We are two female 23 year olds. We are looking for a 2 bedroom house. We both work fulltime and are very quiet. We dont party much. We can afford upto 180 each per week. We are friendly and have an impeccable rental history. I have been renting for 7 years now.
I'm a 29 year old who is currently working full-time. I'm a quite individual who keeps to herself. I'm an early riser and early settler. I like to spend my downtime relaxing by watching movies, reading, cleaning, cooking or finding other things to occupy my time. I'm happy to have a chat, play board games, etc. I don't drink alcohol or smoke. I don't have any pets and I'm very allergic to cats (sorry - they're cute tho!) I am looking for a mature and independent person/people to live with. I would also be interested in meeting like-minded people for a team-up. I'm pretty flexible on suburbs to live in. As I am comfortable doing 40 minute drives to work in the city, I'm happy to live further out of the city to fit within budgets.
I am mature age with own furniture. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years has been knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture, but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. I would prefer to live quietly in a home with privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .
Hey! I am an easy going and friendly 22 year old currently studying at Adelaide Uni. I work a job in Norwood part-time, and also coach a tennis team so I am quite busy during the semester. I can cook, am tidy and I have good banter!
Hey my names Luke, I’m 31, employeed full time in the CBD and currently looking for a place to stay. I’m a near and tidy person who is happy to help out, I love to cook and learn new recipes. I’m not into partying or going out on a bender etc. I am into movies, games and spending time doing fun activities with mates that are more social. I have a Ute and a motorbike, I use my motorbike to commute mostly (even in winter) and would require off street parking for the bike. I’m a fun loving and easy going person who respects other people’s space and boundaries. If you have a dog that would be a huge plus for me haha. Anyway if you need to know anything else please feel free to message me 😁
We are a couple from Finland and Colombia looking for a happy flat house! 29 year old granny and 25 young man cheerful lads wanting to live a cozy Adelaidian lifestyle experience, ideally in a convenient location accessible to public transport and/or close to CBD. REACH OUT! :)
Hi there, I am an international student and I also have a part-time job at the moment. I am responsible, friendly and easy to get along with. I like to live an active but also sometimes quiet lifestyle, love to travel, meet my friends, love to do gardening, I don’t mind reading a good book or watching a nice movie ... I am a non-smoker, honest, clean. I am open for a nice talk but also respect (and need my) private time, I am respectful (of course also towards other peoples stuff) and I would consider myself as a happy, quiet and relaxed person. At home I am a photographer and social worker… what else... just ask me. ☺ I get along with my current flatmate very well and I am not in a hurry to move, just want to find the 'perfect' new home for me. Why? I would love to be a bit closer to the city. I also would love to do a bit of gardening (growing a few herbs and vegetables), so if you have a garden and you are fine with that, that would be great. I am for sure not a party animal but I like to have a friend over just from time to time to have a movie night or drink/dinner together. So it would be nice, if you don't have problems with that. Would be a pleasure to hearing from you! :-) Thanks
I’m clean and tidy. Will be out of the house most of the time cause my classes runs till 6pm. I’m currently unemployed But am keeping a lookout for part-time jobs. I’m looking for somewhere between $150 per week (w/o bills) or $180 max (w/ bills inclusive). :)
It's huge and a lot of room to chill out, beautiful area, close to the city - leafy suburb. I am open to children on weekends etc, however, my profession is not suitable for children because I work from home (therapist). Non-smokers, healthy people only, please.
I am an oversea students who has been studying in adelaide since 2015. I am a level one uni student and currently studying Bachelor of Science in the University of Adelaide. Have three children who have partners and a gorgeous young grandson whom I take out on great weekend adventures.
Hi all! We are currently in a great place in Norwood, but due to new work opportunities interstate, are currently in the process of moving out of our leased property. As such, there is a 4 bedroom house coming up for grabs that's ideally located nearby to the city. The current lease is only 2 months in to its 12 month period, so ideally we are looking for up to 4 people to move in and take our places! (If you're in a group, please let me know!) The property is an older home, with double brick insulation throughout. The ceiling are quite high, and it has a definite character to it. Some more features: * The room vary in size slightly, with the smallest being roughly 2.5m x 3.5m. * Kitchen includes an electric stovetop, electric oven and cupboard space. * The single bathroom comprises of a shower, separate bath, toilet and vanity. There is also a separate laundry area with a second toilet. * The backyard has a lawn that is rather easy to maintain with a mow, and accompanying garden shed and plants growing along the back fence. * Long driveway that goes down the side of the house through to the backyard. * Gas heater in the main hallway. * Cellar with entrance from the laundry area. * ADSL2+ able (no NBN just yet, but I see them doing work in the street, so who knows!) * Easy walking distance to the CBD, the Parade, and a local Coles. I've lived in the property myself for just over 4 years now, and its been incredibly convenient while working in the city. Its also just a short walk from the parade and the local Coles. As we are "Assigning the lease", it will be a requirement to sign on to the existing lease, and contribute towards a bond for the property. Please keep this in mind. The bond is collectively $2800 for the property. For a house of 4, that would be roughly $700 each - despite what the room options let me pick on this site! Weekly rent combined for the property is $495.
