Looking for a relaxed, open-minded addition for a share house in Thebarton. The perfect housemate will be willing to help out around the house (that is, know how to use a mop and vacuum) and be a positive addition to the household. Room is furnished with a queen size bed and built-in cupboards. Rent is $145/week including all utilities (electricity/gas/water) and internet. Bond to secure room of 2 weeks rent. Fairly social place, central to everything i.e. Brickworks markets, town, bus and tram stops are close as well. It is a 5m drive to the city or 10m walk and 5m tram ride (which is free). Quiet neighborhood and off-street parking available. 2 of us currently in the house (both female), both under 30. We don't take ourselves too seriously and enjoy socialising and networking. Very health/fitness conscious and train both at home and externally regularly. Housework responsibilities are shared as are some (tasty) meals. Welcome to view if interested. Cheers!
Hi! I'm Sian, a 23 year old student who also works part time. I'm looking for somewhere to live nice & close to the city for easy access to work and uni. I work a pretty full on job & will sometimes travel for it a couple of times a year. I'm laid back & respect people's space, but totally up for binge watching netflix & hanging out too. Currently in a share house in the city - which I found a bit too loud (traffic wise)! Would love something in a quiet street. I'm a vegetarian, but not fussy about others eating/cooking meat - and like to consider myself a pretty good cook. I can cook a mean arse pizza, and not bad with a curry either. In my spare time I'm an avid reader, concert-goer, cake eater, animal lover & volunteer with Sea Shepherd.
I am an easy going straightforward guy and like to make new friends
Im a 27 yr old Teacher who is also studying my Masters in Edu. I enjoy good banter and like meeting new people and being social-yet enjoy me time too. I play netball, dance and like going to the gym and keeping fit. I have lived overseas, absolutely LOVE to travel, and have lived in many shared houses before so understand the respect and balance of living with others ;). I really would like to find a place thats comfortable, 'homey' and enjoy a balance between 'me' time and socialising with my house mate/s. I really would like to spend movie night/hangs/friendly banter etc with person/people I live with!
Hi there, Looking for a room in the inner city suburbs. Move date is flexible, but ideally around start of December, but could move earlier. Minimum 3 months up to long term arrangements. I'd prefer a new or renovated (dishwasher and own bathroom would be amazing!) place but would be happy to pay up to $250 p/w. However I a, flexible and open to most options. I work full time in North Adelaide, and like to keep busy in my spare time, but also love being a couch potato and have some me time. Would ideally like to live with someone who would be keen to hang out and not just be 'housemates'. I like art, music, food, drinks, sport to name a few. Feel free to get in touch if you'd like to know more. PS, I hate bio writing so I apologise if I'm not very descriptive!
I'm clean, responsible, fun and Scottish :) Moving to Adelaide in February 2017 for a new job at one of the universities, and hoping to find a flatshare in an area close to brunch haunts and bars for weekend frequenting. I'm looking to share with someone 25-40, friendly, who can have a giggle, is tidy and clean, and can maybe even help me get to know Adelaide! If you can cook I will pay in wine ;)
Hi ! I am an international student, currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering at The University of Adelaide. Although of Indian descent, I grew up in Qatar from the age of 5 (I still reside there with my family) and would probably call it my home. I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know them better and hanging out with them almost anywhere: be it at a restaurant or hiking. If you would rather yearn for some quiet time, a bit more privacy at home, or in essence if you need a quieter flat mate, I would gladly oblige to be so. I have lived out of home for the last 5 years, so I am well experienced in living in a professional manner. I am responsible, tidy, able to seamlessly and quietly adapt to any rules/requirements in the environment. Usually I would be out at the Uni for the majority of the day subject to workloads. Weekends I tend to stay indoors although occasionally I would do a bit of exploring the city. I wouldnt mind any pets around the house. In fact, I would be glad to make new furry friends :P If left to myself, while assuming studies dont eat up my time, I would probably be reading up on military aviation, watching classical movies from the 40's to 90's (an addict at that), following cricket, Federer (he is tennis for me :P), playing COD and Falcon 4.0, reading a bit of history or listening to some of the best, western classical music has to offer. I am looking to move into a new place sometime by the end of November Please dont hesitate to contact me if interested in having me as your housemate. Looking forward to great times together !
