Modern house in a quiet street in Mitchell Park. Very close to train and bus services, and convenient to Flinders Uni/Medical Centre, Tonsley TAFE and Westfield Marion. The house is completely furnished aside from the bedroom but has a built-in robe. The living/dining area is air-conditioned and open plan with access to the back pergola. Outside is set up with an outdoor dining set and BBQ. I like to keep the place pretty clean and some garden maintenance is required in the lease, the landlords cover part of the water bill for this. No pets sorry. The room available is bed 2 in the floor plan.
Room available 28th of May, current tenant vacating at the end of the mohth. Room is 3.8x3.5m and unfurnished besides a wardrobe. Shared bathroom. Unfortunately no pets due to allergies and small yard. Utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet) separate from rent. Gas, Water and Electricity bills come quarterly, works out to about $35-40 per week - Walking distance between Flinders main campus and Tonsley Campus. - Convenient access to buses to Marion shopping center, Flinders/FMC and City as well as train station at the end of the road. - Quiet street
I’m currently in Indonesia, going to study in Flinders in 2019. I’m looking for a place to stay when I move to Adelaide in July 13th this year. I like to play the guitar, listen to music and hang out with friends! I’m very neat, quiet, and friendly.
I am a nursing student who is in need of a cheap place to live. I keep to myself and am very clean and tidy
Hi there, I'm moving to Adelaide for 6 months to study full time and finish my Masters in Public Health. I have been living and working full time for the past few years in remote communities in the NT - as a youth worker and currently in a health clinic. I'm very easy-going, tidy and considerate. I enjoy having my own space but would love to live with others who enjoy having a chat/dinner/wine together once in a while. I enjoy doing outdoor-y things, gardening and cooking. I'm looking for a place close to Flinders uni (hopefully within bike riding distance), available at the beginning of July. A furnished room would be great but not essential. If I sound like a good fit please get in touch.
Hey there! I'm originally from the Riverland, however I moved to Adelaide to complete my BPsych. (Hon), and then my MSexology. I'm currently working full-time in retail, and am looking at studying further next year. I am fairly quiet, and you'll find me baking up a dessert storm, crocheting a bunch of blankets, and watching Netflix if I'm not working or out meeting friends. I have two gorgeous 6yo cats who stay indoors (they're microchipped and desexed) who would sleep all day if they didn't have to eat.
Hi Guys, My names Jeremy and I am a 24 year old male working fulltime. Non smoker and drink socially on occasions. I have no pets. I enjoy playing tennis, scuba diving and snowboarding :) I am a clean housemate and very social, happy to chat over dinner or a drink. But also respect the privacy of others.
26 years old, work 2 jobs and will be starting Uni mid-year. Very clean and I keep to myself most of the time. I have immense respect for other people and their property and I expect the same in return. I enjoy gaming and movies and going out for dinner. Looking for a safe and secure home as the reason for moving is due to attempted break-ins. I have a cat who is the light of my life and the only "family" I have here so taking him with me would be ideal. He also uses the human toilet 😉
Respectfull down to earth guy, i work full time as a production supervisor, I'm into my fitness but im not a gym junkie. I always pay my bills on time, clean and tidy but not a neat freak. Pretty outdoorsy kinda guy. Feel free to message me with any questions :)
Hi there! My name is Imogen, I'm 19, I work a few different jobs plus I am currently studying. Unfortunately the end of my current lease is coming up and I'm searching to find a new place to live preferably in the western suburbs, but also open to other locations. I have sharehouse experience, so I'm not totally clueless when it comes to cleaning and paying bills. I hope to find accommodation with like-minded individuals that I can share a couple of beers with. A bit about me? I'm a live music aficionado , can eat my body weight in baked potatoes and am a budding writer (or, well, trying to be). As well, I'm a super laid back person who is always down for a chat but can also respect that everyone needs some alone time. Also, I have a huge Russian family that are always making food and you're more than welcome to share it with me. Now THAT'S a win. 420 friendly LGBT+ friendly Vegan (but I'm not fussed whether you are or not) Pretty much anything friendly Looking forward to hearing from you!
I am a teacher who needs a room till the end of August when my own home becomes available again. I am quiet and keep to myself. Don't be put off by my chronological age as I am very young at heart.
Hey :) I'm Bee. I'm a 28 year old professional, originally from England. I'm respectful, tidy, timely with my bills and really enjoy meeting new people. I work Monday-Friday 9-5 in the city and enjoy spending my evenings at the gym, socialising with friends, or relaxing reading a good book/watching Netflix. I'm pretty new to Adelaide so i like to spend my weekends out and about exploring. Just looking for a tidy place, not too far from the tram route- with respectable house mates who I can get along with. I would prefer to live with other females who are around my age.. and if near the top end of my budget - an en-suite room. Not much else to it than that!

Hi all. I'm looking for a place to live around the southern suburbs of Adelaide, preferably close to the Pasadena, Clovelly Park area. I have lived with others previously, and am a friendly, respectful and considerate housemate. I love going to the movies and to the footy.
I am studying full time and work part time. I’m tidy and easy going. I like to spend my free time with friends and family (:
Hello, My name is Andrew and am looking for a room in Adelaide's Southern suburbs. The reason I am moving is that my landlord is selling her house. Here is a little bit of information about myself: I am a 30 year old male who is originally from Canada and have lived in Australia for about 4 years total. I originally came to visit Australia 7 years ago and loved it so much that I told myself I would come back to live forever. I was finally able to secure my permanent visa so I could live my dream. I have a couple university degrees and am currently trying to get into medical school. I also currently work full time for the government. My job is pretty full on and I sometimes need to wake up at 5:30am, so need to be well rested. It is important that I am living in a place that is quiet, especially at night after 11pm. I am a quiet person but enjoy going out and having a good time once in a while. I enjoy hiking, fishing, gardening and just relaxing in the outdoors in general. I am also a very passionate cook and love making food for others. Over the past few years I have lived primarily with females. In my experience, they have generally been more respectful/clean/not excessive partiers. This is my preference, but am open to live with anyone as long as we are on the same page. I must mention that I always pay rent on time. Additionally, I have a home gym so having an outdoor covered area for this would be ideal. Finally, I am very neat and tidy, a clean home is a happy home! I look forward to taking a look at your place if we seem like we would be compatible flat mates. Please send me a message with a little about yourself/s and we will go from there. Oh and cannot live with cats (allergies) Thank you for the consideration! Regards, Andrew
I’m currently in China, going to study in Flinders in 2019. I’m looking for a place to stay when I move to Adelaide in Aug 22th this year. I like to play the PC games, listen to music and hang out with friends! I’m very neat, quiet, and friendly.
Hi I'm Sophie! I'm 22, currently working as an admin secretary in a hospital and have just started a degree in psychology! I'm very friendly, kind, easy going and always clean up after myself. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hey guys I'm looking to find somewhere to live in the mitcham hills or near flinders uni. Very laid back, work in education full time, love animals and enjoy a bit wine or beer every now and then. Drinks, board games, pool table and banter over clubs in the city any night.
My name is Ryan, I am 19 years old and working full time for a large healthcare firm in the city. I have been living on my own/with friends for over a year and am now looking for somewhere to live completely independently. I am still good friends with people I have previously lived with. I know how to cook and don’t make a mess. I keep things clean and don’t leave things lying around. Really relaxed personality, reliable for paying rent and bills and have a good sense of humour.
