$350/week•30 year old woman
I’m a neurodivergent woman in my early-30s. At the moment I work part-time as an Admin & Sales Co-Ordinator in Canning Vale, but I’m actively seeking full-time work opportunities. I’m looking for a suitable rental SOR around the south-eastern suburbs for the following reasons: I’m most familiar with the locale; I’d need to be close to my current employment located in Canning Vale; I’ve been seeing the same GP in Thornlie for over 10 years & would prefer not having to transfer to a new clinic. I’m a quiet person, respectful of others’ privacy & peace. Non-smoker, non-drinker. I’m more of a homebody, so I like my home to be somewhere clean, calm for the mind & body. A place where I can rest, chill, & feel safe in. Hobbies for me are activities like gaming, reading, baking, gardening, arts & crafts, sometimes playing piano. I’m diagnosed ADHD, so my interests are vast and varied. I don’t currently have any pets whatsoever—but I would really love to adopt a cat or two from the Cat Haven. I had pet cats while growing up, and I find that my mental & emotional wellbeing is better when I live with cats. I’m looking for a stable, long-term tenancy—at least 18-24 months with possibility of extending if all parties are amenable. Move-in as soon as possible because I’ve been crashing on my friends’ floor since my previous landlord suddenly decided to sell. I already have some furniture and homewares of my own that I prefer to use. My elderly mum comes to visit for at least a couple of weeks, which I’d like if I could accommodate her to stay with me whenever she’s in Perth—for this reason, somewhere fully self-contained and private would be most ideal. But maybe sharing a 2-3 bedroom + 2-bathroom property with the right flatmate could work. My Asian mum is a great cook, and she can’t do nothing so she’ll likely clean shared spaces and garden just to keep herself busy. My budget personally is between $350-$400 per week.
