Homey and comfortable, two bedroom townhouse. Fabulous location, 8 min walk to Tooronga Train Station and the 72 Tram as located just off Malvern Road. Nice quiet street. Super close to restaurants and shops, I have the Thai takeaway on speed dial lol. Also pizza, Indian, fish and chips and more. The IGA comes in handy too, all within a five minute walk. If you're a member of Goodlife gyms, that's a bonus as it is also nice and close :0) Bedroom is furnished with queen size bed, wardrobe, shelving, lamps, bedding if required etc. The only downside is the small kitchen and pantry, so if you're into cooking up a storm in the evenings it may not suit on that count.
What you get: - A nice, bright and warm apartment with huge ceilings - Good sized room with built in wardrobe, double bed and drawers - Great location in Malvern Village (cafe's, wine bars, supermarket, bakeries, newsagent, post office) - 1 min walk to 72 tram and 5 min walk to train station - Water, power, internet, netflix included in rent - Furnished apartment with Miele dishwasher, Siemens heat pump dryer, Siemens washing machine for you to use - Good sized, clean bathroom with dual vanity
Older gentleman would like to share his home in return for companionship, and 10 hours of practical support including occasional driving, cooking and sharing occasional meal, and some cleaning. Householder is a light smoker, and would be happy to share with another light or outdoor smoker. Large home, with easy access to tram, bus, railway and local shops. Furnished bedroom, private bathroom, and possibility of additional room which could be used as a study.
Fully furnished (except for your room, a bed can be arranged), your own bathroom, undercover parking, storage cage and city trams right outside, and a train station 5 minutes walk. Foxtel, Netflix and Internet are included in the rent. This is the spot you want. Great location on Malvern Rd close to buzzing Glenferrie Rd cafes and shopping. A wine bar with great offerings and IGA express just 4 minutes walk down the road. Tram stop just outside the building to the city, and 2 train stations within 5 minutes walk. The place comes fully equipped with everything you might need to feel at home, along with an adorable 3 year old golden retriever to cuddle if you've had a bad day at work. For the retail therapist in you, chadstone is about 9 minutes drive.
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 28 and live a pretty clean lifestyle. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 5yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a longer term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.
Hi, i'm Henry! I'm a full-time Law student undertaking my final year at VU. I work at a Pharmacy in between that. I'm a avid lover of sport, movies and books. I'm a clean, tidy and respectful housemate. I enjoy socialising with other housemates, but also understand that everyone needs their own space. Looking for anything from 6 months - 1 year, but that is open to change if I really like the place! Any other questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Hi, I'm Jeremy, I'm moving into the area due to work. Flexible with the move date, happy to move in earlier or later if I find the right place. Looking for min 6 months with the possibility of extension Bit about me: Busy IT professional working full time and working on a couple of personal side projects - Laid back and easy going - Definitely not a party animal. Not much of a drinker and don't smoke, but don't mind drinkers - Love movies, short courses, cycling, trying to exercise more - Landmark Forum graduate :-) Calm and level headed - Travelled overseas and lived with diverse group of people - Born and grew up in the lucky country - Prefer room for a bicycle (indoors in a bike cage or garage or bedroom) Quiet but social, easygoing, laid back. Not really looking for anything specific, just people I can get along with and have a chat with every now and then. Would be great if they're into cycling or movies. A movie/tv fan. No specific requirements with food. Prefer to organise my own, but more than happy to share food every now and then. Would prefer 2+ flatmates, but not a deal breaker! Can do 6 or 12 months
Hi I'm David. I'm currently looking for a place to live for 6 months during my placement at hospitals. I am a 4th year Monash student. I have lived in share houses for the past 3 years. I am independent and clean housemate.
Very social guy, neat and tidy, happy to hang out but also to keep up some personal space, currently studying my undergrad in nursing and working in hospitality. I'm looking for a place to live preferably near public transport and hopefully with a room large enough to fit a desk, and also queer friendly, more than happy to pull my weight around the house and also to lend a helping hand when possible!
My name is Kristin, I’m 25 and work full time in the city Monday to Friday. I’m looking to team up with 1 or 2 others to find an apartment together. I have a fair bit of Furniture (to fit out a 1 bedroom place) so if you don’t have much furniture that’s no issue. I’ve been in Melbourne for 2 years now (originally from Brisbane) and when I’m not working or at home I’m out exploring the city with friends, on road trips or at the beach. I’m easygoing and respecting of others privacy, and am looking for friendly, easygoing and tidy flatmates. If you’re interested it would be great to hear from you! Thanks!
Hi! I'm a 24 yr old PhD Student at Monash University, currently moving into the beginning of my second year. I work from home 1 day a week so can keep any animal friends (dogs, cats, rabbits) company for that day. I am pretty clean and tidy and love to cook so I will always try and make sure the house always smells and looks lovely :) Any other questions/getting to know me can definitely be done over a coffee, which I drink religiously, so I hope to hear from you. x Hyab
Looking for a place to live while I finish my degree!! I enjoy staying active and hanging out with friends. I’m a regular volunteer at the Brotherhood of St Laurence so I get amazing discounts on furniture and bric-a-brac if you’re interested. While I would ultimately love to become mates with my new roomies I fully understand that everyone needs their own space - so do I! I’m currently studying at La Trobe but I want to stay to the east to be near the family. I have two dogs but they are fully vaccinated, well behaved, and mostly sleep all day!!

I like to keep my housemates entertained and I respect your privacy as well. I hope we can enjoy our stay together and have a great time. Looking forward to it !
Hi there, I'm from NE NSW, staying with sister while I look for a place to stay. I'll be starting a Bachelor of Science at Monash, majoring in physics, but I'm into a whole heap of different stuff too (books, movies, music, philosophy, the outdoors, skydiving, baking breads/pastries, ... [other things I love deeply but can't remember]...). I'm considerate and respectful of others, and am laid back and easy going, but also like living in a clean house. Love animals! More of a dog person, but cats be fine too... Looking for a place where I can study pretty hard for my degree, but I do like socialising and just chilling when I have the time (with a coffee & croissant in the morning sun, for example). Cheers, Sage

I enjoy being social on weekends, but also love to chill out, read, listen to music and cook phat vegan food. I aim to focus on studying this year and am looking for friendly and accepting flatmates.
