Hi, I'm quiet and respectful of others' privacy. I always pay on time. Non-smoker, no pets. I have a stable part time admin job working 3 to 4 days per week in the city. I'd like to find a room for $180/wk or less including all bills. $200/wk is my upper limit. I'm fairly flexible with the length of tenancy, 6 months or longer would suit. I'm only looking within the suburbs that I have listed. Furnished, unfurnished or semi-furnished are all fine. Prefer a place with air conditioning for summer. I don't have an exact move out date but would like to find a new place very soon.
On offer are two joined rooms that are a part of a shared house with the owner living on the property in another building. The rooms are 3.5 by 3.2 metre and 3.5 by 2.2 metres. There is a king sized bed, lots of draw and wardrobe space and in the adjoining room is a desk, chair, lamp, small sofa and a large shelf/ bookcase unit. The culture of the house is friendly, co-operate, multi cultural, quiet and collaborative. All flat mates are tertiary students and ideally the new person would be studying full or part time. The kitchen dining area is spacious with all facilities provided. There is plenty of freezer and fridge space, a gas oven, lots of storage space with cups, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery etc. The premises is surrounded by 2 metre fences and the location is within walking distance of the CBD. There is a bus route to the city within 200 metres and the new Brickworks shopping centre is within 250 metres. Other shopping centres with Asian and Indian supermarkets are within one kilometre. The Linear Park bikeway is within 150 metres that provides an off road pathway to the city and the sea. It takes around 11 minutes to ride into the city. The location is ideal for students studying in the city. The environment is quiet, clean and convenient. Rent covers all electricity, gas and water costs and has unlimited internet. It is really important to get a person who matches the house culture. Although friendly the accommodation is not suitable for partying or loud socialising, it is more of a laid back private environment. If you fit this description please don’t hesitate to contact me.
I'm a clean and quiet PhD student at Adelaide Uni. I'm looking for share house with people to have a nice chat with, but also where I can have some to myself to relax/recharge. On weekends I like to go diving or camping, so some space to clean and store my gear is very welcome.
I am Paula, 32. I am working as an IT Engineer in Adelaide CBD. Easy going, friendly and very chill. 🤙 I enjoy deep conversations and also likes time alone (a.k.a. introvert). I enjoy an active, healthy, compassionate and mindful lifestyle. I am clean, responsible ( I pay my dues a day early 😊) and respectful.
I will be traveling most of the time due to my work but I am looking for a place to live that is close to the airport. I'd like to think that I'm easy going, respectful and friendly. I do enjoy spending time with friends and family but I am not a huge party person. I will do all that I can to make it pleasant to live with me!
Looking for a relaxed and kind share house that respects privacy. I have (absolutely) no issues with any pets!! I work casually four out of seven nights a week and go to uni two-three days a week so not a lot of time for bummin around. Just want a comfortable n friendly environment to come home to + nice folks to live with
I'm a full-time Psychology student at uniSA and I'm looking for a place for myself and my super adorable 9 month-old Kitten. If I'm not at uni I'll probably either be out and about exploring Adelaide, Scuba Diving, at kickboxing or having a drink with my friends! I would ideally love to be a part of a social sharehouse that likes to hang out on the weekends but also respects each other's personal spaces as well as the common areas. :) However, if you'd rather keep to your self and prefer lowkey vibes that is perfectly okay too :) I'm also super clean and tidy and would more than love to share in the household chores.
Originally from Melbourne, I've been in Adelaide for 1.5 years and plan to stay (for the next year at least). I currently live a very full and active life based around the city. During the day I'm at the studio making jewellery and metal work, based at JamFactory. A few nights a week I work front of house in a restaurant. I cycle everywhere. I eat everything but mostly plant based. I'm looking for a home that is warm and welcoming, preferably with a garden to sit in the sun and grow veggies :)
Hello! I am a 23 year old full-time uni student, studying Primary Education/Arts at Flinders. I work in after-school care. I love houseplants, painting (badly), cooking (less badly), singing in my choir and in the shower. You'll hear me talking about RPDR, Dr Who, and whatever terrible 'The CW' drama I'm watching at the time. I truly enjoy a chores-schedule and always pick up after myself in common areas. I've lived in multiple shared houses so I know the drill, and really appreciate a clean kitchen. I come with my own bedroom furniture, some houseplants, a bunch of succulents and some cool outdoor furniture too. I'm super queer and a proud Woman of Colour, I hope to find a home that supports that. I'd like to fit into a place where everyone supports each other as lovely people, spending time together and respecting each other's spaces. Feel free to ask me any questions :)
I am a single lady, looking for a bigger, more modern and comfortable home to share with the right person... I am in the middle of a career change, currently have my own personal concierge business whilst finding placement to be a Youth Worker... So I may need to do shift work! I am a very House proud woman and like to maintain and keep it spotless, including the gardens. Happy to take that role on! I am looking for a like minded mature house mate, who is respectful, down to earth, trustworthy and friendly. I have a 15 yr old desexed male Maltese X who just sleeps all day as he is old and he gets on well with other animals.