Self employed as a Graphic Designer/Artist, I have a studio in Croydon Park that I frequent to during the week. I'm easy going, looking for a home, not a house. Vegetarian and bicycle friendly, and love a good laugh and a smoothly run household.
I am a professional IT contractor from Perth, here in Adelaide working on the new Royal Adelaide Hospital project. Seeking new shared digs because the current solo digs are costing me too much! :) The plan is that by saving money on Rent, I'll be able to fly home to my wife and daughter, who are in Perth, more frequently (approx. every 2-3 weeks). I am a friendly, easy-going, happy person, and get along well with people. I like a good mix of both quiet time and going out. I'm *very* clean and tidy myself, and don't like mess. I've never lived in shared accommodation before, but am confident that you will find me to be no trouble to live with. My strong preference would be to find shared, furnished accommodation very close to the city.
Hey guys! We're two friends looking to make a really great, chilled but fun share house next year! We don't party all the time but we don't study all the time either, we really want a fun, social house where we can have a party (not too rowdy, I promise!), wine and cheese nights (Maighan works at a cheese shop, BONUS!) and friends over. We're also uni students so we understand the importance of studying and that times can get hectic- we love a night in with a good netflix series and a cuppa. We'd be keen to meet your friends, extend our own circles and for you to meet and interact with ours. We value a clean tidy space, but as long as you chip in your fair share we're not super strict. About us: Maighan- Moved from Tasmania in 2015 and lived at St Mark's College. Has been living in a share house with two guys this year. Works at a cheese shop, and also about to start at Zambrero. Loves going to the beach, chilling out with a cup of tea (has a ridiculous T2 collection), reading Frankie or a trip to Spotlight for some arts and crafts supplies. Loves to spend her free time going for walks, taking photos, eating breakfast foods and exploring adelaide for Almond Croissants and a fab latte. Has a really good group of friends and doesn't mind a night out at Rocket or Sugar Mixtape Wednesday's. Also has a Girlfriend so you need to be chill with her spending a fair bit of time around the house (she's super lovely, I promise!!!). Maighan is also transitioning to becoming a vegetarian, and Zo will soon be a vegan so we'd love if you were on the same wavelength! I'm quite political at times, studying International Development at Adelaide Uni. I'm passionate about the environment, I volunteer with the Australian Youth Climate Coalition, so I hope you'd have similar open-mindedness/value similar ideas. Zoe: Moved to Adelaide from South Africa, November 2015 and has already established quite a good life here- meaning she is super friendly and makes good connections with people! Passionate about photography, videography and music. Works as a bartender in the northern eastern suburbs and enjoys a night out! She also loves a chilled, cosy night in. Zoe loves adventures, she can make own out of anything!! Zoe is really funny, has a contagious laugh and you will never have a dull moment with her as a friend/housemate. She has a fab sense of style and really enjoys decorating and making a house a home. She drives and loves to go exploring at nights, belting her favourite songs (often on repeat!!). Zoe studies Media at Adelaide Uni, and hopes to get into do something in that area. We hope you're friendly, would like to interact with us and form friendship, is laid back and doesn't come with too many rules but also not scared to say what's on their mind as Zo and I are quite open communicators. We hope you're tidy, respectful and trustworthy and we will equally take part in respecting your space and privacy. We hope our share house quickly becomes a home, is full of laughter and good memories and that it's a positive experience overall.

(Ps I know I'm an early bird but send me a message anyway and when my account becomes normal I'll reply to the message)
Friendly, easy-going housemate who's been working full-time as a Marketing Manager in the arts for 5 years. I'm out of the house a lot for work/events, social life, so home tends to be my chill-out space, with the odd dinner/small party - housemate nights in with wine have become a bit of a habit I'd love to continue! I have pretty eclectic tastes, but i generally love music, sport, anything summer-related, oh and I dance once a week! I'm neat, tidy and very respectful of communal areas (my room may get a bit untidy with clothes during the week, but it will never be dirty). Don't have a gender preference for sharing (have share with both over the years), looking for a nice, safe home with like-minded, people I can hopefully become friends with also! Preferably in the CBD, as I haven't got a car since I got back from my o/s sabbatical, but happy to look 5km-ish radius of the city and look into getting a car again. Also prefer to live with non-smoker, no cats (or spiders), but love dogs. Moving because my current flat's being sold, with my housemate's move to Melbourne, so I have to be out of my place by early-mid December, but can go earlier.
