I am an Adelaide girl looking to make the move to Tazzy. Currently unemployed but will be searching for work once settled in. I am friendly and love a good chat but also keep to myself. I make my bed most mornings. I have a pet beagle that I would love to make the move with.
Hi, I'm an emerging writer on my sabbatical year prior to tertiary study in Melbourne. Will be working and studying TAFE in 2017. Neat, friendly and quiet (non-smoker).
Full Time Work at AFL Tasmania so income isn't a concern, very laid back individual who is easy to get along with - very into sport and love socialising. Clean individual who is learning to cook now, very capable around the house.
*6 months max!* Mitch and I are moving to Tasmania and are looking for a temporary place to live while we look for a home to buy. We're property owners ourselves (in Queensland) and are very respectful of other people's homes (as we hope that our tenants are with ours!). We're pretty quiet people. We've worked as private chefs and prefer to stay in. I'm a cheese maker and Mitch is a winemaker and we lived in Europe for few years practising these trades, so we have lots of stories to tell (and wine/cheese knowledge to share). For fun I run (I'm a marathoner); Mitch does not run.
Hey guys! I am currently living by myself in my old family home and I am looking for a housemate. The rental agreement is a private arrangement between me and my parents, so I am after for somebody who will respect the house and arrangement. The shared living and dining areas are all fully furnished. You will have the choice of the two vacant bedrooms, neither of which are furnished. Both bedrooms have large built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers for you to make use of and enough space for a double/queen bed. The house has a large backyard and outdoor entertaining area with a nice view of the mountain; maintenance of these areas would be a shared responsibility. The modern bathroom has recently been renovated. The living room features a cost effective reverse-cycle heat pump. The kitchen is fully equipped; features include a fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, smaller appliances, etc. The separate laundry comes equipped with a top-loader washing machine and ample storage. A separate garage can be used for extra storage. The house is within walking distance to Shoreline Shopping Centre (2 min walk) and Howrah Beach. Regular bus services into Eastlands Shopping Centre and the Hobart CBD can be accessed from Shoreline. Feel free to get in touch for any extra details!
Peaceful, friendly with a good sense of humour. I am relocating to Hobart to complete my Masters in Psychology at UTAS so I am looking for somewhere relaxed and conducive to study. I am enrolled full time so at this stage I am not looking to gain employment while in Hobart though may consider it after gauging the study load.
Hey guys, I'm pretty easy going, genuine upfront person. Honest and respectful, and tidy. I enjoy a good chat but also my solo time outdoors bike riding, hiking and road tripping. I live a healthy fit lifestyle, i don't drink or smoke. Prefer to find natural highs in being creative, active or with music and meditation. Living in Brisbane at the moment, but have lived in Tassy twice already over the last 9 years, and feeling the call back again. 😊✌

Hello hello! I'm Sam, 29 yr old male studying medicine. I'm easy going, neat, friendly, chatty, clean and courteous and love to cook! When I don't have my head in the books, I love to get out and about surfing or camping or road tripping 😊 If there's anything else you'd like to know, please don't hesitate to ask 😊
I'm a student studying graphic design in Hobart and working part time in retail. I have two super friendly cats that are mainly inside (toilet trained) but happy to make them outside cats if need be. Looking for a place with house mates that are also fairly tidy, laid back and easy to get along with and that are also up for the occasional drink or two! My rent runs out 22 March.
Hello peoples! So I’m searching for a housemate to share with me in a super-awesome 2 bedroom pad up on Churchill Avenue in Sandy bay. The ground floor flat is neat, clean, well lit, modern, and with a totally boss views of the river, city and mountain. (The photos probably don’t do it justice). The kitchen and bathroom are both modern, with fancy appliances. Your room is unfurnished, but has robes and is big enough to (just) fit a queen sized bed. Parking is available off street, or it’s 15 minute walk into Sandy bay which has everything. Ideally looking for responsible, professional types (I'm an engineer that works in town) and for a longer term housemate (6 months+) If you’re a friendly, fun, decent person I’d love to hear from you. Bonus points if you enjoy the outdoors (hiking, surfing, mountain biking etc. ☺ The room is available from late March onwards. $200 per week, bills extra.
New apartment close to shop, park, bus stops and university. Top story with a view and large balcony. Available room has an in-built wardrobe (BYO bed). The rest of the house is full furnished so no need to bring anything else. NBN available.
Hi guys, I'm looking for a place to stay during my upcoming exchange semester at UTAS. I'm 25, originally from Germany and pursuing my master's in sustainability managemenet. At UTAS I'll be attending various courses from environmental studies to IT basic classes. In my spare time I plan to explore Tasmania's nature and hopefully also some parts of Australia's mainland. And I hope to find some nice and fancy food places. I'd consider myself a pretty uncomplicated flatmate - enjoy hanging out and having an evening beer together, but also respect other's privacy, and keep my own and shared rooms tidy. Looking forward to getting to know some new great people!
Hello-hello! I really hope someone could help me- I am a future exchange student in UTAS starting from February 2017 and will be staying there just for a semester. I'm adventurous and smiley, tidy and responsible, and I will be coming all the way from England (although I am Estonian so even more exciting!). I am a Zoology/Biology student, love hiking and climbing, but also enjoy relaxed and quiet evenings. If you've got a room to spare, please do let me know! Many thanks! Minna
