert who gets along with anyone. I spring clean at least once a week. I enjoy cooking as well and am unbeatable when it comes to having a BBQ enjoying a glass of red and a bevy occasionally. I am respectful to others and can get along with anyone. 48 years old.
Hi my name is Alison, I am 20 years old and I currently work part time in the CBD. I am a quiet and respectful tenant who is always on time with rent and appreciates a clean and tidy living space. I enjoy relaxing at home and love a good chat when I'm free. I am currently staying with a friend so I am ready to move in to a new place now. Hope to talk to you soon, Alison.
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room).
Hi, just moved to Brisbane from Melbourne. Looking for somewhere chilled to live without too much drama. Accountant by day (but not too boring) and aiming to do a fair amount of running over the next few months ending in an ultra marathon! Pretty easy going, drama free, neat and tidy - keen for housemates to be friends... Locations are just an indication but not set in stone. Looking for somewhere from NOW until early September.
Hey everyone, I’m starting a new job south of the city in a few months so I’m looking early in case the perfect place comes up before then (I currently live and work Northside). Move in date is anytime before September, however I need to give a few weeks notice at my current place. I’m open to most suburbs Southside within about 10-15 minutes of the city. I’m not in a rush as I don’t need to leave my current place, I’m aftwr the right fit as I want to stay on long term. I don’t smoke, use drugs, have pets, have kids or have parties. I work full time office hours with the government and live a fairly healthy lifestyle. I’m clean and quiet and respectful of other’s schedules and downtime as I know I need my own! When I’m not at work I’m usually at the gym, reading or out with friends and family (or sleeping in on weekends). I’m looking for either my own place or to live with one other person who is friendly but essentially has their own life as well. Also must be clean and quiet and normal for the most part! I have no issue with guests/family etc but I’m definitely not up for a busy party house. Pet and LGBTI friendly, couldn’t live with a smoker or drug user though. I’m looking for a non furnished granny flat/studio/private entrance setup. Or, a non furnished room with own bathroom in a house or spacious apartment.
This is a really unusual place - almost a pole-townhouse set amongst natural bushland ( at the side and along the back of property) yet it only a kilometer from shops (Woollies Keperra) and @ 3 km to Coles at Arana Hills- Brookside is also @ 5 min. drive :). On 3 levels (including garage). Good privacy as Bedrooms are on upper level. Your room has built-in wardrobes, double bed with side tables plus wall shelves. It is high, looking North, so nice afternoon breezes waft in. Air-con downstairs in living/dining space, but I only use this sparingly when really hot! Separate laundry with a choice of outdoor clothesline hanging or covered for rainy days. Lots of deck space both covered and uncovered. Gas cooktop and electric oven plus microwave if you like that. Possible sharing of the garage or there is a car bay just outside the garage which is easier (no remote control required !) and great for a quick morning getaway !! Come and check it out as its hard to describe exactly, but people are always impressed when they visit, especially after I got the entire exterior painted.
Hey all, We have a great room available right on the border of The Gap and Ashgrove (lovely part of the world!) Will be available from the 3rd of June , but we're flexible! Pets are okay but we’d have to meet them first and would need to be outside or downstairs. It's $170 per week, bills will be on top and split three ways. Bond is 4 weeks rent so $680. We may consider a couple but are mainly just after one person. We also have a smaller room (3rd bedroom) that would be available for $150 (9th photo) if that's what you're after. The Space The room that will be yours can either be furnished (as seen in photo 7 and 8) or unfurnished. We have everything you'd need for the room, double bed, drawers, wardrobe, etc. If you have your own furniture that's fine too, ours can go downstairs or in the spare room/office. The rest of the house is furnished and we have super fast wifi. The house is a three bedroom Queenslander with a big kitchen and lounge, one bathroom (but the toilet is separate to the bathroom), good sized front and back yard plus enormous under house storage. It’s very secure and has a proper concrete floor. The Neighbourhood Ashgrove is located just 4 kilometres from the city. It borders Paddington, Bardon and Mt. Coot tha. It's one beautiful suburb and is home to a lot of old 'Queenslander' style houses - workers cottages, iron roof tops etc. Stunning Mt. Coot tha is just a stone’s throw away, literally at the end of the road! So there's plenty of walking tracks etc on offer. Enoggera reservoir at Walkabout Creek is also only 10 mins away for those hot summer days! The Gap Village is 5 minutes away and has supermarkets, Italian, Indian and Thai restaurants plus many more shops. Ashgrove shops are just 5 minutes away too. This is home to Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and many restaurants and bars. If you're interested, please text us a brief description of yourself and any questions you may have. Ideally we're looking for someone long term but would also consider short term for the right person. Look forward to hearing from you.
Both my daughter Kalanni and I are clean, easy going people. I work full time as a landscape supervisor and my daughter is a full time student at Ferny Grove high school. We will be spending most weekends out at Samford where we currently live.
