Happy for tenants to add their own furniture to rooms to make it feel like home. Outdoor entertaining area. Carport. Gardens maintained by owners.
I'm 18 years old, working part time and studying at university. I am outgoing and easy to approach, and would love some similar minded house mates. I am very respectful of space and downtime, but I also love to socialise and have a drink with friends. I'm looking for somewhere with a minimum stay time no longer than 3-4 months (although there is a chance I will be looking to stay for a longer term after that if its offered). I love animals so pets are no issue. I'm also pretty open to different locations. people between 18-30 are preferred :)
This beautiful character three bedroom cottage is walking distance to the tram with high ceilings, open living spaces, ducted heating and cooling, large renovated kitchen and bathroom and an enclosed green yard. The available double bedroom has polished floorboards, ornate fireplace and large window. This is our sanctuary and home that we love in a great location walking distance to the Wheaty, Brickworks and local coffee haunts.
Hi! I'm a 28 y/o professional looking for the perfect housemate/s. A little bit about me - I work full time for the government and I am also studying full time to be a nutritionist. I am originally from Cairns, moved down to Adelaide about 9 months ago for something different; I am absolutely in love with the place (apart from the cold weather). I love to cook and when I'm a little stressed with my study you will find me baking in the kitchen (so you will really benefit from this arrangement). In my spare time you will find me at the gym, down at the beach, off exploring the wineries, finding new cafes and restaurants to try, catching up with friends, planning some kind of event, or traveling away for weddings/hens nights/study/home to see family. I'm not a hermit basically, but I also love my down time and need a space of my own. I have always gotten on very well with my housemates and have been a landlord myself for many years when I was in Cairns. I like to keep a clean house and cleaning rosters are not something I will shy away from, and neither should you :) I have two adorable cats, Milhouse and Lara Bingle, that are still up in Cairns but it's time for me to bring them down so I need a place where they will be happy. I was previously living on my own so I do have a unit full of furniture, currently renting with a friend but that place is going to be listed for sale in the next few months. I'm not looking to move right away, ideally end of April would be good. If you think we would be a good match please send me a message :) I do not need a furnished room or property. Thanks!
Hi, I'm Ethan. I work full time in the city (For the last few years as well) in a business role and am looking for a place to rent which is within riding distance or has some form of good public transport available close by. I try to keep myself fit with gym and sports and consider myself to be quite a tidy and neat individual by nature. I look forward to meeting with you if a suitable option becomes available.
I am Ali (Iranian) and I am PhD student at University. I am searching for a house close to the city and I enjoy socialising. By the way I late 30 years old. I am a clean person you can ask my last share house that lives for 2 years. I am very quiet person who is not at house during the week
Hey, I'm Kieron! I'm moving to Adelaide to start a new full-time job so I'm on the lookout for somewhere to live short-term until approximately September while I get established in a new city and wait for my wife to move down later in the year. I'm originally from Melbourne but have spent the last three years living on the Gold Coast. I'm easy going and get along well with the majority of people. Love travel, sports (especially basketball and football), the beach/outdoors and socialising. Looking ideally for a furnished room but happy with unfurnished too. Something relatively close to the city, preferably North or West.
I'm Bonnie, I'm from the outback and am looking for somewhere to live in the next few months as I am finishing my job at home and have to move away. I was a boarder for three years so I'll have no problems with communal living! Am interested in all things cars and motorsport, will use earphones when I listen to country music and will let you sit in the backseat for my annual trips to Bathurst. In all seriousness though, I'm a super easy going chick, hate drama, am fairly tidy and will always chip in around the house :)
Student/Bartender looking to move into or close to the city of Adelaide before semester 2 commences in July. Honest and reliable fella, always tidy and responsible. I like to relax and do my own thing in my spare time (mainly play guitar and skate), also a fan of the occasional house party with good friends. I would be working nights and studying most days, so I'm looking to find a place with someone who's chilled out and easy going yet still reliable and active around the place. Male or female is fine.
