Hey, I'm Jason. I'm currently studying Computer Science at Adelaide Uni and graduating next year (time to face life). I love sports and training of all kinds (well, except for yoga, I'm pretty stiffed so that won't work for me anytime soon) and also an outdoor person. I'm pretty flexible with my living place and flatmates. When I'm looking for a place to live, top 3 things I look for: 1/ Non-smoking 2/ Preferably no couples next to my room. I have trouble sleeping if you know what I mean 3/ Small and cute pets: yeah that won't hurt A freaking Becgie: okay maybe not
Hi, my name is Sam. I'm a 29 year old university student, studying nursing at flinders university. I work part time in retail so I keep fairly busy. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends or playing video games. I'm looking for a room to rent in a sharehouse or student accomodation. My only requirement is internet, other than that I'm very flexible with living options. I am available to move in early January (before the 14th).
Hi There. One of the most exciting thing about this house its location- it is literally next to city, five minutes walk to Thebarton tram station and catch a free tram to city, two minutes walk to the bus stop. Doing grocery is convenient, too! A Lebanese grocery and Foodland are both within walking distance to get a hot and yum pizza. If you enjoy going out at night, there is a pub called Wheatsheaf nearby just 2 minutes away, with free music every week! The landlady has a big empty land next to the backyad, where you can plant as many veggies or other plants as you want. The land is well fertilised. A previous tenant left a BBQ for us. So if you would like to have a BBQ with other housemates or invite some friends over, please go ahead. As the house is close to city and the TOrrence river, you can go for a jog or a bike ride anytime. You will be moving into my room. Spacious, two wardrobes, a big table, arm chair, and bedside table. Please note that no animals, no couples. Only one person one room please.
Hi my name is Glen and i am looking for a quiet relaxing environment to call home. I have recently arrived from Melbourne and am a fully qualified carpenter looking for a change of scenery. Currently unemployed but am looking for work and have a stable income in the meantime, so will have no trouble paying rent. I am pretty laid back, easy to get along with. I am looking for a drama free house. In my spare time, i like to go to live music gigs, spend time with friends. I enjoy cooking and am pretty independent, clean tidy, no mess no fuss. I am looking for a furnished room, not fussed on gender and i love animals so no problem if you have pets. I can afford around 160pw including bills and would love to hear from you soon. Thanks for taking the time to read this, :) Cheers Glen
I am a full time student at Flinders University and a hospitality worker. I have a well behaved cat who has moved numerous times with me. I am looking for a place I can settle down for the next couple of years. I love cooking at home and a glass of wine, have a great bunch of friends and enjoy a social household. Keen to meet new people!
Hi guys! I'm a 30year old hospitality worker with 2sweet cats. Hibernate from time to time but also don't mind being social. Interested in living somewhere that feels like a home and not just living in someone else's house. Minimum 12 months preferred. If you understand that pets are part of the family then it could be a great fit! Currently in Thebarton and would love to stay nearby. Have previous rental references. Hope to hear all about your humble abode.
Moving to Adelaide to start a new job at the RAH. Wanting a place that is close to the tram line to catch into work. $200 a week including bills. Would prefer my own bathroom but would be open to sharing. Clean and quiet person. Easy to get along with. Just seeing what is out there.
Great location. Bright and spacious. Room $180 week The best thing about this house is the location. Close to town, free tram, bus stop 600 m, Foodland and Wheatie 800 m. Your room is quite large with polished wooden floors. The house has a large kitchen (with gas!), good sized yard, veggie patch and shed. Bills each quarter are about $270 for electricity, $150 for gas and $50-100 for water depending on the season. Ordinarily we split bills equally.
Hey! My name is Zoë and I just finished my Indonesian and Asian Studies Arts degree at Uni Adelaide so at the moment I just work part time as a bartender but planning to work in the public health education sector and NGOs in Indonesia in the future! I am looking to move out of my current share house to live with some new people :). I'm always down to hang out and have a good time on my days off and I can equally enjoy a quiet night in on the couch. I'm looking for house mate/s that are fun and social but can be responsible when it comes to taking care of the place. I'm very responsible when it comes to keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. Though I am a very social person, I respect and value personal space and can live harmoniously with many different types of people as I have in the past. Thanks :) Zoë
HEY! I'm a social bumblebee who likes cooking, hiking, beach going, adventures, bike riding, reading and the occasional spot of netflix. Looking for a decent kitchen so i can hold lavish dinner parties at which we chat about the astronomical price of brunch at urban cafes and quote rick and morty until our tongues fall off. I like to think I'm a young Nigella Lawson without the cocaine. - Work: bartender - Clean and tidy - Doesn't smoke but okay if others do - Learning to sew and an unquestionable dork at times - Comes with some sweet plants - Will show you pictures of her dogs (they don't live with me :( ) - Spotify fiend Looking for some friendly faces who share some of the same interests.
