Hey :) I’m Siân, 24-year-old full-time student & part-time worker. I’m keen on renting somewhere in or close to the city & ideally a newly built house or apartment. Please note, my move date is March 11th (can probably go up to a week before this, or from the 1st of March for those with a month ending lease!) but pretty firm on the date as I am on the lease for my current place and it's just not really logical for me to be paying 2 x rent :) My two main must-haves are an inside laundry (where you won’t be fighting off spiders just to do your washing) and whole house air-conditioner (I’m not one to always have the air-con on, but spending the last two summers in houses that don’t have any air conditioning at all has made me realise you really do need one for those 34 degree nights!). I am a vego/vegan but not bothered by what someone who lives with me eats! I’m super clean, love reading, binge-watching new Netflix shows and chilling out with some music. I’m someone who can’t sit at home all day, and I’m constantly out doing something. I have two jobs and in my spare time I volunteer as a coordinator with Sea Shepherd, I'm also a full-time Communications and Media student at UniSA. Would love to find someone who is nice & clean as well as easy going and easy to live with. If this sounds like you, hit me up!
Furnished room for rent in Torrensville (bed not pictured) with a large built in robe. The house is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, washing machine, ducted heating/cooling, ceiling fans, gas cooking etc. There is an open plan kitchen, living, dining, and a 2nd living area at the other end of the house. The shower and toilet are separate too. The house has lots of natural light and a small courtyard at the back. The house is close to shops (10 min walk), the bus stop (1 street away and 10 mins into town) and town (5 mins by car). And a bonus is its only an $11 Uber from the city. There is wifi and bills are split 50/50. Prefer minimum 3 months, with a view to longer if it works for both of us. Bond is 4 weeks' rent.
I am 24 years old with a full time job in admin. I was born in Adelaide and I studied for 3 years in uni, now I am ready to move out of my parents house. I get along with everyone and have an easy going attitude. I keep to myself and respect others privacy (but I will also happily go out for food, coffee, walks etc). I am also clean and tidy! My hobbies include hiking, scuba diving, and I love the beach!
Hi! I'm looking to team up with another chick and share a lease on a place close to the city. I live by myself at the moment so I have a lot of furniture to bring to the table! I'm only interested in moving into a new share house not an existing one. I work full time in the city in accounts for a law firm. My free time is spent out with friends, going to music festivals, camping, hiking, making terrariums, putting succulents in things, baking and more. This might make me sound like an outdoor person but I'm not. Most evenings I'm taking it easy watching TV or gaming. I am also a bit of a nerd. I haven't shared for a few years but I like to think I'm easy to get along with and I'm pretty flexible. I like to keep my apartment neat and tidy and I try not to let the dishes pile up too much and most importantly I pay all my bills on time! I'm hoping you'll be looking for the same thing!
Experienced Flat Sharer, friendly and courteous. Reliable to pay everything on time, and keeping common areas clean. I’m out during the day almost all the time, usually home for dinner and happy to be social or respect peoples privacy.
I'm a 26 year old international student, studying my master's degree at University of Adelaide. I'm very friendly and easy to get along with, compassionate and responsible. I like a glass of wine/beer and a going out for a plant based meal, but I'm not a big clubbing party person. I love travelling, animals, live music, going hiking, and yoga. I'm from Denmark, but I've lived different places in the world, latest Scotland for the past 4 years. Non-smoker, clean and tidy, considerate and respectful of others. I'm looking for like-minded people to share a home and good times with.
