I get along well with people. I am responsible and not really a party person. I'm an RN who's currently moving into the aviation industry. I like exploring and prefer being outdoors. I also like experiencing new things.
This is a nice big house that is split level. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 4 upstairs. Each level is self contained. We are located in a great sport with a bus stop at the top of our street which goes to UQ right on time for hourly classes. We are also very close to both Toowong and Indooroopilly shopping centres. Toowong is a great area and we also have a school (a very quite one) on our street which has basketball, tennis and rugby fields which we use all the time. The house is also located very close to the Taringa train station which goes straight into the city.
I am a funny, type of person who enjoys the company of others, I can cook, and keep things clean not afraid of cleaning and keeping things tidy. When I have spare time love the outdoors and exploring new places to visit. I workout most days and studying a lot with Batchelor of Health Science in Acupuncture. I am a qualified Shiatsu Practitioner dealing with muscle aches and pains and other health issues. Looking for a quite place not wanting to be in a place that parties all the time as studies are important. I like to socialise and meet new people.
Hi my name is Zoey, I am 26, working part time and studying as well. I am a social person and love getting to know new people. I am very easy to get along with, non smoker, very tidy so you never have to worry about cleaning up after me, I love to be active and get out of the house, go for hikes and go to the beach. If I seem like the type of roommate you want, don't hesitate to call or text me :)
- cheerful, chatty, easy to get along with - have good cleaning habit - on time with bill payment - fairly good cook, love baking, and open to sharing groceries - enjoys own personal space, plus respectful of other's personal space - enjoys a good drink or a night out from time to time - full time masters student in UQ; will spend majority of the day at uni, will graduate end of 2018 - looking for a place with approximately 30-40min travel by bus to UQ - preferably a room with an ensuite bathroom
Hey there. I'm Jess, a 30yr old male who has just returned from living abroad for the past few years and will be studying at UQ. I'm clean, quiet and easygoing. Looking for flatmates who are like minded.
Hi, I'm Safaa, studying at UQ master's degree.l'm friendly and quiet , I have a positive mind and I respect personal space. I'm busy with my studies but I want to share people. I want to live with girls.
I'm mature, responsible and independent. I'm an artist currently living on the sunshine coast and keen to get to Brisbane. I'll be working part time and studying. I have a nine yr old cat, she’s relaxed and will mostly stay in my room.
I'm a new full-time student from Dubai starting at UQ in Semester 1, 2017. I will be studying Environmental Management. I was studying in the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign before. I'm the one wearing the purple/pink sweater in the picture. If you can't pronounce my name, don't worry, almost no one can at first, just call me Abhi! I'm super tidy and clean (won't mind if it's not), and pretty good at cooking too. Easy going, and always ready to help a friend. I am respectful towards everyone and will give you your privacy. I like my down time to focus and study. Doesn't mean I don't like to chill out or have fun. Always down to watch a movie or binge watch a tv show. I love going out and playing sports. I play football (Soccer), badminton and Quidditch (no, i'm not kidding, it's a pretty physical sport!), and good at picking up other ones too. Love spontaneous adventures and ready to walk/hike any-and-everywhere. I would love to live with any of you amazing people out there, so if you have a room to offer or are looking to team up, hit me up :D Cheers, Abhi
The house is a second floor, open plan apartment in an historic Queenslander building. There are three bedrooms: mine, a smaller one which fits a double bed plus a wardrobe, and a two rooms combined to make up the last room ($150). The house is fully furnished, has a back area, and a verandah and walking distance to Toowong Station, Toowong Village and bus stations. It's ideal for those working in the city or studying at UQ. Water is included in the rent.
Hi Guys, I am starting my Physiotherapy Degree in 2017 at University of Queensland and am finding a place closer to University. I am 22, and from Melbourne. I enjoy keeping fit and the outdoors, so most days you'll either find me at the gym or out and about. I am very clean and organised, enjoy social events but also prefer some down time to peruse through a good book . Message me for a chat!