I've just come back from living in London and then riding across europe. I was a maths/IT teacher there, but am now a programmer. I'm very into music and play a few instruments (with headphones), riding bikes, travelling, cooking. I'm am quiet, clean, and courteous. I love to have a chat and get to know other people. Ideally I'm really looking for a place that feels like home, with friendly people who enjoy living together.
I'm a clean bubbly happy person to live with. I love my food and cooking meals. I'm into my fitness but do like to have a glass of red from time to time. I am a social person but am not a party girl would rather a BBQ or a drink at a nice pub these days. I am looking to live with clean people that like to be social with you but obviously like there own privacy.
Hey I'm Kait, I am looking for a house to move into until September 2017. Close to the city with my dog Pepper; a five year old dalmatian who's very well trained and a outside dog. She gets along with everyone and all other animals. Bit about my self. I work at an on the run while looking for other work. I am also a vet nurse what's a bonus if you have any pets that need looking after. I am not a party animal but i do like having a few drinks after work and relaxing with housemates. I like cooking and sharing meals with the house. I would really like to move into a house with people my own age (20 to 30) If you think you have a place for me please call or msg me

Hi :-) I am coming back into Australia to complete my study and work as well, and am looking for a place to stay and also call home. I'm a chef by profession and love too cook and drink :-P I am a pretty social person, and can easily engage in a conversation.
I love to cook and clean. I am very friendly and so is my dog! I enjoy a couple of quiet drinks occasionally, like binge watching tv shows, being outdoors with my dog and playing Mario kart with mates! But also like my quiet time and understand it's nice to have time to yourself. I am very clean and tidy and have lived out of home for about 4 years now.
My names Jess, im 30 years old & working full time Mon-Fri 9-5 as a mental health support worker. I am currently living in Largs Bay right near the beach. I am looking for a room to move into ASAP in a share house with fellow easy going, down to earth & friendly housemates. I also have a beautiful dog - a 4 year old Golden Retriever so I need to find a home where he would be welcomed as part of the family :) I am rarely home during the week except to sleep - I keep myself busy with work & gym & walking my dog. I like a wine on a Friday night to unwind. Hope to hear from you soon.
We think we are easy to live with for those who like to contribute equally to chores and enjoy a clean house. We both love food, nature, quiet times, listening to music, drinking tea and hanging out with friends in the backyard. One of us works full-time as a social worker, the other is at the tail end of a wine making and viticulture degree and works in the wine industry. We love having a peaceful place to hide out in and at the same time love going out with our mates for a drink.
I'm very into my music and and film, have settled down a bit these days and need 8 hours sleep before work so I'm not loud at night :P. I'm tidy and clean specifically in communal areas but not annoyingly so! I used to be a teacher but now I work in sales. I'm looking for somewhere to stay for an indefinite period, as circumstances have changed I need to move out of my current house ASAP but I may be looking to find my own place in the longer term, depending on how things go!
Hi, I'm studying Health Science at the University of Adelaide, and work a couple of jobs. I'm super busy and rarely home, but I'm nice :)
Greetings! Very soon I hope to find a lovely share house with lovely people where I can park my van home. It will basically act as a granny flat in the backyard or side of a house with like-minded great people. I won't have wash facilities so will occasionally need access to the bathroom of the house, however I bathe from a basin usually so I will not need to use it that much! I am striving for a happy sustainable life, eventually moving from van life to tiny house life (a far way down the track). I study part-time and make coffee the other times. I am great to live with because I am fairly conscience, don't waste anything, I am respectful, light-hearted, plus a good dancer and a great hugger. This house may temporary or long-term, depending on what we all want and agree! 'Drive'-in date is unclear as of yet. Get in touch :)
Heya, I'm currently a visual art student looking for a place to move out too with like minded people. I'm quite easy going, friendly and like to have a bit of fun; such as going out and creating art, I'm also a bit of a nerd sometimes. I have a great for respect nature and other people's space with a collaborative mindset. Hope we can get along c:
We are a clean and tidy, friendly, easygoing couple with a good sense of humour, non-smokers with no pets (but love dogs!) We are hard-working, reliable and honest, and enjoy reading, movies and video games.
