A bit about us - Paige works in recruitment and has done so for over two years in Melbourne, originally from the UK and has lived in share houses since she was 18. . Sam is 27 and trains PTs on how to PT, as well as having his own clients to train. He has just secured a job working for an allied health company in Brisbane. We both love to travel, hike, camp and enjoy the outdoors - we're really looking forward to moving to the warmer weather! We're both down south at the moment and its freezing! We don't party often but will go out for dinner and drinks to socialise. We're saving to move abroad at the moment, so we enjoy spending our time with friends or out enjoying the weather!
I'm very quiet and unobtrusive, I'm clean but not anal about it, I pay my bills on time and I love to bake.
All bills inclusive and WiFi. The room is the master bed with ensuite and Walk in Robe. It is large enough for a (double +) bed, desk and a decent amount of other space for drawers, etc. Ground floor apartment with a wrap around deck, private clothes line. Quiet complex but close to Milton Road, bus, train 700m (Auchenflower) or Toowong Village 1km. 1km to Regatta, handy position to all the bikeways, Mt Coot-Tha, 3.5km to CBD.
Hey! I'm chelsea. I'm 20 and I'm a travel agent in Toowong. I currently live in auchenflower and I'm having some trouble with my current room mates (ughhhh) Looking to move out of this place if the opportunity comes up, I'm currently paying $183 a week and would ideallly like to look at less but definitely no more than that. I'm a super fun chick, outgoing, love a drink and occasionally a night out. no pets or anything. I have a fair bit of furniture I could bring or sell if its already there (flexible with that). Im originally from the Sunshine Coast and go back very regularly. I've only lived in Brisbane 6 months and would love to finally make some friends so I'm looking for house mates that can watch movies together or go out for a drink on the occasion (of course still respecting personal space haha) but a friendly and social environment would be great! If you have any other questions im an open book !
Hi I'm Sarah :) I'm 25, an occupational therapist, love music, hiking and adventures, and the occasional Friday afternoon beer. I'm moving to Brisbane from New South Wales and would love to find friendly, social housemates!
Hi! I am a single girl from the Philippines. I currently am finishing my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and is working in a childcare center in Milton area. I am looking for a private room for myself. I love tidy and clean places and would like a window in the room. Although I am friendly and accommodating, I also appreciate quiet time and I mostly keep to myself.
I'm 20, study psychology at QUT and work at an Italian Restaurant. Looking for a place that's a short walk or ride to QUT. I'm into swimming, and love my bike to death. If you have a pet then i already want to move in haha. Easy as to live with and like to cook fairly often. Don't hesitate to message me.
I'm clean, considerate, easy to get along with and I lead a healthy lifestyle. I love to surf, snowboard and travel the east coast when I have time off. I'm an engineer moving to Brisbane from Sydney to work in a new role at my company.
I work full time and study full time so during the week I'm pretty chilled. I like to have a drink with mates on the weekend and enjoy my own time as well. I'm tidy and always cleanup after myself and just want to live closer to the city for work and uni. Bec
Heya ! I'm looking for a new place when my current lease ends at the start of November - would preferably want to move about a week before that date, but can be flexible for the right place :) I just recently moved up from Sydney to study at UQ - uni/work keep me pretty busy, but in my spare time I'm keen on rock climbing, hiking, cooking, and enjoying the finest wine that $5 can buy. I'm also quite a procrasti-cleaner, so for the sake of my productivity would enjoy living with people who share my appreciation for a clean kitchen/bathroom. Other than a pot plant called Wilfred I don't own any pets, but love animals so any house-pets are a bonus. If you have a room available late October-November, I'd love to have a chat and check it out ☺️
This ground floor apartment has a leafy aspect, private courtyard and newly renovated kitchen. It is airconditioned and the complex features a pool, gym and BBQ area. It is located next to a park, close to shops (about 10 mins from toowong villiage) and public transport yet still quiet. There is off street visitor parking and plenty of street parking. Occasionally, there are spare off street car parks for rent located under the complex so this may be an option too.
Hey, i am looking for a place with local flatmates around my age. A bit about me i grad with my honours last year. I hope to meet flatmates that are easy-going and can show some hospitality. I have a car and no storage or furniture. I keep busy on weekdays but like to have a good time on weekends.
