$200/week•32 year old woman
Hi all! I’m looking for a room within the next 2 months as our lease is not being renewed (just need to give 21 days notice). I’m currently studying part time at Flinders - will be working more this year but starting honours in 2025. I’ve been in my current share house for almost 5 years and my current housemates can vouch for me.
My budget is around $200pw. Would prefer inner south but open to anything for the right place. Preferably not too far north (past grand junction road) or too far south (morphett vale max), west, east or hills is fine.
I have a very well behaved 3yr old cat named Epi who I’m willing to slow intro to any other pets you might have. She’s just not very good around high energy dogs that have a lot of interest in her. She likes to go outside for a few hours during the day but I keep her inside otherwise.
A bit about me: I’m 32, queer, studying psychology, and I work in disability support. I’m a big leftie who is passionate about social justice. I’m clean and tidy and like to spend time with my housemates (either sharing meals or watching shows/playing games together), but also need my alone time to recharge. I don’t smoke or drink but don’t mind if you do (as long as the smoking is outside).
