My name is Maighan, I'm 20 and studying International Development at Adelaide Uni, as well as commencing an internship with SA Parliament (how do I adult??) I enjoy going to markets, hanging out, exploring adelaide, taking videos and photos, being creative, meditating and brunching. I'm from Tassie so I go home when I can to catch up with friends and family, but I've also got a really stable and fab group of friends in Adelaide. I want a social share house, somewhere with 0 drama and supportive and friendly people. Feeling safe and accepted is really important to me and it's my main requirement for a share house. If you're looking for someone to share cups of tea with (I have a crazy collection of T2) and who is regularly down to go for a walk, get coffee or a beer then I am ya gal! I'm generally clean and my floordrobe always stays within the premises of my room ;) Excited to hear from you :)
Looking for a relaxed, open-minded addition for a share house in Thebarton. We are on the hunt for a lucky new housemate cause we have a seriously sweet deal! We have one room on offer in an old, quirky, lovely, charming and friendly share house. This place has great vibes, a HUGE backyard, 6 hens and an adorable, well trained, dog. He's a Staffy. About us. We are two females in our mid 20s to mid 30s. One works days, and one tends to work nights, so our schedule is a bit all over the place, but we love to have a laugh and share a glass of wine and a chat. We're both rather laid back and open minded. We keep the house clean and are respectful of each other's space. We looking for a new, friendly housemate, who wants to make their house a home. It's old and quirky, but has a great layout and space. Room is availabe within a week! The house comes with equipped kitchen and laundry, large backyard with a veggie garden. Room is furnished with a queen size bed, draws and hanging space. Rent is $150/week including all utilities (electricity/gas/water) and internet. Bond to secure room of 2 weeks rent. Fairly social place, central to everything i.e. Brickworks markets, town, bus and tram stops are close as well. It is a 5m drive to the city or 10m walk and 5m tram ride (which is free). Quiet neighborhood and off-street parking available. Housework responsibilities are shared equally.
We are a very friendly couple and like to live in a neat and tidy place. I work full time and my partner is doing his masters degree. We always clean up our own mess and respect others personal space very much. We are quite most of the time but always willing to socialise and talk :) We like to watch movies and read novels during our spare time.
Hey there! my name is Nikki and i am a groovy 18yo independent and responsible lass looking for a place to call home. I am currently working casual and volunteering for AVCon and (if i am lucky enough) the AWL (or animal welfare league) - as I love anime and video games as much as i adore and love all animals. In the future i want to be studying forensic psychology I am a bit of a book worm and am an avid dancer, (of all forms), I am looking to live with up to three others, not fussed on gender, prefer around my age, (up to 26 would be nice). My ideal housemates would be similar to me in personality, which is, outgoing, bubbly, fun, good communicators and an interest in keeping a clean and tidy house. Not much of a party animal but love good conversation around a good meal (if you dare to try my meals). This is me and if you think we would get along and you have a room available, please feel free to contact me :) I look forward to hearing from you soon, (insert fingerguns!) Nikki
Hi! I'm Sarah and I'm searching for a room for my cat Mouse and I. I'm looking for a sharehouse with a friendly communal vibe - I don't want to live with people I never talk to so let's be friends. I'm also looking for housemates who are considerate and tidy. I'm very clean, love cooking, and going to the gym (Goodlife members: let's work out together). Ideally, I'd like a decent sized room with floorboards (because asthma) and plenty of light, a backyard for my cat to chill out in (supervised of course), and that's pretty much it. Vegan housemates would be a bonus. Chuck me a message if you have somewhere you think I'd like. Thanks! (:
Moved back to Adelaide a few months ago and working full-time in civil construction. I love to cook, watch a film/series or just have a chat & laugh over a few drinks. Don't mind the occasional night out for a meal and finding new spots around the place to eat & drink. I'm relaxed and easy-going but do like to keep things neat & tidy. I've grown up in a home with my 5 siblings so am used to sharing but do also enjoy my own space.