Hello! I'm Catherine, and I'll be coming to Australia from Canada in February. I'm looking for a relaxed, fun place to stay while I explore and work in such an interesting country. I have a part time job teaching English online and will also be picking up some other work in the city, so I'll be busy often. However, I always enjoy relaxing and a chat in the evening if there's someone around who's feeling social. I love being active and enjoying the outdoors, so in my free time you can usually find me out and about.
My name is Lucas. I work at the RAH as an orderly. I am 26 yo and originally from Brazil. I consider myself a nice and pretty clean guy. I am always considerate that there is others sharing the space with me. I am initially looking for a room for 4-6 months, but with possible stretch for longer term. P.s: respectful smoker and only outdoors.
I currently work full time as a retail manager in the city and am looking to move closer for work. I’m an extremely easygoing, clean, independent, sociable person. I attend the gym quit regularly and like to see my friends and socialise with my time off. I’m adaptable to all types of people and also love my quiet time to myself. Love to have a laugh. Please feel free to contact me for further information :)
I'm studying computer science in 2019 in Adelaide. I'm trained as a barista and with various other hospitality work, though I will need to find a new job for the move. I'm relatively introverted but if I get going on a topic I enjoy, I could talk for hours! I built a PC earlier this year (would highly recommend, way easier than it seems) which I like to use for gaming and movies, among other things. I'm from western Victoria, near the Grampians, and went to school in Ballarat. I'm also bi, it's a new thing for me and I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. I'm nervous but excited about what the new year and the big city will bring!
Hi, I'm Luke - an engineer that works on a 7/7 roster, so I'm in Adelaide for 7 days with a heap of free time then I'm away for 7 days working. While I'm a 26yo engineer, I don't act my age or live up to my job title. Also new to Adelaide and loving it! Don't know anything about AFL though, sorry.. I'm often seen eating in Chinatown, hitting the gym at odd hours and occasionally heading out to a rave. Open to long term or short term rental.

We're a couple from Sydney moving to Adelaide for 4-6 months. Annette has a communications degree & MBA. Michael is a mechatronics engineer. We work together on a tech hardware startup called Tekuma out of the ICC at UniSA so we'd like to live within an easy commute to that north-west side of the CBD. In our spare time, I like to train in taekwondo and Michael does fencing. We like pets but don't have any, we're also non-smokers. We're pretty devoted to our startup so work a lot but are keen to learn work-life balance in Adelaide. Flexible with the move-in date as we are currently in Adelaide staying with friends, not sure where we'll be over xmas/nye as yet.
Hello, I’m looking to rent a reasonably large room (preferably unfurnished) at the end of January or early/ mid February. Ideally close to the CBD or public transportation as I do not carry a driver’s license. $150.00 per week maximum (not including bills). I’m a 24 year old, gay, non-smoking, part-time TAFE student who works for Woolworths and a Hotel Group located in Adelaide. I have a 4 month old Maltese Shitzu, I adore animals, I’m quiet, I keep to myself usually. Presently I’m living in a very busy share house and I'm looking for something a little quieter. I'm a very clean, organised and punctual person, I hope to live with somebody who also possesses these qualities. My days of living with untidy, lazy people are behind me I hope. I enjoy video games, books, movies, art, food and drag queens. Not necessarily in that order.
Hi! I'm a final year Irish student studying nutrition and dietetics. My friend and I are coming to Adelaide for 4 months to do our final year research project at UniSA. I'm a great person to share a place with- clean and tidy, very easy-going and social . Always up for a few drinks but not here just to party. Interested in doing lots of weekend adventures around the area. Love the beach and interested in sports, especially tennis!
Hello, my name is Maddy and I'm 16 years old and I'm looking to move out of home again. I have been in shared accommodation before for about 2 years and all went well until I got sick and had to move back in with my parents. I study with a school program fulltime and I am currently seeking employment. I get benefits each fortnight which allow me to pay rent+bills. I am very reliable, honest, and on time with my payments. Please don't let my age make you reconsider your decision! Feel free to message me for any questions and I would love to become a part of your household! :) Thankyou.
