Hi! My names Cassie, I am 26 years old, studying teaching at Utas and I work casually in a coffee shop in Hobart CBD. My partner James is 29, studying Surveying at UTAS and works casually as a pizza cook. We have a medium sized dog called Boston, he is a Jack Russell X and the friendly-est dog ever, gets along with dogs and children, has lived with a cat before also fine :) Looking for somewhere nice and quiet to be able to throw ourselves into our studies, we have a quiet life with no wild nights out or troves of friends to bring round. Just want to get settled somewhere for as long as we can, had a terrible run of rentals and moving around in the past 12 months.

Hey guys, I'm pretty easy going, genuine upfront person. Honest and respectful, and tidy. I enjoy a good chat but also my solo time outdoors bike riding, hiking and doing yoga. I live a healthy organic lifestyle, i don't drink or smoke. Prefer to find natural highs in being creative, active or with music and in meditation. Looking for like minded people to share with that are independant and respectful of personal space, but like to enjoy meals together. Living in Brisbane at the moment but looking for a peaceful share house or flat i could work out of. I'm a therapist specialising in energetic healing and counselling so a quiet, naturally lush environment would be ideal. Also eager to move to Hobart for the ideal place. It's a second home for me and easy for me to relocate to. 😊✌
I desperately need somewhere to live, moved from Adelaide, SA and will be studying at UTAS. My friends would describe me as a friendly, responsible, approachable, tidy, respectful person who is quite laid back.

Hi, this is a bit of a difficult listing due to the filters on this site but basically we have a sharehouse up in Taroona for rent. The house is BRAND NEW (no one has lived in it yet). Its a beautiful wooden eco-house on the BEACH. Parking & unlimited internet available. Rent is ALL BILLS INCLUSIVE (internet too) We have different options to suit different people - depending on what room you want, how long you want to stay, whether you want to pay a bond. To begin with: 4 bedrooms are available: The first bedroom is a master bedroom and couples are welcome as well as friends who want to share. It has its own private ensuite. Walk in cupboard/robe.*couples/friends sharing preferred* The second and third bedroom is quite large, couples/friends sharing are welcome but youll be sharing the bathroom with others. Built in Robes. The fourth bedroom is tiny - very small, like a study it would suit someone who is fine with just having their bed and suitcase. Length of stay: There is NO minimum - you can stay one night if you want, provided the room you want is free that night (just divide the weekly rent by 7). However if you do stay less time it will be a little extra - eg if you stay less than 3 months its 15/week extra. this is negotiable, we will talk it over. Bond: If you stay 6 months you have the option of paying bond or paying a little extra - saving you from having to save up and forego a huge chunk of cash. If you stay shorter term then the extra rent covers bond. RENT IS NEGOTIABLE Option to sign lease also available for long-term. Basically if you tell us which room + how long you want to stay we can negotiate rent and decide how you want to bond. Furnishing: option for furnished (bed, table) or not - upto you. Wardrobes are in built. Kitchen & laundry already have whitegoods e.g. stove, fridge, freezer, and microwave. House is insulated and has heating/cooling. Internet is unlimited - currently its on ADSL because NBN hasnt come but when it does we will switch. Smoking: smokers welcome but you cant smoke in house theres a lovely verandah and garden and beach to do so Pets: indoor dogs, small pets (guinea pigs, mice), and indoor cats only. Preference: I do prefer those interested in being around longer-term, and for the master+ensuite couples.

Hi My name is Eleanor, I am a 21 year old student. I'm studying journalism and politics at UTAS and looking for a room down in Hobart. I'm quiet, tidy and have a heavy study load so will keep to myself a fair bit. I am friendly and respectful. I like photography and being outdoors, as well as a nice wine every once in a while. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
I have been studying at UTAS and soon will graduate. I am quiet, clean, friendly. I have been living in shared houses in the past two years and never had problems with any house mates.
Hello hello! I'm Sam, 29 yr old male currently working and studying. I'm easy going, neat, friendly, chatty, clean and courteous and love to cook! When I don't have my head in the books, I love to get out and about surfing or camping or road tripping 😊 If there's anything else you'd like to know, please don't hesitate to ask 😊
I am looking for somewhere to live with my adorable friendly pooch Hank, who is a 4yr Staffy x Jack Russell who I rescued from the RSPCA. I am a friendly, young at heart, very quiet, clean, respectful easy going dog/animal lover and currently working part time (admin/secretary) but moving to full time work after Easter. I also wish to undertake study in the near future. I am financially secure to cover rent etc while working part time. I have recently returned to Tassie after living in Queensland for 6 months or so while caring for my mother who was ill. Hank & I love walking in the bush and dog beach/dog parks. We also love home time too. We are social but not partiers. My main priority is to find a secure & happy place to live for Hank, as he had a bit of a rough time before coming to live with me. Happy to talk to anyone, if we sound like we would be a good fit for your place. (Please note, unfortunately there is no internet access where I am currently staying so I may not respond to a message immediately but will do so as soon as I can.)
I'm a student studying graphic design in Hobart and working part time in retail. I have two super friendly cats that are mainly inside (toilet trained) but happy to make them outside cats if need be. Looking for a place with house mates that are also fairly tidy, laid back and easy to get along with and that are also up for the occasional drink or two! My rent runs out 22 March.
I'm a clean, easy going person working full-time in Hobart City. I enjoy singing in the shower, memes, the occasional beer, cod, and the Oxford comma. I work 9hrs plus, five times a week, and church on Sundays, so I probably won't be home a whole bunch, but I'll always be there for you 😘
Hello! I am Ash, I moved here from Launceston earlier this year. Me and my partner, Kiarna, are looking for somewhere to rent out whilst we study at UTas together. I'm studying Audio - but I always have headphones on, so don't worry about me playing music out loud, and I don't play any instruments. Kiarna is planning on studying Art next year. We won't be moving for a while, but we'd love to be prepared and have someone to share a house with. Teamups are extremely appreciated! We have a medium-sized, charming therapy dog, Troy, who loves other animals and gets along well with other people. We are very quiet and tend to keep to ourselves, so don't worry about us causing any disturbances or having "wild parties". I am very organised and enjoy keeping my areas neat and tidy. Please send me a message if you are interested in a teamup or have a place available around the end of May!
My house is in Taroona, whichis very close to the bus stop, only need 2min walking, and 15min to go utas and 28min to CBD by bus. It's only 170 per week for single, and 210 per week for couple. share bills, and I prefer long-term rent (longer than 3 months). Available from Mar. 23 If you are interested, please contact me.
Hello peoples! So I’m searching for a housemate to share with me in a super-awesome 2 bedroom pad up on Churchill Avenue in Sandy bay. The ground floor flat is neat, clean, well lit, modern, and with a totally boss views of the river, city and mountain. (The photos probably don’t do it justice). The kitchen and bathroom are both modern, with fancy appliances. Your room is unfurnished, but has robes and is big enough to (just) fit a queen sized bed. Parking is available off street, or it’s 15 minute walk into Sandy bay which has everything. Ideally looking for responsible, professional types (I'm an engineer that works in town) and for a longer term housemate (6 months+) If you’re a friendly, fun, decent person I’d love to hear from you. Bonus points if you enjoy the outdoors (hiking, surfing, mountain biking etc. ☺ ...Oh, and I also have a spare car that you would be free to use, as long as you cover the petrol :) The room is available from late March onwards. $200 per week, bills extra.
