Beautifully lit with gorgeous high ceilings and hardwood floors. This is a spacious two bedroom flat already furnished (however if you're wishing to bring any furnishings to kitchen or living room i'm happy to discuss this). The bedroom gets just enough sunlight in the afternoon to really appreciate the beauty of where you are living, and the spacious loungeroom (and kitchen) are both great for entertaining. Incredibly close to the beach (under 1-minute walk) with a lush and spacious backyard (featuring two separate veggie gardens and room for a third) that is perfect for a BBQ with friends. Close walk into Thirroul township where there is a wide array of restaurants, bars, cafes, music venues, shops and friendly laid-back folks. Walking across the road to the beach you’ll find the pathway links up to the Wollongong beach track, perfect for an early morning scenic jog/late afternoon stroll. This unit is the third in a series of units (3 in total) backing onto the backyard and connected to another in front (my neighbour is a beautiful 90 year old Scottish gal who encourages the occasional party if her neighbours wish). There is a gardener who tends to the backyard most afternoons and weekends, all other times the backyard is the perfect little private oasis. Unit comes with its own furry Mascot - my house bunny Lentil (or Lenni for short) who lives in a little two-storey flat inside. She is let out when I am home and loves to hop around and chill (or follow you to the fridge for some kale), however is caged at all other times. If you do not wish to mingle with her, that is fine! Electricity is paid quarterly and will be split between the two of us, and internet (and Netflix) is also optional. Water is included in the bill and no gas is used. I strive to live sustainably (sometimes i'm not the greatest) so there is a composting bin in the backyard and I buy food in bulk at our local Co-op. I love a good afternoon cook-up, so it would be great to cook for more than one! * Some of the furnishings will not be there when moving in - bed, cupboard and side table (there is also a large desk not pictured) in bedroom will be moved, guitars, skateboards, surfboards and other random things will be moved so it will be much more spacious! Little Lenni will also be moved somewhere more sensible to not cause any bother.
Hello :) I work full time and weekends so I’m not around too much in the evenings - enjoy a nice glass of wine together but my party days are over. I spend my days at gym and beach. I have recently moved back from UK and have a beautiful well-behaved, friendly dog - he is 9.5yo so super chill and trained to go to toilet on walks. I am married but due to visa my husband my husband won’t be here until Dec but we’re looking for a long term home.
Looking to transfer to the Sutherland area in November. Hoping to find a place for my dog (Kelpie) and I. Would prefer a house with a yard. Full time worker - Monday to Friday
Hello! Recently moved to Wollongong from the west coast of Canada. I am a school teacher; passionate about my job during the week and like to make the most of my weekends with activities like climbing, biking, surfing, running, hiking, camping.. all that outdoorsy goodness. Also always down for a gig / festival. I enjoy a space to recharge, cook dinners, and share stories. Looking forward to hearing from you soon ;) Cheers!
I'm friendly, polite, love cooking, cleaning, gardening, crafts and adventures. I can be very social and also a recluse at times. Looking for someone to share a house with me and my pet ferrets, they are pretty cool. I work part time with children who have a disability and or behavioural issues in a residential setting and study a cert 4 in mental health currently. I'm pretty chill and get along with almost everyone.
Big nerd, love games, tv/movies, really like music as well! I'm not one to go out drinking and partying every weekend, I much prefer staying home and being alone or catching up with friends. I'm full-time studying my Bachelors in Comp-Sci right now, so my main source of income is DSP. I'm currently renting a single bedroom unit for $265/wk and can comfortably afford rent + utilities and save money. I'm a chill person and get along with anybody really easily, I'm looking for someone who's clean, respectful and good with their money.
Easy going school teacher. Just arrived back from travelling and working around the world for two years. Love cooking and chilling at home with flatmates. I go on outdoor adventures most weekends, camping and hiking. Don't mind if a room is furnished or unfurnished. Looking for a shortish term rental until the end of the year. Pretty flexible with timing, so if you need to fill a room any time between the 13th of Oct and the 15th of December, get in contact 😊
Hi, my name is Tim Mcintyre. I am studying at UOW. I am looking for share accommodation near East Corrimal, Towradgi, North Wollongong, Bellambi, Keiraville...etc.. I am a mature aged student. Currently studying a Mathematics degree. I have a passion for mathematics, therefore University and Mathematics. I also have a passion for Rugby Union, sailing, snowboarding, surfing, music, cooking and Salsa dancing... Cuban salsa... Great fun. I am good around the house. It is great to keep the vibe of the house positive by sharing the chores (with music on...) and cooking some good meals to share from time to time...