I will be moving back from New Zealand start of August and am looking for accommodation for 6-12 months minimum. I'm a working professional in the finance industry who enjoys photography, watching the odd movie looking after myself and going to the gym and cooking. I am a very tidy person who will usually always have my dishes done before i sit down to eat. I enjoy the odd social drink but am not a party person who will keep you up with music and drunken stumbling around. I enjoy friendly banter but can respect your privacy and personal space too as i enjoy my own too.
Hey! I'm Tessa, a 23 yo full time graphic designer looking for a house with my friend Katherine (full time med student). We are fun, social but responsible and are looking for somewhere we can work on keeping our indoor jungle(s) alive. Katherine has a real problem baking for just one person so if you hate cake we are not the housemates for you. Non-smokers, won't steal your food and will tidy up after ourselves (that coupled with stellar grammar and whats not to love?!) Shoot us a message if you have an apartment or *two* rooms up for grabs!
Hi! I'm a friendly 23 year old female, working full time as a Physiotherapist in Adelaide. I'm looking for a place to live where I can chill out at the end of a busy day, but also chat to housemates if they're around. I am clean and tidy, and value equal distribution of domestic responsibilities within a household. I already have my own bedroom furniture, and would prefer to move in with 1-2 other females at the end of 2018/early 2019. I look forward to hearing from you!
Young professional (environmental scientist) working in the city. Sometimes required to travel interstate for short periods. New Zealand born, Adelaide bred. Enjoy cooking, movies and wine!
Mature, responsible, easing into retirement after a long professional career in IT. Clean and quiet. Vegetarian, non-smoker. I can provide good references. I enjoy company but also quiet time reading or writing. I'm fit and active, running most days and cycling frequently. I'm very domesticated, a reasonable cook and like a clean and tidy place. Hi, I'm Ray. I am moving to adelaide to start a grad engineering role soon. Looking for a nice place to live in Adelaide starting mid or late August. I'm a nice guy who is friendly, sociable, tidy and respectful. I enjoy cooking, relaxing after work with TV and wine, camping, travel and playing sports. More than happy to pull my weight around the house with chores, and I'm relatively handy too.
Hi, I'm looking for share accommodation close to the city, I'm 51, very responsible, easy going, non smoker, professionally employed in real estate. I have a maltese dog (11) and my own home in the country, so we would only be there Wednesday to Friday each week for my daughter to attend Uni SA. Thanks!
Hi I am looking to move into a sharehouse or start one up - looking to move East of Adelaide (Norwood, Burnside, Fullarton etc...) A bit about myself, I am a 27yo who works fulltime in marketing for a large company, I also am studying a masters degree part-time. These two combinations pretty much consume me during the week (Leave for work at 7 and get home at 6) so I am hardly ever around. That being said I am looking for a house with a nice vibe, big kitchen (love cooking) and not overly loud and busy. I am a pretty social type of guy always down for a chat, wine, shared meal etc….i also respect people’s privacy and keep to myself at the same time. I am friendly, easy-going, tidy, respectful and down yo earth. Thanks Hugh

Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying criminology and psychology at Flinders University and hope to broaden my horizon with forensic science along the way! I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like reading and watching Netflix (how good was Mindhunter?!) when my busy uni schedule allows me. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a room that’s around $150pw if bills are not included, however if bills are included in rent I can manage up to around $170-$180pw. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. If there are pets in the house I count that as a plus! Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. I am also interested in starting a share house with one other person, perhaps around the Ashford/Glandore area (close to South Rd or Anzac Highway). If anyone is interested shoot me a message! Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
I am currently a full time student at the University of Adelaide, I want to become a doctor and then go onto become an anesthetist. I am a very empathetic person, always thinking about how my actions may affect others before I act. Some of my other qualities are; maturity, cleanliness, an easy going nature, respectful, easy to communicate with, being cool headed and intelligent. I am looking for a relaxed clean property to rent for long term, preferably with fast public transport options to the city and the ability to cycle also. I like to socialize, however I enjoy my own space.
