Recently moved this month to Townsville for work, and am looking for a clean house to live. I travel fairly regularly for work so wont be home some weeks. I dont mind helping with yard work and am clean and tidy and like to live with people who are similar. Ideally I would prefer a furnished house as I haven't started buying house stuff up here yet. I'm happy to chill out with other flatties for a movie or meals but am happy with my own space as well. Look forward to hearing from you :)
I'm a student, so quite often keep to myself as I'm unfortunately stuck studying more than I'd like. I am incredibly clean and very good at adulting... I also love baking - choc chunk cookies and brownies are my specialty. I'm very active and try to live a healthy lifestyle mostly. However, I also enjoy getting out and about when I can with friends. I'm also kind of a crazy dog lady, so dogs are a bonus as I had to leave my fur baby in Melbourne.
Tidy and respectful, socialble but enjoy my quiet time. I am a manager at a restaurant I do split shifts a couple times of the week and night shift most nights so home drune the day. Looking for a a few people or just one other person to become friends with and not have an awkward living situation, I love a good chat and a drink!
I love my job. Very sociable and easy to get along with. Love to be out in nature - camping, bush walking, beach. I keep fit, love an adventure and trying new things. Clean and pay bills on time. Like to be friends with my housemates but also respect and enjoy personal time.
Hello ! I've been allocated to conduct shift work in Townsville to work for a year or so. I am a clean and respectful person. I do love time to myself, I am relatively quite, however I am always up for a chat :). I love to go on adventures in my spare time and experience new things. I am also into fitness and love to workout both in the gym and outdoors, not into the party scene. I am looking for a house to call my new home, and hopefully make life long mates !
Hey there I'm Tom from the United Kingdom. I'm coming to Townsville to do a PhD looking into feral cats in the swamps and woods around the area. I'm an outgoing and gregarious sort of chap. I enjoy going to a pub to chat and socialize as much as I like to go on random adventures and hikes in the outdoors. To unwind I enjoy going to gigs and playing football, but sometimes there's nothing better than settling down with a good book for an afternoon. I'll be getting my own car so road trips are a distinct possibility. I am a respectful housemate and know that when there needs to be quiet time and how to clean up after myself. I'm looking for other students or people of a similar age to live with either moving into a free room or teaming up to find a new place.
I am new to Townsville and moved over from Ireland over a month ago for work. I am looking for somewhere in in the city/strand but flexible with locations . I am easy going, and laid back enjoy keeping active running, swimming and socializing and getting to know new people. I do like to chill out after a busy day with a beer swim drawing or netflix. I am attempting to cook more and like being able to have friend's over for food/ drinks I am very clean and like things to be tidy although not ocd about it. Im respectful of others and there privacy. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Hello! I'm Jared, a British student living in the Netherlands. I'll be coming to Townsville to work as a visiting biology researcher for 6-8 months in late August, so I'm looking for a temporary home. A bit about me. I'd describe myself as a sociable introvert; I'm a fun and bubbly guy but spend time alone also. I'm a huge nature-lover, hoping to spend a lot of my time outside exploring the wilds of Townsville looking for interesting wildlife. I'm also gay, so I would only like to live with accepting people. Pros: + Positive attitude, fun to be around + Clean (actually work as a cleaner!) + Tidy + Considerate & responsible Cons: - Allergic to fur (no furry pets please) - Allergy to peanuts (housemate(s) would need to be considerate with this, nothing to worry about) If you have suitable accommodation in Townsville and think I sound remotely tolerable, get in touch! Thanks, Jared
Hi, I’m a 25 year old Male working full time as a Youth Worker in Townsville. I am quiet and very respectful, however I can also have a laugh and like to socialise. I am also reasonably tidy without being OCD! I enjoy music, documentaries, films, gaming, driving and exploring/travelling.
I'll be returning to Townsville for a 6 month contract and I'm looking for somewhere quiet as I will be working very random shiftwork hours. As often as I can I will be spending my days off back in Melbourne with my family. I would also be needing to have my husband visit me on his days off. But if our days off match we would probably head off to the island or the tablelands or something. I'm a non smoking easy going and kind person. I am clean and reliable. I would probably be better off with a single housemate and someone older than 30. I would just like a quiet place - preferably with my own bathroom that I can call home while I'm there.
My names Morgan and I’m a 22 year old Occupational Therapist. I’m tidy, respectful and pay my bills on time! I enjoy being social but don’t mind some quite time too! Happy to live with either males or females. Looking for a unit or townhouse around the City or North Ward.

Chilled out Laid back guy, can keep to myself when need be but also enjoy being social and meeting new people. Work full time Monday - Friday and try to make the most of my spare time. Enjoy anything outdoors. Hoping to find an existing share house somewhere close to the strand or to start one myself with one other person.
I come from Denmark and I'm going to study at James Cook University for one semester (teaching period 2, 2018). I am a down-to-earth and very friendly person and I love to have fun and spend time with other people. I'm a caring person and I want everyone to feel good about the place we live - so I will do my best to make sure that we have a happy home. I would like to experience something together with my new roommates outside the house, but I would also like to relax at home with good food at our new place. I love diving, freediving, hiking and just being out in the nature. I'm looking forward to meet you. I would prefer to live with other JCU students. I come to Australia in early July and can meet you and see the place at that time. I would like to rent a room for 5 months, until the beginning of December.
I am a friendly, relaxed, clean and respectful person. I have just started studying at JCU but when I'm not at Uni, I am normally at work or at a friends house. I work in Hospitality and this does sometimes involve shift work. I've recently moved to Townsville from Cairns to be closer to my family. I enjoy a cider or two on my weekends and love a bit of Netflix.
My name is Nikki, I am a young female 20 years of age. I am from Newcastle NSW but currently work locally full time here in Townsville QLD. I am looking for some where temporary at the moment. I am pleasant to live with, easy to get along with and enjoy a beer while watching the footy. Please message me if you think you have something available.
Hello, I'm moving from Newcastle to Townsville for a 6 month contract at The Townsville Hospital. I like keeping my living space clean, especially the floors. I don't smoke and i'm not bringing any pets with me. I enjoy playing sports, gaming, guitar and travelling. I love music and enjoy the occasional night out. I'm torn between living close to the hospital or close to the CBD. I'm looking for roomates to save money but mainly because I don't know anybody in Townsville. I'm arriving in Townsville by plane on April 26th. (Sorted temporary accommodation until 5th of May)
Cannot move until June! I'm super friendly and social, easy to get along with, and I'm not too loud. I will be studying law at JCU commencing in semester 2, 2018. I do love the occasional night out on the town, but I'm usually just studying or watching Netflix. I also love the beach.
