im Zoe, I've just moved here from England and I'm on a gap year. I plan to stay in Adelaide for 3-5 months. I'm clean, tidy and respectful and love a happy household! For fun I love to eat out/try new things and I love exercise classes and going to the gym.
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
Hey guys I'm looking to find somewhere to live in the mitcham hills or near flinders uni. Very laid back, work in education full time, love animals and enjoy a bit wine or beer every now and then. Drinks, board games, pool table and banter over clubs in the city any night.
I'm a 24 year old arts adminstrator who would always keep the fridge stocked with beer. I work 9-5 at the Adelaide Film Festival, so I'm generally out of the house during the day. I enjoy chilling out with dinner or a drink in the evening and on weekends. I do a lot of writing outside of work, I like to cook (trying new recipes all the time, and I've not had any complaints on my cooking yet), and I try to get out on the weekends to do a bit of hiking or go to the beach (whichever is seasonally appropriate). I'm looking for a mellow kind of household, preferably close to the city, with great, accepting housemates :)
Easy going, social, hardworking, self employed business owner, clean and tidy, very accepting, non discriminant, have a car, can store personal furniture and effects off site, love pets, handy man, very resourceful, communal spirit, sharing, caring, enjoys cooking, living a healthy lifestyle and balance.
I am a quiet and friendly woman looking for shared accomodation in Mitcham area or suburbs close. I work full time and keep to myself. I spend time outdoors and at the gym mostly. I may be required to catch public transport.
My partner and I are relocating from Brissy to Adelaide! A change is as good as a holiday right?! We are looking to find somewhere for about 6 months to see how we like Adelaide and if we would like to live here permantly. Tim is a licensed builder and I am in HR. We love to spend most of our time outdoors doing stuff: hiking, biking, fishing you name it. We’re both clean and tidy, enjoy a nice glass of wine (good thing we chose Adelaide) and love to cook.
Hello, I’m a 24 year old law student at Flinders looking for somewhere to live in between the uni campus and the city. I grew up in Adelaide but have also lived in share houses in England and Malaysia. I have a degree in Politics, International Studies and Philosophy and work part time as a student support worker at a high school. Hoping to find down-to-earth, clean and friendly housemates. I would like to move into a fairly social household who also respect my need to study. I definitely need a car park but I don’t mind if it’s on-street parking. I have a fair bit of furniture/kitchenware etc. I would like to find somewhere relatively long-term. More than happy to live with someone who has pets. I’m happy to answer any other questions you might have :)
Join two best-buddies Chris and Daniel living in a house we have dubbed 'Tracey Island' due to its retro-chic 60s brick vibe that reminds us of The Thunderbirds! It also features a delightful pink-and-green bathroom and an all-blue kitchen. So hot right now. The room available is 2.6x4 metres with two big windows. Big shed out the back that previous housemate used for mechanic work. Minutes away from bus and train stops. Unlimited NBN internet for $20 a month. We split bills (water, electricity and gas) as well as shared household expenses. There's a weekly cleaning roster and we are both tidy people with our shared spaces. There's a dangerously good cafe a two-minute walk down the road, too!
Hey everyone, my name's Manita, I'm 23 years old and studying a Bachelor of health science/master of occupational therapy at flinders university. I love going out for coffee, walks on the beach, watching netflix and having a drink or two with friends. I enjoy being social but also like my own space to relax and study. I'm clean, respectful of others and easy going. I've been living in share houses for four years and love meeting new people and making new friends. I often go interstate to visit family and friends during uni holidays. I have a beautiful 14 year old labrador border collie cross named Blossom. She loves food, pats, short walks and otherwise sleeps the majority of the day. Let me know if you're interested in catching up for a coffee or have a room available :) Looking forward to hearing from you
I work 3 jobs, i spend a lot of the time at the gym, I have all furnishings that’d be needed for a new place. I’m very clean, love cooking, love gardening. I have 2 cats both indoor. My lease finishes in August, looking to find a new place to share with a few people or one person to help split up some of the bill costs.
