This is a newly built townhouse in Thorneside, with a lovely kitchen and modern bathrooms. There is air-con in the main areas and ceiling fans in every room. Wi-Fi is available and split evenly between flatmates which is paid monthly. Water is paid quarterly (every 3 months) and is only about $50 each. It is within walking distance to Thorneside train station and close to shops, restaurants, gyms and the esplanade. The house will be furnished when you move in, you will only need furnishings for your room. There are currently 2 rooms available for rent both with large built in wardrobes and big enough for a double bed. You will share the bathroom with only one other person. The room displayed in the pictures in mine, however I will post photos of the rooms for rent soon. If you would prefer to pay a set amount each week with all bills included, I can do that for you also. So with rent, Wi-Fi and water it would work out to be a bout $150 a week.

Hi, I have a large house in Birkdale that is 5 houses from the water, and a 15 minute easy walk to the train station and Woolworths shopping centre. If you have a bicycle, it's only 5 minutes easy cycling. I'm only offering the house for a 3-month rental at this stage, as it is for sale. This means that on Saturday's between 9:45 and 10:45 we need to vacate the property for the open home. If the house does not sell by the end of July, I'll be taking it off the market and doing a long-term house share rental with flatmates. Because of this, the rent is going to be below the market rate ($150 a week), and my girlfriend and I won't be there more than 3 or 4 days a week. It is a dual living house, so you will have downstairs with your own private bathroom to yourself. It really is a big space that is light, fresh and clean with entrances straight out to the backyard or front deck. The kitchen though is shared upstairs. The place is pet-friendly if you have a small friendly housetrained doggy too. There is airconditioning, a big swimming pool and a large storage shed if you need to keep boxed up things for a few months while you stay with us. I understand shift work can be a hassle however as paramedics we work 12 hour shifts usually from around 6-7am or pm so I won't be arriving home in the middle of the night making a racket!
