Hey! I'm a final year Irish student studying nutrition and dietetics. My friend and I are coming to Adelaide for 4 months to do our final year research project at UniSA. I'm a great person to share a place with, very clean and tidy. Always up for fun but not here just to party. Interested in doing some weekend adventures around the area. Love the beach!
Heyya! I am looking for a house to share sometime soon. Would love to live in an environmentally friendly place with like-minded people. Like to spend my time doing yoga, reading, dancing around, meditating and studying at art school, also go to work sometimes at a lovely eco cafe in the city. Don't drink or smoke and go to bed around 11pm. Would love to have a garden with a veggie patch. Please let me know if that sounds like your kind of person and we can catch up for a tea :)
Hello! I'm Emily, 26 years old and an employed teacher, currently teaching English to adult migrants. I am very easy to live with and have been often described as the ideal person to live with by my previous housemates. While I do work a lot, I am punctual with rent, bills and cleaning. I adapt to households well, and respect personal space. I would describe myself as honest, approachable and a good conversationalist. I have a 5 year old diabetic Smooth Fox Terrier X who knows? called Marvin. He's a real gentleman, very well behaved, photogenic and enjoys cuddles. So I would need to live with someone/people who are allowed to have animals on their fenced property. I would preferably like to live somewhere close to the City. Thanks!
We are a couple looking to welcome a third person to our home. The house includes a NEW communal bathroom (featuring the best water pressure ever!), an open kitchen/dining area, a living room and backyard. 10 minutes from the city, 15 minutes from Henley beach, 2 minutes from the brickworks (Woolworths, big w, and much more) and close to various public transports. Free tram to the city! Rent is fixed and bills are split evenly quarterly. We are looking for someone who is tidy, friendly, organised with rent and bills and happy to hangout, have a drink and chat. Jake and I are friendly and tidy ourselves and generally keep to ourselves as we work long hours, but we're also happy to chat and hang out in the afternoons. The house comes with an adorable indoor/outdoor kitten, he's toilet trained and very friendly and cuddly. and a 1.5 year old outdoor staffy cross. The dogs are walked and maintained by us and you do not have to do anything except give them a pat every now and then.
Hey Potential House mates, I am Arjun (AJ) and work with the Red cross. Moving to Adelaide after 4 and half years in Melbourne. (Got a promotion can explain in detail if we plan on getting a place together :) I am clean and always pay the rent and bills on time can give you references if it helps. Looking to get a house with like minded people. Age, gender or orientation does not matter to me. I love traveling, binge watching TV series and cooking. Don't mind pets, Love dogs. Bit of a beach bum would love a place close to the beach if possible but not too fussy :) The doggo in my profile is not mine. Don't know what else to say on here as I don't want this to sound like a dating profile. :) Hope to hear from you soon. AJ
If you're looking for a clean and tidy, non-smoking, quiet flat mate who works 55+ hours full-time per week then hit me up! Must be near the city or near public transport to the city. I don't party, but don't mind a couple of drinks here or there. I need car parking... on street is fine. Also, would prefer a room near public transport to the city. Can bring my own furniture for the room. Happy to share a bathroom! Love travelling, watching sports, plane spotting and thunderstorms!
Hey I’m Tahlia, I’m 17 years old and I’m originally from the country. I am currently studying as well as part time working in the city. I’ve been living in adelaide since the start of this year, and have share housed before. I’m clean and tidy in how I live, good at managing my finances and I’m very considerate and respectful of people’s space. I’m looking to find housemates that I can have a friendship with and hangout every now and then. I really hope to find a place close to where my older sister lives, if you think I could be a good fit for your place please send me a message :)
I am a quiet housemate, super busy so not home very often, neat and tidy. Love a glass of wine and delicious food. I have a pet cat who loves cuddles so require a pet friendly environment.
My name is Nicole, I am 27 and working full time in HR. In my spare time I love to keep busy and I am reasonably outdoorsy. I love camping, water sports, snow sports, the beach, riding my bike, and playing netball. But also happy to stay indoors, chuck on Netflix, have a wine and a chat. I am reliable with paying bills, friendly, easy going and clean. Happy to live with guys or girls. Looking for a place for at least 6 months.
Hi all potential future flatmates! I'm Martin, a 27 year old guy from Denmark currently in Australia on a Working Holiday visa. Back home I used to work with IT - network engineering to be more specific. Other than that I spend most of my time on playing soccer, watching various series and movies, as well as enjoy the occasional fun night out! So if you are looking social, responsible (97% of the time) and easygoing person to grab a room of your hands - this is your chance ;-) Regards, Martin Christian Lorensen
Hi everyone I am the owner of a fully furnished 4 bedroom house in Thebarton. Walk down the street to catch a free tram into the city. Stops right out the front of UNI SA Shops/pubs/childcare/parks/bus route all walking distance from house. 4 large rooms of equal size. Everything you need to move straight in. Floorboards throughout, new kitchen with utensils/cookware, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, lounges, TV, alarm system. Each room has queen bed, linen, desk, wardrobe, bookshelves. Happy for tenants to add their own furniture to rooms to make it feel like home. Outdoor entertaining area. Carport. Gardens maintained by owners.
