Hi there. My current roomie is moving out so I'm looking for a new flat mate. I've got a two bedroom apartment next to a train station and tram in Glen Iris. The location is ace. It's got one bathroom, a kitchen, a huge lounge/dining room, large master bedroom and small second bedroom. Kitchen/bathroom/laundry is fully set up. I've converted the lounge/dining room into a studio and my roomie had the master bedroom plus the small room with rent split equally ($230/week) but I'm thinking of reshuffling things a bit so could either rent out the small second bedroom for ~$175/week with a shared lounge; or could rent the studio bit and take the two smaller rooms for myself. The photos show kitchen, bathroom, the smallest bedroom, the lounge back when it was a lounge and then again now that it's a studio - bit confusing but you get the gist.
Hi, I'm Ash! I am a really fun and outgoing person. I am generally really easy to get along with and love spending time with people. I don't go out often, but I do take latin dance classes and attend socials once a week. I work shift work at the moment so I am constantly in and out, but enjoy spending days off at home watching netflix or reading a book. As a housemate, I am respectful, tidy and considerate of others. I would like to live in a place where all public/shared areas are kept tidy. I don't mind hanging out with a glass of wine from time to time or watching a movie. Ideally, I would like a housemate that will grow into a friend as I'm from Queensland, but also have a mutual respect for personal space. An important thing to know about me is I come with an additional being. Her name is Jazzi and she is a Shihzu. She's a really calm and placid dog. She doesn't bark (ever), she sleeps alot and she's more than happy to get lay near you (or on you) while you do your own thing. She is really well trained and will listen to anyone who gives her a command. I am looking to move anywhere within 20 minutes from the city on the Eastern side of Melbourne and wouldn't mind starting up a new sharehouse. I'm looking to move in November, so plenty of time to get to know each other before making a decision. If you're interested, please shoot me a message :)
Hi, I am an international student and I am working part-time. I have previously studied in a boarding school and I am extremely mature and respectful of people's boundaries. I am pretty easy-going, amiable and love animals.
I am clean, tidy and respect people's privacy. But in saying that, i wouldn't mind the occasional ubereats feed while watching Netflix with my housemates. On weeknights you'll find me mostly hibernating but I tend to socialize with friends and family more on the weekends. I am easy going and down to earth . I am wanting a place to call home and I hope you are too. If you love chocolate, wine, cheese and boardgame nights then you're my kind of person !
Hey everyone! My name is Yinghan and I am a neat, friendly and responsible 23 year old. Currently I am finishing up my final year in civil engineering and also working part time as an engineer, and will be joining my current company as a full time urban engineer as soon as I graduate in November (can't wait to get out of uni!) I can be a bit quiet and do like time to myself sometimes, but I also really want to team up to form a house where we can have house dinners and chats - I absolutely love cooking so I would really like to live in a house where that is possible! Although I am trying to be alcohol-free, I make some damn good cocktails and have been told by many people that they go pretty well with my food. I'm vegetarian but cool with whatever your dietary choices are! I have lived in share houses since 2014 so I am definitely house trained; references from current and previous housemates are also available if you need them. I like classical and jazz music, watch perhaps way too much Netflix. I am looking to move in to the new place any time before Dec 2018/Jan 2019, but I am flexible on that as finding like minded people is so much more important. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hey there! My name is Abby. I work full time in South Melb. I own the most friendly and adorable red toy poodle named kumo, he's house trained and his breed doesn't shed hair. I am a dancer, go to church on Thursdays and Sundays and love to explore VIC when uni isn't so hectic. I am clean, a non smoker, don't really party hardcore but I am quite social. I am getting a car in the near future but im flexible with parking options. Ideally I'm looking for a place for me and my poodle. Cheers!