I am nineteen and of Filipino nationality, although very much Aussie by nature; I moved from Philippines to Adelaide when I was three and have grown up around the western suburbs. I'm very familiar with arvo beach hangs and just a very laid-back atmosphere. I'm open-minded, friendly and enjoy a good laugh, so there will never be short of conversation possibilities and a little bit of banter goes far. I do like to socialise when the occasion rises, I particularly enjoy socialising around a good meal, in or out of the home. Coming from a large family mainly comprised of younger siblings, I understand the need for a peaceful and quiet environment and I am respectful and empathetic of others around me; I have a great deal of love for quiet times. Mostly when I'm not working full-time I tend to cultivating hobbies (e.g. writing, filmmaking, photography). I am taking my second gap-year to work on my savings, and currently work in the CBD, but plan to attend Adelaide University in either 2018 or 2019. Homes that are placed near a train/tram-line or bus-stop close to the city, or are a convenient bike-ride away are mostly ideal. Inside the confines of a home, I understand that sharing a space calls for mutual respect, and I am undoubtedly very neat and tidy with my personal spaces and belongings. I clean up after myself and pull my weight when it comes to all household chores, but I am also willing to help out others, because I understand that not everyone in a household has the same routine. I'm LGBT+ friendly, and I don't own any personal pets, but have a family cat called Cheddar whom I adore to bits. But if you have pets, I'm all for it - the more the merrier! I don't drink often nor do I smoke, but I don't mind if those around me do. Cheers! Katrina :)
Looking for a relaxed, open-minded addition for a share house in Thebarton. The perfect housemate will be willing to help out around the house (that is, know how to use a mop and vacuum) and be a positive addition to the household. Room is furnished with a queen size bed and built-in cupboards. Rent is $150/week including all utilities (electricity/gas/water) and internet. Bond to secure room of 2 weeks rent. Fairly social place, central to everything i.e. Brickworks markets, town, bus and tram stops are close as well. It is a 5m drive to the city or 10m walk and 5m tram ride (which is free). Quiet neighborhood and off-street parking available. 2 of us currently in the house (male and female), both early 30's. We don't take ourselves too seriously and enjoy socialising. Housework responsibilities are shared as are some (tasty) meals. Welcome to check it out if interested. Cheers!
I'm easy going and enjoy good music, tasty food, coffee, running and cycling, amongst other things. A clean and tidy house is important to me, so if you want someone to respect your place then you should definitely pick me! Friends and social life are also important, which is why I am looking for something close enough to Central Adelaide by bicycle, while still commutable to Flinders where I work as a post-doc, but also something big enough to have friends round from time to time. I would prefer to share with 1 other in a 2 bed house/apartment (but would consider the right 3 bed share). I also need a small space for my bicycle. I am looking for my new home immediately but I am flexible with a move date and will have time to view places in the evenings and weekends. You can get in touch via phone, text or email. Looking forward to meeting you. Will
I have one room available for rent for $150 a week inc. bills and Internet access. The house is situated in Thebarton, close to city and minutes to Brickwork Market. Shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet and laundry. Enjoy the convenience of living close to the city and minutes walk to Brickworks Market.
I'm an architect working full time in a new job, recently returning to Adelaide after many years in Melbourne. Looking for a good share house with good people, a large room or separate studio or bungalow & some kind of back yard. I have a house full of my own furniture but that will mostly be placed in storage for a while I guess.
I'm an easy-going gal in my late twenties, enjoy low-key hangs as much as retreating with a good book or series on Netflix. At the moment I'm actively looking for work, but also enjoy picking up volunteer gigs and learning new things with my free time! I'm from out north-eastern suburbs way, so ideally looking to live a lot closer to the city.
I am 40 with a great sense of humour, i'm very outgoing but also enjoy quiet moments. I play footy and do athletics and enjoy a cycle. I have 2 young kids that will stay from time to time with me. I like to go out on weekends and enjoy life. I work Full Time for Hallett Resources in an office environment. Any other questions please ask.
I'm an easy-going young professional who is looking to join an existing sharehouse or find a place with 1-2 other people. I have experienced both sharing and living solo, so I understand and respect other's space, boundaries and lifestyles, and always keep on top of the bills and keep things clean and tidy for myself and others. Responsible and trustworthy, but fun too! I enjoy music and reading, as well as a drink and a laugh after work and on the weekends. Nice, friendly, social, like-minded housemates would be ideal!
We're a couple, one who works and the other is looking for work. We have a medium sized dog and sometimes foster an additional dog, enjoy watching Netflix and playing video games, attending community events, quiet nights in and volunteering in the community. Looking for housemates that have steady income (including paid employment & Centrelink), trans/queer or trans/queer friendly, ok with medium sized dogs, reliable, trustworthy and motivated, willing to meet multiple times before decision is made. References would be a bonus and help in the decision making process. Home is our sanctuary, a safe place to relax, reflect on the day and truly be accepted.
Hey guys, I'm a full time employed single female looking for some great people to live with. I'm a down to earth, friendly person who loves socialising but also has respect for everyone's down time. I would love to find a place with people who have a love for music as silence isn't really my thing. I love travelling and always have an adventure planned. I'm not a great cook but would definitely love to learn for communal dinners. I do smoke but I would never smoke inside. I'm a huge animal lover so any pets would be a-ok in my books. If it sounds I fit your criteria please send me a message. :) PS, how awful are these small photo circles?!

Hey, I'm Matt. I'm 27, work in media, plenty of experience in share house living, very respectful, sociable and happy and willing to chip in around the house. I'm a media officer and work full time, hours varying from 9-6 most days. I own a small, very friendly cat (spends 80% of her life indoors), who loves the company of others, and sleeping. I spend my time painting, reading and watching the odd nature doco on Netflix. A keen gardener and cyclist, enjoy hiking and hoping to getting back into surfing after a trip overseas. Looking for like-minded people to share with :)