Easy person to get along with. Active guy that loves playing sport. Like to think of myself as a pretty clean person however my bedroom can be the exception to that at times.
Happy vibes We are looking for easy going good natured housemates, vegetarian/vegan is a plus. large backyard, great for veggie garden, eco-friendly. rooms from 150pw. close to train 20mins to city uni's and 15mins on bus to flinders uni.
Hi! We have someone moving out soon and have their room up for rent! The room is spacious, lovely views, has a built in cupboard. Right next to brown hill creek, Mitcham shopping centre and only approx. 15-20min drive to city (traffic dependent). A train stop down the road will take you straight into city as well. Will be sharing in a large and spacious house with 4 other roommates who have their own rooms and a very friendly doggo. Must be easy going, love banter, clean, respectful; stable income. Message for interest and more details!
Awesome house in Hawthorn that was renovated a few months ago, heaps of space! It comes with new bathroom, freshly painted, all bedrooms freshly carpeted, new kitchen and butlers pantry, additional toilet off the indoor laundry. The kitchen has gas cooking, dishwasher oven and we have heaps of appliances. The house is mostly furnished and we are flexible with what you bring along. The massive loungeroom has air conditioning (and Netflix!) and there is a washing line outside. The room is large (about 4x4m) unfurnished and includes large built-ins. It has large windows and roller block out blinds. Close to a few large grocery stores and easy public transport access (bus and tram) to the city and Flinders Uni. We have a long tandem driveway which we use or sometimes just park on the street (unlimited parking). We mostly use the garage for storage of bits and pieces. Happy for you to indulge in any gardening impulses you may have. Unfortunately no pets allowed :(
easy going, tidy, respectful, enjoy good banter and a laugh!
Hi! My name is Bridie, I am 27 and a full time English teacher. I am looking for a place to share with clean and considerate housemates. I am respectful of other's space, clean, out-going and independent. I am organised and timely with payments of bills and am looking for someone like-minded to rent with. I have a cat called Milo who does not create any mess or smell and is a 50/50 inside outside cat. I have my own furniture and am happy to negotiate move in dates and length of stay. I look forward to speaking with you :)
Hi there! We're two full time students at Adelaide Uni. Both of us have bubbly, cheerful personalities and happy to meet new people. Shannon has just moved from rural Victoria to study languages and Sophie is moving from Brighton closer to the city and is studying health sciences. We're both clean, tidy and respectful and both very good with our money. We'll both be pretty busy with uni but enjoy relaxing and socialising.
I’m a full time honours student and work hospitality (days). I have a cocker spaniel rescue, super cute and full of personality, and obedience trained. Not good with cats or chickens though :( I’m neat, respectful of others and their space. I’m social, when my schedule allows it. I like a drink or two after work/weekends.
Hi my name is Estee I’m 36 and currently working as a Ambulance Officer and I’m studying nursing which is almost finished. Im looking to rent a room in the city fringe area I’m not too fussed about the exact location just close to the city. I’m recently single and looking for fun easy going people to live with. I’m friendly, polite and happy to share the work load with cooking and cleaning. I don’t smoke and I’m only a very light drinker. I have a beautiful Bernese Mountain dog who is my life she is a lazy dog and sleeps all the time, she loves other animals and is a gentle girl. Hollie has always been a inside dog as she is my shadow, our new place needs to accommodate Hollie as well as me.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
I work away in exploration mining on a 8 days on 6 days off roster across Australia, I'm a keen surfer/kite boarder scuba diver or any water sports basically. very clean and tidy person, love to cook and take it easy. just moved back to Adelaide after 2 years in perth for work and looking for a room to rent with some easy going people. i would hardly ever be home as work and sport keeps me busy. super respectful guy. get in contact if your interested. cheers.
I am a full time student, studying health science. I graduate in July. I am also a shift worker in the disability sector. I’ve spent most of my life in adelaide and have a pretty quiet lifestyle. I’m happiest if I’m comfortable with the people I live with and happy to chat and do my own thing also
