I'm a country girl from South Australia and have been living at my current place in Doncaster for 3 years, but the property has been sold. I'm studying full-time at Latrobe and a qualified teacher, teaching part-time at St Helena's SC. I have an adorable 4 y.o., fully trained, female, (inside) pug. I need to bring my own furniture and/or have a place to store it. I have everything, but can store unnecessary items. I'm not interested in typical "student accommodation" (4+ housemates), I prefer to share with 2 others. I'm quiet and spend most of my time working and studying, but I don't live/hide in my room. I'm easy going, like to have fun, am considerate and respectful. I'm tidy and always clean up after myself. I'm looking to move around the 2/02/2019.
House mate wanted (female non smoker preferred, must be LGBTQ friendly) to move in ASAP. Thomastown location. Situated 10 mins drive from local shops and train station (bus stop within walking distance). Great location for La Trobe and RMIT students. Rent is: $600 per month including bills, with a bond of $492 required before moving in. The house is fully furnished including WiFi, washer / dryer amenities / outdoor washing line / under cover car port / outdoor shed / one shared bathroom / living room and kitchen. On offer is a single unfurnished bedroom (pictured below) with a built in robe. We are seeking a quiet, clean, mature minded housemate who can maintain and respect a clean, communal living space. A strict NO PETS policy applies.
hi Guys. I'm 36 years of age and looking for accommodation for one person only, which is myself. I'll be looking at moving in late December or early January. I was born in Australia, but come from an Italian backround, so I have respect and I am very mindful and take care of other people belongings. I get along with absolutely anyone as I am always chirpy and a little loud, so im always up for a chat, but also totally understand if you would prefer quiet time and your own space. I totally love my alone time also, I am a very good cook, and am studying youth work. If you like what you read please contact me 😁😀😀😀😀😁 Grace
Hi. Just me and my dog Jay Dee. I'm an easy going guy I like to chill out play video games or watch netflix. I'm reasonably clean I don't leave messes behind and have been known to cook up a pretty decent feed from time to time, especially on the BBQ. I like to read and have been trying to get back into music, playing a little guitar. Although I'm not all that accomplished, and it has become a bit of a rarity that it gets picked up at all. I've recently started playing basketball and am also interested in taking up marital arts again. I work doing asphalting at the moment which keeps me busy and the cash is nice. Jay Dee is a staffy cross he's getting on a bit nearly fourteen so most of his time is spent sleeping on the couch or in the sun somewhere. He's happiest curled up beside someone and loves a pat and doesn't mind demanding it. Lol. He has been brought up and inside/outside dog with him being in at night and when there's someone home. Outside during the day. He is a lovely dog and loves being the centre of attention which is easy since he's a big cute. As I said I'm easy going I love a chat and don't mind a cold beer or two after a day at work nothing excessive though. I'm respectful and always good to lend a hand around the house. If this sounds like I'm a fit for your place then feel free to send a message.

Hi! I am looking to meet a like minded flat mate to rent a place together. I’ve lived in share places before so I am open minded, flexible, respect personal space, and am clean and responsible. I am a friendly person, I enjoy conversation and am more on the extroverted side. I like to live someone who is positive, can have a laugh, and be social together, but also respect our own space and independence. I like nature, anything outdoors, travel, reading, going out for coffee, into gym and fitness. I prefer a female. I work casually at the moment in retail, currently seeking full time next year in teaching. Feel free to message me and chat about move in opportunities. Cheers!
Quiet, stable, friendly. I enjoy making quilts and soap. Love my 3 boys who live in Melbourne so family is important. Also a mad cat lady but won't have any when I first arrive in Melbourne. I have been living in SE Asia for the last 20 years so this is my big move back to Australia - will be arriving in July 2019.
I am a student at La trobe university, studying industrial engineering. I just finished my second semester. I'm originally from Bahrain, small country in the middle east. I lived in united states with my family when i was 17 years old. People say that I have a great sense of humour and that im easy going, quiet and friendly and i believe them :). I mostly love long walks on the Beach or places where nature exist. I like to be healthy so i try to go to gym 3 times a week. I don’t smoke or drink and would prefer to live with someone that doesnt smoke as i can’t stand the smell. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Mo
Relatively quiet and happy to help out with life. Good sense of humor, occasional stand up comedian. I'm a 28yo working at Melbourne Polytechnic and finishing off the last of my PhD. Pretty quiet these days with writing but always up for a chat. Like building things but don't have much space these days, so if you have a shed that'd be aces. Thanks for considering me,
Hey guys am Alvi an international student currently doing my bachelor of civil engineering and working in an iGA in thomastown and in Abbotsford. And my girl friend is studying her diploma in event management if you are interested in a team up or you have a space for us lets us know thanks
I’m respectful, tidy and reliable. I love to cook and whilst I can be social I enjoy my own space as well! I have a bf who would be visiting once maybe twice a week so I’m looking for a place where I have the freedom to have a visitor (we both enjoy our own space so most likely not every week, willing to negotiate a price for this if necessary) . Looking for somewhere clean and preferably furnished with relaxed and respectful people :)
Medium sized bedroom, furnished Looking for someone in their 20s to mid 30s who is a student (female preferred). RENT is $180 per week (INCLUDES ALL BILLS + INTERNET). The house is in a very handy location, close to the Western Ring Road (30 mins drive to city)...bus stop around the corner will take you to Thomastown train station a couple of minutes away; easy to commute to RMIT, Latrobe University, Melbourne Polytechnic (Epping).
Hi there! My name is Brittany, nice to meet ya! I'm 19 years old (although these days I feel 50) and I work full-time in retail! I'm currently searching for a vacant room in the listed suburbs, and I'm the least fussiest person you'll ever meet! A few things to know about me is that I'm an extremely sociable person and can pull a conversation out of almost anyone! I'm understanding, respectable and most importantly, a bucket-load of fun! I love to cook, binge out on B-Grade horror films and dream about owning a french bulldog. I'm super duper clean (but not OCD clean freak!) and always clean up after myself, I'll even sometimes do your dishes!! I hope to move into a home where I can create friendships with those around me and have a weekly family dinner ! I hope to hear back from you soon! Cheers.