Hi! My name is Laura. I'm 24 looking to make the move to Brisbane from SA. I'm into a healthy lifestyle, not much of a party head this days. Respectful, tidy and can keep to myself but also looking to make some friends! Sorry I'm allergic to cats.
I'm very social (but know how to respect boundaries and personal space) and would love to develop a good relationship with any flatmates! I think of myself as quite easy going, and I love exercise, but I think the main factor here is that I AM CLEAN. Working well together is a major plus. As someone who is a recent high school graduate and is moving out for the first time, I know this is a completely new way of life for me and am willing to adapt too.
This unit is in a wonderful location in Toowong. Only a short walk to the Toowong shopping village, train station and bus stops. It is also close to the bikeways, Regatta, and ferry terminal. The unit is on the third floor of the complex. The living areas are fully furnished so you can move in straight away. The bedroom has a desk, chair and side table set up. There is also a queen mattress in the room which was used by the previous tenant, it only requires sheets and pillows. The unit has a large veranda out the front with a private BBQ and there is smaller veranda out the back, which is shared by both bedrooms. As the unit is close to all forms of public transport it is perfect for students or people who work in various locations. The unlimited internet is included in the rental price, and electricity bills are usually around $160-$170 per quarter. This is definitely the perfect place for YOU!
I'm moving from the Gold Coast to Brisbane and I'm a 4th year student studying microbiology, psychology and maths at UQ. As you can tell, I'm a science nerd. I'm also a friendly, considerate and tidy person. I am introverted and academically focused but I am also looking for housemates who I can be friends with. I like watching tv, eating, painting and hanging out. I am flexible with move in dates as long as it's before the start of uni. I would prefer female housemates.
Howdy, I'm Fraser, and I'm an Aussie studying Exercise/Sport Science full time at UQ. In my spare time I like to keep fit, mostly through running, cycling, and swimming. I work as a barista, so I'm up early in the morning, and am usually in bed pretty early at night. I study hard, I don't smoke, I only drink socially, and I'm neat and keep the communal areas clean!
This is my first attempt at moving out of home on the Sunshine Coast to study a Bachelor of Arts at UQ! I've been working as an IGA casual for a few years but will be leaving at the end of January, so I'm keen to move to Brisbane and find a new job as soon as I can! I'm easygoing and tidy and even though I get along really well with people, I also love just sleeping and watching Netflix in my room. I'd be really keen to move in with someone who wants to be good friends and will binge watch TV shows with me.
We are a group of three sociable and bubbly girls, looking for a few more people to join us at our new house (when we find one). Unfortunately we have to part from our current housemates after our lease ends, but we would love to continue on our traditions as "The Bardy Bunch", and keep a fun and family atmosphere. We are looking for responsible, but social people- we love the occasional loose party, but also value nights in. We would prefer a few guys to balance out the house, but would never say no to cool girls. About us: Mel and Bec are both recent UQ grads, soon to be starting full-time professional work in the city. Cassie is a beautiful swede, struggling to stay in the country (she does have a job though, don't sweat it). Basically, we are just looking for clean people who we can be friends with and have family dinners together (no need to be able to cook though, although it would be appreciated).