Friendly, clean and Quite and like own privacy
Hi everyone! My name is Aleksandar and I'm a computer science masters student from Austria visiting Melbourne for half a year in order to work on my thesis with the nice folks at RMIT and explore Melbourne and Australia. When I'm working on my stuff I tend to be quiet and busy with my thoughts, however I do enjoy socialising, exploring my surroundings and just having a good time when I'm free :). I also prefer to have everything around me tidy and clean. I'll usually spend most of my days either working on my pc, or exploring the city. Oh and I'm into photography, travel, design, etc. (too much stuff to add here :D )
I selling up in Perth and moving to Melbourne for work. I am a professional and work from home a lot, but I am on the road some of the time. I am not looking to buy straight away but don't want to rough it either. I am looking for a nice clean place. I am well trained, clean and tidy, I enjoy rowing, paddle boarding, dancing, street art photography and exploring new neighbourhoods, markets, just getting out and about. I only drink decent coffee but i bring my own machine. I need a room big enough for a desk and office gear. Somewhere to park my car, relatively safely is important. I am moving over towards the end of October. So if me as your house share person sounds like it might work get in touch.
I'm a recent graduate with a Masters in Dietetics so as you may expect I love food! I also like the gym, I play footy and dabble in growing veggies a couple of times a year. I'm a bit of a tinkerer and love having a project or two on the go, usually giving some furniture a bit of a refresh or making something new. I'm a relaxed kinda housemate but I am looking to find somewhere where the people respect the space they live in and keep it clean. If you think I might be a good fit for your house please get in touch!
Friendly, tidy and always up for a laugh - country girl living in the city for 6 years. Non smoker, enjoys a cheeky vodka lime soda every now and then. Likes to keep active but enjoys a Netflix binge just as much. Works 10-6 Mon - Fri and usually out of the house doing things most weekends. My boyfriend will also visit once a week.
Hey guys, my name is Erin and I am looking for a new place to call home. I’m a country girl who made the move to the city. I've been renting for 6 years now so i'm well experienced with living with others and respecting others space. I am a very clean person and I like to keep a tidy living space so I'm hoping to find others on the same page. I'm friendly and easy going, I keep to myself most of the time but I do enjoy having a cheeky wine and watching the bachie :') I'm more so interested in teaming up with people to find a house rather than an apartment but I'm open to either. If there's any like minded gals or guys out there reading this, please message me if you want to know more :)
We are fun loving, well-travelled people who are easy to live with! Both of us either study and/or work and enjoy board games, online games or chats over a cheese board once we finish for the day. George loves all kinds of sports and we love getting outside and findings new adventures.
Dear friends, My name is Emily and I am looking for a double/en-suite to rent in Melbourne - South Yarra, Armadale, Caufield, Glen Huntly, Toorak and Malvern area. I do not mind other options along the Frankson line if the offer is good. The best moving date is after my arrival - 24/09/2018. However, I am willing to accept an earlier moving in date. Here are some information about myself: + I'm 24 and I am going to be a student at Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne so I definitely love foods, especially my soft spot is coffee, wine and whisky. + I like fitness, gym, cycling, outdoor activities. In my freetime, I enjoy going to visit galleries, markets and books. + I've lived in the UK for the past 7 years to complete A-Levels in England and a Bachelor at University of Glasgow (Scotland). + During the student time, I shared a lovely white Scandinavian flat with 2 other flatmates which one of them owned the property. We loved it there so we took responsibilities to make it home and arrange the weekly cleaning to keep it at its best. + Beside, I used to work for TEDxUniversityofGlasgow (TED talks), so you are preparing to have a flatmate who appreciates great conversations and good company (even just for netflix) and at the same time respects the personal space
Hi there! I worked full-time for 5 years as a college educator before currently working on a master's programme in urban planning and design at monash university. I did my bachelor's degree in english literature, with a focus on film and philosophy halfway through that, leading to an honours year. I love reading, but I also enjoy going to film, music, and urban festivals. I partake in good filter coffee, gin, and red wine. I'm probably an ambivert - I need time on my own, but I love spontaneous meet ups and plans too. I'm also a respectful and tidy flatmate - my current landlord/flatmate can attest to that!
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and fastidious. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it. I'm looking for home I can be comfortable in, and has a friendly, safe and open environment. This is imperative as I am more of a home body. Respect is also key regarding interaction between housemates as well as respect for belongings. I would like a bedroom door that is lockable and would prefer to live in a house, but open to apartment only if there is a balcony with view or a courtyard as apartments can get claustrophobic. 😜☺️
Fun and out going person. I work full time in the city during the week and the occasional weekend. I respect the privacy of others. I enjoy the odd glass of wine but also like my down time. I come with the most loveable kelpie cross who loves nothing more than a cuddle or chasing after the tennis ball.