Hello! I'm Isabella. Currently studying a medical degree at QUT, I work during the semester breaks to fund studying during the semester, (so I'm like living with a ghost). I don't have any pets or boyfriends, just interested in studying and working. Drinking and partying is not a past time I partake. Established, own all my own furniture and kitchen appliances. I own a 1953 Austin somerset, due to its vintage for insurance purposes I do need a place with a shed of some description. if you're after someone low-key and relaxed, we'll get on.
My name is Cheyenne, I'm a Registered Nurse working full-time. Easy going but still reliable and tidy. I enjoy going outdoors for adventures and am partial to a few drinks on the weekend. I am looking for a place where I can bring my 5 year old male Golden retriever Leroy. He's a super lcalm de-sexed dog who just loves people and is used to roaming in and out of the house. I leave him happily in the backyard when I'm at work but he likes to hang out inside when I'm home. He's not a barker/doesn't hav any bad behaviours! So I'm in need of some dog loving house mates! I also have two cars so am in need of a place with lots of off street/street parking! Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions :) Cheers, Cheyenne

17... I know what you’re thinking. However, I am mature beyond my years due to my many life experiences. I’ve lived out of home since I was 16 and am currently a month shy of 18. I’m very outgoing and can chat with almost anyone, although I am use to my own company as I have only lived alone. As living out of home isn’t a new experience I understand the financial upkeep that is necessary. Suppose I should mention, I have a great sense of humour, can cook and CLEAN! Please don’t be frightened by my age as I understand life differently to your 17 y/o gals ☺️
Hi I’m Taylor, 26y/o female working for the Australian Red Cross Blood Bank. My hours vary week-to-week but generally I am working anywhere between 7am-8pm. I am looking for a room either furnished or unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe in a reasonably sized room, with room for storage (I only have a couple of packing boxes to store), I would prefer to live with just one other person (and a non-smoker) and I am tidy but not a clean freak. I would prefer bills and internet included in my budget of $180p/w. I am new to Brisbane so am unsure of nice, safe suburbs but I travel between Enoggera and Bribie Island for work so please feel free to message if you think your location would be suitable. I like my quiet time but I also love to have a good social chat and a sneaky beverage. In my free time I love a good Netflix night, going to markets, nature walks and just generally seeing what’s around.
Very clean Easy to talk to and get along with Always keen for a laugh Trustworthy and respectful Keeps to self mostly Quiet
Hi! I work full-time as a graphic designer in Bowen Hills. I have a cute cavoodle (Cavalier King Charles x Poodle) named Lola. She's an inside dog and could live with another little dog. I'm easy-going and enjoy a good Netflix and wine after work. I love travelling and going to the beach and spending time with friends and family. I would prefer to live in an all-female residence. I'm flexible on move date, and happy to wait for the perfect place.
Hi, my name is Morgan I’m 24 and a full time chippy, pretty quiet and kept to my self but just as happy to be social. My weekends are usually filled up by either working or watching footy in the winter and beach days and camping in the summer, All in all I’m pretty chill and easy going.
I work full time as a house painter so I’m a female tradie and I love to chill out at home after work. I do social things on the weekends and like going to music gigs, festivals and anything outdoors. I’m pretty easy going and have a regular routine and quite an early bedtime on week nights so I won’t keep anyone awake. I’d love to make friends with the people I live with but also understand personal space.
hey Juat moved over from newzeald working full time so looking for a flat to come home to and relax.
Hi there, I'm relocating to Brisbane in June and looking for a room to rent or someone to teamup with. I'm very easy going, I work during the week and I like to make the most of my weekends having fun and adventures hanging out with friends, watching live music, or being in nature. I am a massage therapist and counsellor, I do contract work and run my own business. I appreciate living in a friendly, respectful and clean environment. I pretty openminded and flexible and try not to take life so seriously, I value communication and taking responsibility for one's self. I like to hang out with my roomies and have the odd beer or glass of wine, and I also like time to myself for yoga, to listen to music, read or watch movie. I enjoy cooking and being in the garden... if you have a veggie garden that would be amazing! I love animals, I have a dog but she is living on the farm so my new place doesn't have to be dog friendly. I'm not a smoker, but I have the occasional social smoke on the weekends so I'm fine with either smoking/non-smoking homes. I would love to find a new home that's got a bit of a yard or surrounded by trees (or close to parks), in a quietish area, with some storage space and wardrobe/cupboards in the room. I'm looking to share with down-to-earth, conscious people, who enjoy making the most out of life and having fun. My move date and length of stay is flexible. I look forward to hearing from and getting to know my new flatmates! Steph :)
Friendly. Easy going. I keep to myself. I have a car. Will do chores when told and when untold. I can keep my space clean as well as any other area. I start work early so you dont have to see me every morning.