I'm a 28 year-old uni student at UQ majoring in journalism, while also a producer and reporter. Looking for socially like-minded, drama-free housemates around my age as I'm someone who has their life together with clear goals and aspirations in life. In the downtime, I'm a dancer, big CrossFit enthusiast, a passionate writer and more importantly, a fun laidback guy who enjoys beer, some buffalo wild wings and either a karaoke machine or some NFL. I'm also well-travelled having lived in New York for a year. If you think we'd get along nicely, not just as housemates but also potential friends, then swing me a message. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Chris
I'm a professional working full-time and studying a Bachelor of Science part-time at uni so I am very busy and only at home during the evenings. I'm currently in an awesome share at Clayfield but sadly this is only until the end of November 2017, so I am looking for a female flatmate of similar age who I could potentially share with long-term. I don't have parties or regular visitors, don't drink or smoke, and respect the privacy of those I live with. I'm very fitness-minded so I'm up early and go to bed early, so I don't keep anyone up at night too. If you are looking for a quiet, tidy, mature and reliable flatmate who values a relaxed and peaceful household and you are offering a flexible period of up to 6 months to 1 year to stay in a furnished room (preferably with own bathroom) then please don't hesitate to contact me. (Please note: I am currently not looking to sign on to a lease/take over a lease, apologies.) Looking forward to hearing from you - please feel free to ask any questions if you'd like to know more! Update: I've had quite a few offers recently (thankyou) but please note I am not looking to live with someone who is on the party scene, regular visitors, heavy social drinking etc. Unfortunately my schedule means I have to be particular about my living arrangements. Thanks for your understanding.
Clean and tidy. I am a minimalist - don't like clutter :) Love the gym. Work full-time M-F office hours. Studying part-time. I usually keep to myself, but happy to lend an ear if you need one.
Super friendly, easy going kind of guy looking for some like minded housemates. Neat and clean in communal areas and respectful of other housemates in regards to their work/studies and noise or having people over. Happy to socialise with other housemates too! I'm into video games and gym in my free time but not crazy about either. Can cook and take care of myself. Have been working as a full time personal trainer (2016) but returning to part time hours at Woolworths (still employed by them) in 2017 as it fits better with my new Uni schedule.
I'm looking to move into an existing sharehouse around mid-late October onwards, with move-in date flexible. I'm a 25 year old female PhD student at the University of Queensland, where I also tutor par-time. I'd describe myself more of an introvert than a party person, but I love a good wine or a few drinks on a Sunday afternoon. I generally go to UQ about 3-4 times a week and otherwise work at home with my dog. I have a gorgeous 2 year old west highland terrier called Louie! He is desexed, up to date on all vaccinations, etc. He is generally a pretty chill little dude to live with and likes to sleep and sunbake as he pleases. He is an indoor dog and has always had access to common areas (e.g. living room). He's a friendly little guy, so if you too have a dog I'm sure they'd be great friends, but it would be great for them to meet first.
* This room is huge- approx 5x4 metres, enough room for a TV unit, King Size Bed, Couch and coffee table * Fantastic location (10 minute walk to Toowong shops and public transport) * Great house with all furnishings, kitchenware and appliances you need except for your room * You won't find a better deal than this in the Western Suburbs * Unlimited Internet available for $20 per month and utility bills are divided equally * Give me a call, text or message if you have any questions or want to arrange an inspection time :-)
Hello, 26 year old full-timer looking for 1-2 housemates in their 20s or 30s to live with. I grew up in Adelaide until 2 years ago when I moved down to Brisbane for work. On the scale of housemates, I am at the gym mostly on weeknights after work but if I'm around I don't mind having a chat. I am ridiculously resourceful, relaxed, reliable and tidy. This past year I have been living in a single apartment and I discovered I miss having housemates. At the same time, I like having my own regular down time. Going to be looking for a pet friendly rental close to Brisbane. Don't mind where the house is, just as long as it's pet friendly, close enough to the city and clean. I don't have a pet yet but after I secure a good place, I wish to get a labrador. Give me a message if you are in a similar mind set and we can go have a coffee! Kind regards, Tiffanny
I'm a friendly and polite person, clean, sensible and intuitive. I live in Tasmania at the moment, but I'm looking to venture up to Brisbane for the sunshine and to meet new people. My interests include sports and games (namely basketball), listening to music, binge watching TV series and movies. I also enjoy trying new things, discussing ideas and learning. I'm usually quite reserved but I do open up around the right people (or anyone if I have some drinks). My moving date is very flexible - I can wait as long or as little as needed.
I am self-employed (co-owner in an editing firm), I am very clean and tidy, always keen to have a chat and socialise, (food, glass of wine, or cider and a good chit chat!). I am respectful of others, their personal space and of course, their property. I am single, quiet and ensure bills/rent are paid on time or ahead of schedule.