I am moving to Adelaide to finish my PhD @ the University of South Australia. I am very warm and friendly, easy going, neat and tidy, quiet and have a good sense of humour. I respect others and their privacy. I have a small dog called Minty, she is quiet, well trained and very loving - we make a great pair & hope to fit in well with someone's share house 😊
I am looking for somewhere where the bedroom is unfurnished. I am happy to put my other furniture in storage if you have stuff already. Whilst I would prefer a place on my own this is not a viable option for me at the moment. I would like 1-2 housemates ideally. I have lived with both male and female housemates, unfortunately towards the end they all became disrespectful and selfish so I have no choice but to leave. I'm a great housemate, I'm tidy, im funny, im friendly, introverted and extroverted. I'm educated but not in a snobby way, I like to read, I like my sports, I like watching movies and have an occasional reality TV binge (don't judge me on that). I can cook but not a Masterchef level or anything, just basic level. I like to get to the beach in summer and curl up in bed or on the couch with a blanket in winter. I like to get out to markets and catch-ups with friends, or go to some shows or watch some bands when they are around. I like to go for walks and I love to visit my family and friends and hope that any family or friends are welcome at my new home with my new housemates. I work full-time monday to friday as an office administrator for a GPS Fleet Tracking company in Thebarton. I'm not sure what else to write here, so if you have questions just ask. Also my moving date is actually a little later than what is suggested in my ad but that's only because it wouldn't let me post the ad without an earlier date. So if you want to know when I am available just ask.
Our housemate Elinor is heading back to the UK after finishing her exchange, so we're looking for a new housemate! Location - With the CBD a 5 minute drive to the east, the beach 10 minute to the west, the location is great for uni students and people working in town who want to avoid living in the busy centre but still want to be where its all happening. Shops - plenty of shops nearby, including a foodland just down the road and everything henley beach road has to offer - plus the local pub is the Wheatsheaf! Public transport - a bus stop to the CBD just outside the house, a free tram to the CBD and back just down the road - and when the weather is good going by foot or on a bike is even better! Parking in the two-car garage is available, as only one of us needs off-street parking currently. If all three of us need garage space in the future its up for discussion between housemates. Parking is also easily available on streets nearby. The room itself is listed as unfurnished - but the previous housemate moving out has some furniture which will be left behind. Some could be bought, other stuff is free to be used - message me for details. Otherwise the room can be completely empty if you have your own stuff! The room also has a decent sized in-built robe. The rest of the house is fully furnished - but other furniture is welcome if you have a favourite couch or TV etc :)
I'm an exchange student from the UK that will be studying at the University of Adelaide from July 2017 for a semester. I'm looking for a furnished room, with bills and internet included in the weekly cost. I'm a clean, quiet and friendly person.
Looking to Team Up or Share! I'm a single middle aged gay guy who is looking to share with a compatible house mate. I am hard working, reliable, clean and tidy. I lost my business of 14 years in December 2014 and have been through a rough time trying to get back on track with my life ever since. I've been house sitting since December 2016. Fortunately, I have been given a break and have just secured full time employment. It is shift work, so some early morning starts and some late night finishes although I will be at home each night to sleep. This is the break I have been waiting for to get me back on track. I'm very easy going, sociable and generally get along with people from all walks of life. People often describe me as charismatic and I enjoy the company of others in a social setting. I have a shipping container where I have been storing all of my furniture and belongings. Ideally, I am looking for someone to share with that has limited furniture so that I can take what I own out of storage. It's now time to start again. I'm looking for a responsible and honest person to share expenses, preferably on a longer term basis although this is negotiable. I am a lover of animals and have my own gorgeous 10 year old pooch who shares my life. A cross between a kelpie and a labrador, she is loved by all, well behaved and never a problem. I enjoy socialising, walking, travelling, music and new adventures. I am really seeking stability and hoping that there may be someone out there who is able to take on a lease under their name or jointly who is in need of a house mate with furniture. I am prepared to explore all opportunities.
ROOM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE ----------------------------------------------------------------- Short-term or Long-term stay. All bills included. We're looking for a female, clean and tidy at similar our age 25-30 to share with. Asian background preferred.

I'm looking for an unfurnished room in a share house with similar aged people and would need a large room or for the house to have additional storage space for 2 couches, a large fridge, several tubs of kitchen stuff (pots and pans etc), kayak, camping BBQ and eskys. Happy to incorporate any of it in to the house for use if theres room. A bit about me: I'm 31 and work as a dietitian Fully house trained and have lived in several share houses over the years Like to live in a clean and tidy house, prefer no pets I'm not a big drinker but do enjoy a few drinks on the weekends - certainly not a party animal though I enjoy dinners with friends, anything outdoors, the beach and food. If you think it sounds like we'd get along, feel free to get in touch Regards, Amy.
Me and my partner are looking for room mates. Preferably a couple like ourselves. I am a very clean and tidy person. Extremely down to earth so we would be great friends not just house mates. Also we are trustworthy people. I am moving to Adelaide to study at a hotel school.