My name is Jaieyre, I am 25, Adelaide born and bred, lived in many share houses so I know the drill. I think keeping a nice, tidy communal space and respecting each other is important. I like a nice, chilled happy household. I am not anal about cleaning, but I think cleaning up after yourself in a share house is a must (otherwise it descends into madness!) I enjoy cooking, music, reading, video games, going out and talking shit. Planning on studying at uni this year, have a part time job and I am also looking for bar work as well. I have worked in hospitality for many years, and like to think I am an OK cook. I prefer healthy, cheap, nutritious meals (yes it can be done!) and I like to share food with the people I live with if possible. Looking to start a garden or at least grow some herbs, I am over spending so much money on vegetables and herbs that are so easy to grow. Does not need to be a huge endeavour, can just be a couple of pot plants but we can beef it up and have half our food grown quite easily. I am tidy, respectful and pretty quite most of the time. I will spend most of my time in my room studying, reading or playing games/music. I am quite chatty, but only when comfortable with the people I am around. I don't care if you have people round, or if you are noisy as long as it is within reason. Online profiles suck, and reading this back I sound like an uptight nerd, which I am not I promise, get back to me and lets meet up for a coffee to see if we gel!
LARGE PRIVATE ROOM IN A SHARE HOUSE AT TORRENSVILLE ,10 MINUTES FROM CITY . $155 PER WEEK ,INCLUDED ;INTERNET ,GAS ,ELECTRICITY AND WATER ,SUITABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS AND WORKER ,IF YOU ARE INTERESTED,PLEASE CALL OR MESSAGE ,WE CAN ARRANGE A TIME FOR AN INSPECTION
I'm a clean and tidy housemate. I enjoy my own space and respect others. Happy to do my part around the house without reminders. I enjoy an arvo beer or wine and a chat. I am not a crazed sports supporter but will hang out to watch to be social. I own a lovely 8yr old cat who is fully housetrained so no stinky litter box required. Fully vaccinated, no fleas etc. He keeps to himself and is pleased to be left alone too but loves a scratch under the chin. As a full time chef I'm usually pretty tired! I ride my bike to work to stay fit. I enjoy a hit of tennis, fishing, gardening and anything outdoorsy. Currently I am studying business management in my spare time so I do like a fairly quiet environment. Im not a night owl and need my sleep! Warning: I do nap 😂 So feel free to SMS me with pictures or ideas to team up. Preferably no more than 3 housemates and definitely no other pets. ✌️
Hi people :) I'm looking for somewhere to chill (sleep, study and hang out) while studying at TAFE College of the Arts full time ( I got in!) and a University foundation Course. I'm down-to Earth, tidy and hygienic, I'll keep to myself and I will be pretty busy with TAFE etc and hopefully a part time job!!, so I won't be at home all the time, but, I am friendly and like to chat with house mates while still being respectful of others privacy of course. I have lived in Waikerie, in the Riverland for the last 5 years and even though I am young I have lived with a few different people and have learned that communication is vital to any relationship, so I highly value respect, and honesty, and appreciate boundaries being made right away (to be honest, it's just that I want to live with people that have commons sense and are respectful). I have had problems with a best 'friend' breaking my boundaries and treating me disrespectfully when living with them and I have learned from that and become stronger. I am a part of LGBT+ community (I'm Bi/pan and gender neutral at times, although identify as fem) and so of course am not judgmental/negative of things like that and I am also body positive and can't handle living with people who are constantly negative i.e my Grandmother ahah. We need to lift each other up, not bring people down! I also believe in equality for all and hate bullying obvs. I am a vegetarian and have to eat GF and dairy/lactose free and hope to pick up some hobbies while in Adelaide such as going to the gym, photography, dancing (?) also, possibly paintball/gun-ranging etc. I am also a fangirl (Dr Who, Harry Potter, Marvel/DC, manga/anime and some TV shows especially ones on NETFLIX!, so, if we live together and have commonalities it'd be cool to watch and discuss episodes together if y'all like and you may see some cool merchandise X,D) . I'm creative and musical (mostly singing, so I'll need to practice at home sometimes) and may want to get a keyboard and sound recording equipment in my room/somewhere eventually, but if that's an issue, we could work that out as I DEFINITELY appreciate quiet as well. I've lived with rowdy siblings/loud family for most of my life so I really do appreciate the quiet!! Oh, I love! cats but am slightly allergic/sensitive to long haired cats (I think XD; I get sinus from them if they, for example sleep on my pillow or if i pet them for too long), so basically as long as cats aren't in my room and the home gets vacuumed regularly I'm alright with cats :) and I'm also asthmatic so no smoking inside please. I cannot wait to finally be studying something which I'm interested in and hopefully be surrounded by a positive environment! I hope I find the right share house for me. Have a good day :') Toodles~