Originally from Orange, NSW, currently living in Adelaide, but looking to move house, I’ve lived out of home since I was 18 and been in multiple share houses, so I know all the do’s and don’t of share living! I love the outdoors, and by that I mean Bevvys on the Beach haha balanced living ;) but I do love the beach, camping and general adventuring. Hoping to find a place that has a good social dynamic with some beaut humans I can call friends. I love all things creative, and get way to carried away with dress ups/costumes, love a good themed party, so any outfits you need I can whip up! or just fix those pesky holes that you get in those old beloved clothes you just can't throw away. Looking forward to meeting some possible future flatties! Message me with any questions or queries always up for a chat xo
I work full-time-time and I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Social Science at UniSA. I'll be fairly busy studying most nights or in front of the telly binge watching tv shows. I love coffee and enjoy having a chat over a glass of wine. I'm pretty easy going and come with a friendly indoor cat named Luna. Interests: Reading, going to the gym, spending time with friends and catching up with family. Happy to answer any questions you may have.
Great location. Bright. Decent roomies. Room $180 week The best thing about this house is the location. Close to town, free tram, bus stop 600 m, Foodland and Wheatie 800 m. Your room is quite large with polished wooden floors and built-ins. The house has a large kitchen (with gas!), good sized yard, veggie patch and shed. Bills each quarter are about $270 for electricity, $150 for gas and $50-100 for water depending on the season. Ordinarily we split bills equally.
I'm easy-going, i like to keep fit, I'm environmentally-friendly and tidy without being a neat-freak. I like travel, movies, science, boardgames, functional fitness, interesting discussions, nature, and the odd beer/wine or three when the occasion arises. I've lived in a variety of sharehouses and i'm still good friends with most people i've lived with. It'd be cool to hang occasionally but i'm not expecting my housemates to entertain me :) I've just started a new job as a consulting scientist (meteorology and agriculture).
Howdy future flatmate, I'm Grace and I'm seeking out some independence. I lived abroad in France for a year in 2016 and have now spent almost a year at a College in Adelaide or at my parents. (Needless to say, I'm keen to move out). Studying french this semester and working part time looking for a place over the summer holiday period before uni starts again or I move abroad. I like having my own space and time to myself, but also would enjoy being a part of a friendly house that shares time together. I’m considerate and clean and absolutely happy to help out around the house. I love animals but have none (sob). Relevant fun facts: Earliest move in date November 2018, I play no musical instruments, have a car but would prefer to use public transport or walk (if convenient), vegan-curious /transitioning, would like to improve my cooking skills, very openminded. Irrelevant fun facts: I speak fluent French, love standup comedy, enjoy skyping friends abroad, and known for being indecisive but working on it :) My year abroad and time at college has given me experience in house sharing (so not a complete amateur). I’m super keen to find a good fit and for this experience to work out well for everyone involved. Overall, I’m uber accepting of others an I’m just looking for an easygoing household to be a part of. Look forward to meeting you! Grace xx
I am currently working full time as a labourer with a job that requires me to work away from Adelaide quite often. So I am looking for something easy and relaxed where I can come and go as I want with no hassles. Happy to cook meals together or seperately and will always clean up after myself. I love playing and watching a variety of sport and socialising with friends.
Hi there! I am currently studying Psychology at Adelaide Uni and I work as a Youth Worker for the Department of Child Protection. I have lived/worked/studied in the States and Denmark for many years and came back to Adelaide last year! I love cooking and having meaningful conversations on societal issues or concepts. I like to keep a clean house and my idea of a fun night is good conversation, food, people and wine. In my spare time I like to go running, bouldering, play the guitar or just veg out in front of the TV. I also spend a lot of time studying. Between work, study and my hobbies I tend to be busy but I always enjoy a chat. I like to have a community feel for the places I live in where we can find the line between respecting the need for privacy and enjoying each others company.
Hello. I am born and raised in Bombay, India but I have lived in New York City and Lisboa. After directing commercials for almost 10 years I set up a production Company in Bombay which i run with my business partner. I believe in cleanliness for self and the surroundings and I am comfortably social and open to new people and events. I just got back from burning man and it was a life changing event. I love jazz music and Cuba and New Orleans are my best places that i have travelled to. I enjoy cooking a lot and outdoors, so looking forward to Adelaide and what the city has to offer. I hope we can be great friends. Without the sea, there will be nothing to cross.