I'm 22, currently working down at Glenelg. Im bubbly, respectful of others property, love watching movies and TV shows. I also love going out for a few drinks every now and then :) I'm planning on moving overseas next year so looking to live at the house for 6months, possibly a little bit longer. I have a bunny rabbit so he will have to be welcomed. He loves outside and live head scratches. I'm looking to live along the tram line anywhere or within a 10minute walk to the tram line as I don't drive :) I have a bit of my own furniture (fridge, small dining table, room furniture, outside entertainment table, washing machine, coffee tables, and a few more bits and pieces), but for the right place I might sell a few pieces considering I'll be moving overseas next year :)
Looking for a team up with a third person. Laura- I'm 19 years old and am in my first year of studying Human Movement, love to meet new people and enjoy going out and having fun. Like to cook and am more than happy to cook meals for the house. I am clean and respectful of others' cleanliness. Looking for housemates who like to socialise and are open to hanging out, but who are respectful of my personal space. Clare- I'm a 28 year old teacher who is also studying my Masters in Edu. I enjoy good banter and like meeting new people and being social-yet enjoy me time too. I have lived overseas, absolutely LOVE to travel, and have lived in many shared houses before so understand the respect and balance of living with others :). I really would like to find a place that's comfortable, 'homey' and enjoy a balance between 'me' time and socialising with my house mate/s. I really would like to spend movie night/hangs/friendly banter etc. with person/people I live with when I am at home! My girlfriend stays over occasionally. Clare owns basically a whole house worth of furniture eg. couch, washing machine, fridge. Moving to the west side of Adelaide.
Hi ! I am an international student, currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering at The University of Adelaide. Of Indian descent, I grew up in Qatar from the age of 5 (I still reside there with my family) and would probably call it my home. I am looking to move into a new place sometime by the end of July. Please dont hesitate to contact me if interested in having me as your housemate. Note that I am looking for a place to stay in certain suburbs I mentioned specifically on my profile. Or in generic terms, either towards the west or towards the south of the city. That would be my first preference. I am responsible, tidy, able to seamlessly and quietly adapt to any rules/requirements in the environment. Usually I would be out at the Uni for the majority of the day subject to workloads. Weekends I tend to stay indoors although occasionally I would do a bit of exploring the city. I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know them better and hanging out with them almost anywhere: be it at a restaurant or hiking. If you would rather yearn for some quiet time, a bit more privacy at home, or in essence if you need a quieter flat mate, I would gladly oblige to be so. I have lived out of home for the last 5 years, so I am well experienced in living in a professional manner. If left to myself, while assuming studies dont eat up my time, I would probably be reading up on military aviation, watching classical movies from the 40's to 90's (an addict at that), following cricket, Federer (he is tennis for me :P), playing COD and Falcon 4.0, reading a bit of history or listening to some of the best, western classical music has to offer. Looking forward to great times together !
Aha well i am an apprentice chef at restaurant Orana so that pretty much absorbs my life force. I would say that doesn't make me a terrible person and i am really quite nice, open, cultured and interested in the world. I'm weird but have a girlfriend which is reassuring to my reputation as she's pretty nice, also i have a sense of empathy and sympathy as well.
Hey everyone, I'm Aaron. I am 21yo and am looking for a house with some chill housemates! A bit about me: I'm a full-time student studying Software Engineering at The University of Adelaide (2nd year). I also work part-time at Uleybury Winery on Uley road as waitstaff and bar tending, discounts may be a possibility! I am a sociable and easygoing person. I have lived independently for the past 4 months, and am a clean and neat person. I very much enjoy listening to music, and have a passion for drums. Don't worry I won't keep you up at night! I don't smoke, however I do occasionally enjoy a social drink or a beer with dinner. I enjoy the occasional Netflix binge and have a Netflix account that I'm happy to share with you (potentially over a glass of discounted wine or beer ; ) I am looking to live with like minded people who respect others privacy but happy to make new friends and hold a good conversation. Preferably looking to live with other lads around my age, however for the right housemates i wouldn't mind. If you feel like we could be a good fit, I'd love to catch up for a coffee and a chat :) I look forward to hearing from you, Cheers Aaron
We are a couple and are looking to share a house with someone else. We have a small dog who is quiet and house trained. Both Brandon and I work full time and are clean and tidy and respect others who we share a place with. If you think we would be suitable for us to share with or have a place you could rent, drop me a message. Thanks, Dave
