I'm laid back and tidy, a people person but also love my own space.. I work 5 days and i'm also a full time student studying holistic counselling and complementary therapies.. Spend most of any spare time outdoors or making music.. Love to share a vego dinner.. Very much aware of the ins and outs of a share house so super respectful and appreciate the same :) would prefer a long term rental but minimum of one year.. Unfurnished bedroom is preferred as I come with my own. If you're looking for a team up I can furnish the house too. Flexible to move earlier or later as long as it is before the end of June when my lease ends.
Two rooms available, larger $130, smaller $100. Suit tidy, well balanced, relaxed and motivated people who are respectful of their flatmate’s space and work hours. Rent, utilities, wifi and housework responsibilities to be shared equally. Best thing about house is location! 3km from city, 6 minute walk to free tram, 4 minute walk to cheap bus, 3 minute walk to foodland, 8 minute walk to Bonython Park, 5 minute walk to the Wheaty. It has a good sized yard with 4 chooks and a veggie garden. The kitchen is massive with a 6 burner gas stove. There’s a shed out back and off-street car parking (no carport). It’s under the flight path but only a 15 minute drive to the airport. Garden maintenance is our responsibility, happy to share the work or cost of keeping it maintained. The rest of the house is mostly furnished (with plenty of room for your furniture too, please bring art!) and there is air-conditioning in the lounge room. Larger bedroom ($130 weekly) : This bedroom is huge with polished wooden floors and a (retired) ornate fire place. Bright with high ceilings. No BIRs. Smaller bedroom ($100 weekly) : Polished wooden floors, bright with high ceilings, no BIRs, plenty of space for a bed and furnishings.
I'm very clean and organised. I dislike messy houses. I like to be low key but enjoy being social on special occasions & sometimes on weekends. I work full time in the city at a 5 star hotel as a barista, 6am - 4pm / 5 days a week. I go to gym most days when I finish my shift & train for competetive soccer 3 nights a week. I also do a lot of writing and drawing. Im positive, i have a good sense of humour and don't take life too seriously!
25 year old non-smoker, i work FT monday to Friday in Norwood and i study 1 night a week at richmond. No pets (although i love them), serial Netflix binger, respectful of common areas and noise levels at appropriate times, have been renting with friends and sharehouses for the last 5+ years in Adelaide, happy to provide rental references :)
I'm a friendly, easy-going full-time student studying at the University of Adelaide. I tend to keep to myself but I'm always happy to have a chat. I like to keep both my own living space and the shared living space clean and tidy. I enjoy watching and playing various sports; mainly soccer and tennis.
I'm a clean and tidy housemate. I enjoy my own space and respect others. Happy to do my part around the house without reminders. I enjoy an arvo beer or wine and a chat. I am not a crazed sports supporter but will hang out to watch to be social. I own a lovely 8yr old cat who is fully housetrained so no stinky litter box required. Fully vaccinated, no fleas etc. He keeps to himself and is pleased to be left alone too but loves a scratch under the chin. As a full time chef I'm usually pretty tired! I ride my bike to work to stay fit. I enjoy a hit of tennis, fishing, gardening and anything outdoorsy. Currently I am studying business management in my spare time so I do like a fairly quiet environment. Im not a night owl and need my sleep! Warning: I do nap 😂 Preferably no more than 3 housemates and definitely no other pets. ✌️
Hey everyone, we are a couple (both 23) ideally looking to start a share house with one or two other people in a suburb close to the city. We're both friendly, tidy, positive people who are easy to get along with! Angus studies law and science at the University of Adelaide in his fifth and final year. He also works part time in the live music industry, loves going to gigs and sports. Taylor works full time in the food industry, dabbling in food writing, catering and events after recently graduating from a food entrepreneurship degree. She loves to cook and most of her hobbies revolve around food too! We both like our down time at home to relax, but also don't mind having a few friends over for drinks on the weekend to hang out. Ideally we're looking for another couple or 1-2 other people to live with in a 2 or 3 bedroom house that has enough room for everybody to fit comfortably. Our move date is also pretty flexible. If you have any questions or would like to have a chat please shoot us a message! :)
Hi, I have been living in Melbourne for the past 6 years, although I grew up near Phillip Island. I studied Fine Art at Monash University and for the last couple of years I have been working (and painting when I can). I am moving to Adelaide to study Concept Art and Illustration at CDW Studios. I am a keen cyclist/runner, and love hiking, camping, and listening to audio books. I'm looking forward to exploring Adelaide and hanging out with new friends (when I'm not slaving over digital paintings for uni). I have been living in share houses for most of my time in Melbourne, so have experience living with other people.