I recently moved to South Australia from Victoria. I'm hoping to live near Norwood where I work, otherwise Adelaide or near the Klemzig or Paradise interchanges. Pets are great but I don't have any of my own - If you have a dog I would love to walk and play with it (and hug it forever!) if that's okay! I love gardens, parks and the bush but it's also fine if the property doesn't have outdoor space. I'm not a huge cook, so if you love to cook for hours or if you're particular about your kitchen or have diet or religious restrictions I won't be in your way. However, I do love to bake some goodies to share regularly! :) I like to keep things clean, so a dishwasher in a shared house would be lovely, but not essential at all. A non-shared bathroom or en-suite would be fantastic. I'm happy to share it with visitors to the house. I love experiencing and sharing all kinds of media and art: movies, books, tv, art, music etc. I'm a computer science programmer by trade, and maybe.. occasionally... just sometimes... I'm a total geek :) I'm an occasional social drinker, but am happy to respect an alcohol free house. I love to kick back with a movie or netflix followed by a drink and a chat! I'm open minded and love it when others share their perspectives and experiences. When I'm in the middle of a fun or engaging discussion, meeting new people, or geeking out over a shared love, I'm quite lively and talkative, but I'm an introvert at heart who also loves to read or draw for hours on end, so if you're a private person that's cool too :) I'm looking for a completely non-smoking house indoors, but where it's okay to smoke outside occasionally. I have quit all but a few a day when stressed, but can't stand the smell! I'm currently staying with family, so I can move any time. I don't have a required length of stay but at least more than 3 months would be great, and I am happy to commit to a longer duration like a year if required. I hope this gives you a good idea of who I am and what I'm looking for and I look forward to hearing from you, Cheers! I hope to meet you soon!
Work full time in the city, originally a from the country. I clean up after myself. Easy to get along with, enjoy socialising, I also respect that people need their space. Play online games (Overwatch & Fortnight) so I'm looking for a place with decent internet. I'm also a car enthusiast, looking for somewhere with secure parking for my motorbikes A place close to the city would be preferred.
Looking for a third person to move into a beautiful 3-bed townhouse just off the Parade in Norwood - less than 10 mins to CBD. You'll be sharing with two working professionals (Management Consultant & Nurse). Prefer someone who is clean, tidy, reliable and sociable. The house is fully furnished, however, the bedroom furniture can be removed. Rent is $225 a week (neg.); bills to be split three ways (internet, electricity, and gas). Bond = 2 weeks rent.
This is a house that is very close to the parade and a short walk to the city. There is currently two young men living in the house, we both keep to ourselves but also do socialise with each other, not a big party house but dont mind a small gathering of people every now and then. Convenience and location are the best things about this house. Mostly fully furnished except your room.

Heyaa! Would love to find a sweet bunch of planet loving humans. Very passionate about the environment and would love to live with like minded people. I am studying at Adelaide School of Art at Glenside and would be great to find something near by. Would love to have a veggie patch. In terms of house life, sharing dinners every now and then would be great, it would be sweet to live with friends and not be strangers. Let me know if you would be interested and let's catch up for a tea :)
Hi there! I have been share housing for the past 3 years and my current lease is up! Looking for a modern place with cool housemates. I am super easy going and will always do my part around the place. Im currently studying law/international relations with adelaide uni full time and working as a receptionist casually.
Hi! I'm planning on moving from Brisbane to Adelaide hopefully around October (or maybe sooner) this year as I'd like to become a flight attendant in Adelaide. I currently work at the airport in Brisbane for a ground handling company and would transfer down to Adelaide and wait for a job to pop up in the new year. I'm very easy-going, clean, friendly/bubbly and I have been working in America the last 3 years at a summer camp, so I LOVE to travel! I also love binge watching shows on netflix, taking naps (my job is shift work) and going out with friends to chill out and have a cheeky drink. I'd love to be able to make friends with my fellow flatmates and hang out every now and then :)
I am a full time worker needing a place to stay. I prefer a semi furnished place where I can also bring some of my furniture and should be a able to provide a place where I can park my car.
I'm a 24 year old arts adminstrator who would always keep the fridge stocked with beer. I work 9-5 at the Adelaide Film Festival, so I'm generally out of the house during the day. I enjoy chilling out with dinner or a drink in the evening and on weekends. I do a lot of writing outside of work, I like to cook (trying new recipes all the time, and I've not had any complaints on my cooking yet), and I try to get out on the weekends to do a bit of hiking or go to the beach (whichever is seasonally appropriate). I'm looking for a mellow kind of household, preferably close to the city, with great, accepting housemates :)
