A bit of info about me below. :)

My name is Lola, and I’m a 24-year-old full-time professional currently working in the residential construction industry (In sales). I have a stable full-time role and maintain a consistent income.

I am a quiet, respectful tenant who takes pride in keeping my home extremely clean and well maintained. I’m very house-proud and naturally tidy (a bit of a clean freak), so maintaining the property to a high standard is very important to me.

I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, and live a fairly quiet lifestyle. I do not have any pets or a partner.

I also own a car, so off-street parking or an allocated parking space would be ideal.

I’m looking for a place I can treat as my home and care for as if it were my own. I’m reliable with rent and respectful of neighbours and property. A 1 bedroom flat would be ideal, however I am open to share houses with no more then 3 other people.
