Looking for a flat mate to join a tidy and relaxed apartment. The apartment is almost new, bright and breezy with quality ultra-modern finishes. - Large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen which opens to a balcony. - 2 generous sized bedrooms – can comfortably fit a queen bed - Internal laundry - Split system air conditioning in living and bedrooms - Block out blinds throughout - Fully secured building with security gate and intercom features - Internal lifts The only thing I don’t have in the shared space is a TV. I can survive without but if you have one you would like to add to the lounge area it is welcomed :-) Your bedroom (unfurnished) comes with a built-in mirrored wardrobe, large window and the large bathroom is conveniently located just across the hall. Public transport is super close with Toombul station just a stone’s throw away and a 5 minute walk to Toombul shopping centre. A short walk to the Kedron Brook bike way and Kalinga Park. And located just a 15 minute walk away is Nundah Village which has a range of delicious cafes, restaurants, bars and shops, as well as Australia's largest Goodlife / Go Health Club gym. Rent is $220 shared electricity, waster & unlimited internet. You would be joining the lease. I’m happy to cover the small fee of adding someone to the lease (6months), but it would be standard upfront costs of bond equal to 4 weeks ($880) and 2 weeks rent in advance. The apartment was listed as pet friendly on upon application, I believe they would be more favourable to cats (fully house trained) than dogs for the barking factor - I am 100% pet friendly.
Large private room with ensuite and walk in robe, great location in nundah, under cover parking, 2min walk to train station and bus stops, apartment is fully furnished except for the spare room so you would need a bed. Apartment building has a massive lap pool, gym, sauna and theatre room
Hi it's Natalie, I'M LOOKING FOR A QUITE SMOKE FREE FEMALE ONLY SHARE HOUSE. The rent that I'm able to afford is a maximum of $230 per week. I would like a fully furnished room with my own bathroom please; including all bills for a fully furnished room within close proximity to Brisbane CBD area. I’m a friendly, clean, polite and tidy woman; with several hobbies, like yoga and learning to play guitar, I do tend to spend most of my time outdoors. I like spending time with family, traveling etc. I don't smoke. Cheers Natalie.
I am a 57 year old, who likes a quiet environment to live in. I have had people share with me, so I know what it takes to share successfully. I am respectful of people’s privacy, I do my share of cleaning and am quite fussy about tidiness, but like a lived in space. I enjoy a conversation from time to time and respect people’s need for space.
I'm a young, fun lad to live with. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Acting at the Queensland Conservatorium; however, would like to live closer to work. I'm clean and generally like to keep to myself but always up for a chat!
Originally from FNQ and slowly aclimistising to Brisbane 😂. , I’m very clean and neat ( references to confirm ) and respectful that a house is a home/sanctuary for all and would like a similar outlook from others as I’ve been quite lucky with people I’ve shared with over the years , I’m a non smoker and drinker but having a beer, cocktail or wine to socialise and a chat isn’t going to hurt 😉 I like to keep active with gym , walks , team sports ect and try to cook healthy in the process Looking for airconditioned room , sounds picky but I struggle to sleep without it
Hello potential housemates! I am a mature age student at QUT. When I'm at home, I generally spend my time in my room studying or watching tv, however I do like to be sociable and enjoy having a few beers or lunch at the pub. I am old enough to know how to adult and always clean up after myself and will happily do my fair share of the house work. I look forward to meeting you and finding my future home.
Hi my name is Aleisha, I will be moving to Brisbane with my job in October and i am wanting to find a place to live. I am hard working and keep myself busy with this. I am friendly, outgoing and consider myself fun to be around. I do keep to myself a lot due to my busy schedule but would love to live with friendly people who are keen for a chat. I am reliable, clean and organised and respectful of peoples space. I would love to chat to you if you think i could be the room mate for you. :)
Hello, my name is Arthur. I am an international student currently studying in Brisbane. I also have 2 other college friends of mine.. The three of us are looking for an apartment to rent.. the apartment should have three bedrooms.. our combined budget is $600 per week. Message me if you need more information. We are currently living on our own and have decided to rent together since we have common interests as students to have a place that we can all study in together. Thank you.
Hey hey cruisey easy going guy who ejoys his time off. Work in finance in the city. Like to spend weekends exploring brisbane eateries and surrounds. Live a healthy energetic lifestyle and like my downtime and privacy. Enjoy the chance to interact with house mated, but repect privacy is important.
Hi, I'm Ruby, a 25yrs old Taiwanese, working holiday here as a massage therapist in the mall. Easy going, open minded, respect personal space but also up for a chat and drink, enjoy long distance hiking and reading, open to all kinds of activities or just being on a couch. Not a clean freak, but a master of debugging (the real one!) keeping tidy and cleaning the space is not a problem.
We are an easygoing couple with a well-behaved, 1 year old child. We have lived and worked abroad (South Korea, Germany, Indonesia) for many years, recently returning home to Australia. We already have some interesting travelling experiences under our belt, but now are looking forward to a simple and stable lifestyle raising a child. Hobbies include reading, cooking, music and intelligent conversation.
Hey guys, I’m 23 years old and currently working nights at Sullivan Nicolaides pathology in the city. I am a laidback type of person, always keen to chill or just do my own thing. I am clean and respectful and understand privacy. I am very reliable when it comes to paying rent and bills (my current roommate can vouch for me). I am looking for a place to live with a private room that has an ensuite or at least a private bathroom. I currently live on the sunny coast but looking to move closer to the city as that is where my job is. I am not into partying anymore but don’t mind a drink every now and then. When I am not working I am visiting my family, watching Netflix or studying medical science online. I would prefer a house (at least something with a little bit of grass) over an apartment as I have a small well behaved and clean Maltese cross dog who just loves people and anaimals and would be great if she could live with me. If you think I might suit you or your room let me know. Cheers
Hello, I'm from Sydney and fairly new to Brisbane. I am a 35 year old social work student doing my Masters at Griffith Uni. I am due to finish my Masters at the end of June next year. I have been living North of Brisbane since January, but need to move as my flatmate owns the house and has family moving in at the end of the month. As such, I need to move before 27th October. I'm pretty quiet at home and super easy to live with. I am independent, neat and tidy and respectful of others. I am a non-smoker and don't really drink except for an occasional cider or beer once every blue moon. I'm a great lover of coffee so would rather go to a great cafe. In my down time I like to read, go to the gym and do yoga. I'm pretty low key. I am wanting to do more exploring in Brisbane and more trails (I'm doing Mount Warning in the next few weeks!). Looking forward to hearing from you.
Looking for a chilled out, but social house. Would like to live with a group of people of similar age and lifestyle as me. Clean and tidy plant lover. Into health and fitness, non-smoker. Full-time working professional.
