Im most probably the easiest person you'll have the pleasure of living with. Good conversation when required but respectfull of everyones situations. Work a lot and enjoy my downtime too.
Hey everyone :) My name is Sara, I'm 29 and a student at USC. I spend my days -apart from studying and working part time-, mostly with camping, gym, cycling, baking etc. I'm a easy-going person and like to catch up from time to time with my flatmates for dinner together or some drinks. I love dogs -so if you have a dog living with you I would be more than happy about it :D
MY TRAITS I am a friendly family orientated, honest, happy, easy going, young at heart person. I have always mixed well across generations (people came together before barriers could separate them ). I am happy to do my share of chores inside and out, and a good bill payer. ABOUT ME I have a son and two grandchildren (6 & 8 yrs). I love to visit them and have them visit me, occasional sleep-overs included. I enjoy my own company, but love to have a chat over a glass wine/meal. I like my own space, but am also respectful of other peoples space. I am not a party person, I don’t smoke, but love cooking for/with friends, reading, catching a good movie, taking a nature walk, and camping. I also like fishing and building things from wood. I get on well with children and love pets but don’t have any. MY FUTURE Waiting again to purchase my own piece of this good earth - when I find it but not rushing in. I would be interested in teaming up with 1 or 2 others to get something or happy to share with you if you think I fit. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Happy to meet up for a coffee and chat to see how we get on.
Able to move in anytime from now. Want minimum 6 months; possibly long term. Prefer paying one amount that covers all bills and internet.Have grandson in Brisbane and another on the way that I visit approx monthly for 1-2night stay. Awaiting access to functional doctor's plan after chemical poisoning in the workplace so sensitive to most perfumes &; deodorants plus some cleaners etc, looking forward to getting fit again once on plan, Christian Pentecostal
Hey Guys, Looking for a third roommate to move with my friend an I in late January. My names Abbey, I currently work full time as a Sport Development and Event Officer in Sa. I have decided to move back to the Sunshine Coast at the end of my current lease in SA to be closer to the family. I'm pretty cruisy, quite easy to chat too and enjoy a wine or two. One of the least judgemental people you will meet. I've lived out of home since Jan 2015 so I am very respectful when it comes to share accomodation. I do have a dog, George, he is a Samriever. He is very gentle and beautifully natured and a delight to live with. Does give sass if you don't share toast. My friend an I are looking for a third roommate to come on a lease with us asap. Annaliese works full time in hospitality and is also chill :)
26 years old. chef by profession. clean and easy going love to hang out but respect the privacy. I am a pretty chill person. Always have a full-time job... Doesn't do any kind of drugs.. would have a couple of drinks every now and then. Very clean police records. Need a good house as soon as possible Would love to meet new people and have a good time. Hit me up.
Hello, I'm Max - I've recently moved back to the Sunshine Coast from the Gold Coast after being at University for a year. After deciding that University wasn't for me I am back on working on the Sunshine Coast and looking for a new place to move into. I'm a very laid back guy, easy to get along with and easy to live with. I'm usually at work every day during the week and surfing in the afternoons until the sun goes down. On weekends I like to kick back and relax doing my own thing - whether that's going surfing, motocross riding, camping or just hanging out with mates. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you think you have a place for me.
Hi :) I enjoy living in lux/resort type accommodation with awesome housemate/s of diverse ages and cultures, who keep everything tidy and in new condition, and help each other. I'm happy, outgoing, friendly and respectful of others, with lovely references available. I love being at the beach, sunsets and full moon picnics and cycling along the esplanade. I'm financially stable and work full time (finance/construction industry), non-smoker, without kids and without pets. I've shared successfully many times before. I'm pretty social (not a vampire hiding in the bedroom) and happy to chillax with you & enjoy some tapas with a mocktail or cocktail :) My move in date and stay length are flexible. Ciao!
🌻 I'm 24 years young... still holding onto my youth haha! I love the outdoors, I'm a bit of a beach bum, I'm an amateur surfer but still give it a red hot go! I'm a big fan of music 🎶 I'm very clean and like to have my stuff in order... not in an OCD way though. I'm studying conservation and land management this year at tafe. Working part time at a resort. I enjoy a few cold beers and red wines... also love to shake a tail feather at anytime of the day. I have a very positive, outgoing personality⚡️So yeah that's me in a nutshell ✌️
Hi I’m Sam and I’m a nurse currently living and working on the Sunshine Coast. I’m chasing a room with an ensuite or my own bathroom. I also have a toy poodle, who is my little shadow. I take her out regularly and particularly to the beach (her favourite place). I’m clean and tidy and will always pay my bills on time. As I’m new to the sunny coast I want to meet people. I love water sports, Netflix, music and adventures. I am flexible with my move date and can move almost anytime during the month of February and up until the first of March.
