Hi there, I am a healthcare professional and an aspiring physician from Melbourne, moving to Hobart in July to study medicine at UTas. I am extremely clean and tidy, love to explore nature, try out new restaurants and wineries, play some golf or just go for a nice drive (if and whenever I do get the time) and generally try to be as polite and helpful as I can be. I am always up for a meal together but am also very respectful of other people's space. I am definitely not looking for a party house or a place that is loud on the weekend, but a place where we can share a meal, have a glass of wine occasionally and share an intelligent conversation. I am looking to move into a shared house or team up ASAP as my uni starts in the second week of July. Regards, Dhruv

Our bills include: Electricity (per quarter) Gas (when needed) Water (per quarter) Internet (per month) Gardening/mowing (when it is needed/every now and then) There is currently no washing machine onsite so if you have one, that would be a great addition. Hi there, recently moved from Adelaide to Hobart for work. Looking to either find a rental with someone or move in to an already established place. A little about me: Work full time, shift work, like to keep fit and healthy, sociable and have a keen interest in sport and like to get outdoors. Message me if you would like to know more about me, have a room available or are also looking for a room and could be open to teaming up to get a new place together. Cheers Joel
I'm a pretty easy-going person who is very clean and tidy. I am a student but I also have two jobs so I'm very busy. I am a non-smoker and do not have pets. I'm looking for a furnished room in a share house or a single granny flat/apartment. I would prefer somewhere in the Battery Point/Sandy Bay/Hobart CBD area as this would be closest to university and work.
Hi, I'm 23 years old originally from Hong Kong, graduated from Deakin Uni 2 years ago, have a little bit of experience living in a shared house for 6 years in Melbourne. I'll be coming to live in Tasmania for 3 years. I'm friendly, tidy, sociable, organised and easy going. I'm a very outgoing person, I love sports, soccer and futsal are my first sport. In my spare time I hang out with my friends, I like to go out for drinks or dinners. I also enjoy chilling at the beach, shopping, the occasional night out and relaxing nights cooking. I'm moving in mid-September for 3 months first because I cant do inspection before leaving from Melbourne, so I’ll see how it goes and decide to leave or stay. I need off-street parking for my car. Please do not call me, shoot me a text/direct message instead if interested :) Thanks, Alex
