Garbage chute in each floors hallway so no need to travel downstairs to take out the rubbish. I’m clean and extremely respectful. I’m out and about the majority of the time so you may not see me all too often. It’s not a party house and I will not be bring anyone other than one or two close mates over for brief periods of time. A room has become available in our 3 bedroom house in Toorak as our awesome housemate Ed is moving to Sydney. The house is a large typical Victorian build with high ceilings, open plan living and dining room and 2 bathrooms in a lovely tree lined street and also close to a small park. We’ve got a large courtyard out the back with a built in BBQ and a small deck out the front – both catch the sun throughout the day which is bliss. We have heating throughout the house an open fireplace and air con in the main bedroom upstairs. Transport links are great - we’re close to Hawksburn train station and the 72 tram and 220 bus are just around the corner. If you’re familiar with the area you’ll know we’re nice and close to Hawkburn Village, Toorak Village and Chapel Street with an endless supply of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars! Bills are split equally three ways, we have a water bill every quarter (about $200), and gas and electricity every month (about $100), internet which is $20 a month and a cleaner once a month which is $40.