Full time final year medical student. Variable schedule. Will be occupied most days. I am a quiet, tidy, clean, considerate, reliable person. Cooks at home mostly. Enjoys the occasional drink or meal with housemate. Prefer someone who shares a similar personality.
Hi! I'm Tess. I'm 28 years old, currently working full time for the government and studying Nutrition (online, full-time). I moved down to Adelaide from Cairns in June of this year because it was time for a change and so far I am loving it down here, though it has certainly had its moments. I'm really outgoing and love to get to know new people and new cities and am always up for an adventure and a challenge. A little about me - I work hard with both my job and my study. After work I head to the gym or go for a run, I love to keep fit...but don't worry I hate Crossfit and I don't eat Paleo! Sorry if you do ;) I'm not a party girl (except on the odd occasion), most weekends I love to go to the markets and find great new little cafes to eat at. I like a glass of wine every now and then (hence the move close to the Barossa), you'll win my heart with a bottle of red and a cheese platter. I love to cook and am known at work for my baked goods, I'm an ex beauty therapist/make-up artist, I love to explore the great outdoors (though you'll never get me out camping). In Cairns I lived in a share house, we were all very clean and had no issues with cleaning rosters and all that jazz. I'd like to live somewhere close to the city, currently I'm in Camden park which is so convenient, my work is right in Rundle Mall . The unit I'm living in has just sold which is why I need to find a new place, this also means I have a unit full of furniture too! I have two cats that are still up in Cairns, though I would like to bring them down in the near future.
I have just returned to Radelaide after living and modelling in Melbourne for 18 months. Now I'm working as a florist in Hindsmarsh (so prepare yourself for flowers). I'm a mega friendly person and almost always have a smile on my face - I will laugh at all of your jokes! My partner and I will be moving in to our own place in the new year but in the meantime I am really keen to maintain independence and maybe make some friends (:

I am easy to get along with, but I can be quiet. I am studying childcare and looking for part time work. I like to hang out in town and chill with friends at home.
“I have 1 room to rent to one female in my home (step walk to catch FREE BUS to enter your city and neighborhood in 5 min). It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, we have local shops nearby and free public transportation as well. The room is furnished with a big size built-in wardrobe, bed, mattress, and table. Other utilities are shared in the kitchen and communal area. Your cut will be about $179 per week plus the bills. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom with all facilities. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay long term, a non smoker, and not to noisy and be clean as well. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me. Thanks.”
I’m looking for a rad housemate to share my 2 bedroom house in Torrensville! Conveniently located, a mere 4kms to the city, super close to the new brickwork markets complex, public transport and the best pub in the west (Adelaide really) – the Wheaty! The house has been recently renovated with a brand new kitchen and dining area, new carpets in the bedrooms, a fresh lick of paint and has all the required amenities for someone to move straight in. It is fully furnished (bedroom excluded, although there is a exposed wardrobe on the wall) and has fancy things like a washing machine and dishwasher already in action. The backyard is a summers day delight, with a pergola area overlooking the grassy backyard and epic veggie patches! Perfect for BBQs and beers after a hard day at work. There is one off street car park spot available for your car. Rent is $180 per week, paid fortnightly, plus 50/50 split of all bills - gas, electricity, water and internet, which are of course already up and running. Looking for a housemate who is domesticated (i.e. can clean) especially when it come to the common areas. Your room is your kingdom, you can do what you like in there… *unless you attract ants/cockroaches, then we will need to chat! Ideally I am looking for a long term housemate, who is considerate and chilled out, someone who wants to be a part of the household, happy to share the occasional meal, backyard beer or tv binge session…. I will totally respect your privacy, but I don’t just want a person who hides out in their room, I want a houseMATE! Smokers are ok - but outside only The room is available late November, No pets sorry and No couples. Please get in touch if this place seems right for you! A little about me: I’m in my early 30s, work full time play sport and actually like my family! I consider myself to be quite social, I’m relaxed, love a good chat and like to have my dear mates over for bbqs and beers in the backyard every now and then (but don’t worry, I’m not a crazy party person) This place is my home, I’m quite proud of it and I’m looking for someone who is fun and happy who wants to share it with me!