Hi! My name is Brendan, I am a 24 year old Canadian coming to Adelaide on exchange to study at UniSA from late February to late July. I am in the 3rd year of a 4 year Honours Bachelor program, co-majoring in Political Science and Labour Studies. I am into travel, cooking, wine, hiking, intellectually stimulating conversation (history, politics, philosphy etc) and having a laugh. I love going out for a few drinks or some live music, but I'm over the whole clubbing thing. I clean up after myself, and will be busy between school and working part-time. As an exchange student, I will need a furnished room. Not being from Adelaide, I am not too familiar with the suburban layout beyond what I could learn from some google searches. As long as I'm within a 20 minute bike ride from UniSA City West, I'm happy. I can get along with just about anybody. It'd be great to share a flat or a house with some other like minded students or recent graduates, but I'd also get on just fine with mature working people looking to rent out a spare room. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Cheers, Brendan Wilson
I'm Maz local citizen living in Sydney from last 4 year. I lived at GoldCoast , Brisbane and few weeks in Melbourne. I worked in E-commerce and DropShipping Business . I did plenty of travel here and there around the country. I travel overseas in my holidays. Now this FEB i am planning to do something new in my field. I am moving to new place to start study (Graphic Design) .I'll keep to myself or I can be your best friend, whatever works. I always say " FIND YOUR TRIBE " & life will be more cool. I am Truely a Minimalist . Normally when i am working get home around 6pm and head to the gym after work. Like to keep busy on weekends then do the occasional Netflix binge when I am not. I am into my tunes (mainly the triple J variety) . I like sociable housemates who don't hide in their room. Always good to have a company when watching sports and going through movies/Netflix. Personal space is obviously pretty important too. I am on Intermittent Fasting (IF 23:1 OMAD ) routine from last 1.5 years however I really like to cook sometimes for friends. Shoot me any questions if you have them. I am looking for Long Term place for 9 or 11 months. I am quite reserved, easy going, respectful and tidy. Preferably looking to share with just one other but open to sharing with two in the right circumstances. I won't know any one in this city so I'm excited to meet some new people. I'm punctual with the payments, relaxed, easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I have good rental history , previous owners references will be provided on demand . I always pay on time . Looking to share with someone Fun and like-minded! :) Thank you Maz
I've lived in the country all my life and I'm really enjoying exploring Adelaide and all it has to offer. I love cafes, eating out, red wine, watching the odd bit of bad reality tv, music and art. I have two jobs. I work morning shift (6am - 2pm most weekdays) in a food manufacturing role and I also work as a Retail Assistant a couple days a week. I am a very easy going person. I like to have a friendly chat and maybe a coffee/wines with my housemate but am equally happy to keep to myself if that is appropriate. I like things to be clear and transparent around expectations/ chores in the house - so everyone knows what they have to do. I would consider myself to be friendly, generous, very reliable, trustworthy and respectful of other people's space. I am ready to move very soon and keen to find a new home asap. Let me know if you think we are a match. Cheers, Billy

Hello, my name is Angus. I am currently studying at uniSA and is looking for a secure friendly household. I am a tidy housemate that will pull my own weight around the house via chores (as i have previously lived in shared houses). I am a friendly, outgoing person who likes a few drinks with friends time to time, but do enjoy a relaxing weekend in. I currently have a malamute dog, his name is Zeus. He is one of the most friendliest dogs you would ever meet and loves people. He is a old dog and prefers to be outside.
