I'm very loud, i'll wake up at 4 in the morning to cook up a storm and share none of it with you. I'll leave dirty, cockroach ridden dishes throughout the house, including your bed. I'll leave the aircon on all day and give 0 regards to the electricity. Okay, obviously this is not serious, jokes aside. My names Shaun as you've probably already figured out. I'm a very positive person and probably one of most ocd people you’ll ever meet. So like I’ll do super weird shit like sleep on the floor instead of a bed, I clean up dishes even if they aren’t mine that are just laying around, like no judgment I just slowly lose my sanity if everything isn’t immaculately clean. You’ll probably see me scrub every spec of mould out of the bathroom or just spring cleaning in general playing my Spotify playlist obnoxiously loud lol jk, not that loud unless you’re not home then that shits blaring. I’m like a personal development junkie so, I do allot of shit that seems like really narcissistic or come across like I’m trying to be better than you but I’m really just passionate about being fucking awesome and like I don’t judge if you don’t care about that shit. Like I try to be healthy and shit so I got this juicer and you’ll be like why you trying to be all healthy and shit man and I’ll be like I’m just trying to be cool man and you’ll be like yeah nah. I’m a massive nerd as well so I love video games, I like binging out on tv shows every now and then, also if you have pets I love animals in general and I’ll want to play with them all the time, so be warned if they start liking me more than you. I can be social and outgoing but also enjoy being a completely introverted hermit that hides in his room whispering “precious”. I’m uh joking by the way, disclaimer alert. I'm usually very preoccupied with shit, whether I'm working, studying, out with friends, at the gym or in town, regardless I'm always down to do shit, you just gotta be like hey let’s do this shit and I’ll be like yeah gurl/bro I’m fucking down let’s go. I'm fairly responsible with energy so you wont have to worry about me racking up your electricity. Why do we still pay for that shit in 2018 anyway, my god. Anyways I'm looking for a temporary home, so like HMU if like you wanna meet up and hang but if not yeah that’s totally cool too. Um yeah HMU. HMU means hit me up btw, I’m super edgy cause I talk in abbreviations.
Hi there! My name is Dylan. Looking for a friendly, respectful and reasonably clean place to live. Studying full-time at UQ. I am an easy going person who is always keen to catch up over a few beers every so often. I enjoy training, gaming, reading and also watching plenty of movies. My main focus is to finish my studies by mid next year. Any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask :)

I AM - quiet, clean, sociable, interesting, busy & fun. I have to do 2 month work placement in Brisbane and doing PhD as well - busy :(. Love good company, cooking, wine, coffee. I am organised, neat, respectful :). Thanks heaps for your consideration.
The room is a good size, with a sliding door wardrobe, balcony and ceiling fan. You get your own bathroom (which doubles as the laundry, but it’s huge). The location is excellent, you’ll be close to two bus stops and the Regatta ferry terminal, with easy access to Brisbane city. Toowong Shopping Centre (which has a Coles, Kmart, David Jones and various places to eat) is a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is on the top floor in a secure building with an intercom system, and a parking spot is available. There is no charge for water (just internet and electricity) and there is an air conditioner in the lounge room. The kitchen/ dining/ living area is fully furnished.
*Available now until May 20th* Our apartment is walking distance to everything you need including public transport and Toowong village. Toowong train station is a 5 minute walk and regatta ferry terminal is an 8-10 minute walk so it is easy to travel into the city or to QUT and UQ universities. Our apartment is very spacious with a large outdoor balcony area to relax in the sun and have bbq's. You will have the main bathroom to yourself, although the washing machine is in there so that's all we will go in there for. The room has a large mirrored built in wardrobe and a comfortable double bed
I'm clean, tidy and clean up after myself. I'm a very social person and very laid back also. I'm not the typical teenager to go out partying every weekend, but I do enjoy having a couple on the weekend to relax. I work full time so you'll hardly see me during the day. I love going out to eat, and socialising and hanging out with people in general.I also love going to the gym too.
Friendly, laid-back student in last year of study. Living out of town at the moment, but looking to move closer to the CBD for work. Love board games and chill nights in watching movies. Reliable and honest. Knows when people need space and when they need to go out on the town for a well earned drink!
Hi i'm Caitlin 😊 I'm studying a bachelor of primary education at UQ (st lucia), currently in my second year. I'm generally pretty quiet, not really into massive loud parties but would like to live somewhere I can chill out with the mates. I'm vegan, I love animals (I don't have any pets of my own atm, but expect me to get distracted if I see a dog...). Would love to live with someone with a good sense of humour, who I can get in some quality banter with.

