I love living in the Town house complex. Every one is very friendly and enjoy times with our neighbours in the pool. I have a lovely 14 year old cat, so I don't think we would be allowed to have another pet. I'm a mature, but not conservative woman, and am easy going most of the time. Would like my flatmate to be of similar age. Not into parties any more, but still up for a social gathering every now and then. Aircon upstairs and down. Hey, we are brothers and we moved in this 3 bedroom place :) :) we have purchased all the furniture. So it is fully furnished except for the room available for rent which is completely empty. We have 1 large bedroom available (see photo) $114/wk (not including wifi/bills) couples welcome $85/wk (not including wifi/bills) The whole place is quite spacious, tiled throughout the property with ceiling fans in every bedroom. All the rooms are large with mirrored sliding wardrobes too and lots of power points in each. There are people renting upstairs and we are renting downstairs. But it is pretty quiet and they are friendly, privacy is secure with security screens and secure locks on all the doors etc. So if you're interested: * You will be sharing a modern kitchen, bathroom and living area with the 2 of us, obviously you have your own bedroom. * We share the clothes-line with upstairs tenants * We have our own 8kg washing machine but the laundry itself is shared (upstairs tenants have their own washing machine) * Upstairs tenants are quite social with us so you will need to be ok with that. * The lawns are mowed frequently by realestate. *Yes we have wifi with great speed :) PARKING: There is heaps of parking space. There is only one undercover parking spot, but there is lots of lawn space front and side of house and on street parking. STORAGE: There is a decent amount of storage space under the stairs and cupboard space and an empty shed outside if you need to use it.