Hello lovely people. We are easy going, clean, respectful, and happy people. We love the outdoors and nature. We love going on adventures and camping. We love to cook and are very easy to get along with. We love dogs and animals. I studied conservation biology at uni, worked in Conservation, currently work as a dog walker and pet sitter and will be doing a master's in primary school teaching. My partner will be working full time in construction. We are both vegetarian/vegan. I would like there to be outside space and other places in the house for me to study even just a table in the kitchen. Best wishes Emma and Natty

Hey hey, looking forward to sharing with a positive, open minded, alternative thinker kind of gal. I'm a creative so I like to make and sew crafty kind of things. Healthy eating is a daily ritual and yoga is something I do at the gym a few times a week. I'm passed the age of partying so a nice relaxing sanctuary to come home to is key for me. Sharing with one other person is ideally what I'm looking for, busy households with everyone wanting to use the kitchen and bathroom is not for me. And now for my list of demands, mwahahahahahaaaaaa :) I do have my own furniture so a vacant room will be necessary. Add in some space for two single seater vintage chairs, sewing machines and fabric. I use everything so putting them in storage is not an option. Understanding the meaning of the following words is imperative: clean, tidy, privacy, consideration, respectful. Not a fan of aspirational cleaners and people who say they are something they are not. I drink rarely, never smoke. Rarely means a few times a year and never means never, it doesn't mean I smoke when I drink or smoke socially. Not into sharing with pets or children. Absolutely no exceptions, not even if your dog is the cutest outdoor dog, or if your kids only stay on the weekends. Thanks for looking and chat soon.
I am looking to team up with one or two people (preferably females) to start a share house or am happy to move into an established place with 1 or 2 people. Require my own bathroom and preferably aircon. I am flexible with my move in date as i will be staying at my parents until i find a suitable place. Can move anytime from the 26th February up until the end of March. Happy to pay up to $200 a week but around the $150/$170 mark would be ideal. I am very outgoing and love meeting new people! I have just graduated from a Bachelor of Journalism at QUT and am moving back to the Sunshine Coast where i grew up. I will be working 2 jobs and doing a bit of travelling this year so will be out and about. I enjoy having a chat and a drink with my housemate/s but also like my own space. I am usually very busy and like to keep active, go for runs, head out on the weekends and hit up the beach! I'm quite tidy and would like to find someone who cleans up after them self as they go so we can maintain a clean, happy and relaxed household! I have lived with housemates for 3 years so I have experience living with other people and am very respectful of others. Hope to find some likeminded people to move in with. Send me a message if you think we would get along :)
I am easy going, clean and considerate. Most people would describe me as friendly, open minded and approachable. I enjoy socialising however equally appreciate my own chill time as well. I am a lover for animals, travel and music. Through my own life hardships I have adapted to living out of home, renting from a younger age than most. I am often noted for being much more capable, mature and independant for my age. I am able to politely integrate myself into a new living space with people of all backgrounds. Over the next 9-12 months I am needing a place nearby my current local area (Mudjimba) to be able to work, keep active, study and save money to travel.
Aloha :) I am into health food and totally love cooking. But because it's boring to cook for just my own I like sharing my food with my flatmates or cook together when it fits. Also I love plants and herbs and might give your kitchen a stylish and also yummy upgrade with my herbs :D I am into sports and outdoors and always keen to go and do something :) Music is also one of my passions and I am keen to jam a bit now and then! I am super tidy and clean. Don't mind when some dishes aren't done in the morning rush or something like that but you can be sure that I keep the flat tidy togetherwith you :)
Friendly, compassionate and slightly eccentric, mature-aged lady looking for a place to call home for a little while. No pets. Flexible with - cost, move date, length of stay :) Handy to transport and maybe shops. Need fast Internet connection or availability to set up own. Semi-retired professional in-between living situations. Love trees and nature. Get on well with pets and children. If you have a pool, aircon, private bathroom and / or use of a separate room/space for relaxing / office, these would be happy bonuses! Coming with references, Sunny Coast resident of 8 years and want to stay on here to be close to family. Currently located in Eumundi, needing short stay accommodation before committing to long term, but flexible about it. Love non-judgemental folks who know how to just relax and get on with it. Communication is key to most situations. I am very quiet most of the time but up for a chat at others. Cannot live in a house that has illegal drugs around, happy with social drinks and coffee!. Love good music, company and real food - can cook. Get on with all ages. If you have a space you think would suit and I would blend in with your situation, please contact me here on flatmates. I look forward to meeting you. *Lower rent would be wonderful & helpful - including all bills, fast internet availability and most of my wish list items.* Thanks for reading and good luck to you in finding your own ideal accommodation match-ups!

Our dream with this house is to create a kind of family for some on the Sunny Coast. We love to do life together; so surfing, eating, shenanigans. This property is all about journeying with people and encouraging them in all that they can do. It's much more homey than a backpackers but not as boring as a house. We hope to connect people in with all the Sunny Coast has to offer.
We have a cosy three bedroom Queenslander near ocean street with a big back yard. Downstairs has a massive storage section and concreted area with lounges that is great to have a few drinks. We are two streets from the river and not far to the beach. There is one bathroom with a shower and a big claw foot bath and two toilets.
Close to everything, live on the canal of Maroochydore. All bills included. Common area includes big TV with fetchTv, Netflix and Stan subscriptions. Outdoor living area great for entertaining, only have to share bathroom with one other person, additional toilet downstairs. Room unfurnished but everything else needed is already in the house.
I am a 19 year old girl, looking for a room to rent until I am able to find my own rental :) Im super easy going and quiet and enjoy my own space but I also enjoy a good conversation and socialising. I work part-time at an aged care and do afternoon shifts from 3pm-11:15pm.
Mature, healthy, respectful, tidy, clean, keep life simple. Work a lot of hours and keep home as a place to reconnect. like the natural things in life.