I'm Mariam. I'm currently working part time. I'm interested in moving in at the end of February with my cat Kermit. He is an outdoor cat. I'm super friendly and easy going, I keep a neat room and don't take up too much space.
I have rooms available from $140 a week inc. bills and Internet access. Shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet and laundry. Suitable for students. The house is situated in Thebarton, minutes to Brickwork Market and also few minutes walk to catch free tram to city.
Two story townhouse. Close to CBD, 5 min walk to free tram into city. Close to shops and cafes. Would love to make a friend but also respect privacy. Work 9-5 hours. I have a large friendly dog 😊 Someone’s moving out in 2 weeks, so the sooner you can move in, the better!
I am going to be busy most of my time. While I am social, I keep to myself most of the time and respect privacy. Am a neat and clean person. Need the place for a short while only.
Just wondering and Hello future Flatmates if your seeking that relaxed happy mature person that likes and knows how to keep a nice tidy quiet living space and enjoys life while chipping in and doing that bit extra in around the home with a friendly nature while respectful of others space in the house and day to day lives. Do enjoy getting out and about on the weekends or mid week catching a movie or a nice coffee/lunch/dinner taking in the sites and sounds of Adelaide. Around the house enjoy just kicking back quietly in the room with a book and tunes or joining in for a chat and laugh around the place..... Cheers Jason
Im tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I am a filmmaker and am finished a BCA in Drama part time. I work 30+hrs at a restaurant while I finish my degree. I believe in respect and tolerance for all people and celebrate differences. I care about the environment and try to be as sustainable as possible, which is an ongoing journey. Would love to live in a home with people who support and celebrate each other, and enjoy each others company!! Look forward to hearing from you.
The house is close to the city and is in excellent condition. Each room has its own wardrobe. It has a large kitchen and outside entertaining area. This is a great share house to live in. Furnished or unfurnished available. Walking distance to the tram stop with bus alternatives. Ensuite available to singles for $280. We are all young professionals working close to the city.
Looking for a place to live since i’m moving out of student accomodation. I’m 19 and i work full time at a mexican restaurant in the CBD which means i’m a burrito rolling master. When i’m not working I love relaxing at home, cooking delicious food and spending time either at the beach, watching netflix or with my friends and family. My home is my happy place so I love keeping it real neat and clean and besides that i’m pretty laidback.
Lived in share houses for many years, work full time and volunteer the rest of my time into Ice Hockey in various roles. Generally keep to myself at home, when I am home, but I am happy to be social from time to time. Clean and tidy most of the time. Looking to move to a better location than current, prefer to live with only 1 other person max.
Hi, I’m Marion and I’ve recently been relocated from the Gold Coast to Adelaide for work. I am a full time professional working in the CBD. As I am new to Adelaide, I’d love to live with another female professional around the same age that might help me get to know the state better. Ideally, I am looking to team up with someone with a similar lifestyle. As I work full time I am barely home during the week and usually spend my weekends doing a bit of shopping, heading out for a coffee or at the beach. However, as I work long hours during the week I have been known to come home and crash after a stressful day and am therefore incredibly respectful of people’s space should you also have a demanding career. Ideally, I am looking for something 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms within a short walking distance to public transport in an outer city suburb. On street parking would also be great. I’d be happy to come with plenty of furniture and white goods which is a bonus! Feel free to send me a message if you with any questions 😊