Hey, Brad here - I'm about to come back over to Adelaide to work for the Summer at a local radio station. I'm 25 years old, love the round-ball football, getting out and exploring, and am about to launch into the startup scene. I've signed on a short-term contract in Adelaide which runs out in mid-March, so I'm essentially looking for a place to park myself for the next 6 months, with a view to staying in Adelaide permanently if a full-time position comes up. Would love you to get in touch if you have something close to the city or the beach, as they would be the ideal locations I'd be looking to live in. An apartment or townhouse in ,or close to, town would be preferable. Also, I won't be bringing any furniture to Adelaide, so a furnished room would be even more desirable. Cheers!
Im social but also love my me time. I work full time and study part time. Not a big party animal but do enjoy occasionally going out. I have a fat cat who I adore, shes not very social though lol.
I am accompanying my daughter for her study at Adelaide Secondary School of English for the coming 3 months, then she will go to high school. We are newly arrived from Beijing, China. I worked for more than 20 years with experiences at 1 local company and 3 western companies, thus I do have some lessons and experiences to share. If you are interested in something of China, or professional issues, I might be your right flatmate:-) We are open-minded, frank, friendly and tidy. And I can cook Chinese dishes:-)
Easy going, conscious guy, love meditation, personal development, photography, nutritious cooking, beach action, just got back into cricket and passed L1 Salsa! Started new business in Jan so focused on building that atm. Been known to have a cheeky beverage and a boogie on the weekends!
I believe that I am great to live with because I am a 19 year old independent man on the mission to live my life in the best possible way I can! I study hospitality at TAFE, but my real passion is to write. I love writing. I love reading. I love listening to music. I love socializing with my friends and experiencing new life experiences - originally from Lobethal, currently living in Eastwood and my rental situation is that I'm allergic to my roommate's cat so it's kinda hard to live here and I just want to find somewhere with roomies who are sociable but let me do my own thing, independently - maximum I would be willing to spend is $140 a week - maximum bond I can pay is one week's rent but no bond would be better (the 140 a week is including bills and internet - spending 140 a week currently and I'd rather not be spending anymore than that unless there was internet and bills included in the rent). I'd love roomies that I could actually be friends with! If you're interested - message me and get to know me better!
Commercial cookery student, looking for a place to rent, preferably somewhere in Payheham, Norwood, Dulwich or Unley area. Looking for a furnished room, no bond if possible. I am clean and tidy, respectful and although I like my privacy, don`t mind occasional chat. Non smoker, part time working in a cafe, hoping to move to a restaurant working environment soon. I love animals, so if you have some, not a problem at all (I don`t have any though). Not a party person, pretty quiet, interested in hiking, gym, beach, healthy food, reading, watching movies, shopping...Hoping to find a nice, comfortable place to live.
Just a little dependent on my barista in the mornings but a total foodie & fermented grape lover. Tidy and always up for a giggle. Currently working hospitality in the city. Travel goer (just moved back from Darwin) trying to plan that next trip to somewhere amazing. Beach lover.
Hey there! I'm on the search for either a responsible, easy-going house mate (male or female/ any age) I could buddy up with to get an apartment in the city with OR alternatively, I am also seeking for a share-house within the perimeter of the CBD. I am reliable, mature and responsible when it comes to bills/house chores etc, however I do enjoy fun times to. I love good people and good vibes and am always happy to help out. I am studying 2 degree's and I work 2 jobs. If you have any questions for me please don't hesitate to ask! Grace
Our two storey town house is located only about 50 metres from the Bus stop 4 on Henley Beach Road, Mile End (go zone). So there's a direct connection to the CBD/Uni and the beach ;) In summer, the cycling path is also a good option. The room is comfortably big, furnished with a double bed, and offers a lot of room for storage with two wardrobes, two nightstands and a large shelf including many drawers. Highlights are the double bed and the balcony. The room also has a seperate access to the shared bathroom. It's air-conditioned and very light due to the big double door window. An electric heater is provided, too. Additionally, the bedding, paintings and a bike can be taken over. A shopping centre, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance of our house. The house is nicely done up, fully equipped (from camping chair to blender, we literally have everything) and even includes a small garden - great option for BBQs. On top of that, we have a small laundry room, and two seperate toilets in addition to the shared bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The kitchen and the living room are big and perfect for hanging out with friends every once in a while. Furthermore, the house has a garage, a central heater and air-conditioning.