Hey there, I'm Emily, 20 years old and a student. I study at QUT and am a second year Secondary Education student majoring in History. I work part time at an Outside School Hours Care in Moggill and at Suncorp Stadium as Bar Staff. I'm friendly and quiet but still happy to be social with my new roomies. I've lived in share houses for four years and have shared with lots of different people, all ages, genders and nationalities. I'm an animal lover so pets are no issue for me, I'd say they're encouraged :) I'm looking for a place with easy access to public transport (specifically train stations or the 444 bus) and an unfurnished room is a must as I have a queen sized bed, desk and other miscellaneous bits of furniture. I've joined a gym and attempt to go often but it usually ends in completing my Gilmore Girls binge on Netflix, my favourite pastime. I'm way too excited for Game of Thrones to return this year and roommates who watch it with me are encouraged to message me. Bonus points if you love Harry Potter. I can be a little flexible with the move date and am happy to overlap for a week or two if the right place comes along, If you want to know anything else just shoot me a message, I'm more than happy to answer any of your questions :) P.S. I'm currently working a lot so messaging on Flatmates would be the best way to contact me :)
My name is Roberto, I am 19 (turning 20 this November). This yeah I will begin to study engineering at the University of Queensland, therefore I am looking for a room near St Lucia to stay (preferably no more than $180 per week and with unlimited internet included). I moved from Italy 3 years ago and I graduated with an OP 3 in 2015. I am good to organize things in time, listen to the duties that are charged on me. Polite, reliable and kind with people around me. I don’t smoke and I am not a party guy and I prefer to live with people who don’t mess up the house with parties or drugs.
We are two friends looking for one or two other people to share a house with. We are both pretty busy but love to come together for a few drinks here and there. We are clean and social and are looking for people who are similar :) We ideally want to move out early feb to a new place, chuck us a message if you would like to chat!

I'm a young full-time professional, working in city for govt.. I enjoy biking, hiking, jogging, badminton. I will be out mostly through the week working or playing sports so I am looking for a home and not a party house. A non smoker and permanent resident of Australia. A easy going person, super friendly, likes making new experiences. So if you share a similar lifestyle, contact me!
I like to think that my banter is on point and when it's not, I make up for it with better than average cooking. I'm an international student, studying political science at UQ, who likes to chill, talk feminism and have a wicked time. I don't like to brag, but I often receive compliments on my mopping skills.
I'm mid 20's non smoker and social drinker looking for a place closer to the city around the Toowong Paddington Auchenflower area but not limited to. I work as a warehouse manager for a timber wholesale company and spend my spare time training Thai kickboxing, hitting the gym or going out for something to eat. I'm a tidy respectful guy who understands everyone needs their personal space but I'm super relaxed and approachable if you need me. If Im who you're after shoot me a message👍🏻
I'm moving Brisbane to start postgrad study in psychology at UQ. From Melbourne (with the coffee addiction to match) and have been living in London for 2 years, working as a teaching assistant. Looking for a place with cool housemates to hang out with occasionally. When at home I love a good netflix marathon, a bit of a chat and a few drinks every now and then! Since I'm new to Brisbane, it would be great to find people to explore the city and surrounds with. I'm flexible with move in dates, I can meet and view from January 29 and can move in any time after that.
Looking for a place to live when semester starts again around late Feb. Studying business full-time at UQ and also working on a few business ideas of my own. I'm very outgoing, friendly and considerate, having lived all over the world. I'm a bit of a fitness freak and a nerd all at once.
I'm very quiet clean work full time enjoy my own space but can easily have a chat over glass of wine. I come with a very cute puppy who is toilet trained and very lovable weekends I usually head to the beach or out with friends, weekdays are quiet as I work long hours as a nanny
We'd like to offer our spare bedroom on our river-front apartment in Toowong. The room itself has a large built wardrobe and is large enough to also fit a bed and desk to work. There is also a dedicated bathroom for the room. The room has city views and there is a spare room in between the two bedrooms which also creates some usable buffer. We are literally 2 minutes from Toowong train station, 30 seconds from the bus and about 3 minutes walk from Regatta City Cat Terminal. There is also a bike track straight to either UQ or QUT depending on your preference. The apartment has 180 degree views up and down the river and overlooks Orleigh Park and the West End Boat Club. This is a great little place to live and the current tenant we share with has been with us long term. He is moving in with his partner and now wants his own place. We don't expect this will last long so please let me know without ado if you are interested.
Green leafy suburb. Cottage style house with backyard. Close to Toowong Village shopping centre and public transport. Only a short bus ride to UQ. 15 mins from the City. Ceiling fans in bedroom. Built in storage. unlimited internet available ($20 p/m). Room will fit Queen size bed and desk.
