The house had a fresh transformation with plenty to offer. A new paint job, new floorboards, toilet, and updated kitchen. The living room is entertainment ready, plug and play! There is space on the front balcony to sit down with a book and enjoy the neighbourhood views. The property is conveniently located to RMIT and LA TROBE University (Bundoora campus), Uni Hill outlets, coles and 3 km to thomastown station. Bus stops are within short walking distance.
I’m easy going, fairly quiet not one for huge parties but I do enjoy a chat and the occasional drink at home. I love listening to music, reading, colouring for relaxation and pleasure and watching movies in my down time. I like a clean and tidy environment. I’m a qualified psychiatric nurse and looking to commence further study.
22 year old student, returning from a year long internship in Germany. Studying my final year of Aerospace Engineering at RMIT, so I'm looking for a place with good access to the trains to the city, and room for my car to travel to Bundoora for classes. I am pleasant to live with, laid back, and tidy. I'd be up for hanging out occasionally, but I appreciate my alone time. I also love to cook, so a sizeable kitchen would be good. I plan to be travelling pretty much every third weekend as I have caught the travel bug and I have a lot of Australia to see. Basically anywhere I can get to on a weekend with my car and swag and camera is fair game. I return to Melbourne on the 19th of February, and uni begins the following week, so I am anxious to find a place in the week in between. Looking forward to any offers Cheers Thomas
Hey guys am Alvi an international student currently doing my bachelor of civil engineering and working in an iGA in thomastown and in Abbotsford. Am a very clean and tidy person originally from Mauritius. I've been living in Melbourne for 2 years now. During my free time i like to study, watch movies or have a few drinks currently looking for a place to call home.
A full-time accountant working in a small construction company. A quiet person in nature but love to have a good chat, making new friends. I use my spare time to enjoy outdoors events/activities, travel overseas, food, excise, social, movies, meditation, and cooking. I like to keep everything clean and tidy, easy to see and find it. I like to use my sense of humor to break the ice when it comes to interacting with people, be respectful to others and their privacy, understanding the individual need for alone time, easy to get along with.

I'm looking for a room to rent, place I can call a home. Im looking for someone who love cooking , love the gym and don’t mind a lil gossip once in while 😉 , someone who can hold a conversation and can also clean after themselves and very organised. So with all been said I would like a place around Bundoora area. So If you think I fit with your listing then Feel free to message me. 😊
Hey! I’m looking for room mates who are wanting to move out in the northern suburbs. I work full time so I have the security to be able to pay rent, I am also interested in someone who is working and has financial stability. Preferably would like female tenants close to my age 18-28. I am a clean and quiet person but I don’t mind having abit of fun on a weekend every now and then. It would be good to get 1 or 2 extra girls together :) I think anymore will be too crowded. Message me if you’re interested and would like to get to know me! MUST want to move to either Epping, lalor, Thomastown, reservoir, coburg, Fawkner, glenroy or Bundoora.
My brother and I are looking for a third housemate to share rent and bills. We are close to Both Bundoora an RMIT universities so it would be an ideal place for uni students looking for cheap rent and short travel times. However, anyone is welcome provided you pay rent and bills on time. As we have a housemate moving out, 4 weeks bond and a months rent is required before moving into the property, Internet is not included in rent but available, bills are split equally 3 ways . The room is big enough to fit a double bed with limited walking room and a single with ample room for a desk and draws. The room has built in hanging space and some shelves. The house has furniture but it would be ideal but not necessary if you brought your own fridge as mine is a bit small for 3 people. We will consider animals if landlord gives approval however, any damage caused to the property will come out of your share of the bond. No drugs, smokers accepted as long as its outside, as we are both non smokers. My house mate has not moved out yet therefore some of the photos are untidy.
I am looking for a home for me and my 4 month old Labrador. She is house trained and very loving and is happy to sleep in my room with me, and she enjoys being outside during the day. I take her to work most days so she won’t be left alone very often. love cooking and cleaning and gardening. I am friendly and enjoy living with others but I also like to have my own personal space to relax.

I’m 18 in February, and bc of unfortunate circumstances I am In need a of a new place to live. I have a part-time job at Betts, Northland which I love and I’m also planning on uni this year. I get my offers soon!! I want to be a lawyer, so studying will be my main priority for the next couple years. I’m one of seven so I’m a very outgoing and friendly person who loves to have fun but I also love lounging and binging on Netflix and just bein alone sometimes. I’m Very reliable and trustworthy. I also have a long term boyfriend, but whenever I see him it’s mostly out or at his house. If you’re uncomfortable with him coming over, that’s fine. I will inform him of this. He’s a lovely person, a little shy, but will definitely have a conversation with you and get to know you. He works full time so he most likely wouldn’t be around a lot. My mums a chef so I’ve learnt how to cook and I love eating all different kinds of food, so we can cook together or even for each other. Or you can cook for yourself I’m not fussed. I’m also a very clean person, so I will constantly be cleaning because I find it satisfying, I love dishes, hate vacuuming ugh
This gorgeous bungalow out the back of my main property is a different one - it's the size of around two bedrooms (approx. 7 metres length by 3.5 metres wide) and is located in the backyard. The backyard faces onto a park, so it is very quiet and peaceful, it’s spacious with split system cooling/heating, recently renovated. No bathroom or kitchen facilities. Expenses included (water, gas, electricity). Bar fridge, small table and chairs, electric frying pan, microwave provided. You will need to come into my home for the toilet, bathroom and to wash your dishes. So - trust, respect, quietness are the characteristics I'm looking for in a tenant. I work long hours in an executive job and home is my rest and recharge place. I'm looking for someone that goes out to socialise - this is not a social house. No couples, children or pets (though may consider small/quiet dog that could get on with my dog and also not disturb the neighbours with barking!). Tenant must like dogs as I have a small maltese and he will no doubt want to be your friend. Smokers welcome though no smoking in the bungalow. There is an old shed/storage space right next to the bungalow that you are welcome to clean up and use. Parking available in front yard. 13 minute walk to Thomastown Train station, and a short walk to local Woolies supermarket and High street shopping strip. I keep my house clean and tidy and tenant needs to do similar in the bungalow. This bungalow and opportunity is one of a kind and if you are looking for somewhere to chill in a peaceful, beautiful neighbourhood then this it it! :) Available now!

Hey! My boyfriend and I are relocating from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland for study. I will be studying event managememt at La Trobe University and my boyfriend will be at RMIT studying chiropractic. I am 18 years old and he is 20. We’re both super easy going and friendly. We aren’t clean freaks but do appreciate tidiness. The sole purpose of our move is for study so we will require quiet time for study, but in saying that we are always down for a few drinks and a good time. My boyfriend has experience in living out of home and paying bills so he understands being an adult. I am pretty new to the whole living alone scene, however I am open to tips but I’m super good with saving money! If we sound like we could be the perfect fit then message me! Always open for a chat.
