31 year old Australian man. I'm currently looking for a new private room in Melbourne, Victoria. I want a fresh start. My preference is to live on my own or with 1 one other person, but I can live with 2 or 3 other people.
I'm open to living in a house, an apartment or a unit. I'm currently living in a small unit in Richmond, for example. All I ask is that I have my own quiet private space and that my need for downtime be respected. My personal routine is very important.
I'm honest, down-to-earth, easy to talk to, clean, respectful, educated, and easygoing.
I don't smoke, don't drink and hardly ever party. I'm more of a chilled introvert, like to write, read, think, etc., and prefer my own company most of the time. That said, I like people and can be social depending on the situation.
Also love the gym, running, healthy meals, coffee, music, art, cats, nature, long walks, movies, good conversation, and more.
Budget from $500 to $980 a month, so anything from $150 to around $230 a week. Preferred bond of $500-$600.
My preferred locations are Brunswick, Carlton, Richmond, North Melbourne, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Coburg, Pascoe Vale, Docklands, Southbank, and Hawthorn.
I can move ASAP. I'd like to move by August 1 or September 1 at he very latest.