Hello there! My name is Becca :) I am a 25 year old student who has just begun a Masters of Dietetics at UQ (evidently, I reaaaally enjoy food and cooking). Between this and work, I generally lead a pretty busy life and am home similar hours to an office-worker. While I do have a tendency to hermit myself during the week while I'm in study/exam mode, I am still undoubetedly a sociable lass who enjoys a chat, a Netflix get-together on a rainy Sunday, or a nice, quiet wine on a Friday afternoon. I have a partner-in-crime (my dog, Pablo), who will evidently be needing to relocate with me. He is a totally loveable little goofball of a staffy - LOVES humans and adores cuddles. His nickname is Sloth, as he tends to do nothing during the day/sleeps when no-ones home. All in all, he's a perfect housemate, and leaves things just as clean as I left them. My main priority is that any potential housemates also love dogs, as Pablo always enjoys chilling with the humans or being a fellow couch potato with you if I'm at uni/work. I'm currently in the process of attending a bunch of house inspections in Bardon/Taringa/Indooroopilly area and looking to move into a place mid-March/end of March. All properties are 3 bedrooms, with an outside area absolutely essential (good for Pablo and I like an outdoor area if anyone wishes to have friends over); at this stage rent is looking roughly at $150-$160/room for all the properties. My parents (by luck) just downsized from a giant house in Kenmore to an apartment (and so had to refurnish because none of the furniture fit), so I pretty much have enough stuff to furnish a small home (particularly if you have no furniture to bring over with you), with the exception of a sofa and beds. SO if you are looking to set up shop in a place that actually feels like a home (i.e. share the occasional meal if we're all on the same schedule, the freedom to invite friends over, enjoy a good movie night or beer), then please feel free to message me!!
Hey there, I'm a pretty easy going person who loves the outdoors. I work full time in a QC lab and an either playing hockey or hiking somewhere on the weekend. My current housemates are just about to finish up building their house so currently looking for a new place to live. Looking for somewhere social and respectful.
I mainly keep quietly to myself but also love to socialise when I have the time. I run a small business and will be returning to my 5th year of Architecture at UQ in July. I work from home so its essential that I have a high speed internet connection of 30mbps+ with plenty of data, and im happy to pay an excess to accommodate this. I am VERY clean and tidy. Extremely respectful and polite person. Tech wizard, I can fix ANY issue you're having with your computers or IT anytime for free. I will be bringing a small router (not a modem, the box the main internet connection plugs into) to create my own WiFi network in the house (if thats okay, it will not effect your systems or performance at all) for a VPN and security features that you're welcome to join and use. I generally use more electricity than the average person so I will be tracking all of my power usage to pay my share of electricity fairly. Depending on the living arrangements and/or space restrictions I am happy to share my 55" 4K HDR TV with the house. When I use a space I make sure I leave it the way I found it, if not cleaner. Great with kids as I have an infant nephew. I dont mind moving somewhere with kids, as long as they don't yell too much. Very handy with tools and household repairs or maintenance.
Hi! I am a young professional (recent graduate in finance and economics). I am a clean, considerate and friendly housemate. I love to have a chat but also respect each other's space and privacy and if you have a dog.. I volunteer as tribute to help you walk it. I have lived in a sharehouse for four years but due to my old share house being sold and my old housemates moving city, I am looking for a new sharehouse. My hobbies include reading, netball, chess, hiking, volleyball, snowboarding and knitting (I took it up while listening to lectures in university). Please consider me as a housemate for your property. If you have any questions or would like to meet me, please do not hesitate to contact me :) Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you! Brooke :) UPDATE: $170per week is the maximum I’ll pay. Also, I have a queensized bed and a wardrobe. Thus I do not see myself moving into anything that is furnished or above $170 a week. Thank you :)
I am a friendly, open-minded and flexible person, and I am very open to sharing accommodation. I care very much about the environment and the ocean, and I recently graduated with a degree in marine science. I am moving to Brisbane where I'll be working in a research lab at the University of Queensland, so I would like to live somewhere with reasonable access to the campus in St. Lucia. I love to cook, so I am also hoping to find somewhere with a great kitchen! I would love to find some fun people to live with, I like to be social and be around people but also can enjoy spending time on my own. (And I am allergic to cats, but I have happily lived around dogs my whole life)
I am currently looking for a place close to Indooroopilly as its closer to work. In my free time I enjoy cooking with a glass of wine or a beer. I try to exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle, as and when I can find the time. I want to put my gym membership to the best use :) Love exploring new places whenever I get the chance. I am quite chilled, hoping to live with someone closer to my age with similar hobbies.
I'm an artist who works part-time in hospitality to pay my bills. I'm a very relaxed housemate, clean and friendly. Very happy to hangout and make friends, but am pretty busy so I'll be out of the house a bit. Looking for a nice housemate/s to make a nice home with :)
This gem of a house is nestled on a quiet street only minutes away from various services and transport options including Toowong Village, and the Regatta Ferry Terminal. For the students - it's also less than a half hour trek by any means to both QUT and UQ. The house has a large kitchen, dining room, and two large living areas providing plenty of space for everyone. The room listed is a large master bedroom with it's own personal ensuite, and a large walk in wardrobe. There may also be an option for one of the smaller, cheaper rooms with a shared bathroom.
I am a very easy going person who loves a chat but respects others privacy and space. I have currently come back from travelling Asia/ India, so love adventure and nature. I am looking for a place more nearer to work for easier travel. I am Also interested in studying Nursing mid-yr 2018, so need a quite base for study.
We are a couple part-time students and part-time workers. We are looking for a place to share preferably with only one or two other people. We enjoy our free time watching movies, reading, cooking, playing table or video games, and we are not big fans of parties. We are vegetarians at home (Anna is vegetarian), non-smokers and dogs lovers! We are pretty neat and clean and we really appreciate someone clean and organised as well.
