Im relocating "back" to Adelaide being originally from S.A though growing up in NSW - I am looking to being closer to family and enjoying work and living in Adelaide once again. Well travelled and a fair bit of life experience enjoyed, I am an easy going person who enjoys a mix of people and experiences that life presents along the way. Potentially I will be studying while working, so I'll have a bit on my plate but I enjoy keeping busy and moving forward!
5 minutes to cbd, bright, restored original Art Deco 3 bedroom terrace house. Low maintenance yard, recently updated bathroom & kitchen. Private rear double bedroom with separate entrance. 3rd room can be used as an office, bedrooms are unfurnished, with the rest of the house fully furnished. There is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning/heating throughout, fast unlimited internet @ $30/month, Foxtel in the living room & walking distance to Henley beach road cafes/restaurants.
Ive been house sharing since I was about 17 so Im pretty used to it and super easy to get along with. Im 26 and work full time as a dental nurse. Im really into music and do a lot of singing (I try to keep it quiet!). I love going out to see bands or just hanging out at the pub. Im very social and hoping to live with like minded people who want to make a home environment not just the usual house share.
Hey everyone! Let's start with the buzzwords: open minded, relaxed, positive, healthy, fit, social, non-smoker, respectful, active. Lots of interests: food (it's my job), cycling, road-trips, camping, fishing, photography, music, movies, reading (I'm a news junkie), technology and much more. I have plenty of experience with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, and multiple enthusiastic references are available. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up, I'm very open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces :) My budget for the perfect place is $150-$170 bills included. If there are more people, or bills are excluded, etc that would be reflected in the rent I'm prepared to pay. I have used this website recently and it was a success, hoping to replicate! Now my current housemate just landed a dream job in Brisbane and is leaving by end of July. I don't want to take over the lease so I'm considering other share-houses. Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico. - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer. - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - Apart from Italian and English, I speak fluent Spanish and it would be great to live with someone who can help me practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years time I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places.
I am a journo moving to Adelaide from Sydney for work with my partner Arisha (who is a mad cook btw) and hoping to find a place handy for work and exploring a new city. As we're fresh from the horrors of Sydney we'd be really keen for someone to show us around or at least point us in the right direction. We're pretty quiet; love pets (particularly dogs), music and good food. Always keen for a chat or you know silently leaving you well alone.
Just moved to Adelaide and in need of a house mate ASAP. I've been living out of home by myself for close to a year now so I know all the in and outs. I work as a make up artist and also a bartender so you'll more then likely be getting little make overs. I'm a pretty quiet person but do enjoy going out every now and then. I work most weekend with my make up. I already have all the furniture from my previous house so looking for somewhere that's unfurnished as it's all still new. I do have two cats that come with me as well. From living out by myself I'm pretty realiable.
Hi, I’m Josh, 41 year old single male. I work part time in university administration (UniSA), and part time as a fitness coach and personal trainer (Crossfit, EFM). Been living on my own in Hindmarsh, but miss living with others and not a huge fan of the crime rate where I am. I'm looking for something preferably in the western suburbs, sharing with other working professionals. I've got my own furnishings and some appliances but am flexible with them. When I'm not working I enjoy gym training (crossfit), reading, watching UFC, and the odd bit of painting. I'm easy going, love good conversation and bad puns, but I’m also respectful of personal space and appreciate the same. I've lived in share houses previously. I’m a clean and tidy person and keep it pretty quiet. Used to doing all housework myself, so willing to do my share around the house. I'm a non-smoker, not looking to share with smokers. I'm an early riser for work and training, often 4:30-5:30 starts during the week. I drink very occasionally and tend to keep it low key on weekends, so I'm not a great fit for a party house ;)
Hi! I'm Sarah and I'm searching for a room for my cat Mouse and I. I'm looking for a sharehouse with a friendly communal vibe - I don't want to live with people I never talk to so let's be friends. I'm also looking for housemates who are considerate and tidy. I'm very clean, love cooking, and going to the gym (Goodlife members: let's work out together). Ideally, I'd like a decent sized room with floorboards (because asthma) and plenty of light, a backyard for my cat to chill out in (supervised of course), and that's pretty much it. Vegan housemates would be a bonus. Chuck me a message if you have somewhere you think I'd like. Thanks! (:
I am a quiet and friendly full-time worker who is looking for a room or flat to rent. I have recently been offered a job in the city, so living close by is important. I'm introverted and keep to myself, however I love to socialise over a glass of wine or cup of coffee. I have an awesome and cute kitty called Ralph, we're kind of a package deal.
Hello future Housemates I'm a friendly happy natured 45 year old gent that's looking to relocate Adelaide and start a new chapter in life that know's and understands living with others doing all those things make life easy and enjoys keeping a nice clean and tidy happy living environment... Cheers Jason
Good sized bedroom, with enough space to sleep two people who want to share in two single beds and still have room to move. Five minute walk to public transport. Ten/fifteen minutes to the city. Close to all important features. eg. shops, bus stops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and even the beach. etc. Trees bearing fruit for our enjoyment. Room to grow vegetables if you want. House rules: Everyone helps out with the cleaning inside and outside with a weekly roster. We all have little garden tasks to do to keep the place looking neat and clean.
