Hello! I am about to relocate to Adelaide from Melbourne with work.. I'm a pretty relaxed person, i like going to gigs, doing the odd painting, attempts at gardening, attempts at 'gyming'. I just got my dive master so hope to be doing a fair bit of diving... Im quite social and out a bit during the week and over the weekend.. In saying that - I'll be new to Adelaide so I'm keen for a bit of a social house with fun people who want to have the odd meal together or go see some art/music.. I'm a bit of a clean bee so would like to join up with others who appreciate keeping a nice and homely environment.. Enjoy dong things the green way and prefer board games over TV... Unless its Vickings. Ragnar rules.... I hope to build up a sweet home base and look forward to getting my bearings.. Oh I will be travelling with work a fair bit, probably away for half a week each month, and will probably visit Melbourne every so often too! I suppose that's about it! Basically keen for a social homely environment with people who respect the house and each other... Thanks! Lana :)

I'm very easy to get along with. I am a professional guy who works 9-5 in the defence industry. I enjoy the outdoors, fitness and time with my dog. I love to cook and especially for others. I love to be surrounded by similar people and enjoy relaxing at home with my friends or new house mates. I am clean and tidy and respect privacy. I am not a party animal. I also have a small dog, Winston, who is 14 years old and my best mate. He would love to find a home too with me.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Room (2.8m x 3.5m) for rent in my house in Torrensville. The house itself is fully furnished but the bedroom is not. The house is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, washing machine, ducted heating/cooling, ceiling fans, gas cooking and hotwater etc. Your bedroom has a large built in wardrobe but you'd need to byo bed. There is an open plan kitchen, living, dining, and a 2nd living area at the other end of the house. The shower and toilet are separate too, and there's a laundry. The house has lots of natural light and glass doors open on to a small courtyard at the back. The house is close to shops (10 min walk), the bus stop (1 street away and 10 mins into town) and town (5 mins by car). And a bonus is its only an $11 Uber from the city. There is mostly decent wifi connection and bills are split 50/50. Prefer minimum 3 months, with a view to longer if it works for both of us. Bond is 4 weeks' rent.
I'm a clean and tidy housemate. I enjoy my own space and respect others. I am polite and respectful. I enjoy an arvo beer or wine and a chat. I am not a crazed sports supporter but will hang out to watch to be social. I own a lovely 8yr old cat who is fully housetrained so no stinky litter box required. Fully vaccinated, no fleas etc. He keeps to himself and is pleased to be left alone too but loves a scratch under the chin. As a full time chef I'm usually pretty tired! I ride my bike to work to stay fit. I enjoy a hit of tennis, fishing, gardening and anything outdoorsy. Currently I am studying business management in my spare time so I do like a fairly quiet environment. Im not a night owl and need my sleep! Warning: I do nap 😂 So feel free to SMS me with pictures or ideas to team up. Preferably no more than 3 housemates and definitely no other pets. ✌️
Hi, my name is Jaraad, I am a spiritually (no religious affiliations) minded person looking to live with people of similar mind sets or that are just chilled in general. I'm a laid back, honest, relaxed person and I am a vegan but not a preacher. Not into the whole drinking/partying scene, prefer nature, calm, serenity and would like to share a place with a nice back yard. Working on North Terrace so a house with a nearby public transport would be a plus but not essential. I am a clean, quiet person, warm and friendly. Please don't hesitate to message me, I am open to all opportunities. That includes any offers outside of my designated areas as I'm pretty flexible.
Looking for a new place to live or new housemates for myself and my extremely friendly and loving border collie :) I am a neat and clean freak, love to be social but love my downtime and privacy as well

You would be sharing a bathroom and toilet with one other housemate. Open plan kitchen, dining and living. Dishwasher, large pantry and small easy to maintain back yard. Heating and cooling in the lounge room. Bills split evenly between three - Electricity, gas and internet. Netflix is available at no extra cost to you for all your tinder date needs. Quiet neighbourhood and close to the city. Bond $400 prior to moving in. Rent $130 a week
OLA!! I'm looking for a place in Adelaide preferably close-ish to a beach but flexible on location, for me and my golden retriever Lucy! I'm moving over from Perth, working full time in a pretty cool industry. My work requires a lot of late night and weekend work and I'm pretty into sport and gym. I'm neat and tidy, but do have the odd day my dishes will sit in the sink. I'm super independent and pretty handy but do appreciate a good Netflix/bachelorette night. I'm looking for someone cruisey, I can have a wine and share a meal with and who wouldn't mind feeding my fur baby on weekends while I'm away on business trips.
Hi I'm James, 24, work full time. Tidy and considerate person. Lived with friends previously but moved back into my parents place while i went to Europe for 6 weeks, looking to move back out now. Looking to move west side of the city into an unfurnished room.
I am easy to get along with and respect shared spaces as well as others' personal space. I am active and pretty busy at the moment and love being social but not looking for party house. I am looking for a flat for immediate future for next 3 months but could well extend beyond. I have a daughter who may visit occasionally.
Myself an Indian national with an Australian PR. I am into the Facilities Management industry and work as an Operations Manager. Will relocate soon to Australia.
Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
I am looking for a quite place for studying and working. The traffic time is within 25 minutes to UniSA city west campus. Hope the housemates are friendly, tidy and don't make any noise at night. The housemates have a regular sleep time rather than the night owls. Thanks
-I'm quiet, respectful of others' privacy, I always pay on time. -Non-smoker, light drinker. -Working almost full-time hours on weekdays in the city. -I can provide a medium sized fridge if required. Office worker during business hours, hobbies are photography and film making. I try to keep active - walk, jog, sometimes swim or gym. Looking for a spacious place where everyone has their privacy. I prefer to have my own bathroom. Unsure of length of stay - 3 to 6 months plus. I'm ready to move soonish (late November).