Girls and boys, students from Adelaide Uni and UniSA. Occupied with studies most of the time. Occasionally have dinner together with movies on the weekends. Clean and tidy. Some of us are active while the rest just prefer to stay home and binge watch tv shows.
22y.o working a FIFO job. Looking for not a house but a home Loves hanging out outdoors, trying new things, tv binging and having a drink or few. Super bubbly, happy fun person to live with (or so I've been told). I have a little dog that may come over for a sleep over or two but will not live full-time with me. Looking to live with a chilled group of friends who like to have a laugh and share good vibes with.

Hi everyone! We are looking for a friendly new hosuemate to join us in our Torrensville sharehouse :) Located just off of Marion Road, walking distance to Henley Becah Road and major bus stops just 200metres away, it's a great location in a safe neighbourhood. You will be sharing the house with a male and a female and the delightful Frankiee-a 2year old chowchow female dog whom is housetrained and very sociable. It is exceptionally important that you are a ‘dog person’, as Frankiee is a very important part of the household and needs to be loved rather than simply ‘tolerated’. If you do not like dogs then this is not the house for you. About the House: Modern and clean three bedroom house, two bathrooms, two living room areas , large open plan and fully equipped kitchen with heaps of storage (you will have your own pantry), small rear grassed yard, heating and cooling throughout, fully equipped laundry, tiled throughout-except for the bedrooms, downlights throughout, lockable garage for storage, on street parking available. We have all the appliances and furniture to provide a lovely living space, hence all you will need is your bedroom furniture. About the bedroom/space available: Medium sized bedroom (identical to the second bedroom), carpeted, large window, large floor to ceiling mirrored built in robe. The room fits a queenbed+tv cabinet+bedsides and a tallboy (just to give you an idea on sizing). You will be sharing the MAIN bathroom with one housemate only, it features a separate toilet, separate basin/vanity area with plenty of personal storage space, and a large shower with a separate bath. The rent is $150 a week, and it is paid fortnightly in advance. All bills are split between the three housemates (water/elec/gas). And a bond of 2weeks rent is required. Please feel free to sms or email with a little about yourself-and inspections are more than welcome :) We really appreciate a friendly household, hence looking for someone whom doesn’t mind a chat yet understands personal space, sociable environmemt yet not a party house, we both work fulltime and live fairly active lives, but guests are absolutely welcome and the ability to laugh is a must. Simply looking for someone whom has a positive outlook on life, understands personal space yet is socially capable of building friendships, is clean and tidy and has the gernal morals of honesty/respect
Hey guys, I'm Lucy and I'm 24 years old. Currently working Monday to Thursday in the city. I'm easy going and sociable but also enjoy my own space. I love a good crafternoon and generally have a project on the go. I tend to be out and about on weekends at local gigs. I'm looking for somewhere close to town in a friendly sharehouse. Would prefer west or southern suburbs. If I sound like I'd be a good fit at your place, please send me a message.
Hi ! I am an international student, currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering at The University of Adelaide. Of Indian descent, I grew up in Qatar from the age of 5 (I still reside there with my family) and would probably call it my home. I am looking to move into a new place sometime by the end of July. Please dont hesitate to contact me if interested in having me as your housemate. Note that I am looking for a place to stay in certain suburbs I mentioned specifically on my profile. Or in generic terms, either towards the west or towards the south of the city. That would be my first preference. I am responsible, tidy, able to seamlessly and quietly adapt to any rules/requirements in the environment. Usually I would be out at the Uni for the majority of the day subject to workloads. Weekends I tend to stay indoors although occasionally I would do a bit of exploring the city. I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know them better and hanging out with them almost anywhere: be it at a restaurant or hiking. If you would rather yearn for some quiet time, a bit more privacy at home, or in essence if you need a quieter flat mate, I would gladly oblige to be so. I have lived out of home for the last 5 years, so I am well experienced in living in a professional manner. If left to myself, while assuming studies dont eat up my time, I would probably be reading up on military aviation, watching classical movies from the 40's to 90's (an addict at that), following cricket, Federer (he is tennis for me :P), playing COD and Falcon 4.0, reading a bit of history or listening to some of the best, western classical music has to offer. Looking forward to great times together !
Aha well i am an apprentice chef at restaurant Orana so that pretty much absorbs my life force. I would say that doesn't make me a terrible person and i am really quite nice, open, cultured and interested in the world. I'm weird but have a girlfriend which is reassuring to my reputation as she's pretty nice, also i have a sense of empathy and sympathy as well.
Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
Great location just 3 minutes drive to CBD, close to local transport (Bus/trams). Small backyard with a covered seating area. Local supermarket just a walk around the corner. Room for rent is the master bedroom which has a large walk in robe. Maximum 3 months is due to the room being available while I'm overseas. There is a possibility of this term extending if I decide to stay longer. Address will be given apon inspection.
